The hotel location is just a walking distance to Alor street night market. It is very convenient to get food there.

Budget style hotel close to Bukit Bintang

Price flexible for the room

Actually is only the room I feel small but is very clean . some more the place is quite small also . by the way I feel comfortable and having enjoy for the night

Good location, so-so service.

Check-in was slow. The front desk could not find our booking in the first place and took a long time to rectify the issue. The matter was not well handled. The stay did not start well. Parking is limited on first-come-first-serve basis, which I can understand given the busy nature of the location.

Absolutely filthy and got ripped off

Place was disgusting went to 5 different rooms all filthy stains on sheets and pillow cases and grubby walls and floors television not work in some rooms one room window falling off staff stole my deposit

A Night at YY38 Hotel

Pleasant, soothing & relaxing.

Very dirty, bad service

Not good at all. Very dirty and I woke up the first night at 2 am covered in ants. I want to the reception and they sent a guy with a can of bug spray. He sprayed all over the room with us in there (yes enclosed space with bug spree) and then wanted to leave usin this room, even though he was coughing and retching because of the bug spray, i had to explain to him that it was unacceptable. They ended moving us to the room next door. I was so exhausted that i just went straight to bed. When we aksed for some kind of compensation the next day, they wouldn't ear a thing and didn't care at all about the horrible experience of the previous night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The deluxe twin bed is quite small, little bit of access it's not worth the payment.Wi-fi is so slow. They should offer free breakfast etcetera to encourage more guests.

Hotel with Basic Necessities Met

Stayed for a night in this hotel, which is located in Bukit Bintang and very near Jalan Alor, which is the night food street with the famous KL Hokkien Noodles as well as other delicious street food. It is quite near (walkable distance) to plenty shopping centres (e.g. Lot10, Low Yat Plaza etc.). Car parking is available outside the hotel but not much parking lots. For the price paid, I have to say the stay was acceptable. Basically, a hotel room with basic necessities you require but don't expect much. Good enough for travellers who will be out the whole day and only come back to the room for a night's sleep. The only major problem is the wifi which either takes to long to connect or the signal is terrible. Practically non-existent during my stay here.

It was good. Receptionist was kind enough to let me check in early. Room is clean. I suggest that they change the towels, they're grayish already. Toiletries is basic shampoo and body wash all in one, bring toothbrush/toothpaste. Anyway, there's a convenience store beside the hotel. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, it was quiet in the room. The area is near eateries, massage parlors and monorail/GOKL bus stop.

Great stay. Fast and easy check-in and check-out. Very attentive staff. The place is quiet. Shower and it's facilities is great. WiFi is working efficiently. WILL BE BACK HERE FOR THE NEXT TRIP.

Great for a cheap stay!

Super awesome location, and the staff was some of the most helpful and friendliest we had found on our vacation. The rooms are comfortable. not the cleanest in the world (we had to request new sheets on arrival because of burn marks and stains on the ones already prepared in the room, and towels are definitely over-used), but for cheap and the location it was actually quite nice and surprisingly very quiet

It is a great location with lot of eating places even late into the night. Great stay and rooms are clean and comfortable.

A reasonable price for such a hotel

Location is OK and quite near to Jalan Bukit Bintang (main shopping areas). The room is clean and staff is friendly. But I feel that the towels are too old and not hygenic at all. A reasonable price for such a hotel.

Never bother booking here!

Poor Customer Service! Check in time is not followed that I have to waiy for more than an hour to get to the room. The front desk stuff wasn't apologetic at all for the delay and even being more rude telling excuses! The room is ok for the price but the cleanliness fails.

Comfortable and affordable

This hotel provides all the basic needs an American economy tourist might expect without any frills. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Furnishings and interior appeared to be quite new. Overall, I would compare the experience to any clean but no-frills motel in the US.

great location, affordable rates!

The hotel is located close to the Bukit Bintang monorail station. It is just a few minutes walk from the major shopping malls in KL. Prices are affordable. Rooms were clean and tidy. good wi-fi connection.

OK and close to monorail station

We stayed in Room 507. The AC worked well, and quickly removed the sour smell of the room. The large window provided lots of light, but not a great view. Ensuite shower and toilet were clean and worked well, with hot water. Bed and towels (Linen) was very old and should have been retired. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from BukitBintang monorail station, and 2 minutes from Jalan Alor with its great street dining. These are its best features. Hotel staff were inexperienced, but tried hard. Try the egg roti for breakfast at the SK restaurant opposite. OK for an inexpensive, innercity room, but it does not live up to the "deluxe" rating given when we booked.

this hotel likes to promote itself as the place to be. unfortunately they have tried to get this atmosphere with inexperienced, young staff. They were far more interested in playing on the computer than actually serving customers. Rooms very small.

Acceptable location

Nearby Jalan Alor (about 3-5 min walk) with various food stall, there is a mini mart immediately downstairs, and a 7-11 at the end of the road. About 10 min walk to Bukit Bintang Monorail and Lot 10, Pavilion. The room is acceptable clean, the bed is comfortable. At level 5 the free wifi is good. However the room only have very basic amenities, so do not have too high expectation. Good for a short stay to visit major attractions and good for shopping trip around Bukit Bintang area

Cheap & Good Place to stay, but .........

It's a cheap & good Place to stay, but the window couldn't close properly so the noise woke up us again and again (our window is face to the street).

All main plazas close by, also mac d's for coffee within 5 min walk :-) i will be staying there again,

Good location for Shopping, night life

Hotel is in a strategic location but the problem is the air con is very noisy and u can't manage to sleep at night, and the hotel is only limited local TV channel no any other international channel yet.

Clean comfortable hotel in convenient location

Well-priced, bright cheery hotel rooms, clean and well-maintained. Air-con a little cold but otherwise comfortable and in a very convenient location just by Jln Alor and Bt Bintang, walkable to all the major shopping areas, including KLCC via the new overhead walkway which links KLCC to Bt Bintang.

掃除はきれいにされている

下がセブンイレブンです。部屋はよく掃除されていましたが、小さな蟻が何匹かいました。虫除けスプレーしたらいなくなりました。シーツや枕カバーはきれいな物に交換されていました。スタッフは優しい人ばかりです。

Bukit Bintang近くで窓のある低価格なホテル

ロケーションの良さ、窓があること、低価格ということを考慮すると十分に清潔なリーズナブルなホテルです。 若干古さを感じますが悪くないと思います。

騒音が。。。

繁華街で場所は良いですが、夜の騒音がなかなか凄いです。 ゆっくりされたい方にはおすすめできないホテルです。

最寄り駅までは少し遠いが、近くに屋台が出てるため、食事に困ることはない。コンビニも近くに2軒あり便利。 ロフト付きの部屋に宿泊したが、ベットが2台あるだけでテーブル、椅子は一切なし。 無料Wi-Fiはありがたかったが、つながりは悪かった。 従業員はとても親切で、好感が持てた。 ホテルに帰って寝るだけ、と割り切ればコストパフォーマンスはいいと思う。

商业区，方便

不错，位置很好，旁边就是著名阿罗街，吃饭超方便，附近大型购物中心走路10分钟之内，步行双子塔方便，20分钟。不错，以后来，还住这里。这次住的是LOFT房型，树屋和汽车房，儿子超爱。

立地ベスト

便利な場所で次の機会も良いなって感じのホテルでした。 満足できました。夜中のチェックインにも親切な対応でした。

I stayed for 2 nights,this place is near monorail ,Alore street and the Pavilon Shopping Mall, it's convenient to get many places. The staff was kind and friendly. The room is clean and fashion, and there is cold and hot water just on the hallway.You need to prepare the toothbrush ,slippers and hairdryer by yourself. The room keeping also provide the hairdryer only you need pay 50RM cash pledge. The bed is soft and comfortable,although the towel and the bed sheet was a little dirty. In a word, I recommend YY38 hotel when you traveling the Kuala Lumpur.by thre way, the price is reasonable. I'll choose this hotel next time.

Awful service with front desk employees and Wi-Fi

If you just want to stay this hotel for 1-2 days sleeping purpose, you can book this hotel. This hotel has very good location with low price but their employees were unprofessional and rude. Rooms condition were really bad with boring TV channels. Please also do not expect their Wi-Fi service because that service is kind of like fraud. I talked with this hotels few guests and they felt disappointed its service.

飯店的管理層級人員有問題

飯店說會有無線網路可以使用, 但這卻是惡夢的開始, 入住後在房間收丕到訊號, 飯店人員說會處理, 後來回電說好了, 但房內還是沒訊號, 去櫃台問, 櫃台說有人去門口測過了有訊號, 天啊, 難不成叫我拿著手機或筆電坐在門口用嗎? 後來請他們問經理要怎麼處理, 因為經理己經下班了, 所以我就看他們在用電話溝通, 我就這樣站在櫃台快20分鐘, 後來把電話拿給我, 讓我跟經理講, 那位經理非常無理, 第一句話是問我"發生了什麼問題? 你覺得要怎麼處理呢?", 而且後來的對話中, 他是用不信任的語氣在跟我對話, 後來跟當地朋友約吃飯的時間己到, 就不想再跟他講了, 所以最後是沒有網路可用. 除了網路的事件之外, 另外也發現這家飯店的浴巾也很恐怖, 如果想要有白白飯店浴巾可用的朋友, 建議就不用來了.

가격대비 나쁘지 않음

위치는 시내를 좋아하단며 굿(부킷빈땅 잘란 알로에서 엄청가까움) 청결함도 나쁘지 않음. 하지만 정말 잠만 자기를 원하는 사람만 선택

大満足

とても満足でした。駅からも近いし、食事にも困らないし、買い物も楽しめる場所。値段も満足。また泊まりたいです。

便利な立地

ホテルの建物の１Ｆに２４Ｈのスーパーがあり、ジュースやお菓子なども直ぐに購入できるし、名物の屋台街からもすぐ近くなので食事には全く困りませんでした。

算是價格合理的快捷旅店～

位於與阿羅街平行的另一條街上，樓下是一間有笑臉做標誌的便利店。第一次去不太好找，要問2－3個人才知道，最後我們是穿過黃亞華燒烤店對面的停車場，再右轉直走約3分鐘過去的；距離附近夜市和商場不遠～房間不大不小，牆壁有使用痕跡，check in要另付rm50押甲，借用吹風機也需另付rm50押金。下次再去的話，會想改住同一條街上的其他guesthouse，外觀看起來不錯～

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, a unos pasos de TODO. Desde la zona de comida más visitada de la ciudad, hasta la avenida con los bares y restaurantes más chic de KL. Si bien no es un hotel de lujo, las habitaciones temáticas parecen de película. Me volvería a quedar aquí sin pensar dos veces.

大部份景點步行能到

價格適中，交通方便，附近食市臨立，購物消費十分方便，嗺一需改善的是，房内電視機掛放位置不好，會撞到頭，而且倒影床頭上方3盏燈。

抜群のロケーション

ブキビンタンのモノレール駅から徒歩7分ほど、周辺に食べるところ、コンビニ、バーなど密集しており、非常に便利。他のホテルもあることから、環境も非常によい。部屋も値段に対して非常に満足度が高い、清潔で設備もよくメンテナンスされていた。シャワーがちょっとぬるいのが残念だが、その他は、この値段で文句のつけようがなく、連泊も可能。ホテルの従業員が非常にフレンドリーで、いろいろな周辺情報を教えてくれた。またとまりたい。
