Fantastic property! Friendly check in. 2 bedroom accommodation was spacious, clean and well equipped with fantastic views from living area and veranda. Loved our stay here

The studio unit was very clean. Beautiful large shower and bathroom. A hob would have been nice instead of just a microwave.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room had everything we needed.

Great family feel about the place.

Superb motel room with fantastic kitchen facility within the unit. Beds were extra comfy with pillows like clouds. Reception staff were lovely and friendly. I’d definitely return here.

The reception staff are so nice, they shared a lot of local info that made our stay much better! We did the Roy’s peak hike their info was super useful and their cheers afterwards were a nice touch!

Helpful staff

Very nice studio unit. Large enough and quite a bit of storage space, especially for hanging up clothes. The kitchen was better stocked than most, and was clean and functional. The beds were comfortable, and there were several pillows. A drawer under the bathroom sink provided extra storage. The grounds were well manicured and quite lovely. The laundry was clean, and washers and dryers worked very well. We didn't love the barstools, but that's a personal preference, and they WERE shown in the photos when we booked. I would stay here again because of the marvelous staff, the beautiful setting, and the lovely unit we had.

Great location, spacious, clean, and well-equipped motel unit, great for families.

Overall good stay. Great to have heated mattress pad for cooler nights. Unfortunately we were in a lower unit below a family with noisy children jumping frequently but otherwise wise quiet. Nice view of mountains. Laundry and shared kitchen nice features.

Stay at Wanaka Top 10 was amazing, stunning views, clean room and kitchen for use. Really like the layout of the room. Would definitely stay again.

This was a great place to stay like home, but be within driving distance to food and shopping. It was a great second home to do laundry, relax, and feel like home.

The best

LOVE his place. We stayed in a 2 bed cabin and it was so clean and well equipped. Highly recommend to choose a Top10 accommodation if available in the area you are staying - these cabins are just perfect and the staff are super helpful and friendly

Great place for kids

Great spot, definitely recommend it.

The property was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The owners and staff were very accommodating and eager to make my stay enjoyable. I loved the location … and semi-private patio set up to enjoy a cup of coffee (or meal) while listening to the birds and enjoying the scenery. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Wanaka.

We had a lovely view an access to the pritine grounds. The kitchen was large, newand clean. The bed was comfortable.

Ideal accommodation

It was amazing! No problems or issues at all - just what you want when on holiday. Really ideal cleaning arrangements for changing towels and disposal of rubbish - it was most satisfactory thank you.

Warm and cozy room. It would be better if there were some cutlery in Kitchen, as we were unaware cutlery could be borrowed. Otherwise, it was the best.

Easy fast friendly check in. Cabin was all we needed for a one night stay. Close to two toilet blocks

Everything was clean and spacious in our room. The facilities had all that we needed.

It was pleasant. Facility is good, clean. Staffs are kind. Room is spacious and seperated kitchenette. In gereal, this motel was satisfactory.

Great location and accommodation

Boys were there for work and loved this accommodation. Friendly people and a good night sleep on a comfortable bed.

Stopped in the cabin. Cosy but fine for a couple of nights. Good toilets/showers and decent kitchen area. Wifi was pretty bad and un-usable in the evenings so don't rely on that.

Great! The cabin looks so cute from outside but the inside is just good and comfy for me and my friend

Basic inexpensive cabin with bathroom in another building. Right in the middle of the RV park. Staff were very nice and went out of their way to be accommodating.

Top notch facilities - highly recommend this camping ground. Kitchen and bathrooms were spotless, cabins with fresh linen and towels, could not fault anything at the property.

We loved the whole place, the grounds were beautiful, the staff lovely, the views amazing..and our little cabin was quaint.

Super nice place and I wish had more time there. Great facilities, staff even better and the location and the property is incredible. I checked in after usual office hours but they kept the room opened and had instructions at the reception door, which I never expected.

Nice for families

A little out of the town but a nice location for views and kids. The family studio was nice and cozy which isn’t always great with young children but I’d say fine for older kids. Playground opposite was a bonus and kept our young ones busy while we cooked dinner.

We stayed in the premium one bedroom motel room and were very impressed with the space and comfort of the room. The kitchen was of good size and included a hot plate and oven. We would stay again.

Helpful and comfortable

They were helpful and it was a comfortable stay. Even though it was entering winter we stayed warm with the electric blankets in our cabin.

Our unit was a really lovely unit and perfect for us with the beds in a bedroom and a separate lounge to allow our daughter to go to bed before us. Beautifully clean and gorgeous outlook. Lovely service on arrival.

View, clean, facility. Showerhead can be changed to movableone. When it is fixed at high level, it is inconvenient for young kids. Thanks.

Loved the property with its most up to date amenities through appears to be in a old unit. Location was beautiful with nice Mountain View. play area and bunk beds were the favorites of our kids. Booked another Kiwi resort in greymouth with this experience. Hope it meets the expectations.

Ok but missing a nice view of lake

It's a travel Lodge / RV park so not the nicest but not terrible either. Just ok. Would be ok to stay at again but no view really.

Country setting

Clean, spacious accommodation in a countryside setting with excellent views. The staff at the front office were polite, friendly and willing to give advice on local information. Good sunrise and sunset views.

THE place to stay for a great room with a view.

We stayed in one of the upgraded modern cabins(No.8). All facilities and comfort were excellent. The main event was the view though. Couldn't take my eyes off it sunset and sunrise! We'll certainly be back to stay longer- maybe just move in!

Greeted by extremely friendly staff. We took my daughter and 2 grandchildren and rented the house. It was , clean and ideal for the five of us. Would Recommed

Very impressed with the overall facility. Very clean, excellent amenities, very comfortable bed. Room was quiet with a great grassy area by patio. We would definitely stay here again

Motel combined with camper & small RV spaces

The best value-for-money motel we stayed in NZ

We enjoyed our stay at this motel very much. It has a full kitchen with a view to the grassland where you can see rabbits in the evenings. The location of this motel is very convenient, just a 2-minute ride from the busy CBD area. The room is spacious and clean. The beds are soft. The shower and the toilet is separated. The staff at the reception are all very friendly and informative. The only minor issue is the wifi signal for Unit 1 is not very strong. We have to go to the public kitchen area or the reception area to download a photo.

The room with living room is very nice. I would like stay here again.

WIFI woes but other wise a great place

Comfy unit great view all good. But unfortunately the wifi was a pain continually logging out. I was going to book again but not until their WIFI works properly.

Convenient and quiet

Unit was very clean and looked to be upgrading as the bathroom and furniture were new but the kitchen curtains and quilts all a bit dated. Nice and quiet and friendly especially when the park was completely full. Free shuttle into town and a 25min walk.

Nicely renovated and had all the comforts. Great spot away from the main town and quiet.

Convenient motel with amazing views

Staff were friendly and the view of Wanaka from the motel was beautiful.

Good view and good location

Room is clean and tidy, the view is beautiful. However, tap in the bathroom is terrible, cause two taps are seperated, hot one is toooooo hot, and coldone is tooo cold, can't stand.

Recently renovated

The rooms were recently renovated and gorgeous. The bathroom and bedroom has separate heating which made for a cosy stay. All kitchenette facilities except hotplates, only microwave for cooking. There was no facility to hang my clothes but staff offered a portable clothes rack so only have to ask. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and we had mountain viewsfrom our little patio. We would most definitely stay again. Only about 5 min drive to the CBD.

Great Family Unit

We stayed in one of the family units just for a night, but found the staff extremely nice and helpful and our room was lovely and clean for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

Room is quite clean and tidy with a small balcony outside. But it will be better if the room has a kitchen or kitchenette inside instead of a public share one.

5star accommodation facilities

Room very good new fittings laundry nearby and spa very relaxing.Short drive into Wanaka (ample carprking) or 20min walk.Perfect place for the active person,and lots of easy walks for the not so active (beware of cyclists who think they own the tracks!)Plenty of eating and drinking venues for such a small place.

Clean, practical, nice place to stay

great place to stay if you have a car, about 5 min drive from main Wanaka area. Lots of amenities in the park, bbq, picnic benches, washing machines

I was a bit struggled with the Wi-Fi becoz my room was at the end of the road. It was really weak.
