Everything was excellent. The complimentary shuttle bus to the Old Town was a very thoughtful option. Except: The hot water supply was a little short. OK, as it was only me in the room so it didn't matter, but if two people were staying together, who didn't shower together, then the hot water would be a little cold for the second person. Secondly, there was no coffee making machine in the room. For an establishment that calls itself five star, two star instant coffee isn't an option. However I have to say a big thank you to the management for supplying a coffee-pod machine and coffee pods for the duration of my stay.Thanks again management!

Great experience. Highlights are the very kind staff who does their job very well, the delicious breakfast and the beautiful swimming pool.

Beautiful Resort

This hotel is practically brand new. One tower is still under construction. Food was excellent. Pools were amazing. Grounds and facilities were spotless. Staff was very helpful - especially Phu and Trang. Would definitely recommend.

Omg this place is 10/10!!!! My only complaint was they had all these amazing activities but no one coordinating. Buffet breakfast 10/10, pools 10/10, cleanliness 10/10! Get a villa, ours was stunning.

Beautiful swimming pool and beach.

This property is very nice, but has a whole building still needing to be completed. This does not affect your stay regarding building work but it does affect how many places there are to eat as there's only one place to have dinner which has the same menu as the the pool bar. The beach bar area is amazing, pool and grassed area is stunning. The rooms are big and very nicely decorated, views are amazing, could do with places to hang your towels and a full length mirror. We had an amazing stay, very quiet, friendly staff.

Lovely property which is very well kept. Staff enthusiast and keen to help. Some small niggles. The service was slow in the evening, there was a lack of options in the restaurant menu, there was a lack of kitchen facilities for villa options, there was no hand towel in some bathrooms, and there was no full length mirror, there was an excellent amount of choice for breakfast both western and Asian, it was very clean, the gardens were beautiful, and the pools were immaculate

Excellent stay here. Room was fantastic and very clean. Hotel amenities were great. Only issue is that the hotel is not near anything but they put on a courtesy bus to the old town each day/night.

The property was nice it appeared to be a little outdated. Yet it had everything we wanted which was a relaxed location with access to the beach, which was approximately a 2-4 minute walk away from the reception area.

My time at Wyndham Hội An Royal BeachFront Resort was a delightful escape. The captivating scenery, impeccable service, beautiful rooms, and overall convenience left me thoroughly satisfied, making it a destination I would eagerly return to in the future.

It was unfortunate timing when we stayed in Hoi An during storm season. We weren't able to fully enjoy the property due to weather. One tower is newly renovated and we stayed in the exec suite with 2 bedrooms. Staff are friendly and helpful. We had the opportunity to have a coffee chat with Shane their GM. Overall a great stay all things considered. We'd come back when it's not storm season.

Heavenly.

Brand new property. This time we had the hotel to ourselves as there were only few guests Vast size property. Cycles are provided to cycle inside property. The beach is absolutely clean and secluded. Two big pools. Excellent staff. Nice selection of wines. Close to Hoi Ann. Heavenly stay. All rooms overlooking the ocean n pool.

Good resort, super nice and helpful staff and very good breakfast

Om man ska bo på detta hotellet så är det en villa man ska ha. Maten i resturangvagnen var inte god men väldigt dyr så rekommenderar inte den. Vi åt där nån gång för vi va tvungna, vi hade små barn med oss. Det finns ingen supermarket eller restaurang i närheten. Frukosten var dock väldigt god.

Vi hade en mycket bra vistelse på hotellet. Personalen var mycket trevlig, bra service. Vi fick byta till en villa med 3 sovrum och vardagsrum. Mycket nöjda och kan verkligen rekommendera hotellet.
