Economic stay

Pros: -Hot springs are available in the room. -Parking is available (to park, you must first visit the front desk and obtain a key to open the parking bar) -The female staff during the day is very friendly. Cons: - Lots of dust in the room (on light bulbs, behind curtains, etc.) - Mold on the wallpaper - The bathroom is not well ventilated, so there is an overall humid and musty smell - Smoking smell suddenly comes out at night (I reported it to the night staff, but he did not (I said it was the smell of the air conditioner) Will not stay again.

The male staff was not friendly

Allergic reactions (itching eyes and nose) entering the elevator and stairways. Visible dusts in public spaces plus moulded windowsills and wallpaper. Not clean. WiFi didn’t work at all.

I like this hotel for its location and free movies.

We stayed here for 1 night, reviews looked good but it's actually a very small hotel. The room was small and cramped. The hot spring feature was nice and the water came straight into the room but other than that it wasn't a comfortable experience. The door to the bathroom room wasn't fully enclosed which makes it awkward as we were 4 people sharing the room. The staff was nice and welcoming but amenities weren't great. The breakfast buffet was average, nothing special. The foot spa on the patio wasn't working properly. Didnt look like it was clean. Was disappointed with our stay. Not likely going to return and wouldn't recommend.

Cosy Place

We chartered a car from Ximending to Yunoyado Onsen Hotspring Hotel cost NTD 1300 is 50 mins journey with smooth traffic. This hotel is a clean & quiet place with good breakfast. There is a normal size hot spring bath tub inside the room, a good relax 🛀 Surrounding are small restaurant/stall with good beef noodle, bakery & family mart. Take a walk in a short street (老街）

Convenient location and it only takes 10 minutes walk to the railway station. a number of good restaurants around.

Staff are very friendly and the breakfast and high tea are yummy 💖💖💖👍👍👍🍷🍷🍷

Although the room is rather small but it is cozy. Best of all, you can enjoy the hotspring right in your own room.

Staff is very friendly and helpful ,especially the front desk girl give us fully information about the room facility and the manager is really helpful too.

A bit far away from Jiaoxi bus and train station, but it is located near shopping area, so it is very convenient if you are not carrying a big luggage, room is spacious for two persons, breakfast variety is wide. Generally speaking, it’s very good.

nice hotel and close to main town area. Very pleasant staff. Room is big enough for 4 person (booked quad room) and clean. Onsen bathtub is of good size. there is a roof top foot bath as well. remember to try their home made garlic paste.

The hotel staff are wonderful. When we checked in, a staff even walked us to the hotel room to explain the use of the facilities. Another staff told us where are the best places to visit. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel if we are visiting Jiaoxi.

Yilan 3D2N Stay

The staff greeted us warmly upon arrival and provided really good service for us during our stay in the hotel. We were able to enjoy hot spring in our room as well. The breakfast was simple local fare that was delightful. Truly enjoyable and we will be back for sure.

Excellent hotel in a great location

Excellent hotel with lovely, helpful staff. Communication wasn't a problem and we were recommended a wonderful place for Thai massage nearby. The entire hotel smelled so amazing and instantly relaxing. Hot spring water pumped right into the bathroom was amazing. Everything was functional and very clean. The roof area was super cozy, clean and relaxing. There weren't many people there despite coming at a time when many people take vacation. Absolutely recommend this to couples looking to get away yet wanting an easy way to get to the beach in Waiao by train, get massages, enjoy hot springs, fresh air, delicious food and services. This hotel definitely surpassed my expectations!

value for money

The hotel seems very busy, the small lobby was filled up with towels and bedding sheets at the time we arrive. We arrived at around 2pm. The girl at the front desk told us the room won't be available till 3:30pm. I was just wonder and ask if the check in time should be 3pm, she repeated the official check in time is 3:30pm with a straight face and asked me to check on my own. Well, that was pretty unwelcoming and we the room end up didn't get ready till 3:45pm. Luckily, all other staff are pretty nice and helpful. The room is small but sufficient. I assumed the hotel is relatively new, but there's already some stains at the bottom of the wall. The hotel is close to the shopping area and famous food stalls.

Nice Hotel and Helpful Staff

We arrived late to hotel, and the car park is full, then the staff arranged us the parking space soonest. After check-in, the staff told us all about the room and what we have to aware, like it's dark and slippy around the foot spa on the roof at night, we have to be careful. It's so warm-hearted!! Also the decoration and facilities in the room and hotel are very warm and clean. We really like the spa in the room also.

Nice and comfy

Room is comfortable and clean. Room for 4 people is big enough. Glass bathroom door is quite embarrassing and inconvenient if share room with friends. Near to the station around 10 mins walk.

New hotel, good service, really worth the money.

The hotel is very new and the room is very clean and comfortable. There are free snacks and tea from 3.30pm to 10pm, my children loves the biscuits while we loves the fruits. Breakfast was good with variety. Hotel staff was very helpful and even offer to bring us towels when he saw us drenched by the rain. Overall, this is a very pleasant stay.

Not Recommend

This is a family own hotel/motel. It is very small. It has two seats for "decoration" in the 1st floor as a waiting room beside front desk. Clients or others cannot sit long there. The front desk service is awful and very bossy. You will be instructed going to another floor if stay too long there. It took very long time for check-in. My passport has been double check again and again with more hassle than in customs. Next morning, arrive to top floor on 7:28am for breakfast, the hotel service told me that the breakfast was not started and waited until 7:30am. I am all right since I am early but they never say "please sit" and whatever to make customers comfortable with. All of the words I hearing from this hotel to me are ordered and instructed statements which I thought I was in military. I lived in the pricest room what they have, the qual. room. It is small but ok. The hot spring is good. The another problem is the front desk only provided one room/door card to me and the room is energy saving with the card control the switch. My room is very humid after I came back visitng. Overall, I will never visit this hotel again. Not recommend.

Convenient location and comfortable stay.

Yunoyado Onsen Jiaoxi is located very near to the famous open air hot spring stream. A short walking distance, about 10min, from Jiaoxi train station and 15min walking distance from the Inter-city bus interchange. Yunoyado Onsen Jiaoxi is a clean, comfortable and afforable Onsen for a night stay in Jiaoxi. Hotel staff should be more flexible in the check-in time with the allowances of 30-60min in advance instead of strickly by 3pm. The room size is a bit small for a family of 4 adults. Good hot spring bath and quality shower products in the bath room. The Onsen provides complimentary light refreshment and breakfast.

Japanese style

This is an absolutely spectacular experience! The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and nice. My friends and I particularly like the shower set provided by the hotel!

日間看酒店外觀有點失望，因為感覺很細及頗舊，但入住頗滿晒意，相當整潔，亦不破舊

對比同區，房間有點小，溫泉浴缸也是有點小，然後有兩間旅館名字相同，有點容易搞混😅

服務人員親切熱情，家人下車先詢問停車場，服務人員會主動出來引導，但其實停車場就在大門對街巷子進入。比較可惜是雖有專用車位，但是與其它住宿共用空地。 環境內外皆乾淨整齊。備有下午茶點。 泡溫泉與洗澡是同一出水口，所以想泡溫泉的話，出水量算小，會接很慢。

住房價格合理，附近方便逛街用餐。平時餐廳備有下午茶，水果、點心、飲料皆可免費取用。

很棒的住宿體驗，有機會想再次來訪！

附近有便利店, 方便, 走5分鐘就到小食街 房內的溫泉舒服, 但浴室水龍頭和整套組件都不斷在漏水, 如要洗澡就會有困難, 設施有點舊 酒店樓層不高, 住一樓和地面距離很近, 要注意把窗簾都拉上 門口有點難找 房內的溫泉的加分位

可以直接在房內泡湯，不受時間限制，太棒了；樓頂的泡購池不Work?服務人員很親切熱心

一切都好，服務也是一流，美中不足是房間冷氣就算風量開在最小還是有點吵。

服務人員非常友善，環境整潔，住起來很舒適。

出入方便，附近有好多食店，浸溫泉浴，沖涼一齊唔太方便，房間太細，早餐位置較熱，食物款式不多亦唔熱，泡腳位置冇水。

房間整體不錯，職員有禮，早餐不過不失，溫泉不錯。只是床和枕頭太軟，睡3天後，腰會疼。

地理位置方便，5-10分鐘便可以到達礁溪的夜市和火車站。 櫃台的女生也很貼心，提供自製地圖介紹附件的特色。 下午4-7時會有免費下午茶時段，可以享用水果、餅乾和飲品。 天台設有椅子和枱子，方便朋友聚會聊天，是一間性價比高的住宿。

雙人床房間空間大，沒有擺放行李的問題。電視頻道又多又豐富，高清。由check-in一刻，由職員親身引路，到客房時細心說明設備的功能和用法，上網密碼，熱水是溫泉水等等。 因為今次是生日旅遊，第一晚更收到旅館給我的生日蛋糕，又驚喜又感動。真的很窩心。 雖然早餐只是家常料理，但吃到礁溪風味。每日早餐和下午茶都有新鮮水果提供，對外遊者是一個健康的關心。 旅館房間不大，遊客不算太多。住了第一晚已有像家的感覺，不像大飯店那麼人多，沒有私人空間。值得推薦。

Nice hotel although room size can be bigger. A bit far if you are taking Taipei coach. It’s better to take the train if you have large luggage.

酒店須細，只有15間客房，五臟俱全，頂樓天台可吹吹風，早餐美味，大堂職員很好，代叫計程車去食店，回程時太夜無車返，去電酒店求救，又代叫計程車到食店接載回酒店，太窩心了。

唔近地鐵站但酒店外型很好 ,雖說可以浸溫泉 但去水口不斷入水，水位只能足夠浸腳。 酒店員工服務很好，帶我們上房介紹設施

房間挺小的，不符合價錢

跟火車站只有大概十分鐘的路程。 職員服務很好，第一天我們的房間不太滿意，但所有客房已經滿了，職員馬上找人清潔，還送了我們一袋的伴手禮，第二天有其他客房，就馬上幫我們換房了。 會推薦給其他人。
