Great place for a weekend away . Cabins were awesome with the family. Sitting on the deck having a few drinks while over looking the river. Staff were very friendly and relaxed

Relax in out of the way Woolli

Peaceful,relaxed cabin in garden setting adjacent to creek which friends successfully fished. Adjacent to hotel which had a great Thai restaurant. If you want relaxation rather than big city ritz this is it.

The stay was absolutely amazing. So comfortable. For the future tenants toilet ran, tv’s didn’t have reception and fans were dirty. By all means didn’t affect my stay but may affect the next. Would definitely come again. So peaceful by the river. Congratulations on a comfortable stay!!!

Long weekend away

The garden cabin was a good size for 2 adults. There was scum on the sides of the swimming pool. This was unappealing and as such, we chose not to swim in it. The flyscreen on the cabin's front door is not sealed so sort of defeats the purpose of having a fly screen at all if the flies and mosquitos can just fly straight into the room. The kettle didn't work and was black inside so I put that back away. There was a snake skin hanging from the verandah roof, so while this is cute, should probably be removed so that it doesn't drop into someone's breakfast when they are sitting at the table. The glass front door lock was so extremely difficult to operate that we often just had to leave the cabin unlocked. In all, this is a three-star rated accommodation and I feel that you get what you pay for. I think they would have such a high turnover that small things like provision of mosquito coils or fly spray in the summer are not a priority. The TV was really small so we didn't bother turning it on at all. Good boat ramp, good spot for kayaking. 10km return walk to the beach and the pub is 100 metres walk away which is handy for dinner. Remember to bring your insect repellant and mosquito coils with you.

Nice place was peaceful until 20 kids took over the pool area and their mothers sat by the river and didn’t seem to care about other guests putting up with screaming etc until 10:30pm. Would have liked to use the pool.Otherwise perfect place.

Property suited our needs , love the peace and quiet and amenities

The lodges were clean and surprisingly spacious. They were well equipped. Perfect for an overnight stay on the Yuraygir Coastal walk.

We loved staying in this peaceful haven right on the river bank, surrounded by beautiful birds and associated sounds!! The Lodges provided everything we needed and obviously had facilities for a longer stay, and in every season. We will be back.

Peaceful location tucked amongst trees on the river bank

My only reserves were that my lamp next to the bed didn't work, may have simply been a blown globe though! I moved the lamp but forgot to mention it to the management. My hubbie felt that there were lots of rules, however they didn't really worry me. Simple things.

Perfect getaway with character and convenience

We stayed in the romantic cabin with bath tub. It was lovely, lots of character and some really clever design features made it quite special - especially the bath set up. Everything we needed was supplied (except bubble bath and lighter for candles but we improvised). Surrounding area is gorgeous and the pub next door had great food. A perfect weekend getaway. Will be back :)

The cabins were far enough away from each other to give us privacy and a quiet environment. Very nice and helpful owners.

Great place for family holiday

Stayed for one night as part of a road trip. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location was great. We stayed in Cabin 2 which could do with an upgrade but there were newer cabins on premises. Would make a fun family holiday with a nice pool and fishing at your doorstep. They have complimentary pedal boats and canoes. Wooli is a beautiful place with a relaxed atmosphere.

Lovely spot. Friendly, informative people and everything you need in the clean accommodation. Other places in Wooli seemed big, busy and crowded in comparison. Best choice of accommodation.

The place to be inWooli

Our stay was delightful. My second stay at Wooli River Lodges, this time in the biggest lodge (2 bathroom, sleeps 7); previous time was April 2017 in a smaller lodge. The facilities in the lodge are great. Comfy beds, good linen; full insect screens; good array of kitchen gear; lots of hot water. Riverside views mean seeing the tides come in and out, great bird life and always something to look at. Peter and Dianne have done a great job refreshing the information folder, signage and outdoor poolside BBQ area and gardens. They also offer guests free use of canoes and paddle boats with life jackets etc, all very ship shape and a great way to enjoy the riverside location. They are really helpful and offer all kinds of other services like breakfast packs and pick ups. All within walking distance of the Wooli shop and pub (which has good meals)

Great cabin close to the river. Went on the off season so got a warm welcome and complimentary upgrade and choice of cabin. Property is next door to the hotel with excellent meals. There is a general store and cafe. Prepare to relax and not go anywhere and you'll have a great time. Minnie beach has rock pools which are great for kids to explore We were told it's busy at Easter and Xmas but it was amazingly quiet in august Loads of birdlife. We will probably go back. Although Australia is a big place. What's next ?

Lovely place to stay

Wooli River Lodges was a comfortable place to stay for a weekend. i loved the fact that there was plenty of things to do and the BBQ area was great as we were a large group and it allowed us to sit together for meals.

We loved staying here...the staff were great as were the facilities...including the lovely pool to cool off and the boats to borrow to float around the tidal area next to it (also were great birds to check out).

Great location and clean, comfortable cabins. Great facilities on site and the owners are extremely generous with the included use of the canoes. Had a great time paddling down the river!

Lovely and tranquil.

We needed a mini break and Wooli River Lodges could fit us in for two nights (instead of a 3 night minimum stay). It was clean and tranquil, family friendly, supplied linen and provides tea and coffee. Fabulous

River Stay

Wooli River Lodge is set on the beautiful Wooli River a short drive from the main part of town and beach. Both the Wooli Store and Wooli Hotel is located a short stroll away making it very convenient to buy supplies or have a meal out. The cabins are clean and tidy and the communal BBQ area is well set up.

Relaxed Atmosphere, perfectly situated

Very pleasant environs, a perfect location for this style of accommodation. Minor attention to detail from would make for a more pleasing experience though overall a nice stay & good value for money

Right on the Wooli river. Cabin had everything you could want. With pool, canoeing and foot powered canoeing (life jackets provided free) Bats, balls etc. They'll also lend a big choice of board games if it rains.

Great cabin close to river, within walking distance to beach, close to tavern and general store. Free use of paddle boats and canoes. Friendly owners.

Wooli is a beautiful place. Ocean and river in the one place as well as native flora and fauna to discover.

Peace and quiet

Came for a short stay during school holidays. Please was lovely and quiet as. Rooms were ok and facilities good. Dont come expecting wifi or decent phone reception as this location is remote.

Great Facilities, close to river and Wooli pub

We only stayed overnight as a quick getaway. We wish we had stayed longer. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Cabins are very nice and well situated.
