We had a great stay! The property is very clean and well maintained. We had a 7th floor room with a gorgeous view of the city, the mountains and the sea. The wrap around balcony was wonderful. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Nice stay

A nice hotel near to the tramline. Staff were lovely. The room itself was a little tired & could do with being redecorated. We had a balcony which was nice. There is a lot of traffic noise as the hotel is on quite a busy junction. On the day of checkout the lift was out of order. I reported it on the hotel website but did not get a reply. In the end we had to haul our luggage down 4 flights of stairs.

Great rooms while small…hotel size apts offer sea view balconies with a good view of the Mediterranean and the units are clean and functional. The balcony is fantastic with blue chairs for excursion planning or winding down. Water is hot and very well cleaned. Good windows that cancel sound and privacy power shutters!!

Cela fait un an que nous allons régulièrement dans cet hôtel depuis son ouverture, je trouve que celui ci se dégrade très vite, certainement à un manque d’entretien régulier. À vouloir tout automatiser, le Check in devient très compliqué et ne justifie pas le nombre d’étoiles de l’hôtel. Si vous n’êtes pas inscrit sur leur propre plate-forme, vous n’aurez pas votre chambre, ce qui n’est pas précisé sur les plateformes. C est d’un compliqué, tout doit se faire depuis votre téléphone!!! Reste à espérer que vous ne tombiez pas en panne de batterie, sinon pas de chambre. Quel dommage pour un hôtel qui pourrait être si bien. Autre manque , c est le service petit déjeuner

Great location a little out of the way but was perfect for us and was a nice walk into the centre along the sea front. Had everything we needed and was clean and stylish with really helpful staff, will be coming back.

We stayed in Nice for one night before flying home the next day. I would not recommend this hotel. In an awkward area. Had to talk a ways for decent food. Definitely a bit shabby/smelly/slightly dirty hotel.

Great property. Only downfall is the location is a little further along the Nice beach line than we would like, but that’s completely our fault for not checking. Hotel itself is beautiful. Staff were lovely. Easy “do it yourself” check in. Clean and very spacious room. Very happy.

The greatest concern was the cleanliness of the room and the linens. The sheets, the pillows, the mattresses are of poor quality, over used and in need of replacement. It is obvious this is an old, dirty motel (at best) with a fresh paint job. Please see the attached photos. I should not have to ponder if the marks on the doors and furniture legs are bodily fluids while trying to enjoy my much anticipated vacation. Additionally, no one should ever be asked to sleep on worn, dirty sheets and especially while paying $300 a night for a room. My husband, my three year old daughter, and myself looked forward to this beach trip for months only to have it absolutely ruined by your establishment. I had to return home early because I could not sleep one more night in your room and honestly could not afford to spend another $2000 for a second hotel room. Ending my vacation early and returning to Philadelphia should not have had to happen.

Kind Staff

The complex sign in process and the hour spent trying to store our bags in the basement where the light kept switching off and with nobody at a desk led us to move to another hotel. At the price they were charging us for the room there are much better alternatives in Nice as we discovered

No front desk no house keeping no water no luggage storage area. Towels jn elevator. Basically a scary hotel

The worst “hotel” ever

The pictures of the room are fake. It’s much smaller than it is advertised. We were in shock when we arrived. There were cockroaches in the room. The towels were smelly. There were no curtains so the room is never dark during the day or evening. Location is in a very noisy area. I paid £1200 for 5 nights. Absolute robbery. I should be able to get my money back but it’s always a hassle…

Nice

Hotel was a bit of a walk (20 minutes) from the central area. It was easy to access from the airport (20 minute tram ride). Had a huge balcony and great view of the sea and promenade. Air conditioning wasn’t working yet as it was only May. They gave us a fan as the room was hot. The hot water didn’t work in the shower one day. It was easy to check in once you got the online check in straighten out. It was a bit of a hassle and confusion loading our passport info onto the app. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. Beds were comfortable and it was very quiet at night to sleep.

Having the Metro right at the door made it very easy to get to the old town and Monaco too. Got to the airport in 20 minutes or so for 1.70 this morning. A bit noisy at night with sirens and scooters but we did not mind at all. Good food in the area and the sea is 100 m away.Highly recommend! Nice is beautiful

Excellent location. Close to the airport but the tram that runs to old town is just steps outside the front door. And being located right on the Promenade is spectacular. Highly recommend. Rooms are a little small but freshly renovated, very clean and cute. Check in was super easy. Definitely download the Sonder app -

Tres bon sejour avec vu sur la mer

Nous avio s la meilleure chambre celle du 7 eme avec grande terrasse. Et vu sur la mer. Le premier jour le chauffage n.etant pas encore ouvert la reception nous a monter un radiateur. Pas de petit dej mais la brasserie en bas est tres sympa.

Flott beliggenhet nær tog og strand.Utrolig hyggelig betjening og fint rom og bad,god seng! Pga dårlig vær,spiste vi på restauranten i samme hus- anbefales ikke!! Bor gjerne der ved neste besøk til Nice.

Propreté de la chambre moyen. Hôtel bien situé, par contre bruyant par les bruits extérieurs du tram qui passe devant notre chambre, beaucoup de circulation.

The Air Conditioner didn't worked. In the Night was quite cold, we got later a heater. The shower was broken, by showering was watter everywhere in the Bathroom because no Partition between Shower/WC. The Toilette was stinking. Good Hotellokation. No 4 stars Hotel for me.

Ingen oppfølging fra service

Vi fikk rommet vi hadde bestilt og det var grei størrelse. Problemet var en ekstra seng som ikke var egnet i det hele tatt for voksne. Når vi prøvde å fikse opp i dette var det bare tomt prat i chatten vi var inne på. Ingen gjorde noe forsøk på å skaffe en skikkelig ekstraseng. I tillegg var det fullt av boss under sengen selv om det hadde åpnet kun to uker tidligere
