What a wonderful hotel, the pictures show it accurately in a bay surrounded by boats. Set at the peninsular of Simione on the lake. The hotel was a beautiful oasis. It states 3 stars but it should be 5. The staff were excellent thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. I plan to return.

We booked this hotel at 8pm for that night and got a quite cheap rate - we did not expect much but was pleasantly surprised. Room was quite large and very comfortable, breakfast was included in price and there was a lot of selection for people on offer. Free WiFi and parking was also included in this price and I would recommend to others

Ideal for a visit to Garda

Great for a few days visit to the lake. Rooms are clean and a good size. Free bikes, good breakfast. We have been using this hotel for more than 10 years. Have tried others but always come back.

Well located on shore of Lake Garda safe parking comfortable room excellent food

The hotel was situated right at the lakeside of Lake Garda. It was located very close to the historic Rocca Scaligera in the Sirmione peninsula and only a short drive to the famous old town Verona. We arrived in the afternoon and was amazed by the natural environment and the view from the balcony of our rooms upstairs which were large, well decorated and furnished with comfortable beddings. We had a warm welcome at the reception after parking at the hotel courtyard with many spaces. There was a nice restaurant downstairs which we might have missed because we had pizza as dinner outside after checking in.

The location is absolutely beautiful. We had a great room and balcony overlooking Lake Garda.

Nice hotel just outside Sirmione. It’s about 15 minutes walk to the top of Sirmione and then you can get a tourist bus which will take you close to the castle. It’s a bit of a distance to walk from the hotel to the castle. The hotel offered a base for our stay in Lake Garda.

Very good hotel, but can improve a lot his cooking

We were very happy with our holidays in this hotel. The only point which is negative is the restaurant, the food is not bad but far to be a good italian cooking. It's a kind of food for tourist.

Good but could do better

Room was average I guess expensive area breakfast was very limited get up early or you’ll get slim pickings, pool looked nice and views of lake Garda brilliant. Easy 10 min walk to restaurants but use trip advisor check out trattoria clementine a little drive but well worth it.

Perfect Spot in Sirmione

Great location with a short walk to the Old Town and Lake. We moved to this hotel from another in Sirmione because they couldn't offer us another night and this was our favourite out of the two. We had a two bedroom suite with a balcony view of the pool and Lake. They upgraded us which was great as we were a family of four. They had a crib set up for our baby when we checked in which was great! The rooms seem to be newly updated and were very clean. There is a huge supermarket across the road which is very handy and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was ok. We would definitely stay here again if we were to return to Sirmione.

Nice hotel to stay in Sirmione, Lake Garda

We stayed at Yachting Hotel Mistral for our wedding anniversary (23-28 Sep 2017), we had looked at several other hotels online before making our booking and we thoroughly enjoyed our 5 nights stay at this hotel, very helpful and easy going staff and the rooms are clean and tidy but slightly dated, you can either walk (about 30-40 minutes) to old town of Sirmione or catch the shuttle bus for €1.50 each way. The hotel's restaurant offered good selection of tasty dishes and very reasonably priced too and the breakfast selection (buffet style) was great too, there are also several other restaurants within walking distance if you wanted to eat out. We hired a car for 5 days and visited many interesting sights around the lake, also close to Venice and Verona and Milan (all within 1 hour's drive or you can catch local buses). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Yachting Hotel Mistral and recommend it to anyone who is looking for good hotel & central location to visit different parts of this beautiful Lake Garda, we hope to return next year.

Lovely hotel 3* rating not enough. Staff very helpful with all requests. Injured my foot in second week and the staff could not do enough for me. Food in the hotel was very good we stayed as B&B but did have diner on a couple of the nights again very nice. The prices were about the same as a meal in any of the restaurants we went to. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Can't wait to go back as unfinished exploring to be done.

Great location

Lovely hotel,very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good with good variety of food. Exceptionally clean throughout. Pool was great. Private beach was excellent. Garden areas very well kept. Only gripe would be the air conditioning, didn't seem to work properly and unable to control desired settings from the room. Staff were always happy to lower the setting but for me not low enough.

Short stay Yachting Hotel Mistral

such a lovely hotel in a great location. we've just spent 3 says in Sirmione and this hotel is just prefect. Lovely pool , such helpful staff and all you could want for breafast too. with a private grassed area near the waters edge, a small boat mooring area too. so good for walking to the local restaurants , bicycle hire shop and a local supermarket and the nearby small port to pick up either a rental boat or a speedboat to the old town. nice rooms with a balcony and free parking too. we would recommend this hotel for a family like us or a couple .

Well situated hotel, close to Sirmione

Nice friendly staff, good restaurant and breakfast. Could do with updating the air conditioning system and overall rooms a bit. Whilst there I experienced a hot night and could not sleep well since the air conditioning was not working properly. The hotel provides free bicycles for the 3km cycle to Sirmione which is a lovely ride.

Good breakfast and free bike hire

Location of hotel is a long way from Sirmione – the only way to get there is to bike it, so unless you can do that, don't make this your base for the stay. Temperature of our water in the bathroom was either too hot or too cold, and the air conditioning unit was so noisy, it kept me up at night. Our bathroom also reeked of bleach. Other than that, the facilities were good but a little outdated. Staff are OK – some very helpful, others less so.

A good base to explore Lake Garda.

Booked this hotel via Expedia. Very good location, but we had a hired car. Few minutes drive to the historic centre of Sirmione. Room was OK with splendid lake views. Hotel is right on the edge of the lake. Breakfast was fantastic with a lot of variety, especially by Italian breakfast standards. Waiter for breakfast was super efficient, very friendly and helpful. Parking no problem. Pool was clean. Receptionists were all very helpful. Free maps of Sirmione and Lake Garda were available at the reception. a very positive experience overall.

Not as we were led to believe!!!!

When I booked this hotel as a surprise for my partners birthday, I was pleased to be able to push the boat out for a "Superior" room. Having travelled through France and Switzerland, staying at beautiful locations and in fabulous hotels, it came as a dissapointment to find ourselves at a hotel that did not meet the standard of the others we had stayed in or the description given. When we got to view the room, it was found to be small, shabby and the "Lake View" was of a boat yard with people working on thier engines!! When we asked at reception if this was as we had booked, was advised that the hotel was fully booked and we could not be moved. Considered staying but our minds were made up when, because the room was so hot, I turned on the air conditioning to be met by something sounding like a washing machine on a spin cycle, not only noisy but also not working on cooling!!! So as not to spoil our stay on Lake Garda we booked another hotel online and advised the receptionist we were leaving. Miraculously the hotel manager advised another room was available, but afraid too little too late. We moved on to a hotel in Salo that was only slightly more expensive but was a world apart from Yachting Mistral. I'm sure this hotel is adequate for some..... but not the quality of hotel anticipated,,, sorry. Just so you know, we are not the type who complain like some do, but you need to know, this hotel is probably a budget hotel :-( (that said the Lake Garda area is fabulous :-)

Stay in Milan

We only stayed for one night. Very nice service. Everyone was super helpfull. Really close to the central train station. The gym was very small tho. Enough for the day we were there, but not much more.

A stinking hotell

My whife and I only had one night on this hotel. We will never come back again. This is why. 1. We had our room in the middle of the third floor. When we arrived in the evening there was a hint of a bad smell in the corridor. It was difficult to define the smell but on our way for breafast next morning we got the answer. Because then there was a very strong odour of mould!!! We later figured out that the reason might be the hotels indoor pool. 2. In the resataurant We had a table next to the big windows with a wonderful wiew outside. We had just started to eat our breakfast when something very unpleasant happened. The three tables close to our table was occupied by guests with big dogs. It was three long-haired Golden Retrievers and a couple of restless Pudels. I can tell that the big dogs just sent out a brethtaking smell as wet dogs can do. After a couple of minutes we lost our appetite and left our breakfast on the table! I must tell that we are used to having dogs because our two daughters have several big dogs for hunting and watch. We never ever on any of the many hotels we have visited seen that dogs have been allowed in the restaurant by the table. It is absolutely unpleasant, unhygienic and unaccetable!!!

Lakeside relaxation,

Located on the shore of Lake Garda Yachting Club Mistral hotel is a pleasant friendly place. Bikes are available for free loan, but in my opinion a car will improve any stay 100%. Nearest town is Sirmione which is about 25 minutes walk away, but there are local restaurants and a supermarket opposite the hotel. The lake itself is fabulous as are the towns located along its shore, particularly the eastern shore. Visits to Peschiera, Lazise, Garda and Malcesine are a must and can be reached via the lakeside road or ferries which criss-cross the lake. A visit to one of the fantastic ice-cream parlours with their hundreds of different ice creams is a must! Meals can be had readily in one of the hundreds of restaurants and cafes lining the lake shores. The wonderful lake views have no impact on the food price, just the type and quality of the food, so there is something for everyone.

Friendly staff and good hotel

We stayed for 4 days, and the view from the hotel of the lake is great. We used the free bikes everyday and thought this was great. The hotel was a good price and food inexpensive

Lovely Hotel

Checked out the reviews for this hotel along with many others before booking. We were not disappointed. The hotel has everything you could need for a stay near Sirmione. Modern, clean and really helpful reception staff that speak good English. Our room on the first floor had a view of the lake from the balcony. The pool was clean and inviting with plenty of areas to sit for a smallish hotel. The breakfast had a really good selection including some hot items including bacon, so no complaints there. It is some distance to Sirmione, but buses run regularly to Sirmione and other towns around the lake.

The hotel was very clean with very helpful staff.

We stayed for a week and the staff were very helpful with their knowledge of the local area. The rooms were comfortable and kept very clean. The breakfast was a good continental style with plenty of choice. A nice swimming pool and the hotel was on the lake side.

Nice hotel with great view

Small and nice, with a big breakfast. Near a grocery store - very recommended. We had a refrigirator in the room and a balocny with a nice view to the lake.

Lovely hotel with amazing views of Lake Garda

Had a great holiday, made very welcome at the Hotel. Lovely terrace with uninterrupted views over the Lake. Staff suggested good places to visit and things to do. We had a car which was useful for exploring the towns around the lake (all beautiful) but public transport seemed pretty good. Verona & Venice within easy reach. We went to Monza for the Italian F1 Grand Prix (just over an hour away by car) had a fantastic day. Weather was great, swam each day in the lake or the pool.

Great view

Although this hotel is on the lake side it is right next to the road and some way from Sirmione itself. The view from the garden was lovely, and the pool was very welcome in such hot weather. Very clean, staff very helpful.

Nice hotel with good views of Sirmione

Good hotel with pretty park, clean pool and lovely view. Be aware that it is on the outskirts of Sirmione - an hours walk to the castle. There are bikes available free from the hotel and these are essential if you don't have a car. We expected a balcony with a view of the lake, but actually had a terrace looking onto the car park, so check which room you are getting.

Great little good value hotel

Hotel was all that we were hoping for: comfortable and clean. Hotel well out of the main hustle of Sirmione so we could relax when there. Staff very helpful. Free bicycle loan was great. Will most likely stay again if in area. Didn't eat dinner there so can't comment on food but breakfast was fine.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good location (we had a car) we will use this hotel again, we went witt our two children next time we will get two rooms with joining doors the room is a bit small for 4 people but ok for a short stay.

Great value

Backs onto the lake. A 35 minute walk to the main restaurants of Sirmione but if you don't want to walk the ice-cream off there are free bikes at the hotel or car parks just outside the restaurant area. Gym so small it is non-existent, but swimming pool area lovely. Would happily stay there again.

Very nice hotel and stay.

Very nice hotel with great staff. It's a longish walk into Sirmione town (about 45-50 mins), but when the weather's nice it's a lovely walk (you can always get a taxi of course). Bedrooms are nice and clean, and even though its on a main(ish) road, there didn't seem to be much road noise when we were asleep. PS - there's also a supermarket just across the road for much needed drinks and stuff.

Yachting Hotel Mistral, Sirmione

Our room was spacious and very clean. We enjoyed the gym, swimming pool and jacuzzi and the food was good. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is well situated right next to the lake and the whole environment was very relaxing and peaceful. We will definitely stay there again.

The staff were very helpful. The breakfasts were nice and the facilities were great - lovely pool. Nice and relaxing. Did have a problem with the electrics in our room but staff solved it for us as quick as they could.

I stayed at your Hotel last month for 4 nights, and had a fantastic time. The location of the hotel was ideal, right on the lake and walking distance to bars and restaurants. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful esp letting me borrowing a wine opener for my bike ride. I also really enjoyed breakfast full of lovely pastry products and fruits. Lovely place

Lovely hotel. Outdoor swimming pool was clean (but cold!). You have to pay extra for the sauna and more towels. Every room has a spacious balcony. Food only available for an hour at lunchtime and an hour in the evening. A bit out of the town but it's a quick taxi ride. Beautiful town!

Where is the air conditioning

The front desk controls the air conditioning of the room and they lower it at their will. Only after constant complaints could we get the room to be bareable,

Service with a smile

This Hotel is located on the main road from Verona and is ideally located as a base to enjoy and explore Lake Garda. The Hotel is clean and welcoming and nothing appears too much for the staff to try and assist with. Very friendly Staff. Swimming pool is small but perfect for a quick dip to cool off. Self service breakfast provides a good start to the day. Defintley worth a visit.

Great hotel, right on the lake. Only problem is a 10 minute drive out of centre of Sirmione but really easy if you have a car. Really nice breakfast, and very clean room. Would stay here again without doubt.

Stunning Views from a great location

The hotel is not particularly well placed towalk into Sirmione, but its location on the lake side is superb. Most rooms seem to have a balcony and our was very large and offered a great veiw of the lake. Perfect for relaxing in the sun with a bottle of wine! Breakfast was good quality, but the evening meal we had at the hotel was very ordinary to say the least. Overall a great place to stay and a resonable price.

Finom reggeli, ingyenes parkoló, a Garda tó partján. Nagyon tetszett. A párnák egy kicsit magasak voltak, az ágy meg túl puha. Ami kicsit furcsa volt, amikor átadták a kulcsot, nem szóltak, hogy van fitnessz terem, szauna. Sajnos csak távozáskor tudtuk meg.

Ystävällinen henkilökunta, vaikka kaikki eivät puhuneet kovin hyvää englantia, mutta kaikki asiat saatiin hoidettua. Hyvällä ja rauhallisella sijainnilla, kuitenkin lähellä kaikkea. Ihana oma ranta ja aamupala oli erittäin hyvä. Ilmainen pysäköinti oli iso plussa, suosittelen vuokra-auton ottamista reissun ajaksi, paljon olisi jäänyt näkemättä ilman sitä. Ilmaiset pyörät oli iloinen yllätys hotellilta. Yleiset tilat siistit, mutta itse hotellihuone melkoisen pölyinen, peti pedattuna päivittäin mutta lakanoita ei vaihdettu. WC oli pesty päivittäin, muita tiloja ei. Pyyhkeet vaihdettiin.

Hotel familial au bord du lac

Accueil agréable dans cet hôtel familial merveilleusement situé. Chambre confortable, calme avec balcon. Le restaurant, situé directement sur le lac sert des plats simples, fort bons et à un prix très raisonnable. Si vous avez envie de profiter du paysage, du soleil et de la piscine, en toute simplicité, cet endroit est fait pour vous. La dégustation d'un spritz en admirant la douceur de la lumière du soir est ici un vrai plaisir.

Einfach mal 'ne Woche entspannen - dann bist Du hier genau richtig. Mit im Hotel (kostenlos) geliehenem Fahrrad in 15 Min. in der historischen Altstadt von Sirmione, nach 10 Gehminuten im "Zentrum" von Lugana/Colombare. Das Hotel selbst: sauber und aufgeräumt, das Personal trotz des Saisonendes (immer noch) freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend (auch deutsch sprechend). Auch ohne Boot (das Hotel hat einen eigenen "Yacht-Hafen" ) eine lohnende Adresse am Südrand des Gardasees.Einziger Punktabzug: Das Frühstück hätte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können ( 8 Tage immer das selbe).

Schönes Hotel direkt am See. Das Personal ist sehr nett und sehr flexibl. Die Preise im Restaurant und der Bar sind angemessen. Sehr gut auch die Anzahl der Parkmöglichkeiten und die sehr große Terrasse. Empfehlenswert

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, schade nur dass es keinen Zugang zum Baden im See gibt. Wir würden es wieder besuchen.

Hotel super avec une super vu , parcontre notre chambre etait a coté de la cuisine , et le soir a la fin du service il y avait un bruit infernale , les serveurs ne fesait absolument pas attention pour faire moins de bruit . Sinon tout le reste super , belle vu . Bel endroit .

Local super agradável, em termos de localização e estrutura do hotel. Banheiro grande, adequado. Quarto bom. Camas confortáveis. Limpeza impecável. Atendentes do restaurante e café da manhã extremamente amáveis, gentis e dedicados. Destaque para Maurício e seu colega (Tinha um piercing na orelha) que para melhor nos atender se interessaram em aprender algumas palavras em português. O ponto negativo vai para a pessoa q atende na recepção, que por sua antipatia deixa uma má impressão logo na chegada, criando uma expectativa negativa, que ñ se concretizou. Indico o hotel e Sirmione como lugares excelentes para conhecer.

Aamupala, joka on runsaudessaan suomalaisenkin mieleen. Mukava allasalue, näkymät järvelle, joka myös takapihalla. Ilmainen pyörienvuokraus, vieressä iso supermarket. Sirmionen kärkeen n. 3 km, pystyy kävelemään hyvin rantaa pitkin, tosin kuumuus voi olla liikaa. Oltiin oikein tyytyväisiä!

Fantastiskt på alla sätt. Lunchen var magisk och servicen på incheck superbra. Även väldigt lyxigt att få låna cyklar gratis.

Parfait. Hôtel très bien situé et tranquille et proche du centre historique de Sirmione. Petit déjeuner paisible face au centre petit centre nautique. Et bon petit déjeuner.

Die Lage ist super und es ist manches in die Jahre gekommen (aber das ist am Gardasee ja überall so), aber rund um waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden wieder kommen.

Sehr gute Lage um die Region zu erkunden. Nettes Personal und guter Bar-/ Restaurantservice. Reception immer TOP nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhalten - TOP WEINPREISE! OPTIMALE Parkplatzwahl - immer genügend vorhanden. Mit Hund KEIN Problem - immer willkommen und nett. Hunde haben mit Besitzern eigene Wiese mit Liegen (neben dem Poolbereich). WIR WAREN GERNE DA und kommen auch WIEDER!!!!! SUPER!
