Does what it says on the tin. Given the decor in the eponymous colour theres no hiding place. For the money nothing in the area comes close.

1. Cleanliness needs to be improved. 2. The door lock is not secure. 3. Only one access card is provided for entering and exiting, which is very inconvenient. 4. I booked a room with a window but did not get one, as they claimed it wasn't specified. This shows poor management. 5.The drinking water dispenser is also not fuction.

Unique but still need more

The hotel staff’s attitude was poor. They called to rush us for check-out at 11:40 AM even though the check-out time was 12 PM. The hot water in the shower wasn’t hot, and the toilet was dirty. Additionally, the air conditioning was very noisy.

Close to cities and other shops. Minimalist style. Easy accesible.

Very clean room - the only problem is there was no lift. Overall is good. Thank you White Loft.

The service quite is tiptop even through online its run smoothly

There is no flexibility on the check in timing as we arrived half hour early which they insist we have to check in by 2pm. Make up room - no toliet paper refill & water bottle. We booked again due the room cleanliness was very good plus bed, pillow & blanket was good too. We came to know they are short of man power but basic will still have to give or prepare.

Bad service

During the check in, I was told there was double booking this I wasn’t able to get the room with bathtub. After 15mins delay, I was assigned to a room with cigarette smell on level 2. So i had to run back to the reception with all my luggages, to be assigned a room on level 3. No help was offered to help us with the luggages. We were also given 4 days’ wifi instead of 5. The bedsheets were also stained. Just when we thought our nightmare is over, our toilet door fell apart after shower at 10PM. A called to the reception, we were told to wait for the house keeper to come in 30 mins. After 30 mins, nothing happened thus we called again stating we can’t wait any longer as it’s getting late. We were then told to wait till tomorrow as the housekeeper is off work now. No daily Housekeeping as well.

Very noisy in early morning, I think car wash shop play music. This is my first experience stay hotel due to people play rock music in early morning. Very bad!!!

White loft

Common hotel. Not suitable with baby. You have claimb stairs. Extra deposit if you need extra keys. Pay for your own breakfast & not many close parking.

Nice hotel for families

Stayed at White Loft for a night in their Family Room; room was not bad, bed was comfortable. Downside would be the toilet has no ventilation, hence it was a little stuffy and smell a little. Overall, it's not bad for a one night stay. Surrounded by many food store which is a major plus point.

New and Clean Hotel

The hotel provides branded water dispenser and bottled water which is good. The room offers very basic amenities. No elevator/lift, no facial tissue, hair dryer, hand soap and it is just for a sleep. Prices are reasonable but there is a distance from city. I experienced an unpleasant stay, luckily it was the next day before I checked out as the hotel had some renovation done downstairs in the morning about 9am which caused my family woke up because of the noise. Hope management can take note on this.

It will be better if the hotel provides bathroom-amenities packages, such as toothbrush, toothpaste, comb etc.

Clean and cosy little hotel

The hotel is clean. It practises a minimalist concept, whereby the furniture have been recycled from wooden pallets. Bravo to that! Would have been better if more shampoo/bath foam were provided. There were just minimal amount provided in the bathroom.Not really sufficient for 3 persons. Luckily I brought extra from home.

Family room of 4 with bathtub: Very nice And clean room. Hipster type of budget hotel and very decent rooms toilet. Water dispenser and towels are available. Bicycle cafe downstairs is very cool as well, Sushi mentai is 3minute walking distance , cheap and good jap eating place for dinner. Breakfast head to Full house dim sum for some nice dim sum.

A place for sleeping only.

A bare minimum sleeping place. Deco simple without the fringes. Good for resting and nothing else. Be warned that the hotel have 2nd and 3rd floors, only have stairs.

It feels like Home

Its was like coming home. Friendly staff greets you at the entrance. Upon entering the lush white walled and sheeted room, you'll feel a sense of serenity and calmness, perfect for a quiet get away, still withing reach of the hustling Malacca city. And with a new TerminalB cafe, the first ever bicycle themed cafe in town, food and beverages are easy to come by. Dave and team of barista makes one helluva power packed juice drinks! Come for the convenience, stay for the comfort :)

NICE HOTEL TO STAY THERE

Very nice hotel to stay among my previous hotel that I had stayed before. Room is clean and most importantly the Wi-Fi was good.

Clean and convenient

Room was clean. There were no foul odors. Internet was generally fast. Shower and taps had water with sufficient pressure. The hotel has no lift so for older people this could be an issue since the stairs is quite steep. There's hot water on the 2nd floor for those who need it like little toddlers or babies. In the morning, there was very loud music, audible from the room. This could be an issue with some folks.

A Great Stay

Just 10-15 minutes drive from the main tourism area. For those who are not driving, you may utilizes car hailing app to reach your favourite destination. It is really affordable. Surrounded by different eateries, White Loft can be considered by those who prefer a relax starvation in Malacca. The Bathtub room was great to relax yourself over the tiredness. Room facilities can be improved by adding more space to hang clothes. Industrial design theme is really a plus !

The worst experience we ever gone through. Staff with bad attitude. Talked rudely to their customer and acted irresponsibly even is their fault.

Clean Hotel, with Satay Lok Lok nearby. xD

It was a really pleasure stay as we only manage to check in at 1am, as we left Johor pretty late due to the jam. They was very friendly and accommodating as well. Stay 2 separate nights and both nights was superb, they even introduce to us to the Satay lok lok just across the street, pretty cheap & good selection.

New hotel but a bit far from town

with this price, this hotel is consider good. it is new and clean, however sound proof should be improve. if you have your own transport, you can consider this hotel.

Clean environment, friendly staff

Just checked -out from hotel. One the best hotel I had ever stayed in. Base on my review :Clean environment, friendly staff but there one chinese staff lack of communication(dont know how to interpret information ) but overall good,neat bedding and classic yet elegant interior design(ps :Bathroom) I do have to say that's the hotel is quite far from the melacca town but its worth it why you may ask because we're way off hustle and bustle heavy road vehicles noises you can sleep ever so soundly.that's all!!!

Excellent "Value for money"

The room is clean and the bed is comfortable except pillow too soft. Overall nice experience but will not be convenient for elderly guest as there is no lift.

New, clean, basic

The hotel is very basic. The room does not come with shampoo. It is very new and clean. Easy to get food and a close by 7-11. I rented the family room that comes with a bath tub and it cost me an average of RM210/night inclusive of tax. For a budget hotel, it is very pricey. The next day, i book a boutique hotel room by the Malacca River Cruise with a huge tub and jacuzzi, room size is double the size of the family room at White Loft for RM260 inclusive of tax.

已經付費還說沒有預定，後來堅持有才仔細確認，然後說沒有我們預定的客房種類了，臨時安排其他房型，卻也沒有事先整理，很髒亂。第二天掛了housekeeping的牌子也沒有整理。
