Stay here many times.

Third time staying here. Nice restaurant connected. Hotel is clean friendly, English is not a problem. Great breakfast.

2nd time I stayed here, very nice peaceful, great breakfast friendly staff.

Charming hotel in an otherwise bleak town. Beautiful well appointed room, nice breakfast, bakery/cafe with delicious baked goods including their version of Portuguese pastel de nata.

Horrible

This place was horrible. First room they gave us was infested with ants everywhere. Went down and complained about that. Moved it to the second room where they said they wanted to let us stay for one night. It was a VIP room they sell. They said that they would bring somebody in the next day to exterminate the room that we were in and move us back. Hotel manager left then roaches star coming out from the wall and crawling. We called him back. He just swept live roaches into the hallway. I refuse to stay in that hotel. I left after 1 and 1/2 hours. I left that place. Very unsatisfactory. Very unclean. Poor customer service skills. Absolutely terrible. I was raised in a way with my parents told me if you don't have nothing good to say about something. Don't say nothing at all. But I do not want anyone to experience what I end up experiencing at this place. There is not one thing I can say good. I'm sorry. Not one thing!!!!!!!!! Ended up getting a full refund. That was the best thing about it

Beautiful place to stay

Loved everything about this hotel. From the moment you walk in you are surrounded by classy decor and friendly staff. The room was well designed and very comfortable.

Nice hotel and clean and good service They take care of the customer

I made a reservation for two nights but I can actually stayed only the first night and moved to another hotel in the second night because the room looked uncleaned and covered with creepy smell that made us sleep unhappily.

Room was large. Restaurant was very good. Staff very helpful. Location was very convenient. A tv channel in English would have been an improvement.

Good place

Very nice boutique hotel. Good selection of imported and Thai beers in the fridge in the hotel lobby. Adjoining Italian restaurant run by an Aussie - does good pizzas and also has a decent selection of imported beers. Was able to get Strongbow cider here, cold from the fridge very refreshing. Parking at the front of the hotel and at the back - places are limited; but if you're parked up by 6 pm shouldn't be a problem. .The parking places seemed to fill up at night but were easily available during the day. Hotel has a lift.

The hotel is a enigma, it is better than any 2 star hotel I have ever been in. The hotel is better than I would expect from a 3 star graded hotel. The service is second to none, all the staff are so nice and look after you well. The hotel has been upgraded through out and deserves a visit. It was a pleasure to stay their.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The lady at the check in counter allowed me to check in early. Very cute cafe and tasty food. The room could have used a bit of updating but was very clean. I would certainly stay here again.

The renovations spoiled it !

The hotel would have been perfect if it hadn't been for the renovations taking place. If you don't mind the noise after 8:30 every day then this shouldn't concern you. There is also local building work but again, the work doesn't start before 8:30am No afternoon naps though !! The hotel is part of a lovely cafe. Music there every Friday night. Didn't try the breakfast or food, but it certain looked good quality - more of a European style than Thai though.

Schönes Hotel und saubere Zimmer für Touristen ok

Improvisierte Dusche mit Vorhang viel zu klein bei den Luxuszimmer,dafür alles sehr sauber im Zimmer,die Aircon keine Remote Control,das Frühstücksbüffet etwas klein und wenig Auswahl,aber die Küche für Spiegeleier etc. sehr gut und schnell.Das Hotel hat ein schönes tolles Café zum Relaxen.Ist ein kleines feines Hotel mit nicht zu hohen Ansprüchen ok.Internet nicht so schnelle Leitung geht grad noch soin den Zimmer.Preise etc.okay.

近くにセブンイレブンがあれば最高でしたが、総合的には 満足しました。部屋も広く、おしゃれな感じです。 朝食は食べていないので、コメントできません。 デポジット代が500バーツかかります。 徒歩圏内のセブンイレブンは、近くに学校が有るので 酒類の販売はしていません。ただホテルそばにビールを売ってくれる小さい商店が有ります。

奥の駐車場は少し狭いので、大通りに面した方に停めると良いでしょう。

清潔感のある部屋と、バルコニーでのんびり過ごせました。ベットの頭側に壁を隔てて隣部屋のテレビが有るのか音が気になりました。遮音性が改善できれば素敵なホテルです。

なんどか訪れたウボンで最高のホテルでした。

Nicht das Gelbe vom Ei....

Haben falaches Zimmer erhalten ... Beim melden haben wir erfahren das unsere Zimmergrösse ausgebucht war. Wir haben das Hotel gewechselt. Differenz wurde uns nach langem rechnen ausbezahlt. Da wir einen Gutschein für's nächste mal ausgeschlagen haben.

セキュリティボックスなし、スリッパなし、ベランダ喫煙可が嬉しい、朝食品数わずか、コーヒー甘いインスタントだがフロントで有料コーヒーあり、昼食、夕食は、隣接イタリアン料理美味で安い。

素敵なスタッフ、おしゃれなホテル

スタッフの愛想がよく、みんな親身に丁寧に対応してくれました。ありがとうございました。 内装がオシャレで朝食も美味しいです。 私にとってはシャワーが少し温かったですが、暑がりの人は問題なかったそうです。 屋台街から近いです。 Staff is very good. Thank you!

物有所值的好飯店

參加朋友宴會在這邊住了一晚。地點離機場近，交通方便。房間雖然不算很新但整潔乾淨，早餐很好吃。附近也有不少店家，需要買東西很方便

Servicio de bicicletas gratuito y buena conexión

El hotel está en obras, las habitaciones están recientemente renovadas y son amplias. El baño es desastroso: no hay plato de ducha ni cortinas, te bañas en el suelo (mojándolo todo). La puerta del baño está abierta por arriba y abajo y se cierra con un pasador de madera, por lo cual no hay ninguna intimidad. Sólo dejan dos toallas por habitación, si quieres alguna extra te la cobran (y no lo avisan antes). La conexión a Internet es buena y dejan bicicletas (de forma gratuita). En la habitación hay nevera y aguas frescas. No ofrecen desayuno, pero por la mañana ponen servicio de agua caliente y café soluble. A excepción de una persona muy atenta, en la recepción no hablan nada de inglés. Cobran un depósito y ante cualquier cosa, tratan de quedarse con el mismo. Si la habitación da a la calle, hay mucho ruido (no hay insonorización).

Nice and lovely hotel in the city

Great accommodation. Comfortable from their spacious room offer. Being situated near Thung SriMuang making us so convenient to go sightseeings around including many important places nearby (by walk) or optional public transportation by other routes.
