Xiang Yun Sha Garden Hotel

Convenient location, but lots of wear and tear

This is a boutique hotel that's very convenient to local attractions. I had visited the hotel a few months ago when another relative stayed there and it looked very nice, and I enjoyed our lunch at the restaurant on site, and so I decided to stay in this place instead of another much bigger hotel close by. The front desk staff was very helpful. We stayed in the Zen room. The photos looked much fresher. The room had a lot more wear and tear than I expected (due to having seen the other room my relatives stayed in), and even though we requested non-smoking room, clearly it was a smoking room, with an ash tray in sight. Also, for some reason, the door to the balcony (which was why we chose this more expensive room in the first place) was locked, and the bathtub was covered in a tarp. So we couldn't use that. If we had stayed for another night, we probably would have asked the front desk if we could use it. And even though there is a tea set up in the room, they charge for all the tea. So we didn't use that. The breakfast selection was quite limited if you want western food or fruit. But there were a few dim sum dishes.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious room with nice amenities. Bath salt provided in room with bathtub. Yummy breakfast serving good quality Dim Sum, especially the Chicken Feet.

Location is good , closed to shopping area and local food as well as bus stops Breakfast is good but didn’t change at all during my stays for 3 nights Overall room is new , comfortable and clean

Good location

Convenient, at transportation hub. Plenty of good snacks nearby.

Nice and clean rooms; breakfast buffet is rather poorly. Breakfast ables for hotel guests are located in a smoker only area....

另一種難忘經驗

辦理入住時花了比較長的時間，進房後覺得空調開太猛、溫度太低（攝氏18度），馬上調低便趕著外出吃飯，回來後才發現應是房間煙味太重清潔人員才開那麼大的空調，但因為煙的味道實太重了！查看預訂記錄我訂的是無煙房，便打了電話到總機，派了房務人員來，說給我們安個香氛機，可是我們兩個人都有鼻敏感，加上留香劑問題不想使用香氛機，只好再打到總機，總機表示客房都訂滿了，只能給我們換個價格較低的子母房，沒有差價退回，為了健康問題只好答應。總機表示客房還未收拾好要等候30分鐘，我們火速收好行李便外出，大概30分鐘後回來拿了行李到前檯拿新房間門咭，前檯說房間還未收拾好（當晚只有一個清潔人員），還要再等20分鐘，讓我們先回客房，我說那房間我一分鐘都不想多待，便告知我們會在大堂等候，他也說房間好了就把門咭送過來，我們又等了25分鐘還未見有動靜，才又走到前檯，他們才悠悠然地打給客房部，再給我們做門咭（當日是老公的生日，弄成這樣晚上十點多才能安頓真的很不愉快）。我還問了隔天晚上給我換回原來的客房型號，他們好像很意外（難道要我連住兩天子母房？！），說會注意不安排同一間房給我（不然呢～）。第二天把門咭拿到前檯，說要下午兩三點才能安排到新的房間，我們大概六點回去又是查了一輪才找到房號，以為這一切都結束了，結果隔天退房後近一小時，又收到酒店的來電，說是我消費了一個一次性浴缸套要收取十元，會從訂金扣除，我回說浴缸的外套我都沒翻開過，何來用了那個一次性套子，服務人員才說那他再查查看，結果就沒有再回電。整個過程裡，服務人員別說補償，一句對不起的說話也沒有，真的是最差的酒店入住經驗了，以後也不會再住這家。

非常近步行街，食野買野超方便，如果你喜歡熱鬧，揀呢間酒店，員工服務都幾好，唯有自助早餐一般，加錢出去食好过

酒店附贈的食物限期要注意一下

這是我第二次入住香雲紗了 交通方便, 鄰近就是購物街 房屋非常整潔，衛生程度很好 服務態度也很好 和附近幾間酒店相比，這間是最令人最舒服放鬆的酒店 可惜是今次我們發現了酒店附贈的酸牛奶早已過期了6天，實在太大意了，我們還不知就裡的嘗了一口 煩請貴酒店注意一下

住宿環境舒適 但清潔服務欠佳，不會主動補充淋浴用品 在入住第一天就出現廁所堵塞以及熱水供應出現問題 椅子床單有明顯污跡 整體房間環境以及設計不錯 只是清潔度略為不足

延遲退房

整體大致上沒有問題，如果可以延遲退房到下午一點就好

順徳料理、最高

部屋や調度品に高級感があって、全てに満足でした。予定してなかったのに、泊まった階には、洗濯機があって何度も使いました。食事もとてもおいしかったです。ホテルにあるレストランの順徳料理を食べるのが目的で行きました。たくさん注文したのに、安くて、もっと高いものをたくさん頼めばよかったのにと思いました。

不太理想，地方殘破

自駕的，所以下次不會再考慮入住。除非是搭公車，附近景點實在是方便，距離步行街很近。但酒店房間真的蠻衞生欠佳陳設殘舊。唯一好評是給地點非常好
