Pleasant Stay....Noisy Hotel

Front desk staff was very accommodating. Rooms lacked good insulation and we were kept up most of the first night and some of the second night due to noise from above. Not sure what can be done about that at this point, just poor design and build standards.

I like this hotel. Excellent location, customer service and safe.

Beware of families coming back to the hotel after 11pm or later from Disneyland. Parents don’t care if you’re sleeping. Kids were running around upstairs and parents were slamming doors, cabinets whatever they find. We were up till 2am. Unfortunately, in this hotel you can hear the neighbors and any noise. The ac is also very loud. The sheets are even loud. Hotel was clean and staff were kind. However, I would never stay here.

I would not consider staying here again Theres a thief in the cleaning staff and the front desk will cover for them at all cost. Dont believe me? Check the google reviews other customers experienced the same as we did. Someone came in to our room when we were at the park and stole money. This is clearly a pattern here, i do not feel safe bringing my kids and staying here knowing they can easily come in your room anytime.

Short Disney Trip

The location is awesome for Disney Parks, very walkable. It is a beautiful property. Our only complaints, some mold on the shower ceiling and the selector knob was inoperable. Also, the TV showed Netflix however we were unable to use (even with our own login). The staff was great.

Every time we left and returned the staff were kind greeted us. If we saw them in the hall they also greeted us. The rooms were cleaned well and everything was great. Would definitely stay again. We did have the breakfast one day and the price was great and we got tons of food for it! The waitress was very nice and check on us often.

Staff was great and super friendly. Location was very convenient for our trip to Disney - just a short walk to the park. Parking was included at the hotel at no extra cost. Room was clean and comfortable. No complaints!

The only problem was that the shower floor was dirty and grey. Everything else was clean and the beds were comfortable

Awesome stay with some of the best breakfast options ive ever had at a hotel. Bacon egg cheese croissant, berry waffle, Starbucks all perfect and the staff that was at the island preparing these couldnt be any better. Beds were also excellent.

Loved the hotel

Pros: - Ambiance: The hotel was very clean, bright, welcoming - Customer Service: Everyone was friendly and provided great service. - Housekeeping: The room was freshened up each day, bed made, trash taken out, and towels replaced. It was great to return to after a day at Disneyland. A lot of hotels don't do this anymore. - Free Parking! This was major and factored into my decision. Most hotels charge extra for parking, adding anywhere between 30-50 a day for parking. This hotels provides free parking. Proximity: Short walk to Disneyland, also short walk to nearby plaza with great shopping/restaurants. Restaurants/stores across the street as well. Cons: My only complaints: - The towel quality was somewhat thin and old (not a big deal). Plus side: they do provide tons of towels to use. - Cost of each night was too high, which I think was a result of how busy it was that weekend for the area. Apparently there was a convention in town, which drove the prices up. I believe the prices are typically more affordable per night. Would stay here again.

Room was definitely not as clean as it should have been. Visible dust on TV stand and desk, which is not the biggest deal in the world but being a corporate employee for Wyndham, I know the standard is better than that. You can easily walk to the Disney Park, along with nice dining options and a Walgreens/CVS for any other necessities. Overall the stay was enjoyable.

This location was perfect and a good walking distance to Disneyland about 15 minutes. The staff was amazing, including Freddy, who worked the evening and was with a smile when we came from Disneyland. The hotel did offer Starbucks, but there was an actual Starbucks across the street, which was perfect when going to Disneyland. I would definitely stay at this hotel once again for our next trip.

It is an older building, wood framing not concrete. That means that if there is a family with small children on the floor above and they run around or jump, you will hear it. Otherwise, the place is well renovated, clean, great staff, close to Disneyland. Would go there again… and ask for the top floor 😁

Loved how they let us park in thier lot after we checked out so that we could see more sites

Stayed here six times in last three years. Was brand new but starting to show wear and tear. Need to update hallway carpets. Also toilet wouldn’t stop running. Excellent customer service. Nice location an easy walk to parks.

Loved it! Saw fireworks from window. About 10-12 minute walk to park. No bad at all. Easy check in and check out and great parking!

We traveled with disabled seniors using walkers and asked ahead of time about the city's ART shuttle to Disneyland and the confirmed it stops outside the hotel. So when we arrived we i quired about buyi g tickets for the shuttle and the staff told us they dont recommend it its very unreliable and detoured us from going that route and assured us the walk was short. After day one at the park wveryone was exhausted of course and it was that extra walk we had to make back that did us in. So we ventured on our own to investigate the shuttle for day 2 since staff was not helpful. It turned out the shuttle stops outside the litteral entrance to the hotel every 20-30 minutes and 3 busses circulate on that route until midnight once we bought shuttle tickets it was.a game changer! Wish we would have gotten more info from the hotel the first ti.e we asked. Other than that the hotel was decent and the room was clean. Just pack your own k-cups unless you want only one cup of coffee because the dont refil each day you stay.

I attended NAMM and this place was very convenient. Pretty clean, staff great, food acceptable. A pretty good value all things considered.

It is close to Disneyland. The parking was great. The room was just okay. The staffs were very nice and helpful.

I loved how close the property was to Disneyland & it was very quiet. Not too many guests staying there. My biggest complaint is that the water in the room smelled like chlorine. I took a shower and was afraid to take more because of the smell. It felt like dirty water. It made it hard to brush my teeth as well. The water was definitely full of chlorine. The room smelled like bleach as soon as we arrived and over time the sink started to turn blue from the water.

Overall we had a great experience. We stayed for 3 nights and were easily able to walk to Disneyland every day. The front desk concierge was very helpful when we had an issue with our initial room. It smelled moldy, like there was a moisture issue coming from the bathroom. But no signs of any mold or mildew. They moved us to another room right away. The only other issue was the Starbucks downstairs. There was only one person working this area on a Saturday morning. She was clearly overwhelmed and it took a super long time to be able to order our coffee. But the location is great, beds are super comfortable, and the free gated parking underneath the building was safe and very convenient. Overall we would likely stay here again.

Under rated

Amazing staff, check in went smooth. The gentleman working afternoon shift was very nice and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.parking area protected and free (compared to other hotels that gouge you). We will be staying here again for sure.

Wonderful stay!

We liked the convenient location when going to the Disney parks. From hotel to the queue at monsters Inc at DCA, it took about 20 minutes. We could also see the Disneyland fireworks from our room which was a nice surprise. The property was clean, convenient, and staff were friendly. We received a text at check-in that stated we could use for anything we need, which we did for some more towels and bathroom tissue. Staff arrived at our door with the requested items within 5 minutes of our text. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing spot to stay for Disneyland or DCA

Such a pleasant stay! Walked to and from Disneyland and free parking even on the day of check-out. Super clean and quiet. Bed comfortable also. Lots of restaurants around and across the street from a 7-Eleven and TWO drugstores. Would 100% stay again without hesitation!

Would not choose to stay here again.

We stayed here for one night. Joshua, who checked us in, was super friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the first room that they gave us was really dirty. There was stuff all over the floor, it didn't look like they had swept or vaccuumed at all after the previous guests checked out. The mirrors were dirty and one of the pillows had makeup on it. We immediately called the front desk and asked for a different room, which they were very quick to accommodate. The second room was cleaner but had a kind of weird smell but since we were only staying one night we toughed it out. The sofa had stains all over it, which was kind of gross to look at. I would not choose to stay here again. Pros: Close to Disneyland, Garden Walk and plenty of dining options. The little breakfast place had decent deals on food and the food was pretty good. The hot tub was tiny but it was very clean. Cons: Rooms weren't clean. It was hard to find parking while checking in and if you drive a big vehicle it is a little scary trying to fit into the underground parking. The walls are paper thin. We could hear everyone everywhere (none of us got much sleep). None of the plugs on the desk worked. Lighting in the bathroom is awful if you are a woman trying to put on makeup. Beds were not comfortable and pillows were tiny.

No free breakfast included. Rooms were ample and clean. Employees helpful and nice.

sink in bathroom is horrible design . will splash everywhere if you try to wash ur hands . also got my foot sliced by the shower door . dont even know why the glass is that sharp . toilet is too close to shower as well . other than that , great hotel

Clean rooms, great staff, walkable to Disneyland. Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable though. Might be time to replace those!

We had a pleasant stay on our visit to Disneyland. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room suited our needs. We did find a toothbrush left in bathroom from previous guests, but otherwise property was tidy.

The receptionist Anthony was very nice, informative, and showed his care and attention daily. He is a great employee.

The initial impression of the hotel was subpar. When we arrived, a maintenance worker was finishing up something — what they were doing was unclear. But, once we arrived inside the room we noticed a strong smell of bleach in the bathroom. The scent remained for the entire 4 night/5 day stay. There was also a dead spider just hanging out on the wall. Their policy is to have housekeeping every three (3) days, but I’d recommend them to offer the regular routine cleaning. The bed sheets were covered in a strange and unfortunate plethora of stains. The heating system is also extremely loud (almost comical). I’d recommend them to either offer a quieter standing heater or update their HVAC system. The noise from the streets and hotel neighbors were expected due to the proximity to Disneyland. I wish there was something I enjoyed about this stay, but after that initial impression, it kept going downhill. We’ll probably stay at a different hotel until they make the appropriate changes.

Home away from home

My family of four stayed for a couple of nights. It's our 5th time staying there. It's clean, comfortable, safe and a quick walk to the parks, restaurants, stores, coffee shops and more. We will stay here again.

Our stay was very short but great!

The location was very convenient for all the places my family wanted to visit. We were so close to Disney that we could walk there and even stopped for breakfast before our adventures. The hotel itself was exceptionally nice and very clean. Given the price we paid, it exceeded my expectations. Customer service was awesome ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ highly recommend.

Front desk staff was amazing! They were trained so well to greet each guest every time you entered or exit the hotel. They made sure we had everything we needed. Shout out to Josua & Anthony who were extra dope with holding our bags and Anthony also helped my Mother in Law locate her glasses she left behind in the room after we checked out. The hotel has a cafe where you can order breakfast items along with Starbucks which is SUPER convenient and also walking distance to plenty of places to eat. My only gripe was our room floors could have been cleaned better. There was old dried up food we stepped on that we for sure did NOT eat prior (i.e. dried up ground beef). Other than that- we would DEFINITELY stay here again for Disney.

We always stay here when we visit Disneyland. Everyone’s so nice and welcoming. Manager Ozzie is so nice and got our requests in at check in. Very satisfied guests.

This property is great for Disney! Staff was friendly and ready to help and rooms were extremely clean. My only concerns are the surrounding area it was sketchy. We felt pretty uncomfortable walking at night from Disney with all the unhoused and panhandlers. But that's not the properties fault! Just something to be aware of.

Showing wear and tear

We’ve stayed here for the past 6 years, a few times a year when visiting Disneyland for the week. It’s always a great stay with no issues. I was sad to see that the room we were in was showing a lot of wear and tear. The faucet is weeks away from likely breaking off. The pull out bed was soooooooo mishaped that my 8 year old and 6 year old couldn’t get comfortable. I know, it’s a pull out couch but that thing had the slope of a hammock, and not in a good way.

Great stay for Disneyland guests

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and provided the comfort we needed. One of the door on the dresser kept opening up for some reason, might have been a slight slant but everything thing else was great. Close to Disneyland and the area felt self.

The location was close enough to walk to Disneyland, yet distanced far enough so we didn't have to deal with all the traffic congestion when driving to do other activities. The staff were very polite and welcoming. The rooms are clean. I would stay again.

The front staff are all very friendly and helpful. We booked 2 rooms and asked for them to be close together. They were able to give us adjoining rooms which was so convenient. The queen/queen rooms were spacious for 2 people and the bathroom was a nice size. Having the bar fridge and coffee maker was convenient. Good location. We were only a 10min walk to Disneyland gates. Lots of other restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again!
