Front desk at check in was helpful. Breakfast is okay and only 9 euros. Location was okay, would stay closer to main attractions in future.

The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was very good also.

Love the staff especially Julietta. She is very welcoming and warm. She gave us great orientation of the surrounding and Rome in general. The property is so close to Termini.. 3-5 minutes walk. Grocery is close by as well. I wanted to thank the housekeepers. Very attentive and helpful. The rooms are very clean and good size in comparable to other places I’ve stayed at in Rome and has no room of staleness. It seems like it recently got refurbished. Julietta also helped us with our transportation set up for FCO since we had a very early flight. We will definitely stay here again next time we go back to Rome.

We had a very good stay at Yes Hotel! The location is convenient, just a short walk from Termini station, making it easy to explore Rome. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. A special shout out to Julieta for accommodating our request for an early check-in—her warm welcome and helpfulness truly made a difference. Thank you for making us feel at home. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Great service checked us in very early and helped out with recommendations. Good location within 5 minute walk of termini station which is within a few stops of all the main sites. Room is dated and shower small but overall was a good stay.

The room was clean but small. The shower is very small. There isn’t a lot to do in the area around the hotel but it’s convenient to Tremini station.

Awesome hidden gem near termini

I love this hotel !! This was my 4th stay at this hotel and as usual - I was very happy !!! Everyone that works there is absolutely amazing !! I walk in and am recognized and greeted with a smile !!! The staff is amazing - the rooms are clean and modern - the street is quite but close to termini.

I picked it originally because it was walkable from Roma Termini. However we decided we had too much luggage to try to walk. A taxi from train station was only $12 so we taxied!. Hotel was very nice. Our room could have slept 4. Nice to know if we come with family next time. I would probably pick a hotel closer to some action next time but certainly enjoyed our short stay here.

Friendly receptionist, and are all accommodating and very helpful! Clean, near central train station. Easy access to transportation. Walking distance to some landmarks! Would highly recommend this hotel!!!

This boutique hotel is excellent. Since the arrival until the departure the staff was very supportive and helpful. The rooms clean and the facilities very nice. I will definitely keep this hotel in mind for my next visit to Rome

Hotel close to Termini with a number of good restaurants around. Hotel clean & staff friendly & helpful. Beds were comfortable & the shower was hot. Breakfast good for what we wanted but scrambled egg & hotdog sausage only hot options.

This hotel was as pictured, rooms were clean, neat and well appointed. Bed and pillows were comfortable and fresh. There was an opening window which is always nice for fresh air. Reception staff were helpful, check in was easy. Parking was tricky, either on the street (fees) or there was an underground parking area (larger fees).

Property must be updated.

Julieta is the best. She really guided us on our first day in Rome, and she also made sure our bags were taken care of when we checked in early. The quality of the room at YES hotel was also top-notch. Highly recommended.

I like the cleanliness of the hotel and all its very friendly and helpful staff. Its proximity to the train station, restaurants and some shopping area is definitely another plus.

Had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Yes! As a solo traveller it’s always nice to feel welcomed and Juliette was so lovely and welcoming. A true treasure for this business! The room was small yet had everything one needed. Love having a mini fridge in the room to keep leftovers and cold water. Kettle and tea/ coffee options greatly appreciated. Bed was comfy as were the pillows. Loved that the hotel is so close to the train station for easy transit to other cities and the airport. Breakfast had all the basics and was very good. Bonus with a large grocery store very close by as well as many restaurants. The entrance has double security sets of doors which made the stay feel extra secure. Big thank you again to Juliette and look forgot staying again one day!

Nice property and staff.

The hotel was not a good value for what I paid. My first room was a single and it was most horrible jail cell it ever had but I rented another room and that was a slightly bigger sit and go and at least the room allowed me to put my luggage in it the first room did not. I don't think that this hotel should have been as expensive as it was for what you got. Breakfast was okay although they serve artificially inseminated egg product from a can which I can't stand. They were nice enough to make me fresh eggs. They only clean your room every other day or replace the towels every other day should I say. I don't like that at all and I really despise the fact that they make you check out it 10:30 a.m. . It's not about you it's about convenience for them. Who checks out at 10:30? A hotel that doesn't give a crap about their guests The only good thing about the hotel is its location to the central train station. Had also an ugly view of an inside corridor.

Best place close to everything

Overall it was good. The young man at the front desk was very considerate and helped me change the room upstairs. He answered my questions and greeted me very friendly. The hotel also stored my luggage for free on the day I left. The location is very convenient to the train station. The hotel actually provides disposable slippers, which is rare in European hotels. Of course, there are some minor flaws. One is that the double bed is made of two small beds, and it is easy to move. It is very uncomfortable for two people to sleep. Another is that the window is narrow and faces a circle of buildings, with almost no view. There is also a little odor in the bathroom sewer, which I covered later. Considering the service and price, the cost performance is very high, and it is still highly recommended.

The property is not too clean. I saw bugs in the floor. The only thing that I liked was that it was close to train station and you could walk to shopping centers and restaurant.

Great location but room for improvement!

The hotel is in a convenient location, just a 5-minute walk to the train station, which was a big plus. There are also mini-markets nearby, making it easy to pick up essentials. However, the area around the hotel could use some improvement, as the sidewalks were littered with beer bottles and clothes. Despite this, I never felt unsafe walking to the hotel. My main concern was an incident where some local guests made xenophobic and threatening comments. Unfortunately, the hotel staff stood by as silent spectators during this encounter, which was disappointing. While I understand the hotel is not responsible for the behavior of guests in the area, I would have appreciated more proactive support from the staff to ensure guest safety. Overall, the hotel itself is great, and the location is convenient, but addressing these issues could make for a much better experience for future guests.

Horrible, horrible hotel. Bathrooms smelled of urine, room walls dilapidated, picture on Expedia is of a different place, horrible customer service. The room reeked of concentrated urine the whole night that at the first crack of dawn the following day, I had to check out to find a better kempt place. And the constant rigmaroles nearby in the Terminal were a constant nuisance: pick pockets etc. Avoid this place at all costs.

Conveniet!!

The area was very convenient, the room was small but comfortable, very clean and very nice, the train station was 5 minutes away. It was great, everyone was very attentive.

First, the front desk employee (Ace) was easy and friendly to work with. We arrived, got the key, no issues. Room was relatively clean and ready to sleep in. The only thing we noticed was the desk that held the coffee and things was a bit dirty. Otherwise, would recommend it’s close to a lot of great restaurants and gift shops.

We left the cruise and took a subway to the hotel . The metro was 5 min walk from the hotel. Avery busy area but convenient to certain landmarks . It was a nice 20-25 min walk from the coliseum and close to the fountain. Lots of restaurants near by . The brft was wonderful ! When we left we took the metro right to the airport . Very easy and accessible. The rooms were clean and safe . We couldnt open the windows so it was a little stuffy but very nice room.

Liked having a mini fridge, coffee/tea service in the room, and a safe. The room was clean with daily housekeeping and fresh towels. The bathroom shower was small but worked for us. A larger person might have difficulty. Loved the location. Close to Termini. We walked to all the attractions except for the Vatican. We took the Metro there. Breakfast was available for purchase at the Hotel, a nice option for people who want a larger meal to start the day.

Ideal location for families travelling by train

Nice location near to train station and supermarket. Julieta the receptionist is very friendly and knowledgeable, she shared with us what to do and where to go with our kids. she also who ensured that we are comfortable and well settled in our room. Room was a little stuffy as the ac is switched off during winter months but a standing fan can be requested. Shower area is small but most importantly clean. Overall, my kids enjoyed their stay in this hotel.

The staff working at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Location is very close to Roma Termini so I mainly chose to stay here due to convenience. Breakfast selection was pretty good and was worth paying for. They also helped us get a cab to the airport when we had to fly out the next morning, so I’m glad we chose to stay here.

A tiny room for the price, but everything looked new and clean. A well-stocked bathroom. The electric kettle in the room was a nice bonus.

2 blocks from train station so convenient. Hotel is only 3 floors and rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Well appointed and good for a couple of nights. Breakfast was extra but good selection and nice dining area. Staff were excellent and efficient. Would recommend and return for a short stay. Rooms were very quiet. No view except into tiny dark courtyard.

This is my third visit to this hotel and I have always had excellent service. Love the fact that it’s only a block from the train station. There is an express train directly to the airport - takes about 25 minutes and is cheaper than other transportation

Yes Hotel was 5 mins from the Roma Tremini. All trains coming in from airport arrive there. All tourist highlights are 30 mins walk from the hotel and if you need a train or bus they depart from Roma Tremini. If you need the bus/ train ask the receptionist for help.

Stayed here whilst on a City Break with a friend. Great location, few mins walk from Termini rail station so very convenient for getting to/from airport and if travelling to any other areas. Could have used a few amenities in the room, iron, luggage rack (received one after requesting) and the dryer only worked for about a minute and needed to wait 5 to use it again. Otherwise clean, friendly staff and very close to transportation.

The woman who checked us in was very very nice!

Bed was too hard but other than that it was good. Outside hotel streets were dirty.

The lights frequently turned off in the room, even with the room card in the wall. The AC couldn't be adjusted without calling the Reception. The bathroom/toilet smelled causing the room to smell. The blanket didn't appear to be clean, hair and stains. Outlets didn't all work.

This is a nice hotel. Very convenient location to main points of interest and steps way from Roma termini, so getting to places and back to the hotel by metro, bus or train was extremely easy. The hotel itself is well maintained. Rooms are extremely small to North American standards, like really really small, barely any space in the room or in the bathroom for 2 people and suitcases. Beds are very hard!!! But it seems that’s consistent across Europe. Staff is amazing, Giuletta is a sweetheart always ready to help with a big smile. We didn’t try the breakfast but it looks good for the price.

This is a lovely, squeaky clean hotel with small, modern rooms; a 3 min walk from Termini and the bus station. The staff were very courteous, and Ace in particular was super helpful about arranging restaurant reservations, making bus recommendations (of how to get to places). I stayed in a single room that overlooked a tiny courtyard for three night and loved it. I truly recommend.

Lovely hotel, reception staff welcoming and professional. Room clean, nice decor, air conditioning and daily housekeeping which was great. Excellent location as very close to Rome Termini train station, 5 to 10 min walk which saved on taxis. Would highly recommend.

The hotel was lovely, the bed comfortable and lots of clean towels and hot water. And it was quiet, after travelling for 26 hours, a good sleep was important. I think what impressed me the most was how friendly and helpful the staff were. I appreciated their patience, great recommendations and general demeanour. I will return!

Last day in Rome

I really like this hotel, literally couple of minutes from Roma termini, clean, and Ace from the front desk is super sweet and gave us an excellent service and suggested good restaurants and shops, however I can’t say the same for his colleague Peter… he really need to change the job, very arrogant and impatient.

Nice clean rooms the only couple of things which could improve is a bottle of water in rooms and shower cubicle was small apart from that great
