TravellerThe pictures posted in the photos are totally different from real life. This is more like a hostel than hotel. Dirty and everything about it is disgusting. I can’t even walk around the room barefoot as the carpet was filthy. We were too disgusted to sleep in the room so we left our bags and looked for a room to stay at a nearby hotel. Next day we went back and demanded for a refund for the second night, the front manager not apologetic at all promised to email Expedia but I am not sure if he actually emailed Expedia as there is no email from Expedia until today 7th of September regarding this request from us except for the refund for last 2 days. Expedia should take down the fake photos of the rooms they advertised. This hotel is scamming poor people like us.

In the heart of taksim. Room needs lots of reno . However if you plan to spend your day outside, it s a good stay .
