Super dirty

Roach Infested

You need to take this off your site was infested with roaches and smelt like roaches and the beds where more like a cots than a bed with plastic and it was a nightmare I would of checked out earlier but had no where to go

This property is not at all as depicted on the booking site. The entire place smelled like cigarette and marajuana smoke. There were pets running around inside off leash, damp dingy poor air circulation and it was apparent the staff used strong products in efforts to mask the stench

Location was convenient. Construction on I35 was a pain.

They could do better.

The entire building smelled of marijuana as soon as you pass the lobby doors. The room was okay but I found trash on the carpet that was not picked up, two roached crawling on the walls and the bathroom smelled like urine. The tub was also dirty so I had my kids step on a towel while they showered.

It was quiet.

The heater was very noisy, vibrating cover.

Quan was exceptional. He had great energy, very positive and made sure me and my Wife had a great stay for Valentine’s Day weekend. 5 stars for Quan!

Would spend a little more for something better.

My husband, I and our 9 month old went on a small getaway. We got to the hotel and immediately was hit with cigarette and another type of smell. We thought maybe it was just because it was close to the door and our room would be different, since we did choose a non smoking room. Our room was not better. The outdoor of the hotel is deceiving, it looks clean and new, but once you go inside everything is old and dirty. We lasted at most 1 hour and decided to book a different hotel. On the way down to turn in our keys and leave, there was a woman with us in the elevator and she threw up and walked out of the elevator like nothing. I would definitely not recommend this nasty hotel.

Lo único positivo fué el joven que me ayudó a hacer el check in, mi familia y yo tuvimos una experiencia horrible durmiendo con cucarachas, la cocina no servía y no pudimos cocinar nada de lo que llevamos, lo cual fué mas gasto en nuestro viaje que no esperabamos, nadie fué a limpiar, huele horrible a cigarro y a humedad, las camas no son como se ven en las fotos, el baño sucio, el aire acondicionado sucio, todo el cuarto tenía polvo y nos enfermamos de alergia, no entiendo como pueden rentar cuartos en esas condiciones tan terribles, la única razón por la que no nos fuimos es porque no habían mas hoteles disponibles, pero si no quieren enfermarse y gastar mas dinero, no vayan a este hotel!!!

Wouldn’t take a shower in that room tub wasn’t dirty just old and rusty grossed me out.

It was clean and had a good price

The guy at the front desk was just terrible and acted like I was bothering him by paying waaaayy too much for the trash pile of a hotel that this place presents. I don’t think this place has ever been cleaned, smelled of rotten garbage and marijuana, most of the clientele looked as if we were at a homeless shelter, the WiFi doesn’t work, the rooms are gross and uncared for, I wouldn’t have paid $10 for this place, they should burn it to the ground and call it a day

The room was clean. My main complaint is that the hallways and especially the elevator smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and marijuana. There also was not a luggage cart available. Other than that, it was clean, I felt safe with my kids, and the kitchenette looked good, although we only used the fridge. Beware that the hotel can be difficult to get to, especially with the insane amount of construction that is currently going on in the area (both 1604 and 35).

The front desk clerk was really nice, that’s about all I can say was good about my stay. The place was roach infested and whoever the house keepers are needs to be fired due to the lack of cleaning. My bed sheets were dirty and the tub was dirty. The place was a last minute choice trust me I will never stay there again.

It was okay

Not the best quality

I stayed for 6 days one occupant and initially when I checked in the process checking in was okay , the room had roaches not everywhere but was definitely present some were killed on the wall. Bed quality was okay .

Shoulda stayed home

The place smelled bad. Roaches everywhere. Bathroom discusting and the bed was so uncomfortable I woke up with severe back pain. I'll never stay there again

The fire alarm in my room was flashing the whole time, hot water didn’t work, and when I called downstairs to address the issues I was given the run around.

Not a bad stay!

My stay was not bad at all. Easy check-in,room was like a mini apartment (had stove top,fridge,micro, etc.. Very quiet and really close to shopping centers and restaurants.

This was a need when I got sick driving home. The room was extremely nice, considering price I paid. Can’t remember his name but the check in person (who lived in Seattle previously) was extremely nice & welcoming. I also have a service dog & I LOVE they had a magnet to display. Definitely would recommend. Better than expected when you’re on a tight budget.

Staff guy Caden was fabulous. I originally wanted the 4th floor but he put me in 213, i walked in w my 2 kids and walked RIGHT OUT. A baby cockroach was crawling on the stove. I told him and he walked me up rooms 414 and 413. 414 smelled like sweat and vomit very stingy smell, the bath tub was not fit for a bath after a long day, toilet seat was up, the smell is what turned me off. 413 had a plastic bag on the bed, puke flakes in the toilet, a tv that did not work, (he came later to replace it), the sink and tub were leaky, its 25.00 for a kitchen set even though theres a kitchen, and dirty towels. Caden replaced the quilt and provided extra clean sheets and towels plus fixed my tv. The remote doesnt turn down volume nor does it change the channel back. Bed was clean and comfy. Leaving that Friday morning a smashed roach was by the elevator.

The room was very disappointing.

I loved the fact that they offered a floor dedicated to those who smoke. The room had plenty of space as well as the bathroom which i loved. The only thing was the shower did not have hot water.

No reception area if waiting for a ride. Considering cost of room, it was understandable. Great place to stay. If you bring your own kichen supplies it has a big fridge, sink, microwave, and stove top.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

I have been using this app for several years now, and trust me when i say that this has been THE WORST hotel. The reception is so small that maybe 2-3 people fit. We booked a non smoking room and as soon as we opened the door it has a very strong cigarette smell, even the hallways smell like that. The room is small, the bed as well, it does not look clean at all. We walked out of the room right away, and explained to the receptionist that the room was not was we had paid for and that it had a strong cigarette smell, he said "yeah, all rooms smell like that but contact the manager Jesus for a refund" we contacted Jesus and he said we needed to contact Expedia and as soon as he received an email for them he would do the refund. Expedia kept trying to contact him, but he was never available. He only refunded 1 night out of the 2 nights even though we never stayed and the room was not what we had requested. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL.

Avoid at all cost!

Complete dump. Only nice thing about this place was the friendly service at the front desk. The place reeks of weed and cigarettes smells and very loud guest throughout the building. After checking in, and going to the floor of room, people are hanging out in the hallways as if they are at a shelter. Heard loud banging coming from another room. Saw a man peeking into cars, a man walking his barking dog. I left within a half hour of checking in because i didn't feel safe. Was trying to add a photo but it would allow me too.

AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!

The most awful hotel I have ever seen. This is a drug hotel as far as I can tell. I feel sorry for these people, but if you are looking for a hotel for a business stay or vacation, steer clear! Charge for WiFi, no coffee maker, if you try to call down to the lobby, the phone doesn’t work. If you go down to the lobby in person, the clerk is not available. I waited 10 minutes, ringing the bell and calling 500 on the lobby phone as was suggested. While I waited, a man came to check in and another man can in who was a resident who told us there were roaches, which weren’t “too bad.” After I waited 10 minutes to tell the clerk we were checking out and did not want to stay the 2 nights we had booked, I left. I booked with Hotels.com and had travel insurance through Indeed. I was charged for both nights! Hotels.com said they would handle the situation. I just received an email from them that said there was nothing they could do. Indeed was equally worthless! I will NEVER book with them or get travel insurance with them again. If you are thinking of booking a Woodbridge Suites room, please reconsider!

Awful Rooms

The pictures are not accurate to the room. The room was infested with roaches and smelled like old urine. Furniture was threadbare and uncomfortable. Service was very poor as well.

It has roaches they don't clean the tubs right or the bathroom and the owner kept getting mad because I kept extending the stay and told me after 5 days that I couldn't do it anymore and I had to leave

This hotel is terrible. It smelled like weed everywhere, the sheets were stained, the beds had no strong support and moved around, the shower was in poor condition, and it was not hygienic for my family. Honestly, if you have to go to San Antonio, NEVER stay at this hotel!

Would NOT recommend this place to anyone. The tube was filthy, the bed uncomfortable and roaches coming out the outlets. Worse experience ever!

Do not stay here.

This was the dirtiest and most unkept motel I've ever stayed in. The floors were dirty the sink handles were nasty. The bathroom mirror was covered with some sort of cloudy scum. The telephone in the room did not work. The clock in the room did not work. It had a terrible smell of bleach when I checked in. I did not want to touch anything. I kept coverings on my feet the whole time. The clerk could not find my reservation when I checked in. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was way overpriced for what I received.

It smelled terrible as soon as you enter the building. There was a huge puddle all the way down the hall from the soda.maching and they only put a towel down and nothing else. Was yold one thing from one staff member and then somethjbg else by another. The manager came to my door and told me in a stern voice that my rent was due. I didnt even know who.she was and was gettibg upset by the way she was spea k ing to me and the nasty facial expressions she was making. I told her that my rent was paid in full and they sent me a receipt even to pro e that. And she said yeah i am going to have to look jntk that very rude like amd just turned Rou and startes walking towards rhe elevator. She never came back to my room to apologize or tell me to kiss her butt nothing...nothing at awhich i find to be very disrespectful and shows how much class she has as even a person.

They had roaches and charged up to was there towels and wash cloths and would not give up tissue there dryer on site do not work or room smelled horrible out carpet freshener down and the smell still wouldn’t go away

Worst place to stay

The room smelled nasty. Like cats had urinated on the carpet. Bed was very small. Their were no pillow cases on the pillows , there was no comforter. Don’t recommend it at all. I paid but did not stay.

Worst hotel i have stay on

It has a full kitchen. You can buy some pots and pans at front desk. They have free wifi. You have to supply own tp and carry own trash out. They will clean room every other week, if you ask.

Not a King Size Bed

It advertised a king size bed it was more like a Queen size to me other than that it was good for the money

The elevator, floor, and our non-smoking room all smelled of marijuana smoke. Police were at the front desk when we checked out. I would go elsewhere.

Roach motel

We got into our room and immediately left. The room was infested with cockroaches. They were EVERYWHERE! the hallway smelled like a minty 420 coverup.

My room was dirty. The shower was dirty. The kitchenette was dirty. I found 4 roaches in my room. I am requesting a refund. Very Poor conditions.

Hard to find entry road at night if not familiar with the area. There was a water drip in the shower that was heard even with door closed.

We checked out shortly after checking in. It was awkward to get to off of the main road. The outside of the building and property looked neat, however the check in wasn't clear and felt like going into a secure prison. The hallways smelled of urine and the elevator like vomit. The beds were made, but the blankets were pilled and stained. The bathroom was wiped down, but not clean and surfaces stained. The "kitchen" consisted of old two electric burners, a microwave and a fridge. No pots, dishes or utensils. We were afraid of what we were exposing our child too.

The upkeep on the property was vey bad. Run down, only a sheet & very very thin cover on top. Only 2 flat pillows. Room smelt like cigarette smoke badly. No ice machine available. Outside of front of building looked just like the website photo, but inside was a total different story. I do not recommended it. Horrible horrible

Safety is an issue. Very dirty. Hot. Humid. Smell is horrible. People smoke in common areas on all floors. Unsafe parking lot shenanigans all night. Location not bad but right next to I35 construction.

Everyone was great. There was not 1 person with a negative attitude at this location. I have stayed at other hotels where there is 1 employee with a negative attitude. That was not the case at the WoodSpring Suites.

The only good thing relating to this hotel is the Lady at front desk was nice. Elevator stunk, hallways smelt like pee. The most unbelievable stomach turning thing was the bathtub and shower chair. Absolutely filth. Refunds should be mandatory in this case.

Basically a waste of my money, I went to check in and straight to my room. Immediately after opening the door I smelt feet, mold, dust, and musk. I inspected it and it felt disgusting in the room, the carpet, the restroom, and the bed. I sat there for an hour with the window open to let out the smell and it wouldn’t leave so I left. If you have standards and don’t want to feel disgusting then I recommend staying elsewhere. I basically paid for a 1 hour stay.

Front desk on site manager was very nice when checking in. Once I arrived in my room I noticed at least 10 roaches. Went down to request another room. Manager was very apologetic and polite. Once I arrived in my second room the first thing I saw was 3 roaches in the sink, one on the wall and several on the floor. I promptly asked for a refund which I was given and found another hotel to stay at. Very inconvenient and nasty

There was a lot of roaches in my room. I killed several and then found a nest of at least 10 behind a counter. I noticed several roaches in the main lobby area also

Pretty good for the price and the location. It's not fancy by any means but it fit the bill on what I needed for a few days of work. The staff was super helpful

The pillows were so flat you had to triple them to get enough for one pillow. There was a police visit the first night we stayed. The beds were basicaly oversize cots. The blankets were very thin.

There was a bunch of little cockroaches. I’ve stayed here before and didn’t have this problem.

Budget Friendly

The room was clean but it smelled like cigarettes. Mind you it was very budget friendly and it had a little stove and sink. Maps and Google Maps were terrible to follow during the night. Maybe a sign on the side of the highway would help us get to it faster. I literally went around four times to find entrance to road going to hotel. Room was clean, air conditioner worked, and we slept well. It wasn't a noisy hotel.

This place is more like an apartment complex and not a hotel. You have families with their pets staying there. When we walked into our room - it stunk so bad! Smelled like dog and funky feet! The bed is on a platform and the mattress is so uncomfortable, it sounds like you're on plastic - so every time you move it makes a loud plastic noise. We didn't sleep well. This place needs the halls and evaluator cleaned. I do not recommend this place.

This place looked like a transitional place, for the Homeless. A Traphouse!!!! It was horrible As I was going up to check in I was met with big Dogs(untamed). The Hall smelled like piss, not urine…piss, it was strong. I get to the room and look around, it was dirty looking. I go to the bathroom and there is mold/mildew everywhere scum in the bath hair all over the shower walls,(I knew I wasn’t going to shower in that)I pull the covers back and there is hair in the bed human hair, animal hair, the covers were dirty, spots everywhere on them, walls had dryer food on them the phone didn’t work, the internet didn’t work(causing me money for job and school) it was awful there. The building needs to be torn down, with all those Roaches it had, the lady tried to change rooms, but that one was worse than the one I came out of… A Dog had used the bathroom in the hall, I guess the guy came back and got it, cause when I went back down it was gone! I have RECEIPTS. I would stay in my car if all the other hotels were occupied and they were the r only hotel left with rooms! I took pictures, and those pictures on the internet are LIES! Wish it was a place to load pictures

The room was gross no to mention the restroom it was terrible had missing pieces and mold all over it we didn’t even shower . The stairs reeked of urine it was god awful

Checking in was a waiting time of 30 min and the Elevators not workin had to walk to te 3 floor not a good experience

Saw a roach at check in, then a couple of more, when we started heating up dinner more started coming out. The furnace did not work it was below 20 degrees outside. The front desk lady was nice and gave us extra blankets. She did not offer to change rooms and I did not ask. The person I was traveling with did not want to move and in my experience the second room can be much worst than the first. I did kill all the roaches I saw which was around 10. Did not see any the next morning maybe they traveled to a room with food sitting out.
