Our room is cleaned daily. Drinks, chocolate and chips are refilled daily, it is walking distance going to Sagrada Familia, Casa Batlo, and Casa Pedrera thus we did not spend much for Metro tickets. Metro station is 3-minute walk while bus stop is also nearby.

Nice and comfortable family trip

Clean hotel accommodation with very friendly staff. The room was well equipped and breakfast provided was very delicious and had good variety of food. Highly recommended.

The staff was so welcoming and offered us a free drink coupon and great advice right off the bat. The room was great, new modern style, and very clean. Overall a much nicer experience than I expected I would definitely stay again. It was nice to feel like they cared we had a good experience.

Fantastic stay

Wonderful stay, only one night however. Very convenient, only 2 or 3 stations from Sants, 5-10 min. walk to the cathedral. Nice roof-top pool that we enjoyed twice. We'd come back right away.

2 negative points, not much sleep first night as room air con didn’t work and room was far too hot, couldn’t open balcony door as on street and to much road noise, we were given a fan for 2nd night which did help, but not great for air con to not be fixed within 2 days! also pool not used as it looked dirty and needed a clean, that said, good location and staff are a real asset to hotel and made stay ok, and very comfy bed

Very nice and well-located hotel, 10 min walk from 2 hop on hop off bus tours, very close to multiple attractions. The only issue I had was cleanliness— there were dried up contact lenses on the floor. I requested a cleaning of the floor, which they did, but the contact lenses were still there so it makes me suspect that it’s not very well cleaned.

The staff were welcoming and accommodating and the room was clean. Also the service and the atmosphere on the rooftop were great! However, the walls were so incredibly thin it felt less like a private room and almost as though each room had a divider between in instead of a permanent wall (I could hear people in the next room cough, zip their suitcases, even when their phones buzzed). Additionally, the hallways were dirty as well. Overall a decent stay but not one I would reconsider booking again.

The staff was so helpful with requests big and small. The front desk helped me book a flamenco show and we had the perfect evening. Lots of advice. Warm people. We loved using the rooftop pool every single day to cool off during the hottest parts of the day. Water, soda, coffee, and snacks were refreshed everyday.

This was my first time in Barcelona and honestly this hotel was amazing. From location , service, cleanliness and much more. The location was great, walkable distant to most attractions and very safe: it was nice to stay away from the crowded tourist area this place is amazing and worth it.

Soundproofing is really bad

The services and cleanliness are very good. The breakfasts are also wonderful. However, the room size is too small. Especially the soundproofing is really bad. It will easy make noise to disturb the next room guest or being disturb. This hotel can't provide a quiet atmosphere for you to rest.

Nice, comfortable, and small rooms. The staff were very nice and friendly. Great location with many dining options and a metro stop half a block away. We did opt for the breakfast which was nice. We did notice some issues when we arrived in the room with missing vanity mirror (wall handle present) and not enough attention to detail on overall cleanliness. Our TV remote not working and we asked the staff to investigate. We had to remind them twice and the issue wasn’t resolved by the time we left. The hallway lighting on our floor had a very cold feeling and the rug some noticeable stains. The temperature in the hallway was also very warm which I told the staff about. It did get adjusted however was back o being very warm again on the next day. The rooms do not have very good sound proofing. The room doors are very close to each and we could hear when neighbors open and close room doors. One night we were also awakened by a guest from across our room yelling. We noticed the front desk. Overall the hotel seemed a bit worn and could use some updates and improvements.

Good location close to many tapas bars, super markets, and restaurants. Shopping centres and high end shopping close by also. Rooms were nicely appointed and small balcony a bonus. Rooftop bar/pool made good use of available space. Front desk staff were there for any help required. Breakfast did not live up to the other outstanding qualities of the hotel.

A great stay!

Large room for three people- could use a few more hooks for hanging the bathing suit as we used their lovely rooftop swimming pool everyday - it’s so hot during July!!- service was excellent, welcoming and staff gave great advice on where to eat and what to visit! A great and enjoyable stay!

The staff always went above and beyond to help us, answer questions, rectify any issues. The lobby was a lovely place to wait for each other or for taxis, with a selection of waters at the ready. Breakfast buffet offered a wide selection, even accommodating different milk choices, and daily cava for mimosas! Excellent all around.

This property has a pool on the roof which is small but very unique. It was a nice break for the kids to cool down on a hot day without trekking to the beach.

The staff are lovely, very friendly and helpful! The hotel facilities are nice and modern. Bathroom is a bit small and the half wall between the shower and toilet area causes water from the shower to splash onto the toilet floor area. Room was on the small side but efficiently designed. Free water, beverages and snacks in the fridge were a welcome treat. The pool on the rooftop was a welcome relief from the hot summer sun . The neighborhood around it is nice and safe to walk around with plenty of dining options and away from the touristy areas. We will stay here again should we return to Barcelona.

I have stayed at this property 3-4 times. The location is great -the staff is kind and polite, the roof pool is nice. However the last 3 times- rooms are looking old - and more like hostels with big space. Carpets have stains. I just don't like the look of the rooms anymore.

Fabulous location for this lovely little boutique hotel, in the exemplar neighborhood of Eixample, replete with a plethora of dining and shopping options. The staff here - mostly Argentines - is absolutely charming, and the rooms are tidy, clean and well kept, especially the street-facing suite we were upgraded to.

Gem of a hotel

The hotel is fantastic. Staff is very friendly and helpful. If you want restaurants recos, or information on how to get around. The rooms were bigger than I expected for city hotels in Europe. Location is amazing and shops are walkable. The hop-on bus stop is a 12 min walk on the main road. The hotel itself is charming, very clean and has an inviting feeling. The pool on the roof is a dip pool so don't expect anything large. Weather was too chilly to use when we were there but the rooftop is lovely. We had a great experience and I will be recommending this place to my friends.

The property is well located to visit the many Antoni Gaudi buildings in Barcelona, in a more upscale part of the city, away from the touristy part of town. It is well appointed and maintained, has courteous and helpful staff, and a very nice breakfast buffet. The only downside is that the rooms are on the small side.

Convenient position for attractions, reception helpful, very clean and lovely spread for breakfast. Did not like sleeping on a mattress protector which was slippery, crackly and made me sweat. Only left at most 2 coffee caps and cream each day. The pool was freezing and windy on the roof although to be fair it was March

Best Boutique hotel in Barcelona

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Well and Come, and it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. What stood out right away was the hotel's flexibility in offering us an early check-in, allowing us to unwind and settle in comfortably after a long journey. Traveling with a toddler can sometimes be tough, but the staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make our little one feel special. A cute little gift for our toddler awaited us upon check-in, adding a personal touch that truly touched our hearts. One of the highlights of our stay was the personalized recommendations provided by the hotel staff for places to eat and visit in the local area. It was evident that the staff took the time to understand our preferences, offering tailored suggestions that turned out to be hidden gems. From cozy local eateries to must-visit attractions, their recommendations added an extra layer of enjoyment to our trip. The accommodations were very comfortable and the location is apt; it's walkable from most tourist destinations in Barcelona.

VERY thin walls. A lot of noise from adjoining rooms and from the rooftop bar. People talking on the phone at 1 AM and noise of high heels walking on the roof. Awful.

This is a very nice hotel. The staff is amazing! Very nice, helpful and willing to help. The breakfast was so nice and it has many choices. The ambience is really good. Walking distance from La Sagrada Familia (8 minutes) and La Pedrera and casa Batlló. 8-10 minutes Definitely, we will come back here when back in Barcelona.

Genius location and excellent service

It completely amazing place to stay for romantic time of deserved vacation for young parents. Hotel personel provided excellent and friendly service. Everything was for best rating. And the location of the hotel is great for somebody who wants see most of the city.

Many stores, cafes, restaurants were close by. Metro was on opposite end of street, very close. About 13 minutes to La Sagrada Familia. Rooms were quiet, housekeeping did an excellent job and were friendly and helpful. Front desk staff, Claudia, needs work and review on public relations and hospitality. It was unfortunate that she was the first person who greeted me at the hotel on 10 December. When I asked if there were restaurants nearby, she said “yes, there’s Italian, Chinese, etc.” but never told me their locations nor made any suggestions. I was truly too exhausted to continue that topic (just got off a 9 hour red-eye flight). I told her I wanted to attend mass (because it was Sunday), she said, “you have to look in Google because I don’t go to church”. I’ve done extensive travel in my life and have never heard these responses from any hotel staff, most especially the front desk staff. Nonetheless, the rest of the front desk staff, namely Marc, Pau and Camilo were hospitable and always willing to help. Whenever I needed directions, they printed maps and made sure I clearly understood their directions. Marc, Pau and Camilo compensated for the lack of warmth and hospitality that I needed upon my arrival.

This hotel was amazing! The staff were so helpful and it was overall very comfortable. The only downside also happens to be a slight upside… it’s a skip away from downtown. So, at night it’s quiet, which is nice, but you’ll need to taxi to most places. All in all, very comfortable, very clean and the staff are incredible.

Hotel Well and Come provided special daily extras like plush bathrobes, complimentary water, sodas, and snacks in the fridge. The rooftop was beautiful, and the small pool offered a refreshing retreat from the sun. The bartender was skilled and welcoming, adding to the overall experience. However, the real highlight was the hotel staff. Claudia, both Marcs, and Camillo were incredibly kind, making our visit unforgettable. Their warm greetings and genuine smiles made us feel like valued guests. They were always ready to offer helpful suggestions for dining, booking tours, navigating the metro, and securing taxis. On our last day, Claudia’s thoughtful gesture of preparing a delicious cup of coffee for me and offering a beverage to our daughter was a heartwarming touch that left a lasting impression. Our stay at Hotel Well and Come was simply exceptional, thanks to the wonderful staff and the hotel’s charming amenities. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona and can’t wait to return!

One of the best City Hotels I have stayed in. Beautiful hotel. Clean, reception and staff excellent. Great recommendation for dinner. Beautiful rooftop pool. Bedroom a great size with King bed - only downside was no hanging space for clothes, but for 1 night and with the amount of space overall, we could cope. Metro 100yds from front door. Highly recommend this place.
