Little outdated motel. But overall very clean and staffs are very friendly. I would like to stay there again, as it's very close to the beach. Quick tips: don't come in weekend, it will be very crowded.

Hotel is out-dated, breakfast is expensive. My room’s air conditioning can only either turn on OR off, unable to control temperature. When it was really cold, I can only turn it off during night time then a terrible smell in the room and even woke me up as it affected my breathing problem. The view from the room was really nice, I heard some pounding sounds from above during late night.

酒店職員很友善，並熱心幫忙，還給予免費升級到海景相連房，地下茶樓食物很讚，比市區很多酒樓還更好，只是房間清潔度仍有待改善的地方，浴缸仍有前房客留下的沙石，去水位有沙阻塞未能去水，洗手間有發現煙灰等等。

If you want the view only then go for it. So ask yourself are you going to stay in the room the whole day just for the view. Cheong Chau is an island, one can get beautiful seaview outdoor. We did not book this place for the view from the balconey. We wanted twin beds which is not easy to find in the abnb on the island. The bathrooms are really dirty and some of them are clogged. Can see dust everywhere on table tops. Simply put if we can find 2 twin rooms elsewhere, we wouldn't stay there. Did read reviews contributed by others who have been there and we were sort of prepared metally.

Convenient hotel to visit Cheung Chau

The hotel is old yet we think it is not as bad as some of the comments indicate. The location is great. The room facilities are basic and yet adequate for our one-day’s stay. And bed is comfortable.

Negative! - Bathroom was not cleaned, smelly - Water was not passing while taking bath, very nasty ... - the tap was broken though the water was coming - bathroom lock was not working properly - No bathtub, the bathroom curtain was smelling very bad. - The paid breakfast was very selective. - Wifi is verrrrrry pooooor. Careful if you need wifi! Positive! - the position of the hotel: fantastic - sea view: stunning - service persons were very helpful - Spacious. The hotel authority can take care of these negative sides of my review easily. I think they are not serious and someway have ignorance.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Warwick hotel. The balcony was a real treat and we opted for the balcony breakfast which was delicious.

No vending machine nor ice machines. People staying here need to be nimble—nothing up the Olympic hill of a entrance for handicapped people…needs to update greatly!

We enjoyed our stay very much. A big improvement since my last stay 3-4 years ago.

Great location and views over the beautiful beach. The hotel is showing signs of disrepair and it's evident some maintenance needs to be done. Still, just as a place to sleep it's hard to beat the views from the balcony at night!

Booked 2 sea view rooms. The staff at reception are helpful and nice. But condition of room is disappointing. Old decoration, wet carpet and the wall full of mould. No ventilation in toilet.

Pet Friendly Hotel

Room did not look much like on photo. Details regarding pet friendliness were not updated. We stayed with our 2 cats and their pet amenities included food container, doggy pee pad, a toy ball and dog treats. As it was their first time experiencing guests bringing cats, they asked reception who has a cat if he could arrange a treat for us. The pet friendly rooms are all on 1st floor which are most worn out and have no balcony. Rooms are smallest and a bit noisy. Although this all, we had a good time, as the view was facing the beach and sea and we were out hiking, sightseeing and eating, as hotel did not allow pets in their restaurants or facilities. Room was constantly super cold even we turned off aircon at arrival.

It was not a restful stay. Due to the age of the hotel, many equipments are old, including air con and fridge which were very noisy. Although the reception was kind enough to change a room for me, the bed was dusty and I got rashes. But I must say the staff did their best to give us slightly later check out which was appreciated.

The room condition is not good. The towel hanger in toilet was broken and the surface of the water tank also not good. Some mold on the wall. However, the aircon was quite comfortable.

Romantic get away to Cheung Chau

The hotel is grossly overpriced for its condition. The hotel is very dated and smelly. The room is dirty and has a stale smell. It is very much in need of a major renovation. It has mold growing in the shower area, the closet and even on the lamp. They even put tissue paper on the ceiling, probably to stop some kind of water leaks. Bottom line, the owner shows no care of the condition of the hotel. They should not be charging guests at this price. The hotel has great potential but unfortunately lack of good management. As an example, they have closed down the swimming pool and neglected to modify the elevator plate.

Our junior suite was big enough but dirty, dusts everywhere! Location and the view also good! Not much service as they didn’t have enough staffs, no phone inside my room, so I need to call the front desk with my mobile and WiFi was so weak!

Family stay on a saturady

The room's condition seems to be quite aged, might need some refurbishing. The scenery from the room is good both day and night , it has a great view of the beach.

Check in time. Manager didn’t help with luggage. Just handed the keys and said ok go. Made several calls from the room to reception, but never got answered. They advertised about having hotel swimming pool and spa, both closed down long time ago but never mentioned anything n the site. Still says hotel facility has swimming pool and spa. Breakfast average. Rooms outdated and dirty. Many flies and mosquitoes.

Shocked and Disappointed

The hotel was not as described and certainly not 3 stars. It was perhaps 2 stars and that is being generous. The lasting impression of interaction with the hotel personnel was that of rudeness. Cleanliness was lacking and the room was distinguished by its cheap lawn furniture chairs and table. The hotel presents itself as non smoking, but it is not. The bed was uncomfortable and had cheap polyfill type pillows that should have been thrown out ages ago. Children were screaming and running about the hallway from 6 Am until midnight. The alleged breakfast provided was a farce. I tried to check out early, but unfortunately, the prepaid room charges were non refundable and I couldn't get a room at my next stop a day early. Don't bother staying here unless you are prepared for the worse. Treat this as a changing room day facility if you are visiting the beach and you will not be disappointed. The wifi signal in my room was non existent for most of the day. The hotel's description is not accurate and I would recommend avoiding the hotel.

The room and bed was clean, beautiful balcony view of Kwun Yam Wan beach, and very friendly staff who helped us with local choice of restaurant. The air conditioner for the spring weather was a bit cold. The shower was strong but looks old and needs some modernization. We had our room on 5th floor and very near elevator, but lucky the hotel was not noisy or busy at all. Good stay.

We've been to this hotel in the past but this time we didn't enjoy our stay. The condition of the room is poor. I've heard there was renovation before but the room wasn't up to standard. The air conditioner is way too cold even we have switched off all the air conditioner. The shower head isn't removable when we have a kid who is 4yrs old and would need to hold shower head for convenient. There is not enough duvet and there is not enough amenities for our use. Overall, we didn't have a good experience and hope for improvement in the future.

good location, beautiful sea view, best restaurant

very relaxing vacation with my family in Cheung Chau Warwick hotel. The food in hotel's restaurant is very good and price is reasonable. Only one comment is the quilt is too thin for the cold weather.

長洲華威酒店已經是本人第二次入住，長洲地標酒店，這次第一次太平清醮期間入住，房內有兩個平安包贈送給住客享用，更令人感到長洲太平清醮感覺

就是有点旧，翻新一下会更好

雖然酒店算是較舊式，但非常整潔 房間每一處都十分乾淨 而且冷氣很足夠 水壓亦充足 酒店員工主動幫我們升級了海景房 還可以延遲至1點退房 整體感覺非常滿意！

安排較高樓層海景露台雙人房間, 景觀開陽, 坐在露台細聽令人暢適的海浪美聲。

酒店員工服務ok, 房間清潔ok, 唯有冷氣太凍，訓前已調控至26度，訓到半夜仍是凍醒幾次，最终著埋外套先再訓，無奈的一次體驗。。。

酒店設施比較舊，楼梯較多，對長者唔方便。但前台員工服務態度好好。當遇到8号風球。可以廷遲退房。更温馨提示8号風球除下時，通知我們幾時有船回中環。

華威酒店真係好舊，星期日、一住一晚要成千蚊真係唔值

向海景房很好，舒適自在，露台的棹椅很好，十分舒服，員工有礼，可以再入住。

洗手間較殘舊，冷氣溫度不能調控，內部部分有損壞！

Not worth to go again

I paid extra for 3-person stay. However, when I checked in, there were only 2 sets of towels and even only 2 pieces of pillows in the room. The 2 single beds are very small. They are just 3 feet width. They shouldn't claim the room could accommodate 3 persons. The Receptionist was very cool like a robot.

住的是三人間，比想像中好，房間應該是翻新過，空間足夠，設施稍舊，山景房，日間房間太陽直照入房，很曬!一定要閂窗簾，等如冇view....以這房價，性價比不高....

雖然有點舊，但各方面也可接受 ，最重要是對住海景既房感覺好正，最愛一邊飲著紅酒聽海浪聲，下次入住一定選這裡。
