When I arrived I felt the hospitality right away. Tomasso was really helpful and accommodating. Everyone in the hotel was excellent. i would choose this again when i come back.

A nice friendly hotel

A great find in Rome.

Good hotel for when visiting Rome with a car. Easy access from the motorway. Free parking. Friendly staff. Spotless rooms. Nice breakfast. The free shuttle service to the Laurentina metro station was a bonus. I'd definitely stay here again.

Their cafeteria is good

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It was completely out-of-the-way in a very deserved and unsafe area. The staff was good. Our room was clean. The only steamer they had for the entire hotel to do. Our clothes was only available once during our entire trip because we had to share it with the entire hotel that needs severe improvement perhaps would be a lot convenient.

Loved my stay here. Front desk was very kind, helpful and informative. Shuttle was convenient you just need to know the metro/buses. Breakfast was good, just enough. They had good drinks and the price is perfect. Also the rooms were very updated and clean so I recommend staying there. My only con would be the surroundings area, no issues but seems a little sketchy and run down.

The property seems to be a bit dated. The outside, including the entrance look like the building has not been maintained for 20 years. The inside is quite fine, with completely remodeled modern rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant offers a decent selection of fresh food. The rooms are air conditioned and clean. The neighborhood is quite dirty and neglected. Getting to the hotel by public transportation is a challenge. I wish we knew about the hotel free shuttle in advance. (We used it in a way back and it was very convenient.)

Fantastic!!

This hotel is awesome. The staff went over and beyond to help us. Very friendly with impeccable timing. It's a bit distant from Centro Rome but they have a shuttle bus that will take you directly to the subway (metro). From there all the tourist areas were so easily accessed. Their breakfast was included and there was a great assortment between sweet or savery. They lacked in gluten free options. I would definitely return to this hotel.

The property is outside of Rome. I’m not sure what I was thinking when I booked this hotel. I’m not going to rate it down because that’s my fault for not doing more investigation. The train is not really an option to get you to the city center but I guess you can get them to drop you off at one. We took an Uber but had we been staying more then 2 days I definitely would have switched hotels. I think all of Rome looks pretty sketchy. There is graffiti everywhere and all the buildings could use a face lift. Overall decent hotel to get some sleep nothing special. We didn’t try the food or any hotel amenities. The laundry wasn’t available unless we paid for service which way overpriced. It was cheaper to just to buy new clothes off the street. My Italy t-shirts were 7 Euros.

Great staff and friendly place.

Hotel is comfortable with clean rooms and facility. Staff was nice and accomodating. The area is not the usual touristic town, its about 20 to 25 mins from city center. Not much around the hotel to do or see but comfortable accommodation.

Food need improvements

Staff are very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was good but dinner with our tour group was not good.

We loved the shuttle and their services were very good, and the staff were very attentive. The breakfasts were okay, and the location wasn’t ideal.

It’s a decent room. No bells, no whistles but clean and breakfast was awesome

The breakfast need to improve

We checked in 9.40pm. Reception was so welcoming & let us go straight to restaurant to order a meal before they closed & then come back & finish checking in. Kitchen & wait staff so accommodating & amazing service. Food brilliant. Cleaners great. Thank you. Could not fault anything. We back at end of our tour.

Very clean and updated property.

Our stay was wonderful. Reception desk personnel were very friendly and welcoming and answered all of our questions and even guided us on how to navigate the public transportation system. Rooms were very nice and clean. Only thing that made the stay have anything negative I would say was one of the meals we chose from the hotel restaurant. It was a chicken meal. It was around 20 euros and it literally was a chicken drumstick the size of 2 fingers and 2 , two inch flat square pieces of I believe some kind of vegetable. Basically a child snack size of food and it didn’t taste very appetizing. Other than that the stay was wonderful. The breakfast was great and the waitresses and waiters all were very hands on in making sure you were comfortable while eating.

Goood hotel

Goood hotel, I was satisfied.

None of the amenities advertised online worked it were accessible to us during our stay. Our room was dirty and not very well kept. My parents stayed at the hotel as well and were put in the wrong room upon arrival. The staff kept telling me different things—some said they had no hotel shuttle services, one said they did but it had to be requested and within a timeframe that wasn’t indicated anywhere, and with how disgusting and terrifying the area around the hotel was, I’m genuinely shocked this place can call itself a 4 star hotel and not even provide reliable, safe transportation to or from the hotel.

Expensive for what it is

Very comfortable room and bed with excellent climate control. However, the safe did not work initially. It was fixed but again did not work two days later. The staff was delightful and friendly. The shuttle bus that takes you to the metro only left once an hour, which was insufficient. The worst thing about the hotel, however, was the included breakfast. If the restaurant was crowded, it took a long time to get our coffee. Also, the bread was not the high quality, dark breads you find in most of Europe. Instead, it was mostly white bread and it tasted stale. There was not much choice of jams and no cream cheese was offered as a substitute to butter.

The hotel is ok

The hotel is ok. The rooms are good but needs to be refurbished. The location is far and there is no other way for transportation except a taxi which is costly. The breakfast is good but can be better. The Receiption guys are extremely great and gentlemen.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! We arrived very early and they were very accommodating in finding an available room so we could check in early.

Bad food and no cold ac in room

The restaurant and the staff were both excellent! The food was excellent. The bed was comfortable. The tv was all in Italian lol. We loved our experience here. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Very modern and clean, I was driving so it was no problem for me to drive to Rome city centre, which wasn’t that far, maybe 15 mins drive. Breakfast was also great.

The staff was very friendly. I thought it would have a microwave since it has a refrigerator. Very clean and I would stay again.

Perfect nights stay

This hotel is great if you have a car and would like to drive into Rome. Excellent nights sleep, fabulous night in Rome. Breakfast was superb with many choices and a variety for all guests.

I loved everything about this hotel! The service, the rooms, it was perfect! Simon was very helpful and kind. Have free shuttle to metro service which was awesome! They already have extra blankets in the room for you so you don’t have to ask. They offer free stuff in the mini bar. This hotel was 5/5 definitely wasn’t expecting it. Oh also we woke up after breakfast time after a long flight. I called the reception they said you can still go to see what they have. The lady told my husband we’re cleaning up but if you’d like I can get you a few stuff in your room! Sweetest thing ever. It was already 30 mins past breakfast time. Thank you for your hospitality we will definitely come back!

Property is to far outside Rome and in a rundown area of the of the suburbs you need the shuttle bus to take you to subway station and then it is another 30 mins or more to the attractions in Rome.The shuttle bus only runs every hour on the hour this may be ok in the morning going into Rome but coming back out my wife and I were told to call the hotel and they would pick us up at the subway station however they did not inform us that the same rules apply as in the morning so if you arrive in at 8.10 at night you will have to wait until 9.00 or after to be picked up or try to find a taxi the staff at this hotel still tried to convince us they they were close to the city

Very welcoming staff beautiful hotel in high quality

This property is alright. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke yet it wasn’t a smoking room. Shuttle to the train station is nice, but they ALWAYS run late- whether it’s drop off or pick up. Closest restaurant outside of hotel is .6 miles away, and closest sit down restaurant is 1.0 mile away. We got a superior room, and there really wasn’t anything superior about it. The male staff in the front are nice, but not friendly. Not sure why it’s a 4-star, not a convenient location, not very many amenities, and the only really friendly staff were the waiters/waitresses at the restaurant. Wouldn’t recommend.

Hotel was overall clean and staff was friendly. It was a bit of a drive from the FCO airport and had a hard time getting an Uber in the morning to get back. The only really problem was the mildew/mold smell in the shower. It looked like it was coming from the grout line at the floor of the shower. I would stay here again but just in a different room.

Hotel within 20 minute drive to FCO airport. Price was reasonable and hotel is quite fine, especially considering the price.

This is by far the best place to stay the afternoon front desk man went out of his way for us and we appreciate him and the staff. When I go back I will stay there every time best place to stay

Below average, this is a 2-star property. The location is not convenient, the staff wasn't helpful. Only one concierge was able to help us with a taxi service to the airport and that was it.

I didnt like the fact that I was charged 149.00 dollars on my mastercard by expedia and did not receive a room seems like a scam I should be refunded my money!!

The staff were brilliant and couldn't do enough for you. The hotel was very clean and the room was lovely with very good Aircon. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone! Although the hotel is on the outskirts of Rome, it runs a free shuttle service to the metro or taxis are pretty cheap but definitely not do the faint hearted!!

Trash, trash, trash! We booked for the hotel van to pick us up from Port Civitavecchia at 7 am for 7 people and the price we booked for was 200 euro. I was booked and confirmed. Well when we got off of our cruise ship we were stranded with no van and no way to contact the hotel. I checked my email, and they’d email me an hour after our confirmation to tell me they’d made a mistake and the price was actually 270 euro. Because I did not email them to confirm the new price they never sent the van to pick us up. We had to pay double for another van to take us to the hotel. When we arrived all they said was they were sorry they’d told us the wrong price. I asked if the shuttle to the airport for the next day could be free and they told us no. Granted it’s a shorter distance and the price is 60 euro so I thought it should be no problem for them to comp us since they left us stranded an hour away from the hotel. While he acknowledged it was the hotels mistake and they apologized, they did absolutely nothing to make the experience better after we had to pay double the price just to get to the hotel. His attitude was terrible and I will never use this hotel again and Expedia needs to never do business with them!

Great hotel for our one night stay, clean, very close to the airport and the parking was fantastic. Fast check in as well!

The air conditioner didn’t work when I arrived, they sent a guy to fix it, and he said it was working fine, which it wasn’t. I requested a different room, with AC , and a bigger shower. I was promised both, the AC worked, the shower was the same size. My room key kept malfunctioning, they gave me a new key, it didn’t work. I had to get an an actual key to use. I asked about laundry, was told to leave my clothes in a bag by the door, they didn’t do it. I asked for it to be done on my last day, a Saturday, they said they’ll come right away to pick up the clothes, 25 minutes later, I got a call saying they don’t do laundry on Saturday. Overall, not happy with the hotel, I’ll never stay there again.

Good hotel for the price, scary area.

The area is really scary, a lot of police outside, but the parking was safe and the hotel too. The hotel is very nice and clean. The service people’s are good and nice. Big room (suit) is best- very clean and comfort, good air-conditioner. The breakfast was small but tasty. Good hotel, there is a value for the price.

Charming, modern, great location

This hotel is fairly new, just 4 years old. When we arrived at the airport though the taxis nor the tourist info booth were not familiar with the hotel. Thankfully I had my print out. Hotel is 15-20 mins from airport and cost us $65 E.U.R. The location is close to a nearby metro train station - Laurentina (blue line) and the hotel provided free shuttle service to and from the metro every hour on the hour. So getting to and from the colosseum area attractions only cost us a train ride. The hotel is clean and modern and staff are helpful and very friendly. Good fitness center and great variety in breakfast buffet. Rooftop setting for breakfast and dinner is very charming as well. Our rate of 100 E.U.R. per night included breakfast for the three of us which in my opinion was excellent value for money. Although my room was prepaid we were charged a tax of 6.00 E.U.R. per person/ per night upon check out which we were not expecting but all in all we would definitely stay here again.

I liked this hotel. But, the restaurant needs more dishes, There weren't pizzas on the list. They should improve the service in the restaurant.

The hotel met all our needs. For the price, it was perfect. We stayed one night before our flight and was very comfortable.

Great staff and modern hotel suite. As well easy access parking. It is a good 25 minutes from Rome’s colosseum so expect daily commute into the city via taxi, bus or own car a must. Downsides are the walls in the rooms are thin, I was able to hear conversations taking place the room over. Air conditioning unit is very loud and made noises throughout the night.

We stayed at the Warmthotel over night. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great. We would recommend staying there

The hotel itself is very nice, great food, very helpful staff and shuttle to bus station and free parking! The location itself is not great though if you wanted to walk. Kind of shifty location, I wouldn’t walk it alone personally. But if you’re ok taking the shuttle and the bus it’s nice

Property was nice and comfortable. Was not accessible to other shops or stores nearby. You had to drive into Rome for 30 minutes to shop.

Very attentive personnel, very good breakfast and room clean, confortable bed The hotel offers free shuttle bus to the closest metro that makes very easy to go to the attractions of the city. Nice terrace on the 5th floor to enjoy and relax.quiet area. There’s a little griseries store at 200m very convenient for snacks (love the cheese!).Also the hotel offers a happy hour until 6pm on the drinks very cool
