There is no front desk at this property. The check-in location differs from the property location. Check-in location: [Tripcony Quays, 42 Maloja Avenue, Caloundra at reception]. If you arrive at the property after hours, you'll need to check in at an alternate location: [Tripcony Quays 42 Maloja Aveunue after hours safe]. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 4:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email within 2 weeks before arrival with special check-in instructions and lockbox information.
