Helpful and friendly staff!!!
Friendly staff great manager all around the boy great helps out a lot I would go anytime again and advise anybody else to go there very friendly pet friendly just a great experience
Dog poop all around bldg Toilet was nasty. Noisy. Kids jumping around in rooms felt like floor was gonna fall down. Tv remote didn’t work people hanging around bldg look like they was up to no good.
Never stay here
Hell on earth! nasty toilet, old appliances that were rusty, smelly and would not recommend
I did not stay at the hotel because after I booked the room and when I arrived they did not give me the room and told me we are busy. I had just arrived from traveling and I was tired and wanted to rest, so this hotel is not good. I will not trust it again
Awful hotel. Its a live in. Kids everywhere, people literally smoking Marijuana right outside the front door. Place is dirty and loud and just down right Awful. Not even cheap. Stay away
There was throw up in the hallway and the elevator when we arrived. There was people in and out everywhere and staff was letting people through even though they didn’t have a key! The room hadn’t been cleaned in days there were blood stains on the fridge stains on the sheets, dirty and dust everywhere, the walls were all marked up it was completely disgusting. There was traffic in and out the hotel! Kids running everywhere drunks walking around loud talking I was scared to even take my luggage out my car! We stayed there for 2 hours enough time to find another hotel so we could leave!
Good
Great 3 nights stay
Horrible experience.... Not in the best location either. Room was not cleaned at all, just the bed made up and counters wiped off. Room smelled like the previous guest had an animal. Floor had trash, animal urine stains, and animal hair. Thankfully I travel with cleaning supplies... I poured bleach on the floor and it began to fizz due to animal urine on the floor. Bathroom tub was filthy. Still had a ring around the tub and a broom or mop never touched the floor. When I got my key, as soon as I got passed the second door, I smelled cigarettes, marijuana, and uncleaness. The front desk clerks are nice, but housekeeping here is HORRIBLE. Place seem to be for those who use this place as a home. Premenant Guest sit on the back and hangout. If guest are coming off a plane, or coming from a long travel, be prepared to clean your own room..... I rather stay at the Palace Inn.
No luck
It was very dirty and some people staying there were smoking in the hallways, the atmosphere was tense.
Dirty rooms, drug use and people hanging out in the parking lot on the property who did not stay at the hotel.
It was dirty and smelly
Although it was a very friendly staff And Very friendly people that Stay there There was an incident during the night due to an unruly Customer Who kept setting off the fire alarm in his room Throughout the night I believe Legal action was finally taken about 4:00 a.m.
The room was musty, and the rugs were dirty.
It is to noisy and unsafe
Horrible
U
Smell very bad people smoking weed outside, Roaches, the bed very very uncomfortable.
Beware
The property is unsafe no security Service is terrible Staff is rude Room was filthy
Highly don’t recommend, it smells like cigarettes, people roaming the halls all night , there was a shooting in the parking lot the first day I checked in. Room smell like infestation
Clean property
Good rate
There was a fight on property. It was a bloody handprint on the shower. Air conditioner was blowing out dirt. Staff wasn’t not responding to residents in a timely fashion.
We got in atound 10:30pm to check in bc thats the time we got into town and no one wanted to help us the off ice was close..i called the number they had in window and the 1st person said they couldn't check anyone in due to power outage but i paid online and she hung up on me rudely so i called back after the 13th call someone else answer and checked us in right away..it 11pm by then we checked out at 530am bc i have work smfh not very much sleep very disappointed..I book rooms weekly NEVER AGAIN HERE..
All good.
It was a good stay. Had a little smell in the hall ways. I didn't get no towels, but other than that, it was good. This hotel has alot of ppl staying there long term.
Smells like mariguana
I had roaches crolling on the wall of my bathroom, also it was some kind of itching on my skin when I was sitting on the bed, something that I couldn't see is on the sheets and does bite on the skin.
Home away from home
This is the place to stay and it was cheap. I stayed at two other places before I found this on. Let me tell you this. One had roaches and the other one was just high. When ever I need a place to stay I will only use this place it was like home away from home. I could cook and everything here Thanks guys keep up the good work.
Great for low funds
There's only one housekeeper for entire 4 floors and she does check outs 1st then she gets to biweekly rooms so your room doesn't get cleaned. To get towels washed it's $15.75 if it's not on your biweekly clean. I told front desk clerk my toilet was dirty she told me to go to a dollar store and get a brush. Its not the facility responsibility to keep my room clean. You have to take the trash out yourself to the dumpster. Non-smoking hotel front desk stays in a room and smokes.
For those checking this place out, listen to the reviews! I have stayed at Extend Stay locations before, but this one felt more like an apartment complex than a "hotel". The day we arrived, there was a strong smell all round of a specific "weedy" substance (which was constant throughout our stay there) and children running up and down the halls screaming. We had booked for a queen bed yet they gave us a room with a double instead (we have a queen bed at home so we KNOW what a queen bed is), which mind you, the bed skirt you see in the images, not there when we got into the room so we didn't know the bed was on a metal frame. The toilet looked like it was cleaned just on the outside so we had to go buy cleaning products to clean the inside. And yes, we also saw roaches in the room. In all honesty we debated looking for another extend stay in the area and just stay one night, but we found out they wouldn't refund the rest of our money so we stayed. The only good thing from this place was that the staff was very friendly and understanding when I told them that we had to leave before check out time. I honestly thought that this place wouldn't be as bad as the reviews said but don't make the same mistake I made, listen to the reviews.
Front desk clerk was very friendly. The property itself horrible. The guest were scary. A lot of drug users obviously. Next to a truck stop. I was there for one hour and left. The smell of marihuna was terrible. I wasted my money.
broken bathroom door no privacy
Room smells of strong smoke and dog. Room is worn out. Part of blind is broken off. Hair in sheets.
The ladies at the desk were really nice and helpful. The smell of the whole place was bad, but the 4th floor took our breath away. We were told it was because dogs are allowed. There were people lingering outside, sleeping on the sidewalk and staring at us. The wall shook when our neighbor next door laid down.
I want my money back because when I go to the hotel the office was close. I never use the hotel.
It was a good experience
It was clean and good for a solo trip
There were roaches in the suite that I was given.
Nothing
Terrible on every level. Soon after arrival, a drug dealer who lives at the hotel offered an array of dangerous drugs. Found drug paraphernalia on the parking lot. Did not feel safe at all during our stay. The bathroom door could not close because the knob was hanging off. Floor tiles were broken and peeling up, carpet sticky. The beds were a hard mattress that slid all over a metal base. Pay a few extra dollars and save yourself great disappointment!
Don’t stay here.
This was more of a bad apartment complex then a hotel
The staff was great at accommodating me with everything I needed. The biggest issue I had was at night time, there was a guy walking around looking into people’s cars. I didn’t necessarily see him try to break in or anything BUT the next day, I did notice dents in the back of my SUV near the handle. Someone tried to break in by prying the handle off. It had to be a crowbar used. I’m assuming my alarm scared him off. The property don’t have any outside cameras so be VERY cautious at night time when you’re getting out of your car and ALWAYS watch your surroundings. Just off the strength of my car being dented from a possible break in, I’ll never stay here again.
Didnt get any clean towels other than the ones we got when we got to the room didn’t clean the room AT ALL NEVER AGAIN
I love all the front desk crew. They're awesome very helpful and polite. Let's not forget about the housekeeper on the 4th floor. She's absolutely respectful. The only thing i don't like is how the other hotel guest with dogs don't tame their animals. Especially on the elevator. Who wants a dog coming on with them sniffing your bags of food.
It's clean, comfortable and quiet. But they don't have shampoo and or coffe. But for the price it's ok.
It was okay. The water was brown at first but after a couple of flush’s it changed.
Not happy...considering it was a no smoking 🚭 area, it smelled like weed alot. Room had a nasty smell, could of been the carpet idk. Didn't have daily housekeeping unless requested and if u wanted to change ur towels and linens U had to take it down to the lobby for new ones 🙄 how's that making me feel comfortable. But the ladies upfront were very nice
I seen a Roach on the wall & the rooms had a smoke smell
K
Didnt like the fact had a kitchen but no dishes pots etc. Sheets was not white on one of my beds. Its was ok to say i had to get due to evacuation but i want stay again
Amazing experience
What a great stay
Last day to you was quite comfortable I check in with a breeze everyone was remind me of social justice very respectable and friendly staff. Hotel is welcome. Staff is always on duty 24 hours I feel very safe even at night parking is well lit very quiet peaceful and relaxing. And most of all restaurants to choose from
I didn't like anything it had a bad smell from the door to entering the room
Good weekly rates for clean room
It is a nice room with good weekly rates. Very clean. Has a kitchenette and fridge. Stayed one week here waiting for new home to be ready and will be staying a second week
I don’t have ANYTHING positive to say about this hotel. ROACHES, horrible customer service, DIRTY SHEETS, DIRTY BATHROOM. The hotel just looks horrific overall. It’s like a hotel for locals or something because EVERYONE looks like they live there. And about the roach issue, my friend and I asked several others if their rooms had roaches, they were hesitant to say yes for some reason, but it’s like they were okay with it. I highly recommend that Expedia takes this hotel off their lists or however it works because BABY, the only reason we ended up staying for the rest of our trip is because they wouldn’t be able to refund my money and it be immediately be returned to my account. We went up the 45 to Walmart and bought a blanket, pillow, and raid. Left our suitcases in our rental and wore sandals in the shower. I normally don’t bother with reviews BUT this was completely unacceptable.
NEVER AGAIN!!!
Filthy. Uncomfortable. Unsafe. Bad guest service. No towels. Smelly. I booked this place for 7days and it was the worst 7days of my life. Do yourself a huge favor and spend the extra money and go somewhere else!
Roaches yucky i want my money back i liked the hotel card. Machine was horrible she had her kids at front desk
It smelled horrible and it felt like bugs crawling all over me.
The entire property had a strong smell of weed . Upon check-in up in my room I had to do a thorough clean up with the aid of my girlfriend simply because the room was not cleaned the way I have anticipated online. I also had to buy my owb bedsheets, comforter, and pillows because what I saw in my bedroom did not match my expectations. The bathroom also was not well cleaned because I had to flush someone ‘s feces on two occasions even after the front desk personnel “Johana” did all she could to accommodate my girlfriend and I. After realizing that some of the bedrooms we were asked to switch in were even worst than the previous ones, my girlfriend and I decided to make do with the first one. As a result, we moved in to room#431 and turned the room into our own personal bedroom at home by simply changing all the bedsheets and comforter. We cleaned the bathroom real good and bought some room spray to keep the weed small that was in the hallway and in our room as much as we could. To sum up, my experience at Woods springs was not terrible, but ok. I really liked the excellent customer service of Johana. However, I dislike the fact that the front desk was not open 24hours. I checked out a day before the end of my stay and I had to slide the keys underneath the front desk office’s door.
Great place to stay and comfortable environment and kid friendly
The staff do not care about their job, had to call multiple times for check in and check out
Some of the rooms stinks like food or cigarette but one of the rooms are ok
The cable wire is so loose it would cut in and out. The wifi doesnt work for more than 5 minutes at a time. The ac didnt work either so the two nights we had booked were uncomfortable hot. They have laundry machines on the facitly but no way for hotel guest to get change, you might as well go to a laundromat. Tried to use the microwave but the plate didnt turn so my food cooked un evenly and ended soending even more money to go out to eat. Checked in late the first night and wanted a drink but the vending machines were off line and werent accepting credit cards. I also seen a few small roaches.
It was not clean and cigarette smoke smells everywhere.
Ewww ewww ewww
No maid service for 2 weeks that I was there. Stinky hallways. I asked to have my mattress to get replaced as it stinks but they never did. Front desk not open at night. Too many scary looking people hanging out in the area.
Worst hotel
The beds were itchy or felt like fleas or bed bugs were biting, here were roaches on the roaches on the air conditioner, roaches on the bathroom tub, walls had roaches on them and the towels looked used, I did not rest I just stayed up and slept with my clothes as sheets
Not great
Mediocre at best
Not every hotel is as nice as website portrays
False advertising on there website saying every room has a pull out couch we got in room & no couch when I asked the front desk they said no room in there hotel has a couch. I mention it in my review of our 1st stay & the property replied that they have spoken to me directly about this & took care of the situation & noone ever spoke to me nor did they fix anything. Then when we extended our stay they chàrged my card $10 for linen exchange which noone in my room did we washed every thing oui self. When I told the manager she assured that she would get it put back on my card. Never did & now she is saying that she can't do anything. We stayed there a total of4 weks & I would rather sleep in my car then stay there again. Not to mention the room key supposed to work whole 7 days. Every other day I had to get a new one cuz it would not work.
Nice hotel only 1 complaint
It's a nice quiet hotel good for people traveling that are older and also for families with small children However they advertise a couch in the room yet they have none. When I mentioned it in my review of my last stay they responded by saying they personally talked to me to resolve this. Which is not true no one has said anything to me about it
The worse service
As soon as we pulled up the front desk attendant was outside smoking to what looked to be a joint. 2 others was with him sitting outside on egg crates on their phones looking like bums and looking high watching tv on their phones. We were checking in late and he said he didn’t have any more rooms so basically they gave my room away. I was very upset. He just recommended me go to another hotel!! He continued to sit outside and smoke with his buddies. I will not recommend
Everything was horrible. The customer service was horrible. The room was horrible.
Woodspring at this location looks more like an apartment complex and not a good one i might add property doesnt look that old but the stench is horrible. the entrance smells like smoke and pot smoke. the halls are dirty and smell lime curry no maid service during my 5 day stay. if this is what Woodspring is i wont be using this brand
In and out place ...in and out place...in and out place
Stear clear you get what you pay for
Disgusting property. Multiple people checking out shortly after checking in. Run down property. Wouldn't waste my time again.
Blood on sheet also sweat. Staff brought me sheets and told me to change it myself. Water was turned off partial for two days
Peace
I enjoyed a two night stay with the hotel,,I was able to acheive an assignment i was placed on by GOD to complete.. Im moving on now,,Thanks for a great stay😁😁😁
It wasnt as nice as advertised
It was ok. My husband and I stepped out for a min and when we came back our key didn’t work, that was inconvenient, also no shampoo or not enough towels in room. When u booked the room I requested “plenty of towels”. Disappointed
Great Stay
Ms. Natasha sucks
Harassed and kicked out. The credit on my room wasn't re-funded
Pay the extra $30 and stay 4 or 5 star
The rooms where not clean and very unkept. The sheets did not appear to be washed and changed. The hotel was clean on the outside but not so much on the inside. I would not stay here again.
Desk attendant was the coolest 😎
It was okay, there were roaches. I didn’t like how there was not enough offered for the extended stay especially considering a lot of Houstonians are looking to find comfortable temporary homes in the aftermath of Harvey.
Receptionist needs to acknowledge customers more. Awful smell upon entering
The double bed in the room was broken on one side. The floor had balls of hair from a brush. The bathroom had no shampoo and only one soap. The front desk wasn't very helpful on anything. I didn't want to walk around the room without socks on, due to the carpet condition. I wouldn't stay there again.
Cheaper hotels have greater people
Wonderful experience. Darren greeted me and we had a cool conversation. Another guest joined in on the discussion. We hung out for a good 30 minutes. Had a great time. Just the kind of experience you do not get at the larger chains., If your preference is a quick check-in and go to your room, Darren does this equally well. Nice rooms, low prices .... use to be a ValuePlace.
Don't do it
This place is absolutely filthy, I got in on a red eye and when I arrived at the hotel I already knew I was in trouble because there are people living here. The room was NASTY and unclean. The mattresses are about 3 inches thick and the entire place stinks. You have been warned. Look elsewhere
Check in time was 3pm. I got there right at three and the front desk was shuttered close and no one was available until I called them to help myself and another couple of gentlemen. During my first night my toilet was having issues flooding. I decided to wait till morning knowing I probably wouldn't be serviced that evening. So I called down stairs the next morning. My toilet was not fixed until the second to last night of my stay which was four days later. Needless to say I was not impressed.
Stranded
I booked this room on a Friday night while in Denver waiting for my plane to Houston. As is sometimes the case in August, weather intervened and my 9pm arrival turned in to a 10pm, then, eventually a 1am. I called the hotel once it was apparent that this would be an after-hours check in, to ensure that my room wouldn't be sold and that there would be someone there to check me in. I was assured that it would be no problem and that it happened all the time. Fast forward to 2am when i finally arrived at the hotel, no front desk staff, an after hour phone with two numbers to call, but no answers to either after repeated attempts. I was stuck on the outskirts of Houston, with no car, no hotel, and not many options. I finally took a car service back to the airport and slept in the arrival terminal.
Never again
It was bad. The linen on the was for a twin size bed. When I arrived I spilled my ice in the hallway and my hands was full of my belongings the person that worked the front desk knocked ON my room door asked me did I wasted that ice and I explained to him and he asked me to pick that ice up and he stayed until I picked the ice up. The room was dirty things under the bed no pillows in the room when I arrived there it took them 2 hours to find me some pillows. I will never stay there again Avery disappointment for a FATHER'S DAY gift. Thanks a lot for everything!!!!
Clean rooms, looks new, close to I-45
Special thanks to the Handy man, Mr. Craig from Florida, for being so warm and welcoming. He went out of his way to make our stay comfortable.
Bad experience
Bad experience...
STAY AWAY!
This is in a horrible area. It's considered an extended stay hotel. You get room service once every two weeks. The rooms are dark, musky, and dirty. The beds are metal fouron frames with rocks for mattresses. A majority of the "guests" live there. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The locals call the area "gunspoint" instead of greenspoint.
Convenient for one night
It was okay they just need a bigger bed and more space to accommodate two adults
The room was clean and nice, however there were no coffee pot in the room and no room service to come swap out ur towels or change the sheets. Other thn tht, it was ok by
Nice hotel close to interstate 45. Easy access to
I would definitely stay here again. Staff were very friendly. Good location to food, shopping, etc.
Okay but not great.
Small room, no closet and no breakfast. Not a bad place but just lacks some of what I am used to having at my normal hotel stays. The people were very friendly and easy to do business with for me.

My frige and microwave did not work. I notified staff, everyday. Problem was never fixed. I asked for another room. They were reluctant but agreed. A/C did not work in it. Elevator has a rubbing sound all the time. On my last day it got hung up , there was a very loud POP. It dropped a few inches or more. I was scared, all the others on the elevator assured me it happens every other day and sometimes your stuck i. It...
