I rented a suite so it was nice

Definitely not a five star hotel. The service is not good, the reception was not friendly at all. The room is old, not in good condition.

We stayed for two weeks November 2023 and we stayed in the executive suite and it was perfect for us. It was clean, quiet and the service was amazing! If you plan to stay for more than a few days i highly recommend the executive suite (worth it). There is a lounge with complimentary breakfast, snacks/dessert and coffee. It was really comfortable.

The priperty is classy and well kept. The buffet for breakfast was very good. Coffee was lacking in room. The tea bage coffee version produces very weak coffee. AC unit had the room temperature set at 25 c and often climbed to 30c. Uncomfortable when its that hot and the windows are locked so not able to open to get releif from the heat.

So far quite good. Room are nice and clean enough. Reception is also helpful

There were cigar ashes in the room with a lot of smoke smell and this was a non smoker room. No airport shuttle service, lots of things in the food menu were not available.

The concierge service could be improved further. The guy attended to me kind of disappeared after he made the call for a taxi upon my request. However I was waiting not knowing that the taxi has actually arrived.

I did like the hotel. Nice dinning room. And oof breakfast

very comfortable bed. others just so so. expensive too. with that money, the Holliday Inn Express Dongzhimen has a better room and much better location, also much cheaper, lol

Comfortable stay

Location was good as the Hotel is part of a entertainment complex which includes a shopping mall and cinema. Room is reasonably clean. Wish the TV was HD quality ! This would have made the stay all the more perfect! There should also be more information available in the room about day trips to cultural sites in different languages and how to go about booking them.

Below expectations

The room floor carpet was extremely dirty with hair and dirt. The bedroom slipper stuck with hair shortly after stepped in. The water tap was not functioning well. The kettle and tap were rusty. The toilet bowl stuck. Towels looked greyish and yellowish. It is definitely not an internationally accredited 5stars hotel. It should be considered a better one in China standard. The service was average and the breakfast spread did not change at all - can skip it.

Greatly reduced price for this quality hotel

Wanda

Stayed here as it is near to Wu Ke Song Stadium. Far from the city but convenient to buy food as a shopping mall is just across the road.

New hotel but poor housekeeping and maintenance

I selected to stay in Wanda because it was relatively new. Unfortunately to poor standard of housekeeping and maintenance spoilt the stay. The daily housekeeping service is poor. I don't get properly replenishment of toiletries and towels, neither did they wah the used cups. I see shoe mark on my pillow and the carpet is not vacuumed. On maintenance, the floor surface in the shower box is badly eroded, the washing basin has cracked and there is a hole on the wall at the entrance. There was also an incident when the water supply was cut while my wife was having a shower.

Great stay, helpful staff

The staff were wonderful, very friendly, booked tours and cabs for us in Chinese. We had no language difficulties do to the staff assisting us.

Good hotel for the neighborhood

Booked the Wanda Realm due to it's location close to a conference facility. I appreciated the price and was upgraded to a suite which was very welcome. I did not eat at the hotel so I cannot comment on the food but the room was very well appointed and clean. Internet was decently fast.

Chose this hotel purely because of location as it is near my place of work. This hotel is far from the city center and not a lot of taxis around. The hotel lobby was grand but the room service offered limited choice of food at 9:30pm when it claimed to be a 24-hour service. The pillows must be replaced.

Wonderful Wanda.

Spent 4 nights at the Wanda Realm Beijing. We chose this hotel as we had friends staying in this district. The hotel had all the facilities of a typical 5 star. Great breakfast buffet with both local and western selections. There is a new shopping plaza next door- Zara, Watsons Chemist, carrefour supermarket, Starbucks, plenty of fast food chains and excellent local restaurants. The subway station was only a short, easy 7 minute walk away on a lovely tree lined street. Trains were plentiful and very clean. We were fortunate to have been upgraded to the executive floor so we were able to make use of the lounge each evening. Helpful and pleasant staff manning the lounge. Only one slight hiccup with the service was our request for an extra bed in the room ( 2 separate phone calls) was not followed up. As we were arriving very late at night we had hoped our room would have been made up as requested. The night staff promptly rectify the problem. Overall, an excellent hotel.

Very good hotel across from a modern shopping mall

A very nice luxury hotel. It is across from a modern shopping mall with a supermarket, which is convenient. The rooms were very modern and the breakfast was excellent. This is my second stay at this hotel and I would highly recommend it. It's a luxury hotel on par with luxury hotels in other world capitals, at a very reasonable price. The area is not close to any tourist attractions, but it is not far from the Babaoshan subway station so it is possible to be in the centre of Beijing (i.e. Tianamen square) in about 30 minutes on the subway (probably an hour by taxi).

Nice hotel near convenient mall

I have stayed at this hotel several times. It is not that near to the center of Beijing, but it is right near a subway station - so it is easy to get where you are going.

Quality hotel - easy access to local shops

The hotel was very clean, professional and a quality experience. Located close to shops - was a good choice in a modern hotel. English was well spoken, and value was good. B-fast was of a good western standard.

Very nice hotel but a little far from city center

The hotel is excellent but a little far from the city center. If you are joining a tour, there is no hotel pick up unless you get a private tour.

A great hotel with all you could ask for.

This is my third consecutive time staying at this property. That should say enough!

Good for business

The hotel is a bit of a way out of the centre and in rush hour from Beijing South Train station it took well over 60mins to travel about 10km I only stayed one night but the room was lovely, and I had dinner in the main restaurant. The service was ok - I asked for rice with my meal and it never came but the meal was lovely nonetheless.

Beautiful Hotel in Quiet Neighborhood

This is my second visit to this hotel. The design and upkeep is superb. And yet,...when a 5 star hotel advertises air conditioning and "in room washer dryer" - that is what I expect. Much to my dismay, I was told at check in that the air conditioning was not yet "available". When I went to my room, I discovered there was no washer/ dryer. I went back to the desk and was told that none of the rooms have a washer/ dryer. Apparently there was a misprint in the Expedia write up. Okay, so no washer - but to be in Beijing, in late spring, without air conditioning - in a five star hotel? They did comp me breakfast, which I suppose was acceptable - the food there is very good! I would use this Hotel again, just call ahead to make sure the air is operating.

Business as Usual...

I am still a this hotel as I write this comment. I've find it difficult to understand that I have to go on-line to extend my stay for the same dollars I am currently paying. The front desk has it higher than on-line. The hotel still a little far from the city center and airport but it has a nearby subway station - Babaoshan - line 01. The hotel it is located 16.5 Km down the road to the west from Tiananmen Square...( same street )... I tried to included breakfast to my USD150,00 daily budget - It is not included ! Even though I was told I could ...I get different agreements from the front desk staff (not to their fault ). Make sure you can get the breakfast or you will have to pay 120,00 Yuans for it. The hotel is located next to a good shopping center - so you can go to watch a nice movie ( in English ) - food etc... The sauna works , swimming pool and the fitness looks really good... Internet still a problem - works really fine to really bad - intermittently... but that is a common thing in China. The staff is amazing - Overall I am having a good time !

Pullman Beijing

We booked the executive floor and the service in the club room was very good. The staff helped as best they could their English was limited but this is common in Beijing. The food in the hotel resturant was good value for a 5 star hotel.

A fine hotel

A bit far from the city, but it's a very comfortable hotel.

Wonderful hotel far from city center

The Pullman Beijing West Wanda is a beautiful property on the western outskirts of Beijing (near the 5th ring road). The lobby, rooms and amenities are top notch. Unfortuantely, I was in Beijing for sightseeing and the location is not good at all. I spent 30-40 minutes each day to reach the city center by subway to begin my sightseeing. While the property is lovely, I can't recommend this hotel for tourists who are principally sightseeing in Beijing.

Not entirely I expected

The hotel is great! it is well maintained, the rooms are very nice, comfortable, stylish. The location though is a negative point. It is a bit far from the city center and there's not much to see in the neighborhood. We were really disappointed by the service. We were constantly told wrong information concerning breakfast, opening hours for the facilities, etc. And there were many irregularities with our bills. We were also called 4 times during the night (between 3am and 4am) from the reception, asking us to pay for a 30 EUR bill from the spa. For some strange reason they couldn't wait until the morning and finally sent people to knock on our door asking for the payment. It was just unbelievable!!!

Great Hotel, Location and Lobby Bar leave a bit to be desired

The hotel facility and rooms are amazing! Phenomenal, plush rooms and decor. It is rather far outside of Beijing proper, however, we were well aware of that fact before we booked. It is located next to a subway line, which is convenient, however, expect to pay about 50-80 RMB each way if you take a taxi to anywhere in downtown Beijing. The only drawback to the hotel itself is that the lobby bar does not have the majority of drinks or cigarettes listed on their menu. Because of the remote location of the hotel, the lobby bar "is it" as far as "nightlife" goes in this section of town and it was disappointing that there was barely anything available in the bar. Other than that, our stay was fantastic.

El personal no está cualificado. Además solicité un taxi a las 6:45 y se les olvidó. 25 minutos tarde conseguimos uno, pero casí perdemos el transporte. Solamente hablan chino.

Not up to the standards of a 5-star hotel

It's my first business trip to Beijing. After seeing the prices of the rooms, I already knew I couldn't expect it to be like other 5-star hotels I've stayed in. Still, this one fell short of expectations. The disappointment started when we checked in. There was barely any eye contact from the gentleman, not to mention a smile that one would normally expect from someone working in the hospitality industry. We raised a few questions and requests, none of which was given a positive response to. In fact, all the front desk staff we met during our stay was the same. They wouldn't take the initiative to find ways to make their guests stay more comfortable. The most welcoming staff was the one for housekeeping. He always greeted me with a big smile and asked politely if he could clean my room. I stayed in a Grand Deluxe King Room. The room is spacious but the condition is appalling. There are many cracks and scratches, and you can see signs of water leakage here and there. Two lights in my room were not working properly but I couldn't ask for a change of room as they're all fully booked. We went to their lobby bar one night just to find that many of the drinks on their menu were not available, and they only had 1 choice of red wine and 1 choice of white wine. We didn't go back to any of their restaurants afterwards. Facility-wise, both their gym and pool were closed for maintenance. Overall, I'd say all the 4-star hotels I stayed in for business trips are better than this one.

Buon hotel, ampio buffet per colazione e cena. Comodo con la metro, fermata babaosh, linea 1, senza cambi fino a tienamen, wangfujin, etc. Carrefour e wanda centro commerciale a 20 metri. Prezzo un pò sopra la media ma comunque adeguato alla qualità.

環境清幽，附近交通方便，臨賣場吃飯選擇多，飯店設備貼心，打掃和服務人員都很用心

令我可以放心入住的酒店

这是第三次入住，每次入住都让我感觉舒适。

Some of the staff can’t speak English very well and the water pressure was quite low. Other than that it’s great

객실에서 담배냄새가 너무 납니다. 공기청정기도 가져다 줬지만 저희가 방향제를 따로 사와야했고. 체크아웃하는 날 겨우 좋아졌습니다.

石景山的好選擇

在地鐵站附近，房間很大、很舒服 早餐菜色不多，也沒有什麼變化。不推薦

酒店虽然设施有些老旧了，但是很干净很舒服，早餐很丰盛

各方面都不错的酒店

每次来石景山区出差都会住在这里。酒店工作人员非常热情，不厌其烦。有一次由于走的匆忙，忘了开发票。打电话咨询后不到5分钟，收到了发票已经寄出的短信，点个赞！房间干净，酒店内部走过的每个位置都没有烟味，夜里非常安静。赞一下设备齐全的健身房，对酒店客人24小时开放。另外，酒店位置极佳，商务办公楼及购物饮食都近在咫尺。交通也非常便利，离地铁口不远，方便每次乘北京西站火车往返的我。而且酒店就在长安街的延长线上，想去内城天安门广场游览也无需转车或绕路。天气好的时候，可以骑辆共享单车，一直往西骑，去西边不远的山脚下踏青，即锻炼了身体，也偷得片刻休闲。下次来石景山区还会选择再次入住 :)

Super hotel og god service. Restaurant er ligeledes god. Rigtigt gode værelser!

離演唱會的場地隔了二個公交站算是很方便，到機場的大巴也在正後面真是方便！

房间里煮水的壶该换了！都不会自动关，烧开了以后还要手动把电源拔了才行！把手特别烫！差点把我烫伤！我觉得酒店整体四星级水平。偏商务不适合家庭度假。。几乎没有啥绿化。虽然这个价格也不能要求太高。房间里的浴缸很大很舒服。房间也不小。就是换气不太好用，导致屋子里很闷。
