I didn’t like any thing other than the outside landscaping . Generally the place is dirty. No cleaning staff comes around. The restaurant floor was filthy. Giving that place a make over could make it a paradise. It is really big. They did some carpeting and did not notify me. I walked out into a hallway of mold that got me coughing and sneezing. I had to wear a mask the entire time I was there.

Don’t listen to the bad reviews

Some reviews are very negative but I don’t understand how. The staff is SOOOO friendly. They let me check in 4 hours early with no charge, they did my laundry for me, even though it’s not a typical service, I stayed in two different rooms (I had two separate reservations) and both of them were very clean and cute. They even put flowers all over your room! Security was great and they got to know my face. But at first asked to see my room card when entering the property, which is how it should be. The spa was great as well, I had a great pedicure and an amazing hammam. But the stand out employee is Fatina! She went so far above and beyond that it actually made me rebook the second time. Some things you might like to know: -The number 16 bus goes right past the hotel and takes you to the Medina -There are some restaurants walking distance if you aren’t happy with the food Here are some downsides (but when is there every no downsides) : - wifi pretty much only works in lobby - the food isn’t the best and only half the menu is available. Ps, I’m a Canadian with fairly high standards and I don’t typically review properties.

We got there at 3 pm and the rooms were not ready. The staff at the reception was not friendly and they made us wait and fill out a ton of papers to check in. I would never go back

In the three day of my stay, not once the room was cleaned/bed made. There were no tissue paper. To talk to receptionist was always quit a wait. The hotel is far from city centre.

Overall, it’s a nice hotel. I wasn’t a fan of the lengthy checkin questionnaire they ask you to fill out, seems unnecessary. The room is spacious. The pool area is nice. Security staff are nice as well. The cons of this stay; bathroom needs renovations. Found bugs inside the bathroom, a huge cockroach was on the floor the last morning of our stay. The front desk clerk was not really helpful. One of the days they serviced our room they took all the towels and didn’t replace them. We asked the front desk and he said he couldn’t do anything. I thought maybe go into a vacant room and grab towels from there?? We were without towels from about 8pm till 2pm the next day. Even when we asked the room service personnel they said they would get them right away took more than an hour when finally my husband went back to the front desk and they finally gave us towels. Like I said overall it’s a nice property for the price. Just the customer service and bathrooms need an upgrade

Poor staff

Poor staff at entry who claimed I had no reservation and left me to contact hotels.com whilst being reluctant to talk to me. They were rude on entry and when leaving so even though the hotel was lovely I will not be returning.

Hôtel non recommandé. Points négatif : Système d'air climatisé inefficace (30 degré dans la chambre VS 34 à l'extérieur), impossible de dormir la nuit. Service à la clientèle très pauvre, voire inexistant, disputes avec des clients à l'accueil, refus de collaborer pour trouver une solution ou de nous changer de chambre malgré que l'hôtel est vide et que notre chambre est un sona. Accueil extrêmement lent pour avoir la chambre, prévoir 1h30 et plus d'attente, même si vous avez déjà réservé expédia ou Booking... Il y a des coquerelles dans la chambre. Celle-ci est non insonorisé non plus, on entend les voisins, les passants dans les couloirs et les gens dans la terrasse. Système d'eau de toilette coule toute la nuit. Accès à la baignoire douche est difficile à cause de la hauteur. Portes de toilette et douche difficiles à fermer/ouvrir, car elles bloquent au sol. Portes d'armoires très brouillante à ouvrir/fermer pour ne pas réveiller les autres. Le tour des toilettes est sale. Points positifs : Belle piscine. Bon service au restaurant. Rapport qualité prix des snack est correct, mais celui des plats est très cher. Bon espace pour le parking. Les espaces communs de l'hôtel sont propres.

Très moyens

Dame de l’accueil pas aimables Des fourmis dans la chambre. Pour le petit déjeuner j’ai commander au petit jeune le matin au bout d’une heure je n’était toujours pas servi alors que des gens arriver après moi et était servie en 10 minutes je suis allez le voir 4 fois à chaque fois il me dit désoler ça arrive et il n’est jamais venu je suis donc partie au bout d’une heure sans avoir pris le petit déjeuner. L’hôtel est plutôt loin de la place jema El fna et des lieux d’activité

Arrogant personeel, plus maken fouten met betalingen ze probeerde mij op te lichten met extra tax te betalen. En de meneer van de zwembad weigerde mij een handdoek te geven hij vroeg er 20dh voor. Housekeeping doet zijn werk niet goed. Restaurant is het eten niet vers kreeg er buikpijn van.

Notre séjour à cet hôtel aurait pu virer au cauchemar sans l'intervention de Madame Fatine, qui a su rectifier une situation malencontreuse. Malheureusement, l'accueil initial par la réceptionniste était très décevant et a sérieusement terni notre séjour. Hôtel agréable, propre et bien géré.
