The property is quite outdated with bathrooms that need updating.

Simple with no frills

This is a passable hotel, with all the bare minimum necessities that are needed no more than that.

Very convenient aparthotel

Very convenient and near vineyards. Comfortable, with kitchenette, WiFi and free parking. The should make provisions for backup power during load shedding, Internet remained on butI was in the dark for a couple hours.

Clean, comfortable but sleepless night when windy

The checking in was good, staff was friendly. Would have appreciated demonstration of how appliances worked (eg induction plate in kitchen). Accommodation very comfortable and clean. However, pigeons and especially wind on third floor apartment were very noisy. Roof rattled which made it very difficult to sleep at all.

All was great, service of the staff excellent. Only regret is that we booked for one night only ....we definitely will come back

Quiver Tree Apartments stay 24-28 Oct 2019

The stay was OK, we found the facility clean. However there is no cleaning service and for a long stay a great facility like that should have a cleaning service for guests at a reasonable cost if needs be or no cost.

great place

Able to check in early as room was available. Thanks as we could leave our bags and go on a tour.

Nicely decorated flat. A very strong moldy smell in the kitchen area. No blackout curtains, the blinds don’t protect from the light, 07am the room is already super bright. If you’re on holidays that’s not what you’re looking for. The towels didn’t smell clean.

Good cost benefit

Great place, only bad side is no elevator so prepare to drag your luggage up on the stairs. Staff is very gentle and helpful.

Good experience checking in and out. Felt safe. Nice clean apartment.

Comfortable and clean

I received my keys from security, was escorted to the unit and assisted with my luggage. Very friendly reception. The unit was clean and neat, all the necessary comforts there.

Lovely stay

Lovely place. Staff super helpful. Would rate more as student accommodation though but everything was wonderfully clean and safe area too. good wi-fi reception too.

Privacy is key

The stay was awesome. Very quiet, safe and friendly atmosphere.

Very limited

Very small bedroom . Kitchenette so small, difficult to cook. Extremely limited dishes and cookware. No restaurants within walking distance. Great security.

Would stay again

The studio apartment was new, thoughtfully designed and in excellent condition. Would definitely say there again. With so many students, it can be a bit noisey late at night.

Great self-catering apartment

Great self-catering apartment north of the city centre in Stellenbosch. Can't fault the accommodation or the security, fantastic. Just two things to bear in mind - there are now elevators in the building, so lugging bags upstairs can be a pain. Also, you don't want to walk through the neighbourhood to the centre. Drive or take an Uber - it's not a safe neighbourhood south of the location.

Hot shot

The apartment is very stylish. It is as in pictures. Well equipped with all the necessities. The only thing I wasn't happy about perhaps my fault for not clarifying is that it was for a couple and we got 2 twin beds. Other than that we would definitely stay there again if there are apartments with double beds.

Very interesting architectural design of the building provided for an interesting stay. Overall happy stay.

Just an apartment in apartment block - bad area

There was a rat in the room which did not allow us to sleep. There was no staff as this is just an apartment where security just gives you a key to enter the room. Nobody to contact and rat running around in room.

Visiting Stellenbosch

The room was very nice and cozy. Having the bathroom behind what at first glance is a closet is a smart cost saving idea. The staff were friendly. I felt secure knowing that there was a gated area with security at the gate daily. The area of Stellenbosch was very nice, the fact that many of the shops closed early, I think it would be beneficial to have your own transportation in case you wish to travel around after dark.

Para quem procura um ótimo custo benefício na cidade essa é uma excelente indicação! Adoramos o quarto e o lugar. Tem estacionamento, os quartos são amplos e bem equipados. Somente o banheiro é apertado, porém nada que atrapalhe. Adoramos o lugar!

Apartamento bem confortável, com diversos utensílios de cozinha, com estacionamento seguro, wifi ok e chuveiro bom! Localização em relação as principais vinícolas é de uma distância de uns 15 minutos, fiquei um pouco receosa de ter q beber e dirigir essa distância, mas foi bem tranquilo!

Lugar delicioso e bem localizado.

O Quiver Tree tem apartamentos muito agradáveis (devido a um erro nosso na reserva, ficamos em dois apartamentos diferentes durante a estada), com decoração bacana e utensílios diversos. Achamos confortável e nos sentimos seguros lá. Uma grande vantagem é a proximidade (para quem está de carro) com a região perto da Prefeitura, que contém diversos restaurantes, todos bem próximos uns dos outros.

Das Apartment ist sehr stylisch eingerichtet und es ist an alles gedacht. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein und das Waschbecken hätte etwas größer ausfallen können. Leider hatten wir das Apartment direkt am Eingang und an der Straße, was das ganze nachts etwas laut gemacht hat. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt aber sehr schön!

Geräumig, zweckmässig und modern eingerichtet. Bewachtes Gelände mit Gratisparkplätzen. Wie oft in Südafrika Fensterqualität bescheiden, weshalb auch etwas laut im Zimmer von draussen. Die Infos zum Zimmer werden witzig rübergebracht.

Clean but basic

Bathroom not really isolated from the room and apartment not well idolated for the noise in common places. A bit outside the plaisant restaurant zone (around 15 minutes by walk). Nevertheless, it is clean and service is good.

Acomodação bem decorada e com estrutura de cozinha. Possui banheiro pequeno e sinal de wi-fi fraco no apartamento. Há locação de bicicletas, ideal para conhecer a redondeza.

個人で滞在するのも、グループで滞在するのもロケーションは便利。ただ、夜の外出は7時を過ぎたあたりで人は歩かなくなるので、要注意。タクシーかレンタカーで外出しかない。入口には２４時間体制でガードマンがいるので安全。 中のスタッフは土日は休みの為、質問があっても週明けまで返答はない。レンタルサイクルはあるが、いわゆるビーチクルーザーなので、遠出向きではない。かごもないので、買い物は自前で運びやすい鞄を用意したほうが良い。町までは約１キ。ロ程度なので、散歩しながら行くのも気持ちいい

Résidence très agréable, accueil chaleureux, parfa

2 jours pour visiter Stellenbosch. Residence tres bien placée, a 15 minutes à pied des centre d'intérêt. Calme sauf quand il y du vent ! J'ai adoré cet endroit

Moderne und saubere Unterkunft mit allem drin was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Gut gelegen. Abends jedoch etwas lauter. Durch die vielen hier unter gebrachten Urlauber, teils auch junge Leute, wurde abends laut Musik gespielt.

Zentrale Lage in Stellenbosch

Wir sind schon zum zweiten Mal im quiverTree gewesen und würden auch ein drittes Mal wiederkommen.
