Nice place but however the service was horrible.. once we checked me, we contacted the management about house supplies 2 days later and no one ever came by to drop off any.
Dirty
I usually don't post reviews unless they deserve them. Apartment was not clean at all, dirty floors dirty shower and the previous tenants body wash and shampoo were left on the shower floor. Would not stay here again
Don't book
The most disappointing stay ever. I booked a double room apartment and was fined of with 2 studios which were in separate buildings. One of which had no hot water during the stay and stank of Indian curry. We could not get hold of the owners neither could hotels.com who tried several times and who did not phone me back on the 2 promised occasions. I would not recommend these apartments nor hotels.com a ruined weekend which happens once a year with family from Italy and Ireland
Worst accommodation in forty years
Staff that meet you are not pleasant. They clearly only want your money. I would suggest you look for anywhere else but here
Not worth £5 a night
Room was in terrible condition. Shower didn't work, bed is broken. Awful just awful.
Worst stay ever
Terrible service. The room is half the size they advertise and very tired. The agents are rude and obnoxious. wished I had paid more and strayed somewhere nicer
cheap for a London stay but shabby and disorganise
didn't receive a phone number to contact anyone and the address given was also incorrect. Other serviced apartments reception gave us a number. without that help we would not have found the apartment, we were told this happened all the time. once we arrived friendly welcome but odd experience of being asked for bank account details to refund a credit card pre payment for damages. told money been recredited to credit card 2 days later - still to check and confirm
Worst Embarrassment of my Life
They are agents renting out different apartments. They kept changing my location until finally I was given an apartment on the 4th floor of a building with the elevator not working. What a shame. Expedia should beware.
Horrendous Experience!
Knowing that I would arrive late, I tried to contact the hotel many times in vain. Finally, I was able to get hold of one their employees and paid an additional GBP 30 for my late check in. Then we were told that check-in instructions would be sent to us with an hour, then we get total silence for another day. After repeated attempts, we receive an email, which references a location different than my original booking without any explanation, not to mention an apology. I arrive on the booking date and follow the directions, only to discover that the address given doesn't exist, as it's a mix of two locations! I went to both of them and was told by security personnel there are no keys for me. I managed to reach one the hotel employees, she informed me that my booking has been changed to a 3rd location! I keep walking in the rain from a location to another, until I reach the new place to find no security person over there to give me the keys. I managed to get the keys eventually, so I get in a mediocre, smelly, unclean apartment that is entirely different than what I had booked originally! I demand a full refund of my money as I didn't intend to stay in this horrible place they assigned to me without my consent. Guess what they told me: sorry we can't give your money back. So I find that my only obligation now is to warn others from this irresponsible company after the HORRENDOUS experience I have been through because of this SCAM and outright THEFT.
Great Apartment, great location!
Location was perfect for accessing Central London and easy to find. Convenient to shopping and public transportation.
