Me encanta este hotel
Average Stay and noisy room
Already informed. The room was noisy and made a lot of noise when anyone upstairs showered or opened the tap. Apparently a big water pipe running through our room and the gushing water made huge noise so much so that we could not sleep . When complained they offered to change to a room on 5 th floor which was claustrophobic which we refused . Then we were told they have no rooms and did not offer us any solution but were told to bear the noise : stick up with it. Though the restaurant and on site cafe people were excellent and looked after us well .
Location is a bit far from Plaza de Armas, where all the restaurants and action is. You could take Uber which would be very cheap and worth the savings for the hotel. Breakfast is included and wifi was great. They had a water station as well. Front desk staff was not in the best of moods, probably one of the colder exchanges I've had in all of Peru, but bang for buck this place is not bad. Just not close to anything
About the only thing great I can say about this property is that its clean and close to the train station. Room was WAY overpriced for what you got, bed was hard and given it was surrounding the breakfast atrium was very noisy in the morning. If you are visiting this hotel with a tour group it will be fine, if you're booking on your own I'd look elsewhere there are better properties in Cusco for better prices.
Nice place
Hotel is very nice. Clean, comfortable room. Good breakfast. Staffs are very friendly and polite. It's about 15 minutes walk to the main square. We walk slow because of the high altitude, otherwise I could have been quicker. Overall it was a nice stay.
Breakfast and convenience. Almost everything was around walking distance.
Very Good Hotel.
The property is very good. Front desk staff are cooperative. Location and breakfast are good.
Nice hotel. A little noisy due to other guests and my room appeared to be next to a water main pipe. But overall a great place to stay.
Pictures are much nicer than actual room. Property dirty. Space heating deficient
Not recommended
It really was one of the worse hotels I’ve have staid at
.
It felt safe, staff was friendly, rooms were well sanitized and clean.
This was a nice small hotel for a 2 night stay. It’s very Quaint in the rooms. Room was nice, just bathroom needs more cleaning attention. Mold was shower tiles and glass.
They did not have any
Close to everything, room nice and quiet.
Unique - No AC only heater in the room There were no shower rags in the bathroom to bathe with
Very clean and friendly staff. A little bit far from the main plaza with all the great restaurants but overall, I highly recommend it over some of the other hotels in the area.
Nice facility, very conveniently located to the bus station. Nice room and nice buffet breakfast.
Very convenient
My stay at Xima Exclusive Cusco was wonderful and exactly what I was hoping for. The room was stylish and comfortable, I appreciated the eco friendly initiatives, and benefitted greatly from all the assistance the front desk provided me during my stay. I enjoyed the buffet breakfasts in their gorgeous dining room and took advantage of a wonderful hot stone massage in the downstairs spa. I spent most of my time in Cusco in the San Blas area of town which was about a 20 minute walk away from the premises. For me, having this type of daily walk was appreciated, but taxi's can be found everywhere if one prefers a ride. Overall, an excellent experience and one I look to have again the next time I'm in Cusco. I definitely recommend staying at the Xima!
Excelent Location... people were great .. gona miss the Happy Time Pisco Sour 2x1 All the staff was great!
Friendly staff there’s not very many options for breakfast
Best location of you looking to travel to Machu and other sight seeing outside of Cusco. Walking distance to the station. Good breakfast and amazing stuff.
Reservation change
I think they need to know better bout their reservations , when we came to the hotel they don’t know about us and change our original reservation room , after a chat with them they changed to the original one
Great hotel...but the pillows...
The hotel is nice easily accessible from the airport. The food was good, we ate breakfast and lunch during our stay. The service was great, they offer free luggage storage which is great if you plan to visit Machu Picchu. My only complaint (and its a big one) is the quality of the pillows, they are terrible and made it imposible to get a good night sleep. I even asked for other pillows (specifically ones that aren’t flat) and received the same ones.
Great hotel
Great hotel..very clean... friendly staff..
Great hotel but the pillows are terrible
Great customer service. The food was good. Easy access but not the best hotel if you want to be close to the main plaza. They provided luggage storage at no charge while we visited Machu Picchu. One thing they should change ASAP is the quality of the pillows (for me this would be a deal Breaker) this was a complaint from everyone I went with, after a long day you want to sleep and this didn’t help at all.
Near handicraft Market. Staff very courteous and helpful. Clean and safe hotel. Review changing checkout time to 12noon as with most international hotels. 9am is too early though staff obliged to extend till 11am. Had to spend 1.5hrs at lobby waiting for 12:30pm pickup.
The hotel was centrally located and easy to get to. The rooms were comfortable and clean.
Beautiful hotel, incredibly clean, and everyone is so friendly!!! Much love, gratitude, and respect.
Very friendly staff. Nice hotel in a prime location
Love the atmosphere and service! Hotel room was very spacious and comfortable. Good area as well.
Its a really nice clean hotel. I really enjoyed my stay.
Bougie backpackers
Hello! We checked into Xima and the entire hotel was under construction. It smelled like paint, was loud and the restaurant that we were planning to eat in was closed. We would of loved to been notified of this a head of time. Also, the rooms that say “2 large twins” are only allowed to have two people in them. Despite all of this, the hotel did a great job making us a breakfast to go before our flight and the spa was INCREDIBLE. The staff was nice after we solved our room debacle but the neighborhood wasn’t great. The hotel was outside of downtown Lima so be prepared for that.
Nice location, clean and efficient staff. Noisy, no variety in meals. Very few employees speak English effevtively.
Beautiful rooms great location great staff , friendly and accommodating
We found this hotel very simple very little personality and amentities. The room was very basic.
Great hotel with nice restaurant, would definitely stay there again.
Pretty good!!, nice service and great location. Ecellent coca tea :)
In the middle of everthing. Wished there was a sauna and steam room for use by persons staying at hotel especially after a long tour day.
I recommend this hotel
A nice, clean, hotel. Located close to the airport, and walking distance to main tourist area. Too early of a check out time, 9am.
Great hotel
Excellence hotel rebluid nice people
Nice stay in Cusco
Nice hotel, 7 blocks from the main square. Just across the street you can find a nice and big handcraft center. Really good Buffett breakfast and helpfull staff. Mattress was a bit hard . Overall a great stay!
50% good, 50% crap
Partner and I spent 4 nights here while on our way to Machu Picchu. Hotel is in a central location. I'll start with the cons: Wifi didn't work in our room, pretty lousy when trying to plan day activities. Breakfast buffet is eat at own risk. After 15hr day trip to Machu Picchu we ordered room service, wasn't a great experience. Some staff were super friendly and genuinely wanted to help, but there are some really crummy staff who are rude and not interested in helping foreigners. Besides the negatives there were also positives, our room had a small balcony overlooking water fountains and local markets, great view of Cusco at night. Easy spot for pick-up and drop-off on tours. The room was quite comfortable, beds fine and made for a good base camp while we were getting used to altitude/doing day trips. Hotel offered us a free shuttle from airport on arrival which was nice.. the taxi back to airport wasn't complementary, totally fine only cost 10 soles. Reception offered to give us wake up calls for our early morning tours.
Helpful, friendly staff and very nice buffet breakfast. Our room on the 3rd floor, facing the market and square on one side and the hotel atrium on the other, received quite a bit of noise from car alarms and traffic as well as from guests. The bed was firm. wifi was slow, making it difficult to book and check flights.
Home away from home
I love Eco Inn, I come to Peru every year and I do not hesitate to stay here because it feels like home.
Comfortable rooms
This hotel caters to groups. Very comfortable rooms, fantastic breakfast.
Great service
Hotel was in a good location (not too near to the center but close enough). In front of great market. Great personnel service.
Good Location But Lacks Comfort
Hotel was in a great location, clean, reasonably priced, and staff was relatively helpful (yet front desk felt rushed instead of welcoming); however, the room - while clean - was not very comfortable... the bed most notably. For the location, cleanliness, and price, I'd recommend the hotel; however, I would also shop a bit more if I were to return to Cusco.
Nice comfortable alternative
The hotel is nice, it seems that is new, probably is not the most "fancy" one but is comfortable and practical. My only complain was the size of the TV (it was like 17" computer screen). Is located close to the main attractions if you want to walk (5 blocks from the Palza de Armas).
Electricity problem and employees STARE..
During our stay, the hotel had electricity issues. It was ok by the night. At the breakfast, employees at the hotel ask your room number and keep staring at everyone's food.. seeing what you are eating and HOW MUCH you are eating. They don't say anything, but just STARE. It was clean though and close to city center though.
Confortable modern and excellent service
Excellent room and bath, comfortable beds, recently renovated and modern inside, excellent Breakfast too; People at the front desk were really nice and helpful, you can arrive Cusco without tour plan, people from the Hotel Just help you to arrange everything!, they make us feel in home. The Hotel is just in front of a huge Handicrafts Marketplace, every place to visit in town is just a few minutes walking.
Excelente ubicacion
Estuvo genial, comida buena, desayuno agradable y muy buena ubicacion.
Excelente
EXCELLENT FOR REAL
Good Hotel near train and bus station.
Definitivamente recomiendo Xima.

It is just a ok hotel and is not as good as the pic on the website. I feel like it is overpriced. I found a much better hotel on the same street with a cheaper price late
