In overall, the hotel is so-so, I'm disappointed. The hotel is very stingy with its toiletries. The floor of the room assigned to me was still dirty when I checked in. The room smelled of smoke. The hotel is in close proximity of a karaoke bar that plays very loud music well into 2 am. The walls are rether thin, as I could hear the noise the other guests made in the middle of the night. I had to mask the noise by increasing the AC's fan level. The shower's water pressure was good but the water was only lukewarm. The hotel's sole redeeming point was its staff, they're friendly.

Nice hotel in a good location across the road from the Mall of Indonesia and at a very good price. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. And nice swimming pool. I will definitely stay here next time I am in Jakarta.

Poor ventilation. I requested for non-smoking room, however, our room smelled cigarette so as the main hallway had a strong cigarette smoke odor.

Nice hotel, good service, good food. Only issue I had was noise level due to other customers hanging out in hallway and u can hear it. Also very difficult to get blow dryer. I stayed 3 days and only got blow dryer in last day. Maybe they need to have more in stock. Also need cream for coffee in room, and add another pair of slippers. My room was for 2 but only one pair.

It wasn’t a pleasant check in. The room smelled like smoking room and they even treated with air freshner for quite sometime. However, the stay overall was good. The bed was comfortable. The cleanliness was okay, could be improved. Will try to stay there again next time

Poor Hotel Ever

Too noisy at night during sleeping time, where suppose we get good sleep but live music still on up to 03:00 in the morning. Hotel key only one. I lost key in the restaurant and they won't give me new key because we have to pay IDR 50K for new key. This is unacceptable.

Room cleaning service knocks om the door at 9:30AM

Room cleaning service knocked my door at 9:30 in the morning and woke me up. Told him to come back after I check out. An hour later, he came back and knock the door again. Tried to call the front desk to tell them not to come to my room, but no answer. So I had to go down and get the “Do not disturb” sign. Overall, it’s a regular business hotel located right across MOI. Nothing good, nothing bad. But the wall is very thin. You can hear conversation in the hallway.

NOISE BREACH

THE NOISE FROM OTHER ROOMS IS TOO NOISY AND THE SECURITY STAFFS DOESNT SEEMS CARE MUCH OF THE NOISE LEVEL AT 2-4 AM IN THE MORNING.UNDERSTAND ITS A FOOTBALL MATCH BUT ITS IN THE WEE MORNING HOURS.

Overall its great, location is awesome, just opp MOI. Shower room bit transparent which not suitable for kids.

It's generally good and clean, but they should do more to maintain their light fittings as it often does not work well. Especially the bedside light.

Too small room (20sqm)

Room was too small and designed not so well. Bed is directly facing the bathroom. Breakfast is average.. Aircon was average. Bedding was average. Room condition was average. Wifi was good, never had a problem. Hotel and Nuage Restaurant staff and their service is very good. I've decided I'd not book ANY HOTEL ANYWHERE of this size room (20sqm) - it's just too compact.

The room not sound proof . I can hear people talked clearly when they walked near my room....maybe vice versa ??? Who knows....

Lobby on level 3, have to check in first to level 3 then take a lift again to the room. Breakfast meal were low quality. Oily food

2 nights stay in Whiz Prime Kelapa Gading.

It was affordable and functional. Clean and modern looking. Cable TV was not working well as well as the shower head. this part has not improved since my last stay till the latest.

Basic room without windows, very limited choice for breakfast, no pedestrian bridge or traffic light cross road to opposite Mall Of Indonesia, very dangerous and busy street.

Esperienza tutto sommato positiva anche se due aspetti meritano attenzione. L' Albergo, la cui reception e e posta al terzo piano di un grosso edificio contentente svariati intrattenimenti (dal bar ai massaggi al karaoke) e con una graziosa piscina, ha un numero molto elevato di camere poste su almeno 3 piani dello stesso. Vi sono camere che affacciano all'esterno (quindi con finestre) e camere che non hanno finestre. Questo non viene indicato all'atto della prenotazione. Inoltre, durante la mia permanenza, ho trovato in camera un animaletto che, anche se di casa in queste aree, non dovrebbe trovarsi. Comunque nessun ulteriore problema. Personale alla reception gentilissimo, camera di dimensioni buone, arredi minimali ma nuovi e funzionali, safe box, letto confortevole e pulito, A/C efficiente, bagno e doccia efficienti e puliti. Anche la colazione, a buffet, decente rispetto al prezzo pagato. Da ritornarci quando in zona

一樓進去左邊有個酒吧音響效果很不錯，有歌手現場演唱，不輸五星級等級，氣分佳，開到很晚推薦去消費，房間就還好，才幾百塊台幣的費用，就別太計較了

Clean Room but

The Room is clean and location is good. But the sound insulation is very bad. You can hear people speaking in the next room clearly. And kids make noise outside in the morning.

금연방 없음. 냄새가 너무 심해서 방을 두번 옮겼는데도 다 냄새남. 냄새가 심하다고 하면 방향제 두번 뿌려주고 감 옆방 코고는 소리 다 들릴 정도로 방음 안됨 3층에서 우퍼로 음악을 트는데 창문이 진동할 정도 오전에는 공사 소리 싼 이유가 있음
