Here’s a draft for your review: Disappointed with the Experience Our stay was frustrating from start to finish. The TV in the room didn’t work the entire time, and when we mentioned it, we were told it’s “better to play games anyway.” That’s not the solution we were looking for. We paid for 3 people in the room but had to repeatedly ask for an extra towel—3 out of the 4 days. On top of that, the mini bar and coffee bar were never adjusted for the third person, even though we were charged an extra $750 for 3rd person. For the price we paid, I expected much better service and attention to detail. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling undervalued and disappointed.

A very unique tranquil hotel in the heart of Garmisch. I couldn’t recommend enough.

This property was very unique in style. It was very eco-friendly. They had free garage parking and were not for from the train station for the Zugspitze. It's a little further away from some of the shopping. We ate one night at the hotel restaurant and it was very expensive and very neuvo cuisine-lots of foam sauces. The next night we ate a 5 minute walk away at Braustuber. It had great food and was very reasonable and authentic. Breakfast at the hotel was included and was very good. There were a lot of options, even a gluten free area. The outdoor bar area was lovely. There is a big park right behind the hotel. There is a spa and a pool but we didn't use them. They looked lovely. One tip, request a room facing the park. We were on the street side and the traffic was noisy.

This is a boutique hotel in a great location. I found this hotel on Expedia at the last minute due to our one night stay at another hotel nearby which was sub-standard. This hotel was a life saver and my wife loved it. She also spent an afternoon in the spa with a massage. The food was very good and the bar tenders were great!

Amazing rooms!

Accueil chaleureux, cadeau à l’arrivée et au départ. Déjeuner et lunch inclus avec la chambre et c’est délicieux. Avons 2 fois dîner au restaurant de l’hôtel et c’était excellent ainsi que le service. Très bien situé également.

Had the best time here using the Spa amenities and relaxing after hiking Lake Ebisee and summiting Zugspitze. Great location next to a beautiful park and crystal clear mountain stream. I will be coming back to this hotel in the future. 10/10

Great hotel in Garmisch

Loved this hotel. Wish we had booked an extra night. Great location, friendly staff, great food and a great vibe all around.

A truly special wellness hotel in Garmish!

This is such a special hotel, designed thoughtfully and maintained very well. The spa is absolutely lovely, with a beautiful view of the mountains, great amenities and a huge menu of services. The breakfast buffet was better than the 5 star hotel where we stayed in Munich. Our room was very quiet and had a beautiful view, despite being on the ground floor. We had originally wanted to stay at other wellness hotels that are much more isolated (not walkable to restaurants etc), and I'm so happy we ended up here instead. We walked to dinner each night, and walked to a hike during the day as well. While you probably need a car to get there, you could certainly take the train as well, and my feeling is that you do not need a car once you arrive, unless you want to drive to ski areas that are too far to walk. One recommendation, is to leave a pair of slippers for guests in the room vs. only in the spa. Another recommendation, they should allow the full menu or a modified mini-menu across the entire bar/lounge area. We had some drinks in the lounge but were unable to order a snack with them, which I found very strange. That said, all around, this was a perfect stay, and we hope to be back again!

This Hotel is absolutely remarkable. We can’t wait to go back! Where do you start with describing this gem. Spa like setting for everything. Food is excellent and free Breakfast included - which is phenomenal. Free parking underground and everything is in Walking distance. Wonderful hotel

Everything was excellent apart from 1 thing. No air conditioning when it was 32 degrees in the day and 22 at night. Air conditioning is only turned on in the winter for heating rooms. Bit hard to justify no air conditioning when you are paying over Eur400 a night

Overall, the design of the hotel is amazing, a modern Bavarian chalet aesthetic. The breakfast was amazing, beyond our expectations. We loved the spa and heated pool on top. The staff couldn't be nicer. Convenient parking underground.

Perfect Getaway

Great boutique property love the entire place and staff was awesome! The restaurant fit us in for a reservation and that didn’t disappoint! So yummy…the spa facilities are a 10 out of 10.

Wonderful

Exceptional hotel and we stayed for a week. I’ve lived and traveled all over the world and it’s hard to recall a better experience even in much more expensive hotels. Food, ambiance, service and location couldn’t be better. The spa area is relaxing and a great way to end a day of hiking, cycling, snow sports or touring. Many restaurants are within 10 minutes walk through the park that you enter from the reset of the hotel. We rented e-bikes one day at the hotel and the staff was always accommodating to even request. Sets a new standard for us to compare other boutique hotels.

I checked with my family fun night. My kids were experiencing Jetlag aren’t able to sleep. The guy next starting heading to glass in a crazy way and my kids got scared cried all night could go to sleep. Next morning fist to my wifey and giving them dirty looks for making noise last night. I mean their kids to-year-old one-year-old. He keeps making faces and saying not his problem. I complained to hotel management all day said They will talk to the guest. He should be kicked out for endangering and making kids cry and scared. I don’t think this hotel is kids friendly or family friendly.

Hotel was amazing. We booked a room that had 2 bedrooms and I didn’t put in how many people were staying in the room with us. I thought I just had to book the room that would accommodate our group of 4 people. When we left they charged us an extra $200 for 2 people staying there 1 night. That was frustrating. But the hotel is beautiful and the pool is so nice. Besides that it is an incredible place to stay. Just wish I would have know it was going to cost us an extra $200.

The perfect getaway

Very friendly and warm service from every single staff member. Beautifully built hotel with alpine views all around with an amazing outdoor pool and cosy spa areas for lounging in. Well worth the nightly rate if you make use of the facilities. Each room also has its own tap of fresh alpine water for drinking. If breakfast is included in your rate then you are in for a treat. Reasonable range of high quality breads, juices, cold cuts, cheese, coffee and tea, waffle station and eggs cooked to order.

Very luxurious. Town, shops, other restaurants and the train stations for the ski slopes are all within walking distance.

Very beautiful hotel with modern rooms and amenities. We loved our stay here and hope to be back again the future.

Lovely hotel very boutique style with herbal tea & lovely bar. Great breakfast we found the restaurant too pricey.

amazing hotel. good location, nice decor, excellent pool + breakfast. down side: the hotel located near main road. some rooms are very noisy. We asked for and got a quieter room.

Beautiful new hotel

We only stayed for one night and it was very nice with breakfast included. It was very warm in the room and they don’t have air conditioning.

Have stayed at various hotels in GP and this one is by far the nicest.

Beautiful hotel only sadly let down by very inept and uninterested lobby main bar staff. Stay at the Hotel but eat and drink elsewhere.

Werdenfelseri is a brand new hotel and beatifully decorated with wood everywhere. It is very close to the pedestrian zone. The spa and infinity pool, is located on the third floor and gives amazing views of the Zugspitze. The restaurant has a charming deck which is beside a small stream - and gives access to a wonderful park. Parking in basement garage is a little tight but it is doable for a mid-sized SUV.

Das Hotel ist absolut top. Der Service und das Speisenangebot klasse. Das Hotel bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. Einziges Manko sind die völlig fehlenden Fitnessgeräte im Fitnessraum.

Alles sehr stimmig, sauber und man fühlt sich einfach ab dem 1. Moment sehr wohl. Wir wollten garnicht mehr gehen.
