Location is excellent

The property is nice.However, a bit annoyance noise emiited when the fridge is operating.

Such a warm welcoming Homestay, White Cloud definitely ensures you enjoy your stay and prepares the best service for your vacation! Very clean and pleasant stay, the staff were always helpful and they also provided me and my wife with amazing transportation. Thankyou so much for making our trip to hoi an and awesome one!

This small family run hotel is perfect, location great, friendly staff, right in the centre but away from the crowds, just perfect

Very accomadating and friendly, when you checkin you are given a quick guide with a map on what to see and do and how the area ticks. Staff are lovely and the rooms are very nice. You are situated next to the night markets and main bridge of old town so a great place to venture out from.

White Cloud Homestay is just a few blocks away from Hoi An Night Market. It was very convenient to be so close and central to all the night life activity. The host was very accommodating and the room was very cleanly. Beds were large enough for our group of 3 and had a nice balcony view. We would definitely consider staying here again if we were to revisit Hoi An.

A beautiful hotel run by lovely people who cannot do enough for you. Loads of information for eating, trips etc. Clean, comfortable rooms, looking forward to staying again!

The staff are all very friendly, particularly Min who went out of her way to make sure everything ran smoothly for us. The location is perfect and the home stay is great value for money.

Location

Wonderful location, on the island removed from the central busy commercial area- but that is just across the bridge. Night Market is wonderful and within a block. Quiet room with strong WiFi.

Not too bad.

The location is good as it was away from the main streets this was less noisy. When we arrived to check in, our rooms were on the 3rd floor and we didn’t get help even after we asked with our luggage up the stairs. We also didn’t get our daily bottled water. The bathroom is clean but after shower there’s no floor mats so you walk out with wet feet into the room. Also no proper facilities in the bathroom for clothes and towels. Breakfast was alright.

A good place to rest.

I liked everything about this place except two things. The beds were western style beds, but old and hard. So they were uneven and a bit broken down. There was no way to have morning coffee or tea. They didn't offer breakfast until 7:30. I'd read one review saying they'd been given a thermos of hot water. When I asked about such a thing the receptionist responded with a resounding no! And said there was no way to have hot water. Other than those two things, the place was really nice. And I would stay here again.

Hoi An Gem (don’t let a typhoon flood get you down

Left Da Nẵng a day early to stay in Hoi An. In retrospect, I wish I’d stayed here for the entire part of this leg of our trip. The amazing thing was that less than a week before we arrived, Hoi An was flooded and the Lobby has about 1.5m of muddy water in it. There was no evidence of this by the time we arrived (except for the street repairs and cleanup) The hotels was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return here and highly recommend this hotel.

right in the Hoi An ancient town

good location, right at the Hoi An ancient town. Only stay there for 1 night, clean room, bedsheet and towels not like any other hotels or B&B room gets humid quicky when air con is off. Different cable channels you can choose if you decide to stay in. Street food hawker stalls are 2 blocks away. Breakfast included either Vietnamese or foreign styles. Good coffee and lemon juice. The only leas pleasant is the receptionist who was kind of rude and lazy and she requested to keep my passport when checked in and claimed would give me back when I head outside. The safe in the room didn't work, door lock needs to be maintained. The

Charming li'l nook in the middle of Hoi An

Just in the middle of everything you need in Hoi An. Amazing service and a very new property. I will definitely go back to this charming tow and this lovely hotel.

Disappointing

Pictures on this website and previous reviews lead me to expect a room with windows and helpful staff. Even though we booked two rooms, neither had a window and when we arrived early afternoon we had to wait while they quickly cleaned one of the rooms. When we finally got to move in, it had the previous occupants hair on the bathroom floor. Staff/owner answered questions once we distracted her from her cell phone but felt she wasn't really interested. After previously experiencing 2 months of amazing Vietnamese hospitality this guesthouse was undoubtedly a disappointment.

Gorgeous interior and the cleaning crew is AMAZING

great location near all the major attractions in Hoi An. The lovely young lady in ao dai dress speaks good English. On the outside, it looks like any normal homestay. But it is obvious they remodeled the interior and it rivals 5 star hotels. The cleaning crew is constantly washing/cleaning. In fact, I have never seen marble floors shine like this place. The offer breakfast and it was delish. (see pic) Also have good quality bicycle. Everything was great, but the standout is again, the cleanest room, floor I have ever stayed in. GREAT job, cleaning staff.

Close to Hoian old town

Kind staff, 5min. close to Hoian old town by foot. Clean room condition. Acceptable price.

Excelente ubicación y servicio

Desde el primer contacto fue excelente. La jóven de la recepción simpática y te colabora con información de lugares para comer y la ubicación de la zona en un mapa que te brinda. Siempre gentil. El hotel muy bien ubicado.

war alles wirklich gut, nur, wie hier auch schon erwähnt, der kühlschrank arbeitet die ganze zeit. ich habe 15€ für eine nacht bezahlt und da bekommt man auf jeden fall mehr leistung als preis. zimmer ist gross, sauber und bequemes bett.

Wunderbar sauber, alle sind nett, 200m von der Altstadt entfernt 👍👍👍

Le confort de la chambre est bon : matelas, aircon, douche sont biens. Mais le problème est l'isolation sonore : du 3ème étage vous pouvez discuter avec la réception sans téléphone... parfois le gardien de nuit mets de la musique sur son tel à 6:15 le matin, pas terrible comme réveil...

Great localisation

Very well located hotel! The pool was a beautiful bonus for us. We really enjoy to go to the night market from the hotel (2 minutes of walk). The room was clean. The only thing we less appreciate is that they don't speak english very well so it was difficult sometimes for the communication like booking tour! But we clearly recommand this hotel for the localisation!

호이안 여행중 아파서 잠시 쉬려고 들렀습니다. 너무친절하시고 내부도 깔끔하고 깨끗했습니다. 호이안 야시장에서도 너무 가깝고 좋습니다.

가격대비 핵꿀 호텔. 많은걸 바라지 않는 분이라면 분명 대만족하실것!

위치 완벽함. 바로앞에 야시장. 바로앞에 용다리, 펍, 올드타운 도보로 5분도 안걸림. 첫날 도착했을때에는 베트남에서 한국어를 가장 완벽하게 하는 직원이 한국어로 체크인해줌 다음날엔 영어를 엄청 잘하는 베트남 직원이 반갑게 인사해주고 혹시라도 공항에 갈거면 자기가 택시를 미리 예약해주겠다고 미리 체크해줌 직원들 엄청 친절함ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 나포함 친구3명이서 2박을 잤는데 48000원 나옴.... 가격 실화냐!! 에어컨이 빵빵하게 나오지 않았던 점 조식이 부실했던점이 굳이 꼽자면 단점이었지만 사실 이호텔 있을것 다있고 에어컨도 빵빵하진 않았지만 더워서 잠못자고 짜증날 정도로 덥진 않았다. 이가격에 엄청난 조식을 바라면 도둑놈심보고. 조식을 준다는것에 감사하자. 난 자느라 못먹었지만 친구들 먹은 사진보니 망고도 주더라! 혼자 호이안에서 일주일이상 머물게 된다면 또 다시 방문하고싶은 호텔! 남자친구나 부모님과는 좀...어려울듯! 아 참! 주변에 유명한 마사지샵들도 몰려있음 여러모로 위치좋고 직원들친절하고 가격좋은 호텔입니다

나름 만족

객실수가 작다보니 방뷰는 신중히 선택하셔야하고 방음은 잘안되지만 그렇게 시끄럽진 않아요.청결상태는 대형 호텔수준은 아니지만 침구류에서 기분나쁜점은 발견하지 못했어요.최대 장점은 주변 볼거리 먹거리 다가깝지만 시끄럽거나 번잡하지 않다는것.베트남은 퇴실이 12시인게 정말 맘에 드네요

Świetna lokalizacja, problemy z internetem

Bardzo miła uśmiechając się obsługa, ale dogadać się po angielsku bardzo ciężko. Dopiero rano pojawiła się Pani znajacs angielski. Łazienka tak mała,ze umywalką zamontowana była w pokoju, bo do łazienki się nie zmiescila. W drzwiach do pokoju taki szpady,ze na zewnątrz widać, z pół centymetra. Smaczne śniadanie i bardzo dobra lokalizacja. nie polecam ze względu na problemy z Internetem. Popołudniu był, a wieczorem zniknął i nie było już wcale.

가격대비 청결.야시장 근처.올드타운 근처. 숙박은 조용.

위치도 좋고 아주깔끔하고 방도크고 화장실도 깔끔하고 작지만 발코니까지 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 단점은 엘리베이터가 없어 짐을 직접 들고가야한다는것 그치만 직원분께서 들어주셔서 큰 어려움은 없었습니다.

We stayed at the family room for 2 nights. The room does not have the window, but very clean to be relaxed.

호텔스닷컴을 통해 1박에 2만원 대 가격으로 머물 수 있었습니다. 호이안 야시장 바로 옆 골목에 위치하며 주변 건물들 중에 가장 새 건물 같았어요. 가격이 저렴해서 잠만 잘 생각으로 정한 숙박이었는데 방이 너무 좋았습니다. 다낭에서 택시타고 가면서 미리 기사님을 통해 간다는 사실을 전해서인지 저희가 도착하기 전에 미리 시원한 음료와 안내 자료, 지도 등을 준비해놓고 기다리고 있었어요. 홈스테이 여직원분이 영어도 잘하고 친절하셔서 의사소통에 어려움이 없었습니다. 호이안을 방문하신다면 꼭 이 홈스테이에서 머무르시길 추천드려요. 조식도 줍니다. 짱.
