Lovely hotel with a good view. Conveniently located near the beach and mall (walking distance). The highlight was the breakfast. Delicious and a lot of variety to choose from!

Doha brilliant holiday

Amazing trip. Great hotel, excellent staff especially Gabriel. Brilliant breakfast and very attentive staff. We loved every minute of it. Doha is a great holiday destination, great weather and very kind people.

Checked in at 6pm, room was not ready. Restaurant staff are great but food is atrocious. No one ever picks the reception or concierge phone number. Room smelled like a damp carpet. Cheap fragrance throughout the hotel - smells like a low budget bathroom refresher. Water leaks through from the bathroom shower to the room. The night reception staff are very rude. This hotel is far from 5 star more like a 3 star.

Great area by the beach also walking distance to the mall which had lots of food choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff was amazing!

The property is beautiful, the rooms are stunning, spacious and modern. We stayed in an a sea view room which was perfect. The bathroom and bedroom were fully equipped abd spacious, the decor was lovely. The staff are fantastic and welcoming. House keeping were also wonderful, special thank you to Balram Yadav

Hotel nice, spa not the best and swimming quite small . Jacuzzi be better in the spa. Clean and tidy staff very helpful, beach only a little walk across the road. Breakfast very good.

Great hotel, ideally suited for travel around Doha. Conveniently located for the DECC Metro Station and the City Centre Mall. Lovely staff and a clean, quiet pool. We loved staying here, it was the perfect base for exploring Doha.

I had a very pleasant experience at Whyndam Grand Doha Beach with my family. The hospitality was amazing, all the staff were very warm and welcoming. The location, breakfast, room dining and the suite was all exceptional. We will definitely be visiting soon.

This place was just wonderful. I loved every moment of it. The staff were wonderful, the restaurant was terrific, it may be the best buffet breakfast I’ve ever had and the room was extremely comfortable.

Had a lovely stay, they were really helpful. They gave me a complimentary cake for my birthday as a surprise, which was a nice gesture.

Absolutely amazing stay the staff were very accommodating and extremely polite and professional. We were upgraded complimentary due to it being a quiet day. The amenities were excellent and location was superb. The view from the hotel is beautiful and the breakfast options were premium.

Toilet wasn't working properly, every time using the toilet tissues stack. And air condition goes off Middel of the night, every night brock my sleep and rooms are too hot. As a 5* hotel not that great.

Great staff Beautiful hotel high standard food and breakfast

Lovely hotel which is Central to everything. Nothing was too much trouble for the receptionists or the workers. Rooms were always cleaned and kept tidy by the cleaners.

Arrived at 2am and were given a warm welcome. Had a superior king room with city views on 13th floor. Room was lovely. Clean and comfortable and the best bed we’ve ever slept in so comfortable. The room amenities were excellent. TV with lots of English speaking channels, tea and coffee making facilities. Robes and slippers provided. Large bathroom with lovely oval bath and walk in shower area. We didn’t spend much time in hotel as we were visiting family in doha but we couldn’t fault anything. Lovely friendly staff. Immaculately clean and comfortable rooms and great location. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend

The property is new, rooms are spacious, comfortable and well decorated. You feel at home while staying there.

Premium quality hotel at great value for money

My wife and I had a very enjoyable 4 night stay in May 2024. Our superior king room was very spacious, clean and well presented at a high spec. The hotel restaurant, where we had breakfast each morning was lovely and the buffet options were extensive, with the chefs and team happy to accommodate any request within their control. The staff overall throughout the hotel were both friendly and polite. If you're looking for a beach, the hotel location was perfect, as Doha Sands beach club was opposite - less than 100m away...overall a very nice stay and I would definitely return.

Amazing hotel friendly staff clean

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. What an amazing hotel. From the staff from the minute we entered the hotel to the housekeeping and the to us leaving. We had a great experience and it’s all because of the staff we had and the service we received. I will definitely be back again and believe the staff should definitely be rewarded for their hard work and efforts they put in daily. I am soo pleased and will be one of the reason I will come back to visit Qatar again. Thank you to the staff of Wyndham grand hotel. We appreciate it sooo much and thank you for making us feel so welcome on our first visit to Qatar

Very nice hotel and family friendly

amazing team. i needed early check in and they were very welcome. needed late check out and again fantastic. next to sea, close to a shopping centre and very welcoming staff. definitely recommend

Great stay, very spacious rooms, very friendly staff. Lovely food and less than 10 minute walk to shopping mall with lots of food options. Immediately opposite beach area (you have to pay). Would thoroughly recommend anyone to stay here when visiting Doha

Very peaceful place

Nice atmosohere in lobby area and very big rooms and very comfy beds

Our 2 bdr sea view apt was amazing and very well equipped for longer stays. All staff were lovely. The complimentary sweets dish was a nice touch. Nice pool area. The only disappointments were the hotel restaurant food and no guest arrangements for beach access (even discount be good) but overall a happy one night staycation, thank you!

Great place for families. Easy walk to city centre mall, gate mall and the metro.

Garbage experience

service was egregiously poor. Room service: Would have to call 3-4 times just to get a bottle of water which is important because…as you know we’re in the desert! Cleanliness: the room was clean when I entered but that’s it. I requested cleaning on 1 of the 3 days and they just….didn’t do it? And then I got a note at 5pm saying “we tried but no one was in the room to let us in”. Like what? You are supposed to clean when the guests are out…ie during the day. In the spa: they’re supposed to open at 10…I showed up at 1030 and the manager wasn’t there. I had to come back later and she had no service listing or menu of services. She just asked “do you want Thai or Philipino” which left everyone puzzled. Believe she was referring to the masseuses. In the Resturaunt: I’d have to ask multiple times for things. They would bring out eggs but no toast and no drinks. By the time I got my toast (10m) later my eggs/food was cold. Limited amenities: they don’t even have a tv in their Resturaunt / lounges. So you couldn’t watch a World Cup game. You had to go back to your room to do this. The lobby itself has zero ambience. Just horrible experience all around and in no way shape or form is this a premium hotel Would like to call out that the service workers were working extremely hard and were very polite…it is they overall management system that is failing this hotel. Take your money and stay literally anywhere else for half the price and double the service.

Flott og rent hotell. Romslige rom, fine bad. Vi hadde rom med utsikt mot sjøen, det var fantastisk å våkne til. Hotellet anbefales og veldig nær til stort kjøpesenter og mange fine restauranter.
