Loved staying at Kirra X! The only problem was, me being an elderly computer moron, operating the "smart" TV was well beyond my comprehension. There was not the usual compendium in our apartment with operating instructions for the TV or other appliances, which we found rather strange...

Really liked the modern and clean interior design

Clean and tidy good views

Beautiful space, comfortable beds, nice for 4 people. There is a lovely cafe downstairs and good restaurants in the area. Walking to surf/beach is a piece of cake. The area is prime for walking, jogging, biking, Pilates and other outdoor and ocean activities. The staff are very gracious and easy to work with. Would stay again. Thanks so Much X Kirra.

X Kirra is in a great location. Once you park your car in the narrow basement you won’t need your car again. The property is all walking distance to great restaurants and cafes. The property has a great view of the ocean and walking esplanade. The balcony could have done with a good sweep and the windows were grimy but you can overlook that once the doors were open and see the view. The room is well furnished, great size kitchen comfy beds. We would stay again.

We liked the location of the apartment as we could walk to everything we needed to get to. We didn't like the car park access as we found with a slightly bigger car it was quite tight to get around and we were on the bottom floor also.

Loved the area and rooms. Very comfortable, clean and great restaurants all walking distance. Parking was very tight especially for SUVs . Pool was underwhelming but everything else was lovely.

Expectations were met. Just be aware that the car park is very tight and if you have a bigger vehicle (eg dual cab Ute) it will need skill.

Property was overall very user friendly. The oven tray was dirty and had to was also ensuite around the toilet had hair on the floor. Overall happy and will stay again.

Great spot , no need to use car if you don't want. Once you're at the apartments, everything is close by, beach , restaurants etc.

X Kirra apartments were amazing. Not sure how long ago they were built but they look and feel almost brand new. Very clean, fresh and modern. The view was outstanding. We could see all the way to the high rises of the Goldie. We found an awesome little coffee/breakfast spot called the Kirra Cafe which was right next door to our apartments. Kirra Surf club is about a 2 minute walk and we had an amazing dinner at the restaurant attached to the surf club called Sibling. No matter were you go, you get that amazing view. We had a cheese platter and wine from our verandah overlooking the beach and surf. There is a section of the beach with flags and surf lifesavers almos t directly across the road. The paths and bikeways are extensive and an electric bike is a great way to see the sights. The other thing i like about Kirra is that it still has a feel of the old coast charm about it...not too packed with leople. Will defs be back.

Nice apartments in a lovely area. Will return

Nice location and comfortable, clean apartment. But lacking in some areas for price. No beach towels. No cushions for wooden sun lounges so unusable unless you enjoy laying on timber slats. No bikes to use/hire. No salt and pepper in cupboards. No staff at reception, you have to go across the road to another building. The underground car park has extremely tight access for large vehicles.

I loved staying here - so many options within walking distance. Room was lovely and clean.

Beautiful apartment with great views and great location. Parking was a bit stressful but once you understand the rules with one way up and down was ok but… we were very relieved once we were out with a hire car for the final exit without an incident!

Absolutely outstanding units. The 2 bedroom ocean view was stunning inside with excellent amenities. Very clean, and great views. Walk across the road to the beach. The only downside in my opinion, was the car parking. Prepare for your car sensors to scream at you as you try to navigate your way in or out of the extremely narrow driveway down up to three levels. If you have a small car it may be a little less anxiety inducing. Maybe park on the street with a larger car. Regardless, this is a wonderful property and I would highly recommend it! 😊

The property wasnt clean, there was no basic cooking supplies provided like, salt, pepper or oil even though its an apartment with a kitchen. The cutlery and plates was dirty.

Superbly presented. Love the boutique nature of the Kirra strip. X Apartments are perfectly located as they are close to everywhere. We can not wait to stay again.

My family and I had a lovely stay at X Kirra Apartments. The apartment was clean and tidy, had a washer and dryer and everything you need to cook a good meal. The Strand shopping strip is a short walk away and right across the road is the beach and a playground. The staff are helpful and there are a few cafes on the same block. We will stay again.

A fantastic location with fabulous views of the beach & hinterland. A spacious & modern apartment with a coastal feel that added to a very relaxing staycation.

Great Aparthotel. Modern and fresh decor and perfect location. There was a lot to love, even side rooms have lovely view. Only issue was the extremely tight car park, one way light system and so small. Anything bigger than a hatch will Be a nightmare to park. Also it’s no smoking but guests smoked below on balcony and when I reported it desk didn’t seem concerned, and the person smoked again making us move in from the lovely balcony. Overall though if you are without car it’s perfect.

The position was excellent, close to restaurants. Opposite the beach and good size balcony, we didn’t like that the pantry was locked, so not a lot of room to put our groceries, our room needs a few repairs, but overall we enjoyed our stay🌝

Lovely apartment, lounge, kitchen and balcony with amazing view. Main bedroom very small, suitcases in hallway as a result. We had a lovely stay at Kirra.

Basement car park very tight spaces. Pool area small and in shade all day.

I recently stayed at XKirra Apartments in Kirra Beach, and it was an outstanding experience! The apartment was modern, spacious, and offered breathtaking ocean views. The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach, cafes, and local attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. Everything was immaculately clean, and the amenities were top-notch. I highly recommend XKirra Apartments for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious beach getaway!

Nice Coolangatta Apartment

Nice comfortable, clean apartment centrally located by restaurants and beach. The apartment is good for 1-2 people.

We had a fabulous short stay at x Kirra in a 2 bedroom front view apartment. The location is superb being right on the beach with a fabulous sea view and is in walking distance to a great selection of lovely Restaurants.Highly recommended we will definitely come back again .

Second time we have stayed at X-Kirra Apartments and we still love it and think it is a great place to vacation away from home. This time our room had some broken glass and wet flooring from an open window when we arrived. There were also missing items in the kitchen and laundry that could have made the stay better. We had to buy them ourselves and leave it for the next occupants. Other than that, parking was great, beds were amazing and this accommodation will always be our 1st option when we holiday to the Gold Coast.

Spacious unit for 2, happy with the amenities provided. Only minor issue is the main bedroom where there was a king size bed in a queen size room.

This was our 2nd stay and was great. The location is excellent and the views are beautiful. We will be back.

Great Place to Stay!!!

Magnificent location and views! Right on the beachfront with everything in walking distance. Safe undercover parking, although the parking is a little tight, but certainly ok. All modern facilities and definitely a wonderful place to stay out of the hustle and bustle of Surfers. Will be back!

Our escape from the freezing weather at home to sunny Kirra was very relaxing. The balcony view of the ocean was stunning, and we were even able to do some whale watching!! Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms and a coffee shop downstairs were all highlights of our stay. We were a little sad that the magnesium swimming pool was out of order (and out of water) as we weren't aware of this prior to our stay.

Apartment was very comfortable and convenient. We loved the view! All amenities were great. Really enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.

Nice apartment in the centre of Kirra Beach. Apartment was well set up with everything we needed. The only issue we had was the carpark which was very tight to navigate and we were 3 floors down. Ended up parking on the road

The very tight driveway down to the basement. I scraped the side of my car on my first attempt. $3,000 to repair, loss of no claim bonus and a hefty excess too. Thank you so much...and no warnings given. Residents probably become accostomed to but it is stress that a short time guest can well do without.

This property is beautiful, in a convenient location. Walking distance to Coolangatta. 7/11 store, cafe’s, chemist, bakery, pizza shop all within just a few metres of the lobby. Great playground for the kids directly across the road and a beach entrance for quick easy access to the beach. It is a surf beach but the tide does leave wonderful big pools of water on the beach if you have smaller children. I can not recommend this property enough we will be returning here for sure. Only negative thing I can say which really wasn’t a massive deal is the carpark is very tight so if you have a big car like us it can be very difficult to get in and out and not a lot of room to get in and out of the car once parked. But we didn’t get the car out very much as we walked a lot. This is the only negative thing I can say about this place. Staff were very friendly and helpful if you needed anything.

New apartment with comfortable bed and great location

Had a lovely trip here to X Kirra. The rooms were very clean and had good facilities. The playground across the road was close and great fir the kids. The beach access is directly opposite as well so we didnt have to venture far for the kids to be entertained. Staff were lovely. Lots of food options were closeby and it was handy with a chemist, bakery, 7-11 so close. We would definately stay here again. Thanks

Clean, beautiful views, close to beach, great walking paths Perfect for a relaxing few days with everything close by to eat out or facilities to eat in or for a family holiday close to beach and surf with all the attractions of the Gold Coast and northern NSW a short drive away.

Clean apartment

Great location to walk to most places from here. The apartment was lovley with a great view. Basic condiments of salt & Pepper would have been appreciated and instructions on how to use the Air Con. The pool was a bit average and felt like it wasn't quite clean? Overall it was Good

A nicely laid out apartment suitable for a family of 4. Full kitchen, two bathrooms and a laundry. Well thought out deck with sun beds, couch and dining area (no BBQ though). We enjoyed our stay here although will try higher up apartments next time as with this particular apartment the view is obstructed by the play ground sails.

Great rooms location was ok just abit if a walk to Coolangatta but there where some good spots to eat around .

A bit squishy

Booked a king room apartment and ended up with a 2 bedroom apartment with signs don’t use the main bathroom or the second room. The main room with the King bed was too small my husband had to squeeze past the TV that didn’t work to get into bed

This place is lovely. My only gripe was that we were there for 5 nights and the sheets or towels were not replaced

Modern 2br apartment, clean and great balcony to watch the park and shoreline. Safe car parking are very close to dining options. 10-15 min walk to Coolangatta
