Awesome property, amazing view

an excellent stay close to everything

Opposite the beach, good position, pool not private.

Dated so so place

Overall it was okay...nothing spectator. 13th floor. The elevator which was adjacent to the room made a noise like someone playing a french horn....all day and night. The weight room mat should be trashed...its filthy and stained my shirt. Only two dumbbells and the treadmill didn't work. Hot tub and pools were very clean.

Great location and large refurbished apt

Large beautiful three bedroom apartment with full kitchen in 504. Lovely new furnishings. Good view but being higher would have improved it even more. Parking is tight. I saw multiple marks on the walls from cars that had scraped when exiting.

Excellent place to stay in the heart of Surfers. Staff are very accommodating and pleasant.

A great hotel, so close to the beach and walking distance to shops, restaurants and cafes. The managers are fantastic and go out of their way to help with any assistance required. Thank You, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will see you again hopefully in the near future😊

This was the perfect place to stay as a group with everything we need within walking distance

We booked this property in January of 2024 and in the summer I sent them a message wanting to confirm what the bed situation was like in the place we booked. They responded to me saying "Sorry since that message was sent back in January, that particular sub-penthouse has been removed from our holiday letting pool. Your reservation has been moved to one of our other sub-penthouses." After asking for further clarification of this, they sent me a message saying "When you booked, it was luck of the draw if you got the first one we sent photos of, or this other one." The difference in the two places were VERY different. When we booked the original place, we chose it because it was updated, looked new, looked clean, and was exactly what we wanted. When we were sent pictures of the one they moved us too, it looked dated and not clean. We didn't have a choice to change locations so we stuck with this booking. When arriving at the property, the staff were accommodating and helpful. We were told the air conditioning was broken in the main area and someone would come to fix it. We also requested fans and they gave us one. The place was very dated and we the floors were dirty. The kitchen is dated but has everything you might need minus a baking sheet. It comes with the basics and if you're someone come from Canada.. it says it has a "coffee machine" but it's a french press. Overall, the location was IDEAL and beautiful. Every morning you can watch the whales in the ocean!

You’re basically paying for a view only. Unit furnishings was completely out dated - yellow kitchen -couch and bed suites from the 90’s.. Bedding was dirty and stained, air conditioning didn’t work, fridge smelt mouldy. Paid for a queen bed and received a double - when speaking to concierge their response was “it’s up to the owner” and “wotif advertises the room incorrectly” rather than rectifying the issues. Complained every day we were there with the response of “it’s up to the owner of the property to fix it..” or “someone will come and have a look” with no resolution provided.. A horrible experience considering we are from interstate with an infant who struggled in the heat!!

This place was amazing! Right on the Esplanade with a beautiful ocean view and steps away from everything. I highly recommend this place. What a great value. And the people at the front desk were amazing. If I ever return, I will stay here in a heartbeat.

Great location right in the middle of everything. Room was well appointed and soundproof from outside noise. My only criticism was that the exhaust fan in the toilet and bathroom which did not appear to work. Otherwise my stay was fantastic and will definitely stay here again.

The view absolutely fantastic!!!

The rooms were spacious with plenty of natural light and sea breeze. The bed was very comfortable. Parking was great as was the lift operation - no waiting. We enjoyed a lovely stay and will return

The apartment we stayed in was very dated. The washing machine only worked sometimes. Kitchen cabinet door needed fixing, I couldn’t get the dishwasher powder thingy to close. Overall I thought the apartment was clean but tired. I thought it was a little expensive considering it was quite dated. What we did like were the staff, very friendly and the location was great.

Excellent location, great amenities, huge apartment

The perfect gold coast holiday destination! We visited in August when it's too cold to swim in the ocean or outdoor pool but the kids loved the indoor pool. Great location right next to beach and shops and dining options. Apartment was very spacious. Will definitely stay again

This was an amazing property! The location was fabulous, we could walk everywhere! Very clean facilities and fantastic staff. The only thing that could be better is the silicon in the showers to be replaced as they leaked a fair bit. But this is the only thing that I could pick with this property. Definitely stay here again!

Second stay at zenith and great experience both times …. Check in was simple and easy but would’ve liked a higher room. Facility is a little aged however rooms have been updated.

Yearly getaway

This is my 4th time staying at Zenith Ocean Front Apartments - Gold Coast and everytime it is great. I highly recommend them.

Well maintained and comfortable 3 bedroom apartment with exceptional view. Great location with walking distance to shops and restaurants an advantage.Management were friendly and most helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

Bem localizado.

Minha chegada foi um pouco difícil por chegar num domingo e fora de horário de atendimento presencial, mas nada que não foi resolvido em 5 minutos. O apartamento muito bem localizado, limpo, com um chuveiro maravilhoso. Camas confortáveis, as fotos são bem realistas.

We didn’t like that there was No lift and 3 flights of stairs. Fine for younger ones however the suitcase was difficult to carry up the stairs as we are over 70 years of age. Loved the unit.

Location is great, opposite beach, cafes, shopping centre...the only thing with this place is it needs and upgrade, very old inside. Pool, spa was good

Great location at a reasonable price, a few small items in apartment to be addressed but nothing that impacted our stay too much. Parking access is excellent and tall enough for most utes and SUV’s. Best is the short walk to dining and entertainment options. You can eat out for a fortnight without using the car and never visit the same place twice. Beach access is straight across the rd, and only 100 m to the safety of the lights for safely crossing the esplanade in busy periods.

Excellent location. The apartment is very clean and provides u great hospitality with breathtaking ocean view. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. I will definitely back again.

Fines fines fines. Forget to return the key - $40 fine, lockout $50 fine, don’t take the bins out when you leave - fine! Nice place but using the excuse of ‘self managed’ at about $400 a day to skimp on property services and make more money.

The room is in need of an update but it was clean and spacious and in an amazing location. Only steps away from beach, shopping and restaurants.

Location location location!! Friendly staff, clean amenities all round top place to stay, only downside was our apartment had the most awkward parking in the whole place especially with a 4wd , but otherwise a great place !!

Was an awesome property and will definitely stay there again. Only issue was it really needed a good dust everywhere but in particularly under the beds. The blankets needed a decent dust and clean too. The showers needed a good clean and it felt like they were just given a good ‘once over’ but needed more of a proper clean!

It was very convenient to get to beach and shops. Indoor pool and spa was clean. Staff were very helpful. The apartment itself was a little dated. But it was quite large and everything was in working order. An outdoor table on balcony would have been good.

Our recent stay at THE ZENITH was one of the very best holidays we have ever had. We stayed in a 2BDR DELUXE which was absolutely beautiful with modern furnishings & a wonderful view. Location is perfect… so close to the beach & shops as well as the Night Markets. The Management were brilliant & made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Thanks for a memorable holiday & we can’t wait to return again!

My only complaint is that we had 4 people for 5 nights and 1 towel each. 2 each to allow for washing or a swapping service would be good. Otherwise staff were great, facilities were good and enjoyed our stay.

The view was beautiful. Apartments were not clean and there was mould in our bathroom. The manager was extremely rude and verbally attacked me, accusing me of something I didn’t do, told us they had evidence and when asked to show us it Kevin couldn’t because the evidence didn’t exist. Kevin the manager ruined our holiday. I would never stay here again after the terrible treatment I received.

The property manager was extremely rude to our daughter, berating her for parking in a spare space that was actually allocated to her by a staff member from Zenith Apartments. Our daughter called ahead of our stay to enquire about parking and was allocated a spot that wasn’t being used by a current guest. The next day, upon our return from a day out (at about 5pm), she had to contact the after hours number to advise that her allocated spot had another vehicle parked in it. The property manager, who had to return from walking his dog, was extremely rude to her questioning why she thought she could park there in the first place and then questioned if she had paid for the spot (she was never asked to) making her feel extremely uncomfortable. She also witnessed him berating another family when their toddler accidentally ran into the glass sliding doors (face first) - he showed absolutely no concern for the child’s welfare, he was only concerned with the cost of servicing the doors. Even though the parents were extremely apologetic, he dismissed their apology and stated it was due to their child being uncontrolled. The internet was basically non-existent until the last day when we had to make sure our apartment was available for technicians to install a new wireless router - we had less than 24 hours notice that this would be occurring. Only 1 lift was available for most of our stay - not ideal when all of the apartments were at capacity.

The location and views were fabulous.

We really enjoyed our stay at Zenith. The location is second to none, the staff are friendly and truly take pride in the complex, and the amenities are terrific. We came during an unusual winter cold-snap and found our apartment cold and drafty on a couple of days, so ran the heater quite a bit and rugged up. But being unusual weather it’s to be expected. We’ll definitely stay here again and absolutely recommend Zenith Apartments.

Our apartment was claimed to be deluxe as recently renovated. BUT didn’t look similar to the photos and was on 3rd floor. It had rusty furniture and a window that was not finished in the bathroom, along with with no ventilation in the bathrooms. Disappointing and didn’t meet expectations.

Very good location, big room good views

The view was fantastic. The unit was very large and our family were able to enjoy the two lounge areas and large dining table.

The location of this accommodation is just the best! It’s just beautiful to look out over the beach and ocean from the family room and bedroom! Our single bedroom apartment was really spacious, the lounges were good quality and comfortable. All the appliances were in working order. It’s so close to everything😊 Will definitely book this place again!!

being directly across from the beach gives great views of it and being centrally located to cavil ave makes it easy to access shops, bars and restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful and the amenities were clean and functional. The apartment was open and spacious with views from every vantage point. Will be staying there in the near future and have recommended it to all friends and family and also you...

Tired and broken

Great location, property is old and run down and tired. Furniture in apartment was broken, lights were not working, beds were awful, and fan made noises. Not worth the money compared to newer properties nearby.

Fabulous location with great view of the ocean. The managers were under a lot of pressure with organising a number of apartment renovations but still had time to attend to any issues we had.

Beautiful views from the 7th floor. Central location

Everything was wonderfull. the staff wedre nice , the veiw was nice the room was nice. and it was 3 days a away that we really needed - couldnt of found a better place to go for them.

Perfect spot and perfect view. However....do not rent appartment 1703. Awful bed with springs coming thru the mattress. The bathroom is dirty and in need of major renovations. We will not be back. We do need to say that the property managers are totally awesome and is the only reason we stayed. But we will not rent 1703

Location was excellent. Unit was large. Aircon didn't cool each room (1 aircon to do whole apartment). Bed looked like it was found at the tip. Springs dug into my back. We received 1 tiny bit of soap, 1 bath towel for use for 3 days. Not overly important - but attention to detail is important - the clock didn't work, the ice tray was broken. Will I go back to this place - No. For the price I paid I would expect a comfortable bed, an aircon that cooled each room and I don't expect to chase management for extra soap or new towels.

We loved the Ocean views they were to die for. The lights on at night with all the activity on the pathways. Lovely accommodation, close to shops and restaurants. Indoor pool and spa were great to use. What a lovely spot for a great holiday. 5 stars+
