Nothing as expected!

The hotel is very old and needs a complete renovation in order to have that 5-star rating! Nowhere in the description of the hotel you can find that the hotel does NOT posses a sandy beach with umbrellas!! Instead you use shadows of the olive trees, which might sound good but it does not give a feeling of being on the seaside at all!

the lawns don’t have grass everywhere and there were thorns and the beach did not have enough umbrellas and sunbeds,,otherwise staff was friendly and facilities were clean

The fantastic thing was the old olive trees at the sea shore as you could lie nicely in the shade under them . Only one thing I would comment negatively and that is the understanding of English. I had few misunderstandings with the reception staff and had to clarify things a lot to be sure that they understood what I was asking for. So slightly frustrating experience. Otherwise really good spot.

Quiet location, right next to a beach, with trees and lawns for greenery.

Not recommended

We have stayed there 6 nights, i would say its not definitely 5 star hotel, the room wasn't clean under the beds was full of dirty also I believe the beds has bedbugs! me and my daughter got to many bites when we woke up didn't realise first if its happend by mosquitoes but when we visit pharmacy they said its from bed bugs which makes us itching few days. The bathroom isnt in good condition, its quite old,Also the food wasn't the 5 star hotel standards everyday same breakfast and most of the food was always same, they says orange juices fresh which isn't , they are using concentrated juices from shops,last couple of days the guy who works for hotel was trimming the grass in the morning 8 am,the noises which makes us wake up!we had to call reception to stop that. the sea was good and clean but too much small rocks which hurts the foots.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, Efi at the reception was the best. Mr Vasilis (manager) was very friendly and always ready to ensure our comforts. The girls at the SPA excelllent too The facilities, the food and rooms were dissapointing for a 5 star hotel. I would rate this hotel as a 3 star not 5 star.

The hotel and rooms are clean and tidy, with welcoming staff. although the external paintwork is a bit tired, but adequate. The spa is lovely and you can get a good workout in the gym. Its a pebble beach, so laying on the sand is out, but the sea is nice and clear. The pool area is a wonderful space, with the bars adequately stocked although I think that they could do with introducing a few more cocktails to their menu. The food can be a bit repetitious but there is a lot of it and even the fussiest of eaters should be able to find something they like to eat. The one drawback is that it is quite isolated, 30/40-minute drive to nearest town, with anything like a restaurant or bar; that said, we enjoyed our holiday... Did lots of water sports.

Worst reception

Worst front reception ever, ringing all morning to check out at 12 o'clock. Rooms with partial mountain wiev are good and new.

considering the distance from the airport to this hotel its not really worth the journey, there are no transfer busses, its hire a car or private taxi the later is between €81-110 each way, taxi you can hire for £69, but the place is dull no entertainment, nothing to do after dinner but sit in your room or a dark lounge, its nice but not that nice.

Nice

Staff is excellent. Food is excellent. I can recommend to have half board as other restaurants are in city center. Rooms are clean. Pool is excellent. Beach is in front. Parking is free and always you can find available place around hotel.

Near to beach, good hotel but expected more for 5 stars. No playground as promoted on Expedia, WiFi was often very weak or even didn’t work.

Great hotel overall.

Hotel is well maintained and clean, employees are really nice and helpfull, food is buffet style with lot of variety. There are enough launge chairs by the pool and the ocean for everyone. I loved my stay here.

We were there during the storms and the place kept running as best it could. Beds not that comfortable especially kids sofa bed. Staff were good especially Yannis.

Beautiful resort rather isolated nearest town is about half hour walk. Beautiful pool small beach however adequate lots of shade with all of trees. Food was okay however nothing special. Staff very friendly. Would highly recommend. Also very family oriented

Medelmåttigt

Hade ultra all inclusive, drinkar fanns att tillgå under hela dagen. Snacks/mackor som skulle finnas på utsatta tider såg vi aldrig röken av. Vanlig buffé till alla måltider. Okej mat, ett plus för barnbuffe och glass. Slitna rum men bra AC, fin utsikt om man bokar ett sådant rum och får det högt upp då träd annars skymmer utsikten. Stranden var mycket stenig men ligger bara 50 meter från hotellet. Poolområdet var fint och de höll aktiviteter i poolen varje dag. I förhållande till vad vi betalade hade jag förväntat mig mer.

Bel établissement idéal pour le farniente !..

Très bien placé dans la presqu'ile de Kassandra, les pieds dans l'eau, avec une belle et grande piscine, des transats autour de la piscine et en bord de mer des parasols à la piscine et l'ombre des oliviers sur la plage, tout est réuni pour le repos et les baignades. Tout le personnel est aimable et serviable. restaurant buffet très corrects. Nous avions une grande chambre avec un balcon immense très agréables (un jacuzzi serait un vrai plus). N'hésitez pas si vous passez par là.

Preisleistung Verhältnis stimmt nicht. Für einen 5Sterne Hotel war unser Zimmer sehr schlecht, Schimmel im Badezimmer. Das Frühstück war auch sehr schlecht. Käse und Wurst der pilligste Sorten gensuso das Abendessen. Auf keinenfall eines 5 Sterne hotels. Es gibt keinen Strand. Ich kann das Hotel auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen .

Περάσαμε υπέροχα.Το προσωπικό,η εξυπηρέτηση,το φαγητό υποδειγματικά.Υπήρχε μια απόλυτη αρμονία στο φυσικό περιβάλλον κ στις ξενοδοχειακές δομές.Τα παιδιά μου πέρασαν υπέροχα,η πισίνα εξαιρετική.Ίσως το μόνο που έλειπε ήταν μια παιδική χαρα!Το δωμάτιο μας πολύ καλό!Πραγματικα ξεκουραστήκαμε!!

Κάκιστη εξυπηρέτηση από την reception. Ενώ έχαμε κάνει κράτηση για δωμάτιο με καναπέ που γίνεται κρεβάτι και θέα στο βουνό, με την πρόφαση της αναβάθμισης μας έδωσαν δωμάτιο με θέα μεν θάλασσα αλλά ΡΑΝΖΤΟ της κακιάς ώρας. Οταν έθεσα το θέμα στην reception δείχνοντας τους την κράτηση, δικαιολογήθηκαν ότι το site που κλείσαμε δεν έχει τις σωστές πληροφορίες!!! ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟ!!! Οι υπόλοιπες υπηρεσίες σχετικά καλές αλλά όχι επιπέδου 5 αστέρων που είναι το ξενοδοχείο.

Väldigt serviceminded personal! Fint läge med nära till allt. Underbar utsikt över havet. Vi fick checka in redan kl.7 på morgonen, mkt tillmötesgående. Kocken lyssnade om man önskade sig något speciellt och det grekiska köket var välsmakande. Rekommenderar hotellet att utöka med fler typiska grekiska maträtter istället för att mixa för mkt. Bra bar-och serveringspersonal som höll ordning och reda. Bra animationspersonal. Tyvärr bör det inte innehålla SPA i namnet. Iskall inomhuspool och halvfunktionellt jacuzzi. Massagen var klart ok. Poolen var trevlig och välskött. En lagom stor pool för de minsta 60cm. En stor del av stora poolen höll 90cm vilket passar för barn som precis lärt sig att simma. Stranden kunde varit mer välskött och gräsmattan bland olivträden borde vattnas mkt mer. Men som sagt hotellet får 4 av 5 som betyg endast för personalens skull. Ett stort tack till Kocken , Leonidis, Manolis, Tolis och Giani i restaurangen, barpersonalen Thasos, Lisa , Anna och Rousa. Animations teamet Dora, Ljubova och Dj. Wir waren dieses Jahr das 3. Mal hier. Leider entspricht das Hotel nicht mehr dem Standard eines 5 Sterne Hotels. Das Buffet biete keine hohe Qualität oder Quantität. Es gibt kein Show Kochen mehr. Man merkt es wird eingespart. Auch wurde unser Zimmer an einem Tag nicht gesäubert. Es wurde erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen notdürftig gereinigt. Wir haben schon in einigen 4 * Hotels übernachtet und die hatten höhere Standards. Schade, denn wir haben viel Geld investiert und uns mehr erhofft.

Unfreundliches Personal an der Rezeption, aber sehr nett im Restaurant. Die Gepäcksaufbewahrung ist eine Frechheit, keine Gepacksabschnitte, jeder hat Zutritt und Rezeptionspersonal kümmert sich nicht. Alte und abgewohnte Zimmer. Qualität des Essens und Frühstück unterdurchschnittlich. Internet funktioniert nicht. Keine wirkliche Gästebetreuung. Höchstens 2 Stern. Von 5 Stern weit entfernt. Alles in allem ein sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt.

Anfangs wurden wir nett empfangen, haben ein free upgrade auf sea view bekommen. Danach ging es rapide abwärts. Ultra inclusive klingt viel exklusiver als es ist, die hälfte der Getränke waren nicht inbegriffen. Von den 8 cocktails waren nur 3 inbegrifgen, der Mojito wurde fertig gemischt aus einer Kaffeekanne ausgeschenkt. Der Barmann hatte die ganze Zeit einen Gesichtsausdruck, der an einem Krankenbett angemessen wäre. Das Buffet war nichts besonderes, der Fetakäse bereitete Schande über die griechische Fetakultur. Für den Spabereich brauchte man einen Termin, den man aber nicht vereinbaren konnte, da die Rezeptionistin gleichzeitig die Gäste massierte und so gut wie nie anzutreffen war. Der Indoorpool war ca. 3x5m groß und der Whirlpool war stundenlang reserviert. Wenn man Infos haben wollte, wurde drauf hingewiesen, dass man auf den Wisch gucken soll, den man bei der Ankunft erhalten hat. Ich wollte das late checkout buchen, ging nicht, weil das Zimmer vergeben war, was gar nicht schlimm war. Ich wurde deutlich darauf hingewiesen, um 12 auszuchecken. 5 min später kam ein Anruf aufs Zimmertelefon, um uns noch einmal daran zu erinnern, dass wir um 12 das Zimmer verlassen müssen, als ob man uns so schnell wie möglich los werden wollte. Keine Nachfrage, wie es uns gefallen hat, keinen schönen Tag gewünscht. Nur bye und das war's. Das 1 Stern Hotel, was wir am Tag davor hatten, war eine Million mal besser. Auf keinen Fall 5 Sterne Hotel...schon gar nicht wellness & spa!!!

Hotel Top - Strand Flop

Sehr schönes Hotel, sehr gutes Essen, sehr grosse Auswahl am Büffet, alles sehr frisch. Getränke nicht so toll aber man erwartet sowieso nicht die besten bei all-inklusive. Upgrade von junior Suite zu deluxe Suite bekommen. Das war natürlich Top. Pool und alles andere sehr sauber im Hotel. Nur der Strand war nicht schön. Sehr viele grosse Steine und sehr viele Seeigel. Da ist man von chalkidiki was anderes gewohnt. Ohne Badeschuhe nicht machbar. Und für Kinder sowieso nicht. Kids club mit nicht sehr viel Angebot. Und die Mädels aus dem Kids Club sprechen nur Englisch und Russisch. Kein einziges Wort griechisch oder Deutsch. Generell das Animationsprogramm schlecht.

Inte ett 5 stjärnigt hotell

Ett fint hotell med bra mat. Dock inte ett 5 stjärnigt hotell. Rummen var små och det var en del som var mindre bra. Ingen roomservice och ett tomt kylskåp på rummet som hade varken vatten eller dricka. Finns ingen lekpark alls i anslutning till hotellet som bilderna visar, personalen visste inte varför det stod att det fanns en lekpark.

Schönes Strandhotel, aber abseits gelegen

Die Liegewiese mit schatten spendenden Olivenbäumen ist sicherlich das Highlight. Bei klarer Sicht kann man bis zum gegenüber liegenden Festland sehen. Das Meerwasser ist sehr sauber, an der Bruchkante gibt es aber grobe Kiesel, während sonst Sandstrand vorherrscht. Es wird Wassersport angeboten, aber zu sehr hohen Preisen Den Spa-Bereich haben wir nicht genutzt. Es sind viele Paare da, oft mit kleinen Kindern, für die es Animation gibt. Ärgerlich war, dass die Flugbuchung nur Handgepäck beinhaltete.

Vi var nöjda med vår vistelse på resorten. Wi-fi fungerade bäst in på småtimmarna och i receptionen. Maten var av hög kvalité med mycket att välja mellan.

Hotel mit eigenem Strand

Frühstücksbuffet recht gut, Säfte und Kaffee aus dem Automaten waren aber nicht trinkbar. Abendessen mit wenig vegetarischem Angebot, zum Teil nicht sehr schön präsentiert, von der Qualität her aber gut. Nachlässigkeit im Unterhalt. Sehr sauber und gut gelegen, man benötigt aber sicherlich ein Auto. Der hoteleigene Strand ist sehr ruhig und sauber. Die Gartenanlage ist ein Highlight.

Das Personal war zwar in der Regel hilfsbereit, zum Teil aber etwas arbeitsscheu, so wurde die Bitte nach der Trocknung der regennassen und dadurch sehr rutschigen Marmortreppe mit dem Hinweis auf den Feierabend des Personals abgewimmelt. Die sanitären Anlagen wurden zum Teil nicht einwandfrei gewartet. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und sauber. Die Minibar war leer. Das Buffet war reichhaltig, zum Teil etwas eintönig und insbesondere das Fleisch nicht sehr appetitlich präsentiert. Das Frühstück vermochte zu überzeugen, die Getränke hingegen gar nicht, der Kaffee war eine klare Brühe aus dem Automat, die Fruchtsäfte ähnelten im Geschmack einer Vitamin-Brause. Gesamthaft lässt sich sagen, dass das Hotel eher ein gutes 3-Stern als ein 5-Stern ist. Die Lage ist mit direktem Strandzugang (und meist Meerblick aus dem Zimmer) sehr schön und ruhig, man benötigt aber sicherlich ein Auto.

Yarım pansiyon olarak tek seçenek sunduğu konaklamada mini bar bomboştu. Gece ilaç içmek için su bulamadım. Kapalı havuza varana kadar herşey ücretliydi. Yemek çeşidi az o nedenle hemen hemen hiç bir akşam otelde yemedik. Arabanız yoksa konaklamak için kötü bir seçim. Her zaman ki gibi tek iyi özellik Halkidiki'nin muhteşem denizi. Beş yıldız bir otel kesinlikle değil.

l'albergo non offre assolutamente un servizio da 5 stelle. Non dispone di un servizio navetta, indispensabile dato che dista più di 100km dall'aereoporto di salonicco. La direzione non risponde alle mail di richiesta informazioni. Non ha rispettato le richieste relative alla camera,che al nostro arrivo era diversa da quanto specificatamente richiesto.Una volta cambiata, uno di noi ha dovuto comunque dormire su una brandina. La cucina, cosiddetta internazionale, è un ammasso di decine di piatti diversi, freddi per la maggior parte. I piatti caldi di pessima qualità. Era prevista un'unica attività motoria, aquagym che non è mai stata svolta per l'assenza dell'animatore.
