Clean and beautiful room

Comfortable room but poor customer service

Check in process is very slow, customer service is not frdly and didnt even know if I booked breakfast buffet or not. Didnt introduce any hotel facilities to me until I ask.

it was a wonderful stay in the hotel that i booked for family trip.

Appalling Zhuhai Marriott Hotel

The management and service of this hotel is appalling that reflects the inadequacy of training provided to the frontline staff of operation and F&B. Some of the examples include: - Room dinning ended at 11 pm. The staff suggested us to try Meituan for food delivery. But such mobile app service does not work for tourist without local mobile no. The frontline staff refused to provided further help. - Asked for spa booking telephone no., the hotel staff said they did not know becuase such service was not provided by the hotel. No further assistance provided. - Order birthday cake at the hotel cake shop with written request to put a name on the birthday card. The staff forgot to do so and simply walked away without any apology and further assistance. - Check in service was slow and unprofessional. - Executive Lounge did not open on time at 10 am and no food was availble after 15 minutes late opening. The staff said the kitchen was late for delivery and then walked away without further assistance provided.

Overall it is very good

Love the swimming pool. Staff in the 2nd floor restaurants are very professional. Some areas on the first floor are going through renovation.

Marriott is losing its customer centricity, it seems to be a global phenomenon. It has become a common observation. I have had better experiences with other hotel chains atleast in this year.

Went for my husband's birthday weekend trip. They were so nice to us. Gave us an upgraded room, decorated our room and gave us a complimentary cake. Amazing hotel and exceptional service!

Relax,relate and communicate

The hotel and especially the room were lovely,the staff were excellent but need to relax a little and ease their way into the job,staff were very helpful especially the concierge

Room size was very small. Very poor layout. Tub was in the room and over all bad feeling

Conveniently located. A 5-min walk away from some tasty local restaurants. Very close to a bus station to access more than 10 bus services that take you to different parts of zhuhai, including the HK Macau Mainlain ferry, the Zhuhai terminal of the HK Zhuhai Macau bridge, and Chimelong ocean park. Ok buffet breakfast. No indoor swimming pool.

Clean, comfortable, very nice gym

Nice hotel - definitely very new and modern. Wifi was good. The gym was VERY NICE with a handful of treadmills, variety of weights. Too bad we were only there for 1 night. Very clean. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of

Nice hotel but away from the action and attractions. Z is bigger than expected and this hotel is not central to best restaurants, Macau crossing, etc. Top 5 in town, but not my #1 choice. Staff and facilities fine.

First time to stay

So far everything is good , location is very near the pier . The front desk staff is polite and efficiency. Highly recommended

Hotel provides free shuttle to and from the pier every hour. Good location. A local shopping mall right across the street that has McDonalds, KFC, Starbucks etc

This Hotel is Beautiful and well managed ! Hotel looks brand new ! Room was clean and comfortable! Lobby Bar was nice good food and drinks ! If only the checkout time could be shorter would be perfect !!

Friendly service

Almost all good, especially the concierge. Only two drawbacks. First, the hotel is on a hill making walking to nearby shopping opportunities a bit difficult for some. And second, avoid the Cantonese restaurant on the 29th floor. It'll be a while before I give Cantonese another try.

Simply Epic Hotel

The best hotel in Zhuhai bar none. Simply fantastic value for a night or several in the middle of Zhuhai. I'll use this hotel every time I'm back in Zhuhai for business or pleasure. The breakfast is great and the rooms are fabulously furnished.

The managers in the VUE bar were very kind to us and helped us with good recommendations. Overall excellent service

After a bit of a hiccup with our reservation, we had a wonderful stay in Zhuhai. The hotel was modern and luxurious. The most important thing was the beds were extremely comfortable. My wife who normally has trouble getting to sleep for the fist couple of days due to the bed issues, fell asleep right away. Room was clean and service was great.

Nice hotel but bad restaurants

The hotel is new and is nicely decorated. In terms of cleanliness, the only complaint is that we had a door-less shower and it seems that the mopping of the floor leaves a filmy feeling on the entire bathroom floor it would also be helpful if there were towel racks and hooks in the bathroom. Otherwise nice facilities. The breakfast buffet is good. Tatsumi was terrible...very expensive but meat was extremely tough and not cooked correctly, and service was amateur.

This is a new hotel & kept up like no other in Zhuhai. The location is great - the staff is amazing- AC works like norther in Zhuhai. If you are a Westerner stay here- you will be happy

lack of attention to detail

Overall hotel of good standard as advertised. However really found three drawbacks. Room smelt overwhelmingly of cigarettes (despite being non-smoking room). Totally unacceptable, but I got to room late and too tired to argue. Air conditioning was also temperamentally very noisy. Again - too late to argue and only staying one night. But disappointing for a premium hotel - clearly room service are not customer orientated. Finally the pool is outdoor only, and unheated. Location is good and general decor is good.

it is the best hotel in zhuhai. Great room. the pullman is poorly cleaned and the staff is very rude. the holiday inn is old and worn out. so until the marriott is ruined, it's the best. service was crummy and english bad but this is a tier 3 city in china and par for the course.

Buffet breakfast is excellent.

服務好（可提供不同硬度的枕頭）； 環境好（海景房望到珠海漁女，有機會開日出）；位置好（可步行往商場、石景山公園及海濱公園），但浴室及浴缸的隔聲設備極差，多於一人住房，會相當尷尬及滋擾！

熱心服務、舒適享受

人員熱心有禮，設施新、清潔。 酒店酒吧還未開張；大堂咖啡廳需要自助取餐牌及到櫃台下單。

整體還可以吧, 只是房間內的布椅子有點污跡...

門口走一兩分鐘有24小時便利店，新酒店設備暫時沒甚麼問題。
