This was my 2nd time stayed here. I love the place except breakfast need to be improved overalls.

Large, clean and comfortable room for family of 4. Spacious bathroom with double sinks and a large bath. Service was excellent and responsive. The pillows provided were neither firm enough for the head nor soft enough to hug, but the staff were quick to provide with contoured foam pillows and softer pillows when I asked. Kids enjoyed the games room a lot.

Air-conditioning needs adjustment. The air outlet points directly at the bed and can make people uncomfortable while sleeping. The room looks directly at another hotel which blocks view to the water.

The hotel staffs are very nice and really try their best to make your stay comfortable.

Ok but few things

The bathroom is still using small bottle of single use shampoo conditioner and bath foam. Not only is it not environmentally friendly, it also doesnt make sense since it is a onsen hotel and customers are expected to take bath multiple times, it is troublesome to ask for replenishment the common onsen on the 2nd floor is quite uninspiring and Room is quiet with good enough sound insulation

Beautiful room, love the deep hot bathtub with the view. Very quiet area, good for stop by to rejuvenate and move on.

The rooms are great and staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The ramen store onsite serves great food too.

This hotel is surprisingly good, from the service, to the in room hot spring, to the comfortable bed. The breakfast is excellent.

Extremely happy with out stay

Both service and amenities are awesome. After checking in at the front desk, the staff guided us to the room and introduced how to utilize/ reserve their facilities during COVID. We stayed in Superior Double Room, the bathtub is huge, and the dressing table is also big. Breakfast is set menu, we chose to dine in and it was great.

The hotel was beautiful, and our room was spacious. We used both the communal and private baths, and they were large and clean. The only downside to the hotel was that it doesn't seem to have heating. It was pretty cold in the dining hall where we had breakfast.

Great location, superb facilities, and upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff. Nothing was any trouble. The room was amazing. All the small room amenities were of top quality.

Clean comfortable room. Great location. No smell from the hot spring bath water in the in-room bath tub (don't know if it has been diluted with regular water). Breakfast was great especially the view.

comfortable stay! overall very good value and exceeded expectations for a typical 4 star hotel. hotel is still quite new and is very clean. bed & pillow is made with down feather. coffee is drip-coffee. free mini bar. breakfast was made-to-order due to covid, very large portions. location is in 'downtown' of the hot springs area (walkable to various restaurants and shops) , but room still had views of ocean and mountain.

1) Staying experience is equally as good as last time's (last visit was a month ago) 2) Though this time, the occupancy has increased significantly, the services remains, staffs have tried hard to serve, ramen is superb 3) Amazing housekeeping & front desks staffs in particular, as i have left my laptop behind, and upon confirmation, they have swiftly arranged for item to be couriered to our hotel in Taipei... Hot spring inside the room was fantastic.

Brand new Japanese style hotel located conveniently by the Jiaoxi train station. Great for a weekend getaway from Taipei. Hotel staff are friendly and always eager to lend a hand.

首次入住真心覺得是間不錯飯店，服務態度非常好，備感溫馨的溫泉飯店，值得再次造訪！

日式溫泉旅館❤️ 雖然沒什麼腹地可以走，館內也沒什麼漂亮的地方可以照，但是服務真的很貼心。 1. 車子一靠近大門馬上有人用很可愛的姿勢指揮交通，上前幫忙 2. 服務人員領我們上樓，在房門外簡短介紹，要入內時還把鞋子脫在門外，很細緻、令人難忘。 3. 忘了帶充電線，結果有充電線可借！lightning 和type-c都有 4. 房內的冷氣出風口竟然有加擋板，靠近風口的床不會被風直吹 5. 早餐是選一個set + 早餐吧。頂樓風景很美，越早越美。 希望館內的公共空間可以更有美感，讓人想要坐在那邊休息、拍照的程度。 溫泉區提供免費的水和舒跑，如果也能提供免費冰棒就更棒了！

離礁溪火車站很近，房間舒適溫馨，浴池夠大且舒適，下次一定還會回訪！

乾淨舒適，所有服務人員都非常有禮親切（停車帶領的服務生表現的有點過度卑微，實在不需要這樣）。早餐是套餐+簡單沙拉吧，豐盛好吃，餐廳可遠眺龜山島，十分宜人。愛心房安全設施完善，長輩非常滿意。

客房的泡澡池大小規劃的非常好，壞境乾淨溫馨，可以舒適的在房間裡享受溫泉，床墊及枕頭剛剛好的柔軟又保暖，舒緩旅遊的疲憊。

房間內就有浴缸可以泡溫泉，池子非常大，可以2人泡沒有問題，飯店清潔非常乾淨，赤腳走在地板也不會感覺到髒污，早餐選擇多樣，也非常好吃，樓下大澡堂也令人驚艷

入住體驗極佳，從客房的空間、清潔、隔音，超大的浴缸、注水的速度、蓮蓬頭的水壓，到親切的服務、電玩室等，都極度讚賞。床睡起來是有支撐感的，不會太軟。枕頭如果覺得太軟或太硬，可以詢問櫃檯是否有其他軟硬度的可提供，很棒。飯店距車站步行應該不超過5分鐘，很方便。早餐採主餐點菜外加自助吧的方式，大概是因為自助吧的空間較小、選項較少，早餐算中上並不出色，但瑕不掩瑜

部屋も大きく設備も最新鋭。日本の旅館のようなおもてなしと台湾らしい丁寧な対応で迎えてくれる。部屋でも大浴場でも温泉が楽しめ、コスパも断然良い。

Safe and comfortable stay

It was an overall pleasant stay. Location was excellent as it was just a few minutes walk from Jiaoxi train station. The Japanese style hotel room was spacious and clean, with a private bath tub. The semibuffet breakfast was decent. We experienced the Hualien earthquake just before check-out. The staff members remained professional and helpful, addressed to our needs patiently although we could feel their anxiety which is very reasonable.

短暫的一晚住宿休息，讓我們在旅途中累積的疲累一掃而空！ 温泉一流！ 地點也一流⋯⋯火車站及夜市就在左近。

日系旅館但跟真的日本溫泉旅館硬體環境還是差了點, 早餐的味道有點普通選擇也不多, 不過交通很方便買東西很便利是優點

The only regret is the selection of the breakfast. They should prepare some American breakfast such as Pancakes, Omlette and Bacon.
