Lovely apartment-style accommodation! Had everything we needed and great proximity to mtb trails and Queenstown. Would book again for sure!

Enjoyed the location between Queenstown and Arrowtown. Spacious unit and enjoyed the spa pool.

Somewhere quite different from a block of motel units. Beautifully furnished, so spacious, cannot fault.

We very much enjoyed our stay here, particularly the service provided by Roy. We had a problem with a delayed bag on our flight and even though this was in no way the responsibility of the hotel, Roy helped us with communications and other assistance. The room itself is large and the kitchen is well furnished.

Won't stay here again!

This is our second stay - 4 nights each time. The owner was angry with us for taking 2 towels from the laundry - we stayed 4 nights and were only given 1 towel each. We didn't want to bother the owner, so when we saw towels in the laundry we thought this would be ok. I was also cold, so took a duvet to keep warm on the couch whilst watching tv - there was adequate heating, but I wanted to be cosy. We were in Queenstown to watch our daughter run the marathon - she lives 5 mins away from the accommodation and she drove to us, then we took her out for dinner, dropping her back at her home. Meaning there were 2 cars at the accommodation. The owner accused us of having her stay with us overnight. She stayed for dinner a couple of nights then my husband drove her home. At no point did she stay after 9.30pm. This has left a bad taste in our mouths after having a wonderful time with our daughter and although convenient we will never stay here again. Oh, and food was under the couch, so nothing gets moved to vacuum!

Feels like home. Great place if looking for quiet surroundings. Will need a car as there is no public transportation close by. If booking the barn and only 1-2 people occupied it will be a studio setting not one bedroom apartment as found out upon arrival. If wanting access to the attached room it was advised on a Google review that it would cost extra and one will need to ask the property management otherwise will not be accessible. Otherwise would recommend as it is in a beautiful setting.

Accomodation was perfect. It was cosy, comfortable, quiet, with amazing views around it. Location was also fantastic, only a short drive to Arrowtown, and not too far from Queenstown. Would definitely recommend and return. Thank you Willowbrook Country Apartments.

Settings are great Nice and quiet

Inexpensive and very nice. I would come back. Quiet. Out of the way. Seems remote but Not too far from town. Only caution is the dryer. Not very effective and very expensive. Washer can wash a lot more than dryer can dry.

We liked that it was 4 minutes drive to Arrowtown and 15 to Queenstown. Very spacious studio bach with good facilities. We also enjoyed using the clean spa pool.

Ideal country getaway 4k out of town

We had such a lovely stay here. We were up from invercargill for a wedding.We arrived late and the host left lights on and heated room for our arrival. The room was well equiped and in immaculate condition. Highly recommend staying here. Lovely and tranquil. Couldnt fault a thing.

Great spot for a family or a group with excellent facilities. Great Host.

Stunning situation

We stayed in the King Studio in the main house. The room was very large, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The garden was a real bonus and gave stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The laundry facilities were well resourced. We would definitely return to Willowbrook.

The rural aspect of this property but being so close to Arrowtown was wonderful. Enjoyed this very much.

Our 3 night stay In The Barn was wonderful. Nice, quiet and clean. The on-site manager was very friendly and helpful.

It was such a peaceful stay. Close driving to Arrowtown and Queenstown. Would definitely stay again.

Clean, country living

Clean and private apartment in a rural/quiet setting away from the busyness of Queenstown. We very much enjoyed our stay at this place. Also spent a bit more time in Arrowtown and got to know a vibrant smaller community with its own rustic and cozy character a bit more than expected. A real bonus in that regard.

It’s so quiet and beautiful! An amazing little spot. Modern facilities and a comfortable room/unit. Close enough to Coronet, Arrowtown and QT but far enough to feel like it’s your own little paradise!

From the smallest of touches i.e. shells in the bathroom to xmas decorations, Willowbrook delivered high quality accomdation. Clean, everything provided, close to the beautiful Arrowtown...the list is endless.

Bed is lumpy and you will need to ge a massage every day to fix your crooked back. Partner had chronic hip pain owner told us bed was the newest but is 5 years old (matressress start deterriating after 2 years) and said nothing he could do about it never had a complaint. We are young mid to late 20s and we couldn't bare this bed. To the point we had to postpone snowboarding for 2 days due to the pain in our bodies from this bed. Onwer was 2 faced and said he would approve the refund through wotif had 2 hour battle with wotif as he was not playing ball. When we asked to remedy the bed suggestions we came up with all suggestions and owner left a foam mattress in our room and suggest my partner waiting for surgery for chronic hip pain should sleep on the couch bed. Talking to others staying here they were very underwelmed by misleading photos of accommodation they had a spa pictured by there cottage but it was actually communal and not where it was pictured my accommodation was pictured a bath and said had full kitten amenities no bloody oven to cook meals so wasted 100buck on groseries to make meals and most of it required an oven. Overall highly DON'T RECOMMEND. Over promised amenities bad hospitality and poor communication and honesty from owner. Don't make the mistake we did by getting a self contained apartment as this will not meet your expectations and needs and as a customer buying a service of staying at accommodation should atleast have a comfy bed

Lovely countryside hotel

We enjoyed our stay, the accommodation was comfortable and well furnished. The sofa bed was uncomfortable but the king size bed was quite comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were well appointed and clean. I would happily return to stay here again.

Great set up for a family - could also see how it would be great for get togethers with friends or extended family with each group staying in a cottage. Beautiful location and my family liked the sheep.

My kids loved the space, comfort and having a hot tub plus very friendly sheep right next door :)

The property is quite isolated but it's nice for a family stay. Clean air, plenty of space and it's only about 20 mins drive to Queens-town.

I didn't get an introductory email explaining the situation so on arrival it was confusing and awkward not knowing what to do... after that it was fairly self explanatory and it turned out to be a very enjoyable stay.

A rural location with quiet setting and beautifully set out accommodation. Owner very friendly and helpful.

The host gave very detailed and clear instructions for check-in. The property is very well equipped with kitchen appliances including microwave, washing machine and clothes hangers. It is clean and comfortable and spacious with sofa and dining table. The amount of water flow from the shower head could have been bigger.

A lovely apartment in beautiful surroundings. The owner was friendly and helpful and on the end of the phone when required for advice. This also boasts access to a tennis courts Lindsey and jacuzzi on site. Restful stay

We stayed a the cottage and house was very clean.. it had everything we needed for cooking and our laundry..our little one loved feeding the sheep nearby.. we had a great time there.. enough space for our daughter to run aound as well. Will love to stay there again.

We liked the privacy, spacious bathroom with heated floor, high ceilings, effective gas heater, and the attention to detail evident in all the furnishings. It really felt like a home, not a hotel. Roy was a personable and helpful host.

Beautiful place to stay for couples or family

Amazing... We loved it with our two young children ( 7 & 3 ) .. The ability for them to run around the farm un supervised was amazing.. Super close to Arrow Town and only 15 min to the top of Coronet Peak..We would highly recommend to anyone..

Perfect place to stay

Booked a queen studio apartment for 3 nights. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Its a quiet place and close to QTN (15 min drive). We enjoyed our stay. Perfect for families night stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at Willowbrook. The hosts were very friendly and helpful! The facilities were very comfortable and clean! We couldn’t ask for more and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

Comfortable and spacious room

We had a relaxing stay with our 1 year old here, beautiful room with everything we needed, only a short drive from arrowtown and coronet peak and extras like hot tub and sheep on the property.

The weather forecast didn't look great as we departed Auckland airport, but to our pleasant surprise we enjoyed four perfect days to golf, sightseeing, attending a glamorous summer wedding by a lake on spectacular private Arrowtown Property. We also celebrate our 28th wedding anniversary in the most beautiful location we've ever visited.

Comfortable studio apartment

The apartment was comfortably appointed with everything needed for self catering- even some salt and pepper! Warm and cosy, comfy king bed. Close to Arrowtown or Queenstown with beautiful views.

Away from the hustle!

Minutes to both Arrowtown and Queenstown this was the perfect place, beautiful suite, quiet and steps to the hot tub after a good walk. Recommended!

Spacious,clean and quiet location.

Large modern studio with good decking outdoor area. Good WiFi and Sky tv. No air con but owner found us an electric fan. Owner says he will be including fans and anti insect netting to windows.

An amazing accommodation with lovely scenic surroundings. The room was clean n comfy and had all basic amenities. The owner Roy was an excellent host and ensured we had a memorable stay. It is 15 mins from Queenstown which makes it peaceful n quiet. A special thank you to Roy!

Most enjoyable place to stay of entire NZ trip

A great Cottage set between Queenstown and Arrowtown. Our kids enjoyed the space to play, including a bitumen tennis court. So glad we stayed here instead of Queenstown. The cottage has two bedrooms and two shower/toilets. Satellite TV and free wifi. Well positioned with a veranda and bbq.

Very pleasant staff and helpful. Quiet and centrally located to Arrowtown and Queenstown.

Fabulous country retreat

Beautiful setting in countryside between Queenstown and the lovely Arrowtown. Very quiet, clean and comfortable and well equipped for our 3 nights stay in this amazing area of NZ. Good WiFi

nice, quiet, and relaxing stay

Very nice stay. We had a slight schedule change and the owner Roy was happy to accommodate us with a cottage upgrade which was great for the small difference in cost. It was very quiet and about 15 min drive to Queenstown. It is very convenient with a car and perfect families traveling together.

Loved everything but unhappy with lack of black out curtains that really keep light out. The grounds were perfect, service great. Very clean.

Lovely hideaway cottage

Cosy wee cottage. It's a few km's from the Arrowtown Main Street so a hire car is required. It's clean + tidy and has great water pressure and heating. We would stay again. Thanks!

Quiet place outside of queenstown.

We enjoyed getting away from the hustle and bustle of queenstown. Large comfortable room with a small kitchen and private bath. There is a washer and dryer available. I recommend highly.

Remote and quiet. Did not service room during a 2 day stay. No a/c
