Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email within 48 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and lockbox information. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Guests booked in smoking rooms are permitted to smoke only on their guestroom balconies. Smoking is not permitted inside guestrooms
