Amazing place. Amazing rooms
The resort is gorgeous. We had a swim up room in the new building. The views are breathtaking. The food was good. We had 2 dinners there. Lunch every day and breakfast. We never had to worry about getting a lounge chair. Most of all the staff goes above and beyond to help you. Especially want to thank everyone at JoJo’s. The bartenders all knew our names. Abiel was fantastic from our welcome to our last night.
Everything in this property was excellent we will be back happy employees, housekeeping was amazing 2 ir 3 times they cleaned the rooms
Overall, we found our stay at Windsong to be quite pleasant. The staff were attentive and very polite and helpful. Our continental breakfast was good, as was any additional food that we ordered. The butler was very helpful when booking a kayaking excursion. We only got to snorkel on one afternoon because it was too rough at other times and they were not giving out the equipment. Something was incorrect on our bill and they made the correction without a problem. Always good to go over the bill. We used the spa and it was excellent. Overall, a very nice stay.
It was large and confusing, and I did not get a tour
The hotel had a clean environment, private eating seats options with oceanfront view, but the limited breakfast choices was a letdown especially the fact that eggs weren't included in the complimentary breakfast. Offering eggs is a common expectation for hotel breakfast, so having to pay extra for them feel unusual.
Beach is very narrow
Beach is in bad shape .. very narrow , food is average .. people are really nice but I would rather stay closer to the salt mills where there is more to do
Recommend recycling. We were upgraded only when there were problems with our initially assigned room
Beach is very close to the ocean which is great. It is very fun for the kids
This resort was nothing short of amazing. We had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday. Garey, the resort butler was so attentive and really made it easy to schedule things to ensure our stay was fun filled. He went above and beyond to make sure my birthday trip was fun!
Family Vacay for new year’s eve. It was exactly what we needed, quite, relaxation and amazing beach. The only negative was the food quality and service was not outstanding. Staff was very nice and courteous at all times, but simple they need to improve that aspect a little bit more. Regarding food quality, we literally had to leave the premises every day to find something decent for lunch and dinner. Will I go back? For the price that I paid I most definitely not.
Beautiful grounds, pool and beach. Perfect for a family vacation, just pricey! Loved our seaside breakfasts and snorkeling right from the beach.
limited transportation to other places.
Staff was very friendly. Loved eating beachfront .
Clean and convenient property. Beaches are nice would love to go there again. It’s at comfortable distance from every other restaurants and sight seeing places. Water is very clear to see fishes.
Provo hotel
Great place to stay in Provo. On the beach and many things to do.
Not enough dining options or food options Menu very limited and expensive If you have a car, do your own grocery shopping, or use the 4PM $10 shuttle to the grocery store for food. Otherwise, great beachside access
Property not too big or too small. Staff services very good & accommodation with upgrade very nice. Ms. Alicia for morning breakfast very helpful & caring. Also other staff very caring.
Very clean place
Felt well cared for during my stay. All the staff are so friendly, helpful, and approachable. I really loved that they were able to answer some of my questions by text message.
This is a review of two rooms. The bungalow and the main building. The bungalow gets one star, the main building gets three, so it averages to two stars. First, it's important to note that the bungalow rooms are essentially an entirely different property. It's even listed elsewhere as "the bungalows at Windsong". Unlike the main resort, the bungalows are recessed further back. It's about a four minute walk past the parking lot to get to the beach. The bungalows are also the closest properties to some significant construction going on that looks early enough in that it may be going on through summer 2025 or longer. You hear it. The rooms are very old and reminds me of 1990s timeshares. It might be a decent value for being within walking distance of Grace Bay, but don't look at the photos online and think that is what you're going to get. We decided to switch rooms to the main property. The upgrade was an extra $300...per night. That puts the overall price in range of the proper five star properties nearby. Had I known, I would have booked one of those instead. The rooms are certainly an upgrade, but for $900 a night for a one bedroom, I was absolutely shocked that the TVs were 15 years old. How did I know it was 15 years old? When was the last time you saw a TV with an embedded DVD player? When was the last time you even saw a DVD player? Because the TVs were so old, it could only get broadcast television. No cable. No on demand. No apps. Poor value. Don't recommend.
Overall Good, Breakfast Needs Improvement
Room, beach, front office,.and butler were.all excellent Restaurant was good food, but breakfast waitstaff were not friendly or efficient. Lumch and dinner service was good. The included breakfast is a continental breakfast. Additional breakfast items are expensive.
Ocean front. Drinks very good
We have stayed at this property several times, like the location, beach and overall clean property.
This property was very clean, which is my number one priority. We had an ocean front room that had a gorgeous view. Prices are high, but they are everywhere on the island even in the grocery stores. We had one minor incident with a waitress that was quite unpleasant. There are only two restaurants on site and one is closed when it rains or is windy. There are many good dining options in the area if you rent a car or call a taxi. Taxi charge by the person even when it’s only one family. We were told by the hotel that the ride to and from the airport should be $12 a person. When we arrived, the taxi, unrelated to the hotel, scammed us by charging $25 a person. When you check out make sure to review all the charges. We were charged for a bottle of wine that we had not consumed but they quickly removed it from the bill when I pointed it out.
Beautiful gardens and property. Paradise
I recommend this hotel if you don't want to explore downtown, don't care about eating at restaurants, and just want to be at the beach or pool. The hotel is NOT in a prime location. It's either a taxi $8 one way per person to downtown or a 45 minute walk one way along the beach. The best part about this hotel is that the beach is small and feels private, and most importantly -- you are literally at a reef with so many beautiful fish to see. Otherwise, the staff at the hotel were either friendly or unfriendly/rude. I don't think they meant to be rude but they came across as such. Especially the staff in charge of the beach and water activities. I asked for towels and was told "Wait" and later when I asked for a paddleboard, the staff waved his hand in the direction of the sign up book. It was my first time, so I didn't know how renting items worked or how towels worked and the interactions were so awkward, it made me feel like I was a nuisance instead of a guest. I also asked the front desk if they had an ice pack because of a foot injury and the staff responded with "No." They didn't offer any other solution and I was surprised there wasn't any type of first aid kit. Aside from this, some of the staff were beyond kind and nice to speak with. Especially the breakfast waiter in the morning was very kind and fun to talk to. In conclusion, I would not go back to this resort due to the unfriendly manner of the staff and distance from town.
The staff was very nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
It was nice
November Stay
Our honeymoon at The Windsong was absolutely unforgettable! From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. The staff went above and beyond—everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the butlers, who were truly exceptional. Our room was nothing short of perfect—spacious, clean, and beautiful. The housekeeping team was equally attentive and gracious. We highly recommend indulging in a spa massage for a truly relaxing experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the beachfront dining for breakfast, which added a special touch to our mornings. Many resorts claim to be 'beachfront,' but The Windsong is genuinely located right on the stunning Grace Bay Beach—no long walks required. If you're looking for a luxurious, clean, and beautiful retreat, we can't recommend The Windsong enough!
Amazing
The property was very spacious and very clean. Even had a washer and dryer in the room, great pool and jacuzzi and right on the beach. Mostly spent time on the beach in the water. Close to other hotels for great dining at restaurants and you are able to walk back after dinner.
Highly recommended. Recently stayed here for four nights on our first visit to Turks and Caicos. Paid extra for ocean view room, which was well worth it. Rooms are actually condos, so it doesn’t have that hotel feel; instead, it’s smaller, less crowded, less impersonal. Staff mainly very friendly and helpful. Excellent stretch of beach, small but nice pool, plenty of cabanas and loungers to go around, and free non-motorized water sports ($5 per day for snorkeling gear), which is a BIG plus; I went out on the Hobie Cat four times. If you don’t know how to sail, crew will take you. Only downside is that food and beverages are eye-wateringly expensive (same as everywhere in T&C). Best to avoid eating or drinking here (particularly on the beach; nearly $100 for two cocktails and two appetizers!!), which is why we bought supplies at nearby Graceway IGA supermarket. Will stay here again if we come back - preferred over big chain hotels further up the beach.
quiet , clean, safe
Loved the location for snorkling. Easy walk to water. Beautiful rooms and views.
I loved it. Beautiful and everyone is nice
Nice and cozy resort
The staff wasn’t the best but I like the hotel overall
It was absolutely perfect! Very clean. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The beach was spectacular highly recommend
THIS PROPERTY WAS THE BEST… IM GOOD BACK NEXT YEAR AND IMA MOST DEFINITELY STAY HERE.
A great stay
We have upgraded room to ocean view but we had a problem with balcony door and bed was making notice. Manager Annett move us to Penthouse, 1 Bedroom, Terrace, Oceanfront and give us credit for inconvenience. Our room was clean twice and updated. The property is very pretty and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at Windsong
Garey was exceptional, very knowledgeable and patient, provided excellent service and recommendations ranging from daily tours to dinning.
We got a beautiful room and loved the property. Food isn’t the best. We got flies in one of the room which they blamed us for getting in saying we left the door open. We had kids if the door is open they would run out. They did give us another room and credit for inconvenience.
Been there many times and will continue to do so Easy atmosphere Friendly T
It was an excellent resort. Very clean, nice pools, great location to the coral gardens. I highly recommend staying at Windsong Resort.
Cleanness
I loved The Windsong. I’m definitely going back. The staff at the restaurant were not nice or pleasant at all. Other than that it was perfect.
Very clean and comfortable rooms. Good quality linen.
Felt like home from the minute we arrived !! Hurricane oscar passed while here and the staff made us feel very safe and alerted us of everything going on!! Would definitely recommend!!!
Nice hotel and specious room. Pool area by the beach, mainly the bridge can use some TLC.
We spent 3 nights and 4 days, the hotel was very clean, the rooms were comfortable, the bed and pillows were in good condition, the bathroom was clean, they even did the service for us every day, putting everything new and clean. I liked that the room didn't smell of cigarettes, the workers were attentive and friendly, others not so much. I met some Dominicans working here who were very friendly and helpful, Nancy, Abiel, Marlene, if you go ask for them, they will help you with everything. The room said that it included breakfast, which is a lie. They only have cereal, milk, oatmeal and fruit to offer, that's the reason I don't give it 5 stars, because you have to pay full price for breakfast. They don't even give you a discount since with them you don't have a variety of anything. The food is very delicious, there is a lack of atmosphere in the pool, like music, something more lively. If you want something crazier, this place is not for you. The hotel beach, the water is calm and warm, they offer you an umbrella and clean towels, you have the pool and the sea together, which I liked.
As always, our stay was wonderful and will definitely be returning.
This boutique resort was lovely. The staff was incredibly nice. The resort itself was impeccably maintained. I had a really relaxing time here and am looking forward to going back- a first for me!
The staff looked like they had an attitude. When you asked them for something they had a face like they didn’t want to help you.
The property itself is nice. Our room was clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend the ocean view room here! This is really much more of a boutique hotel. It's small and doesn't offer much in the way of atmosphere, restaurants, bar, or even a common area like a lobby. And since it's in a secluded area, there's no where to walk to. I was very glad we had rented a car so we could explore other beaches and enjoy the little town. I was shocked by the negative attitude of the staff. They are not welcoming or helpful. Every time we spoke with anyone or asked for something, they made us feel like we were really putting them out. They barely do their job, much less enhance your experience. Not friendly at all. This was very disappointing. We had issues with kids screaming at the pool, literally the whole day. This isn't a "family" hotel. It's way too small for that. Everyone is right there with everyone else. There's no room for splashing and loud kids. The beach is small but BEAUTIFUL and the snorkeling was pretty good. We enjoyed our stay, but wouldn't stay there again. Too small, no atmosphere, and the staff really had a negative impact. Too bad...they could have made the biggest difference in our experience.
Beach front dining
The resort was very quaint, well maintained and everyone was very nice. food and drinks were great. Having breakfast right next to the ocean was a treat.
Everything was so beautiful. Snokeling was amazing. Transportation in the Turks is extremely expensive, however. That would be the biggest set back. The neighborhoods between the hotels seemed a little sketchy as well.
Front staff was amazing…. But food service and restaurant were TERRIBLE!
Overall very nice clean property. Beautiful view of the ocean . Would definitely stay at the Windsong again.
Beautiful upgraded property. Very clean and friendly staff. Will definitely go back
the room was really spacious, clean, updated with a beautiful ocean view, the amenities and seating areas were well maintained, the staff was friendly.
The size of your living space and the resort was not big; unfortunately the construction work made it hard to escape and vacation from the work noise that overshadowed the sounds of the ocean.
Check in difficult
Very peaceful and beautiful. Looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of life? Windsong on the Reef is the place to stay. It’s right on the beach, the beautiful sunset, the staff, the happy hour, the dune where you can enjoy sea view meals, the comfortable rooms and amenities. My overall experience at Windsong was wonderful. Will definitely visit again and recommend. Thank you Windsong
There was beer bottles in cabinet. Place was not cleaned properly
Everything about our stay here was great. A friend and I went from Aug. 29 to Sept. 3. It was quiet due to the time of year, which was perfect, not terribly crowded. Upon check in, Ruth was amazing and was able to accommodate a request of two single beds instead of a queen. All of the staff were wonderful. Alicia (sp?) at the restaurant, Gary (concierge with booking excursions and helping us rent our bikes). I loved having the bicycles available to use to go to the Grace Bay shops.
Neeeds a remodel an more food options an they also need ice machines...
Beautiful ocean front rooms, very clean .Food was Ok
This was our 8th year in a row at the Windsorg!! It was great seeing the same friendly staff who remember you!!! We had a perfect ocean front condo and perfect weather!! Nachos at JoJos are our favorite. The new gym is perfect especially with the new Peleton bikes!!!! See you next year!!
Easy check in friendly staff
Great place for kids, but not really catered towards adults looking to drink due to lack of bars and a meager selection of alcohol.
This place was amazing. My room was amazing, literally!!! The view of the ocean was amazing. The beach was amazing. The food at the restaurant was amazing. The staff was amazing. Literally one of the best hotels I ever stayed at, and I definitely will be returning soon. I highly recommend this place.
The staff was nice and friendly. I didn’t like that the hotel only had one restaurant and it didn’t have a great selection of food choices. The breakfast was terrible we went off properly for food. The hotel shuttle charged to take us to the market. Every country I have visited resorts there were no charge from r hotel shuttle, they had great amenities such as all inclusive. This resort need to improve to gain more tourists and off something like mini bar in rooms along with non alcoholic drinks. House keeping was amazing.
Great Location and Great Value!
Great Location and value.
The place is great has good pools and beaches hope to come back soon
Beautiful resort, stunning location. All the attention to detail given to the little things made this trip one of our favorites. The staff was helpful and friendly. The paddle boards and snorkeling right off the shore kept my children happy and busy all day. We had a wonderful week.
Not one complaint, everyone was friendly and attentive, the property was clean! Continental breakfast was a plus and the butler service was great. Being beach front property was amazing. Such a great experience!
Beautiful beaches staff was excellent the room was big and beautiful.
Facility was clean and we were treated very well. We arrived early and were let into a room so we didnt have to wait forever. Thanks
Clean friendly staff Reef right off beach. Small hotel, but rooms large and luxurious. Pool ok and hot tub small. Food pretty good.
Nice beach location by the reef. Our ocean front 2 bedroom suite was great.
This property was very clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very clean, the beds were very comfy. The pool area was very clean. The sandy beach area was narrow but the water was stunning.
My 10 year old daughter and I stayed here for our first girls trip and this resort was perfect for children’s and families! We had an amazing time. Our room was beautiful and clean.
My 25 year old daughter and I loved everything about our 4 night stay at Windsong! The property is beautiful, the food delicious, the rooms more than comfortable, the amenities unbeatable, and the staff exceedingly helpful! We loved being able to snorkel daily right in front of the property, enjoyed dining with ocean view, riding bikes, paddle boarding, and swimming. The beach is long and beautiful which made for great early morning beach runs and the staff gave helpful suggestions as to what else we might enjoy in the area. We always felt safe while staying at Windsong and walking the beach! Windsong is great for families as well as couples. We would recommend this hotel for anyone and would definitely return!
The ocean view 1 bedroom suite was beautiful! Tons of space, a huge bedroom with a balcony and big bathroom to match. Full kitchen, large living room, and more balcony. The sliding glass doors in the living room, slide behind each other giving you anton of open area to access the balcony. View of the ocean and pool is great as well. The entrance has a long hallway that leads to the living room with stops at the bedroom, 2nd bathroom, and kitchen.
This is a small, but beautiful property. I highly recommend staying here for the easy snorkeling access to the beautiful coral reef and colorful fish/ marine life right on the beach. You can just swim in the water and see the awesome sea creatures in waist deep water. Safe for kids as well as the water is pretty calm. Loved the clean, well maintained rooms. Good service by the staff. Complimentary continental breakfast doesn’t have too much to offer but worked for us. There are a few restaurants around, but you would need a car to go into town for better food options. The restaurants on the property are good enough and reasonably priced .. though it had limited options, they do have good quality food. Overall enjoyed our stay at Windsong resort.
The staff at the Windsong were exceptional! They were kind to us the entire stay!
Construction on both sides of the property
Excellent place to relax in T&K island
Clean quiet, convenient to Bight Reef, beautiful view from balcony
Food was average at best. The chef really needs to season the dishes better. I wouldn’t recommend the dinner at all. Way over priced for underwhelming dishes.
Beautiful location. Staff were amazing and friendly and helpful. Wish there were easier transportation modes.
Rude Staff
Had an amazing time with my family at this resort. It’s small quiet and conveniently located next to snorkeling reef . Thank you beautiful people of TCI for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful Island and culture! Will be back !
Had a bathroom ceiling leak in our beautiful bungalow in one level which was preferred and had to move to another room on the 3rd floor in the adjacent building on Day 1. This was an inconvenience and disappointing to have to pack up and move. However the staff gave us a larger unit. We still enjoyed the property.
Very good location for family vacation, safe and convenient for lots of activities.

Small boutique resort with a beautiful spacious suites right on the water. Pristine blue water where you actually see fish in the water without snorkeling and white sandy beach! Housekeeping does an outstanding job - suites are spotless and done twice per day. Front desk staff (Ruth especially) were very helpful and welcoming. Wilder at the bar was wonderful also! Food was excellent and always beautifully presented. Quiet relaxing small resort with great amenities; bikes, snorkeling gear, breakfast. We had an absolutely wonderful stay!!
