Couples getaway

Last minute trip and found this hotel since it has a spa, great location and good price. The hotel room was very spacious with all sort of amenities. All the decors were so gorgeous and new.

The hotel is well maintained and spacious with large windows and so there's an open pleasant feel. The staff is great: Ariel and Cassandra were especially well spirited and helpful. The room is wonderful with a great bathroom, plenty of closet space, plenty of room to move around. The gym is a good one. Zero complaints.

Wonderful stay at the Warwick

Very friendly check in process. Our room was ready even though we were early. The room was huge and everything was clean and in perfect condition. We were close to eateries, shopping and the Bell Center. Highly recommend for anyone coming to Montreal.

A weekend away

The Warwick Le Crystal is a beautiful hotel with a very accommodating and informed staff. I can't pinpoint one thing which made it such a stand out, it was all the little things. I highly recommend.

Our stay was amazing! Out rooms wasn’t ready at 4pm so they upgraded us to the penthouse suite with a huge terrace. The views were beautiful

Great hotel

The Warwick was a great hotel, right in the heart of Montréal. My sons truly enjoyed the pool and, especially, the terrace hot tub (in 9F-degree weather!). My husband and I enjoyed the sauna instead. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the room was a good size, comfortable and clean. The only observation is for the bathroom. Even though it was clean and well sized, there was no room to put anything, other than very little space around the sink, and on top of the toilet lid. There were only two towel hooks (plus a bar on the shower door) for a four-person room, so it made it feel cramped. The hotel restaurant, Siam (Thai), was fantastic. Overall, a wonderful hotel.

Valet parking area poorly lit. Some activities observed when we arrived. Staff addressed quickly however it was a bit unsettling.

We visit Montreal every three weeks or so, and this has become our favorite place to stay. The rooms and rooftop sauna/hot tub/lounge is great.

Stayed with my family and it was perfect

Great location for our visit- short walk from train station, local restaurants, the Time Out Market, the Christmas Market on Saint Catherine, the Bell Centre and the Congress Center for the OASIS experiences. On site restaurant, Siam, was fabulous for our first dinner. Doorman's suggestion of Kettleman's Bagels for our breakfast was much appreciated. Loved the rooftop outdoor sauna. All staff were very courteous and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Spacious room

Pleasant stay. Spacious room. Great location near restaurants and the Bell Centre. We were assigned an accessible room that had a sliding pocket bathroom door which didn't close because it had falled off the tracks. Otherwise a wonderful hotel.

The property was very clean. Everything seemed brand new. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The location is ideal for downtown Montreal.

Perfect stay for a Habs game

This a thru little gem in the heart of downtown Montreal just 2 street corner from the Bell center. Modern, spacious room, amazing view.

Spacious rooms, indoor pool and sauna, outdoor hot tub. Front desk and porter was helpful. Excellent location- walkable to metro, bus, central train station, shopping, dining. Would recommend, and in fact stayed there again upon a roundtrip travel.

We loved our stay at the Warwick Crystal. From the moment we arrived until the minute we left, we were treated with warm and kindness. The front desk staff was exceptional and always willing to help. So many things were in walking distance or a short Uber ride away. The rooms were large and spacious and always clean. We would stay there again.

Great layout - good vibe and close to Starbucks and the shops and Rink

In a word...exceptional! Valene upgraded me to a complimentary junior balcony suite. She had a bottle of wine with chocolates. She is the best! Our doorman Ariel as always such an attentive worker! Our room was superb! I will continue to always stay at the Warwick. Thank you!!!

I would rate this a 4-star, not a 5-star hotel compared to other hotels I've stayed at. Our room was not ready at 4pm check-in time. They didn't know when it would be ready so we ended up getting a room on a different floor instead of being on the same floor as my sister who was getting married that weekend. That was disappointing & inconvenient, having to take the elevator to & from our rooms. All in all, the bed was comfortable but the final invoice with the valet parking & other fees they charge was not worth it.

The staff and service at this property were amazing. Wonderful valet service as well.

Wonderful hotel in downtown Montreal. Easy to walk to local destinations as well as public transportation. Pool, sauna, and hot tub were an added bonus.

The pool and hot tub area was nice, the location was ideal.

A lovely time at the Warwick

I highly recommend the Warwick Le Crystal. Our suite was large, lovely and well-appointed and the pool and spa on the 12th floor were terrific.

Fifth or 6th time staying in the last 2 years. Our go to in Montreal. Always great. Kids love the pool on the 12th floor. Junior sweet is perfect for families with a pull out couch for the kids and a room with a sliding door for privacy. Large bathroom and shower. Little kitchenette is perfect to a quick breakfast for the kids or to reheat leftovers for a late night snack. Easy check in and the staff is always great. Especially fun with kids. All the valet guys are super friendly and fun. Booked again for the spring. Highly recommend.

Great property and stay

We originally checked into a room with just a shower. I asked for a soaking tub and they gladly switched our room. The shower had great water pressure. The room was very clean, quiet and well stocked with everything you need to provide all the comforts of home.

Beautiful hotel!! Loved it!

It was just okay. Communication was kind of poor. I emailed the hotel twice prior to our stay, immediately when I booked, about adding a package to my room. I did not receive a reply. On the day of check in, we inquired about adding it since we never heard back from the hotel, only to be told they can’t be added at check in, they have to be added to the booking prior to check in. So that was frustrating. Hotel was super clean, so clean that they ignored our request to not have the room cleaned on the Saturday, and they came in and did it anyways. The third communication issue was around the check in itself. Our flight arrived early, so we knew we had a wait until check in. I had emailed regarding early check in, and was told that we had to inquired day of We arrived a few hours early and requested an early check in, and were told we would get a text message when our room was ready. My husband had to work, so we stayed in the front lobby area for the day while we waited so he could work. After beginning to see multiple people checking in, I went up to inquire about our room, and when (a different girl from the first one) checked, we were told”oh your room has been ready for hours” Not massive issues, but just annoying and frustrating considering the price being paid. Hotel was quiet, clean, everything seemed well maintained. staff was friendly enough, especially the guy working valet. Overall just okay. Not worth the price. Wouldn’t stay again.

Solid 3.5 Star Hotel

No room service and no daily housekeeping. Poor manager response when bringing lack of housekeeping to attention meaning the hotel is aware but has opted to do nothing about it. Guarantee they’ll post a generic response to this review, but you should know before you select that they don’t have daily housekeeping. Great facilities and the suite was spacious, modern, comfy, and clean. Parking can be had across the street for half price. I would stay again, but Hotels.com should not consider this place an elite hotel.

Great location in the heart of downtown! Easily walkable to dining, shopping, parks, etc Room was very spacious, comfy king size beds, and very clean! Hotel staff was outstanding and very welcoming! Nice amenities as well with restaurant, pool/hot tub and spa onsite Would highly recommend and stay here again

Excellent all around

Very nice and modern hotel , with great staff , clean rooms and bathrooms. Great location.

We did not like that we could not get a drink at the bar extremely crowded reservations required at the bar! Outside traffic, traffic very loud.

Everything was great

I loved the unique design of the hotel room, the lobby and the hallway, and the bathroom was gorgeous!! The hot tub and sauna on the 12th floor were awesome too. The one area of improvement could be the curtains, as the ones behind the table were a little difficult to open and close. Overall, I’m very happy I booked a hotel room here, thank you for the experience :)

It’s our hotel in New York and now we will make it ours in Montreal. We so much enjoyed our stay at this hotel that we will recommend our family and friends to book your hotel!

Great spot, clean room, terrible policy on in room bar items. Got charged for more than the night rate for items we didn’t use.

Very helpful staff

Awesome Hotel, very spacious room, great food and shopping around the area, next to transportation. It was our anniversary and they sent a bouquet of flowers. Very nice and very warm and inviting staff also.
