I have stayed here before and I like the property. It isn't the Ritz but it does everything I want and need very well. Decent location, fairly quiet, and always wonderful and helpful staff.

They have a GREAT coffee machine 👍

Excellent property and you need if you just want a room best thing about it is it’s very clean and fresh staff are superb all ready booong for next year

Not bad. If you need a place to sleep, this is such a place. It’s definitely better than a sharp stick to the eye. If you love a hard bed, they have what you’re looking for. It’s a little distance walk from the main road but at least it’s quiet. No loud thumping bar music to keep you awake. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

I found this hotel very good value for 600 bahtt it included a decent room with good air con great shower and tv with YouTube etc Near the beach and staff very helpful

Clean and quiet room with polite stuff

Overall I liked this hotel very much despite being far from the city center. The room is very clean and quiet. The location of the hotel is also in a quiet area. There is hot shower and the water pressure is superb. I had supply of bottled water everyday and it has a kettle to make a cup of tea or coffee. Although I didnt need daily room clean up, I was always offered one. Just hang the sign "clean my room", when you want one. The Internet speed was around 40-45Mbps. The AC was very good too. The room doesn't have bar soap, but rather liquid soap in the shower area. There are some restaurants in a walking distance. The TV has many channels. There are only few things I didn't like. The room didn't have balcony to hang my wet laundry out, which would be nice. Probably many of the western people may find the mattress too hard and the location for the minibus is not convinient if you want to take the minibus to the center (you have to walk pretty far to get to the pickup point). From the center back, the drop off location is not that far from the hotel.

Good and walkable to the beach and night market. The bed was a bit hard, but doable for about 1 week, but not longer.

Great budget hotel!

From start to finish our 2 week stay at Z by Zing was great. We arrived at 2am but no problem as they have staff at front desk 24/7. It's a budget hotel so dont expect minibars and room service. But you get a clean room with a fridge, free wifi, and a location that is less than a 5 min walk to Jomtien beach. It's a quiet place not a party place. Great for family visits. I highly recommend it for those looking to be near the attractions but want to save money on rooms.

Great staff. Clean in general. But the property was not as it was advertised. No gym, no swimming pool. No daily cleaning. The wardrobes are too old and smell of mould. The team was friendly and kind enough to move the room in to better.

Friendly staff, no problems at all… hot water and Ac we’re good …nice big room. the door to your room needed upgraded but there are security cameras everywhere, so that was a plus .

There were many things to like about this hotel. The staff were excellent, housekeeping was thorough, the price was good. The water was hot and plentiful, and rarely in Thailand hot water in the bathroom sink. The downside we’re old mattress that needed changing, weak WiFi on most floors, and a sixth floor that doesn’t have an elevator past the fifth and finally a 100 meter walk out to the main road.

Great property. Off the beach road but that's a good thing cuz it's probably quieter. Not much for decoration but nice large clean rooms. Great wifi. Friendly and helpful staff. I screwed up the reservation so we had to find another place for the final night as they were full. The manager did it in a heartbeat and literally 15 steps from door-to-door. Would stay there again and I'm fussy about safe, quiet and clean and they deliver. Recommend!

Solid Option Near the Sea

Z by Zing was a late, economical booking for me. Staff were great as I was able to be moved to a more quiet room with no hassle at all. It is a great area of Jomtien and if economy and convenience are important to you then this is a sold option

Got a room on griond floor which dissapointed be due to to noise and poor lighting,but was moved after discussing the situation. Every one was frienly and accompaning.

Hotel is clean, freshly decorated, big rooms with ice cold aircon, flat screen TV, fridge and WiFi, this budget hotel is punching way above its weight 11quid a night I payed and pound fir pound the best room I've stayed in while here, BUT and this may break the deal, it's on quite a dingy Rd off the main beach Rd it has a couple of local family run restaurants that have cheap local fair and quite a large chain hotel so it's not desolate and it's 2 mins walk to the beach with an abundance of small local restaurants as well as big fancier restaurants but it's miles from walking Street and full of predominantly Russian families and couples but 10 baht on the pickup taxi will take you to wherever you want to at that end off town

Ok for the value

Had booked 2 nights but decided to stay only 1. Didn't really like that we got the room on 1st floor. Bathroom had a weird smell and walls are thin so gets noisy from neighbors. Good enough for the cost though and if you aren't in the room a lot.

This hotel was being refurbished when I arrived and I was swapped from one hotel to another all Zing hotels. Ended up in the Zing hotel far from we’re I wanted to be it was noise the breakfast was nothing worth mentioning they took my money and just put me we’re I did not want to be.

Really, Really far Away. Really, Really Dirty.

The hotel is really far away from both Pattaya and Jomtien's popular areas. It is generally okay, apart from the fact that I have been placed to the room where both the toilet and the sink were not cleaned after the previous guest, which is really, really terrible.

Hotel was not close to beach, does not have any amenities and when I complained about the mold in the room they said we can not change you the room....also the WIFI was not working and the assistant manger came and tried to tell me it is my phone problem ...and when I used the network by the phone carier it worked and he was so ashamed as he wanted to blame it on my phone.... anyhow...the room cleanliness was horrible that there was insects having cocoons on the walls and when I complained...they said no problem.......The worse was the mold out of the air conditioning...I can not stay in the room and stayed in the balcony.

They show pic of different hotel and booked different hotel. Staff was not good they were always busy on phone internet. Wi fi was very slow because all staff come on duty and start using Wi Fi. NO restaurant No food nothing. In night I asked for water they did not give me and told go and bring from market and they were very rude. I will never recommend to anyone this hotel.

Location is only 100 meter far from beach.We can go to beach by walk. And there is many kind of shop around hotel so we can enjoy in many purpose. Room is clean and hot water use in shower. Cost is so cheap price. you can enjoy trip by law cost.

Close to Beach

The hotel is close to the beach, but is not in walking distance to our favorite restaurants. Getting to them however, is not a big problem. Downside to hotel is no pool. Room very spacious and clean.

Jomtien beach Z by Zing

Close to beach, locals in area very friendly and nice. Many local places to eat inexpensively. Family mart, pharmacy, and other shops close by. Area good for early morning jog. Staff very friendly but WiFi needs work.

not worth it

The neighborhood is not good specially during the night. Traffic is bad. Amazingly, the hotel had no good towels! All of them were ragged! No Shampoo, hand towel, or soap. I don't recommend it even though it was very cheap.

My Stay at the Zing

Z by Zing hotel is at the far end of beach road in Jomtien You have to use a tuk tuk to go to Pattaya City and Walking Street. Most times it would take 30 min. to get there. My room was very clean, but the wifi was not working all the time, sometimes can be used, sometimes I could Not get connected. The shower was pretty good and the bed was comfortable. If you don’t mind walking a fair bit to get to where you're going then the hotel is fine.

Not as good as the company other hotel i stayed at staff were very good clean but i would not go back no reflection on staff i had to park my car at side of hotel no security which i make i make my priority

The room was good and clean. Just a shame that there is construction going on beside the hotel. But other than that is all good. Might be able to improve the wifi connection in the room as it sometimes gets difficult to connect to

Decent hotel

This is a budget hotel - the signs on the hotel do say that it's a budget hotel. Rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable for a short stay and linens are decent. The bathroom had a smell coming for my the shower drain hole and filled the bathroom with a stench. Hot chocolate and instant coffee are offered complimentary all day long in the main lobby. Staff are friendly and speak minimal English depending on who you meet. The beach at Jomtien is within a walking distance and it's filthy! Locals congregate along the road in the evenings to have dinner but the place is unkept. There are many restaurants along the Main Street with shopping stalls. There's trash all over the place and a constant sewer smell. Not many tourists here but I'd not recommend Jomtien but the hotel is decent if you're on transit and spending a night or two. The hotel is not in Pattaya! If you arrive in Pattaya by bus, taxis are limited to get you to the hotel - pack some Thai or have pictures of your destination. The street address of the hotel does not help. The taxi took us to a condo complex called Somprasong because we gave him the address.

The hotel was very clean. The staff were all very cheerful and helpful at all times.

Modern 'out of the way' Hotel.

Booked this by accident thinking I was booking a place with similar name in a much busier part of Jomtien. After initial concerns of how 'out of the way' the hotel is, with assistance of a rental motor scooter, I adapted quite well as it is still only five minute ride away from central Jomtien. The room itself was big, comfortable, modern and clean; staff and services excellent. Good value for money if you don't mind being a bit out of the way.

Good value for money at Bht 750 a night thru Hotels.com. Not so good if you pay 900 rack rate. Some building noise in the morning, but not too bad. Large comfortable room, good bedding, hot shower. No problems.

Decent reasonably priced hotel

I had two different rooms during my stay. The first was a deluxe which was a bit bigger but nothing fancy by any means. The second was what they call a bachelor room which is a smaller room with the bathroom facilities all in one small area so when you showered you got the entire bathroom wet pretty much. They are doing construction on an adjoining building and it starts early mornings and is quite noisy. The location isn't the most desirable but if you're just looking for a decent priced clean room then you should be ok here. It is located at the end of a quiet street so it's a walk(about 3 blocks) to the main beach road where the restaurants are located and where you can catch a pick up taxi.

Overall was an okay stay. Basic facilities. But for the price, you can't complain. The only problem was the constant drilling heard which starts around 830am.

Great value hotel

Very good clean hotel with large living area. I am a cyclist and found this hotel fit the bill. Staff were good, English tv channels were great and and the value for money is excellent. It's a little out of the way but Google maps makes it easy to find. I like the fact that it is quiet and away from the frenzy that is Pattaya although you can easily get there if you want that kind of action. There are some good restaurants close by and numerous 7-Eleven's, Family Marts etc. The beach while not great is a marked improvement over Pattaya. Would recommend and definitely stay again

The hotel is quite new and we booked a room for three people.The room was quite spacious .The hotel is 5 min walk from Jometian beach and has a nice surrounding. I would recommend this hotel .

I have booked for 6 nights and after 3 weeks i am still staying at this hotel. staff is very professional,rooms are fine,hotel and rooms are very clean. no problem whatsoever.not in the walking sreet but quiet,exactly what i needed.no pool but the ocean is 100 meters, excellent for a morning or afternoon swim.

Newish Hotel, quite location.

The Hotel is quite new, in the centre of Jomtien Beach, which is 5 minute walk to the sea front, with Bar's restaurants and transport into Pattaya. It's location is at the end of a quite street with other Hostels and residential properties. Good WIFI (I was near Reception, may make a difference?) No pool or sea views etc, but good value and helpful staff.

訂了7間房，其中三間房要行樓梯上一層，沒有bell boy，而令外的－間房發出坑渠的臭味，提出要換房間又話沒有房，又不是旺的日孑，我們出外吃飯，叫佢把氣味攪好，回洒店只是噴了空氣清新濟蓋過難聞的氣味和將冷氣調大了，朋友頂唔順為有去令外一間房的朋友孖舖，不會再來此間洒店！

Изначально взяли улучшенный номер, но он оказался довольно маленьким и темным, так как окно выходило на стену другого дома. Сделав небольшую доплату, номер поменяли на Делюкс с балконом - это совсем другое дело. Номер просторный, светлый, комфортный для проживания. Убирали номер, меняли полотенца, постель каждый день. Персонал не навязчивый, но при необходимости окажет нужную помощь по-возможности. В целом, прекрасный вариант за свои деньги (ещё раз повторюсь - номер Делюкс)

Hôtel neuf en léger retrait de la plage. Pratique car location scooter et Laundry juste en face. Chambre agréable, simple, propre. Personnel peu loquace, stricte minima. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de petit déjeuner disponible.

Отель замечательный, из экономичных лучший вариант. Чистота идеальная везде! Номер был стандарт, на 5 этаже, большой, просторный (502). Кондиционер работал тихо. В холодильнике в морозильной камере есть форма для льда, пользовалась. Две бутылочки питьевой воды каждое утро ставили. Постельное белье меняли ежедневно. Оно белоснежное. В душевой настенный контейнер с ...толи шампунем, толи с гелем для душа, а может быть два в одном, не знаю))) Фена нет, но мне и не нужен был. Пишу для тех, кому это важно. Утром кофе, молоко, сахар в лобби на ресепшене бесплатно. Чайных пакетиков не видела. Стоят весы для взвешивания чемодана, тоже очень удобно перед поездкой в аэропорт. Есть лифт, что немаловажно! Шумоизоляция не плохая. От моря пешком три-четыре минуты. Район тихий. Из минусов только отсутствие вида из окна, напротив в метрах с двух окна другого здания. Небо тоже не увидите, т.к.перегородкой закрыто, на фото видно
