TravellerThe beds creaked and the shower did not drain properly. Walls had dirt splashes on them, especially near the trash can areas. Would not recommend.

TravellerLovely host. Clean sheets and fresh towels each day but the room is tired and could do with a deep clean. Bathroom also needs some attention. No food options on site, although there is a tescos in walking distance. Parking is limited. That said, not a bad price given location, will probably be back.

My stay here was good, although the room was a bit sparse of anything, such as a teaspoon for hot drinks and some shower gel in the shower, these would’ve been appreciated. Also, a large amount of dust in the bathroom.

TravellerBasic hotel with small room but comfy bed, decent shower and tv. Location good 10 min walk from Wanstead and Snaresbrook tube stations. Rooms are at a no frills price so was surprised to find tea and coffee making and a scent diffuser. Sadly there were no spoons, the milk cartons were off and the scent had run out

Travellerit was clean, easy to warm up the room, self contained, easy to access. your list above is otherwise irrelevant - there was no dining option , shopping or parking. but both leytonstone and wanstead / snaresbrook were in easy walking distance

TravellerThis is an old apartment converted as a hotel. Rooms looks clean but it doesn't feel clean with old carpet and beds. I can see they are trying hard to make it clean and good but somehow it doesn't feel like a hotel.

TravellerNice walk away from some great sights in area (birthplace of Alfred Hitchcock) and trains as well. Manager was very helpful, only issue was door was a little sticky and needed a tug/push to close when leaving or going into room.

The room was comfortable and we slept very well; it needed a more thorough clean as did the communal refrigerator, but it was so convenient to have refrigeration. Staff friendly and helpful. We always had a place to park and it’s almost immediate access to the A12. Petrol station <1 minute walk also very convenient!
