This isnt a hotel but a refurbished apartment.

Nice location near restaurant and shopping center

It is a quiet place. Good for relaxation and for finding peace. I recommend this place. The surroundings are nice with a mall close by

Wedgewood Residence is a comfortable stay with excellent service staff. I truly enjoy my stay during my shirt trip to KL.

Highly Recommended.

We booked a unit with 2 rooms. The Unit is big, clean and good security. It is no different than your usual hotel stay. I love the dinning room in the unit, a comfortable place for us to do our office work. There is a proper check-in counter and secured car park. Good internet speed. House keeping is done daily. A safe area, you get lots of restaurant within 200m of walking distance to the left and right of the Apartment (Hotel). You can travel easily using GRAB (UBER).

spacious, comfortable stay

It's a very clean, spacious, and comfortable place to stay. It even has a verandah to dry my laundry and the washer was free! Front desk was helpful and I had a good time there :)

Relaxing stay away from city

Great service, facilities good, nice lobby n safe basement carpark ! Apartment in a high class residential area with greenery n amenities !

The room we stayed in for 1 night was E2-1-2. It has a very strong musky smell the moment we stepped in. I believe the smell could have come from the curtains, cupboards, beddings or sofa...the reason could be because the room was unoccupied for a long period of time and low maintenance was done on it. I have stayed in several serviced apartments before but this was the first time i experienced such condition. We tried to air the room but still the strong smell lingers and we did not have a good sleep. Thankfully it was only for a night. We did not use the seemingly dusty kitchen facilities and we did not explore the amenities either. Check-in/out was smooth and carpark was well-lit and spacious.

Here’s my experience staying in Wedgewood. you guys didn’t understand what I was saying. so here it is. I was sleeping and 3 house keeping ladies came in and looked at me while I was in bed and I told them to leave and come back later. and they starting to laugh somehow, which is I don’t know why. And they starting to cleaning while I was in bed. I was so mad and tell them to bring manager but they starting to bring towels and other cleaning equipments. it was so funny they just looked at me and starting to clean while I was telling them to fxxk oxx at the room and they left. I couldn’t manage myself together. I was staying there for 4nights and I stayed at wedgewood before but this experience was so bad. I took there pictures and post. I think you guys need to educate them. other then that It is cozy hotel. but don’t expect good breakfast there. it was not eatable for my experience. and about bathroom, so many hairs on the floor. I should have take a pictures next time if I have a chance to visit again hum... what can I say. it just okay. maybe I had a bad day.

with that photo. I tell them not to come in. but they don’t care. I just coming in when I am naked. and laugh at me watching me naked. Crazy huh?

3 Bedroom apartment in heart of Mont Kiara.

Good family sized apartment. Good for short term stay. The building and apartments are now becoming a bit dated and in need of some new paint and curtains, which would help fix this. Overall pleasant stay. The location is convenient in the heart of Kuala Lumpur Expatriates area. With abundance of stores and Restaurants nearby.

Needs more amenities and rather overpriced

The check in process was efficient although twin bedded rooms are in short supply Room should have more amenities and toiletries for the price charged Wifi and water heater were good The room is spacious but there should be more sockets and wash basins The bathroom needs refurbishment and improved plumbing The toiletry sets were very inadequate The gym and pool were good Breakfast should be provided for the price paid

As Good As your Home, Highly recommend!

I was surprised when I entered the Reception. It looked 5 Star luxurious and the staff were all very helpful. The room is very large, all amenities worked well. The bathroom also very clean. Security is good. I was allocated a carp park. Lots of F&B nearby.

Five star experience

Wedgwood was amazing, spacious, comfortable, close to good restaurants. The staff were helpful and efficient, rooms were cleaned to a high standard. Can't wait to come back. My favourite holiday destination so far.

Near to Publika; good food and shisha. Near MATRADE for those who needed to be there for talks, etc.

Worth the bucks!

I was staying at Wedgewood just over a weekend, and have absolutely no complains about this residence. I was allowed an early check in upon arrival, the staff catered to my requests without any fuss, room was clean & very spacious. Staying alone, i was reassured by the level of security in place there too. Location of this residence is just perfect, as it it private enough..very short distance away from main road..yet very conveniently near Publika. The only shortfall i would point out, if really need be are the shortage of toiletries provided. Even that i did not mind, as i used my own anyway. And staying at Level 9, it was a bit noisy during the day as residence is quite near a toll station. Otherwise, this residence is perfectly recommendable.

This place is the best location if traveler is a Korean because lots of Korean restaurants and convenient stores located

Best place

It has become my favourite place to stay in in the capital. Very secure and the unit was totally great! Plan to stay there every time I'm there!

The unit were pre-prepared for us before we arrived. We were given a unit near to our car park lot, easy accessible and good security. Will come back again!

Clean hotel

Good clean hotel. Large suites. Only negative was the hot water; it only lasts a short time. Not a problem for showers, but I was unable to fill up the tub for a good soaking.

PERFECT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very large rooms and unit. i had a 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the ground level. I should say 3 full baths and one half bath...I did not realize there was a powder room near the door and another bath ( probably for servants ) off the kitchen near washer/drier area. The HOTEL STAFF WERE ALL GREAT...hotel is also in an area walking distance to many types of restaurants from local foods, to middle eastern, Chinese etc.. If you prefer to do your own cooking there is also a large grocery store about 3 blocks away... We were their with family and an infant for 6 days, only reason we went to another place for the last week was that we needed a wash hose at the toilet for religious reasons and maybe extra item or 2 in kitchen...when i mentioned that to the front desk they were actually willing to do it ( I WISH I HAD ASKED BEFORE I PAID FOR THE OTHER HOTEL ) APPARENTLY its common to put min items in kitchen cabinets, you just need to ask if you need anything. When checking out i needed a van for all our stuff and family and the hotel offered one for us that I was willing to pay for, but then they did it for free ( that driver got a great tip lol ) THIS IS GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND, I FORGOT AN ITEM IN TH ROOM AND CALLED BACK TO TELL THEM I WILL STOP BY TOMORROW TO GET IT, THEY DELIVERED IT TO MY OTHER HOTEL LATER ON THE SAME DAY WOW !!!!!!

the place was nice but room service was bad they did not clean the room the next day n did not change the towel n other things other then that it was ok

Visiting family in KL

We really enjoyed our stay here except that one day my wife noticed that the small cloth pouch she keeps her iPods and ear phones in was missing. We reported it and they did an investigation and looked at the room entry log. Only us and housekeeping on the list. The housekeeper lived on site and they checked her room. Nothing found and a reminder to always lock things up in the safe. Our mistake.

Layover inKL

We were in between trips and decided to see KL. Used this hotel to relax and rest between the trips and also to schedule and do some local sight seeing. It all worked for us.

Home sweet home

Wedgewood is a top notch facility for the price. We paid $96 a night and we feel it was well worth it. It's very well secured and the staff is more than accomadating. Within walking distance is many multi cultural restaurants and grocery stores. We will definitely attend Wedgewood again and strongly suggest you do also. It's a great deal if you can reserve it for under $100. Doable between $100 and $120 for the two bedroom suite and not worth a thing above that.

Wedgewood apartments is a very secure location. The staff is the nicest and most attentive staff we've experienced in Asia. The rooms are very spacious and the appliances are up to date. Within a 10 minute walk is a variety of restaurants, a cold storage (grocery store), banks, ATMs, and it's very easy to access uber and taxis. We strongly suggest staying here

Good pool which was empty but maintenance required

Lovely accommodating staff and excellent security. Great location. Walking distance to supermarket, pubs, etc.

Convenient,quiet and hotel staffs are superb.Mr Indra willing to came up to the laundry room twice by making sure the clothes are washed when the machine is faulty.

3 Nights Stay - Business

It was short stay for business. We brought the whole family for the stay. The rooms are clean with good selection of tv package - so the children were not bored. The condition is so and so but good enough for the short stay. Neighborhood is nice. There are a few nearby places for shopping and food. We've got the view facing the highway - so apart from watching the traffic jam and the toll booth, there's nothing much to see - but we didn't go there for the view so no harm's done. Overall it was a nice stay.

Excellent apartment hotel

Excellent & helpful staff, very nice and clean apartment, with a full kitchen, very large fridge, TV in every room, however the TV signal was not so good. Overall, very good!

Wedgewood residences was a nice stay. Rooms were spacious yet some of the details need an upgrade like the bathrooms. The residences does seem dated.Our residence was particularly dark with no window to the living area and lounge. Breakfast is basic and doesn't get much attention from guests. not really worth the price paid. Service was good yet needs a little more communication. We were locked in the pool area intentionally by a worker who didn't even bother to say that time was finished. Had to use a mobile to get help after a wait. Good location to premier food outlets. handy parking available which was very secure.

Satisfactory Stay for a night

Convenient location with good, cheap eats within walking distance. Double bed was a little small. Some traffic noise at night. 2nd bathroom was clean but could do with refurbishment.

It was a short stay though but I love the hotel and its surroundings.

Slow service during Check-in and Check-out

The property is located in a residential area away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Just what we needed. What disappoint me most is their reservation/filing system. It took ages for them to find my booking even though I had produced a printed copy of my CONFIRMED BOOKING. The front-desk personnel didn't seem to know how to use the credit card reader (for me to put on the incidental charges of the room). Check-out took a long time too. The room floor was a little dusty when we first entered. Luckily, complimentary sandal were provided. Aircond units are SMALL capacity, hence didn't do justice to cool off the living room and main bedroom to a proper/desired temperature.

Confused and disorgarnised Frontdesk staff

I booked a 3-bedroom apartment for my family of 6 adults. We are from out of town, we came in with 3 separate cars. However, only ONE PARKING SLOT allocated each apartment uni. So, I have to pay EXTRA CHARGES for the 2 other parking slots. We parked at the assigned slot. After settling down, we were forced to remove ALL 3 cars because the slots assigned to us at check-in were actually allocated to another long term tenant. While having dinner, AGAIN we were asked to MOVE our cars as the spots where we're asked to parked the 2nd time were also assigned to another tenants. Totally UNACCEPTABLE in making us to go up and down 3 times since we PAID for the extra parking slots!! This is very inconvinient coz we want an uninterupted holiday.

(West) room 7-3

Stay in this 3 room apartment with 4 adult and 3kids age 6,5 and 3 years old from 17 to 21 Dec 2014 and my kids absolutely love it there...will definitely revisit again.Hotel stuff are very friendly and helpful,room is very spacious but location abit out of the way for shopping location,have to always rail a taxi...nevertheless,there is cold storage from walking distance. .so travellers who preferred to dine in and cook themselves can buy stuff from there.Overall feedback for improvement will be: 1) to have a rice cooker in the kitchen and have a larger cooking pot instead of just one small pot which is just enough to cook for only 1 packet of instant noodles. 2)for the masterbed room toilet bind curtain ,suggest instead of one piece type..make it to foldable type for more privacy. .I dare not use the bathtub as it is not completely seal.(there is a big opening from the corner ) 3)To have a kid swimming float at the pool side incase travellers with young children need 1. 4) to have more light at the swimming pool so that traveller that wanna swim at night can have a more pleasant swim than not using the facility at all b cuz is too dark.

Although not the cheapest option this hotel was within 5 minutes walking distance of the local shopping and dining area. Very polite service, spacious rooms, clean facility and overall great place to stay. I'd definitely stay there again.

One Nite at Wedgewood Apartment

Service was good. Staff quite accomodating. They were quite flexible especially on the check out time. The apartment was within walking distance to most eating & retail outlets. The bed were comfortable and the 3 room apartment was very spacious. It was only one night stay.

Nice with own vehicle to get around

The hotel is cozy and spacious, Having own vehicle is easy to get around as the distance to place of interest is between 15 to 30mins. Good when travelling with family where you can have your own space n bedroom and at your convenient to cook or buy own food.

great stay

Honestly for the price that I got it for it was a bargain!! Great things about it- Staff!!! Very very very helpful and I've stayed in plenty of Hotels!! Their is a lady that works I the front desk I forgot her name but she was about 40-50 years old with glasses if she is working she is your best tour guide she finds great places for you to go and helps you find places with reasonable prices!!! Also two other people that work their Jeet and Mac were also very helpful always stopped taxis for us and found taxis that only use The Meter which is very important. Room was clean and very big very comfortable also my room came with a living room so if you wanted to just stay at the hotel for a day you didn't feel constricted big bathroom big tub and the swimming pool was huge always clean and empty. bad- location is far from everything which didn't bother me but hard to find taxis at night willing to drive their but one thing Jeet and Mac showed me was the taxi app which showed you who was going to pick u up and also they already know where you are going before they accept to pick u up. I stayed for 9 days and everyday the staff was as nice as the first day "great staff especially the Three members I mentioned!!!

Nice hotel/service apartment & worth your money

Expedia promotes good hotel room rates that even beats the hotel's official website room rates. Is my first time book a room through Expedia and it has impressed me with their good work. I do recommend you have a look at Expedia and compare with their official website of the rate before you book. The room is awesome, super specious and modern. With 2 Astro TVs, long bath tub w view and every little bits. Will come back to this place again someday.

Nice and spacious serviced apartment.

I stayed in thee bed rooms apartment, which was spacious and clean. The front desk staff are available 24 hours and very helpful. They go all the way to make your stay very comfortable. The area is safe and the condominium is very secure. I highly recommend it for family and traveler with kids.

Enjoyed our one week stay. Would definitely stay there again. Great to be able to walk for restaurants, groceries. Thrilled to have a washer/dryer in our apartment. Bathrooms were excellent! Front desk service folks were always helpful and pleasant. Same for housekeeping staff. Only change is that I would try to get a room with a balcony and/or more windows. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and our living/dining room had no windows so it was a little confining feeling.

Beautiful Wedgewood

When we arrived at Wedgewood we were all blown away with its beauty! Beautiful, clean & very friendly staff. There is nothing about our stay I can fault. Rooms were immaculate, the gorgeous dining room & chandelier made us feel like we were in a palace! Only thing was the pool was under renovations, but that didn't matter as we were told they would show us to the neighboring pool which looked amazing! LOVED IT! Would definitely recommend & stay there again.

Simply gorgeous

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was huge. We had plenty of space to spread around. Security was very good and the friendly staff helpful with ordering taxis or providing anything we needed. We bought breakfasts in the restaurant and could not fault the meals. While the pool was under renovation, we were able to access the neighbouring resort's pool. This pool was stunning and the pool cafe was cheap and quality. I wish all properties we stay in were as good as this. The only downside would be that taxis had trouble finding the address. We would tell them to head towards Mont Kiara International School and direct them from there. No problems.
