The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM. The check-in location differs from the property location. Check-in location: [Tsunago 170-1]. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 7:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and key retrieval information. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. This property does not provide shower or bathing facilities. Guests may use a nearby hot spring facility (surcharge). Transportation to the hot spring is not provided. Please note: There are no bed frames or mattresses available. Sleeping bags are provided. Guests booked in Half Board rates must check-in by 7 PM to receive dinner. Guests with Room Only plan must book meals in advance.
