TravellerExtremely dissatisfied with our stay and disappointed that this was a Waldorf Astoria property. We had two rooms booked and neither room was ready until about 8pm, leaving us at the lobby to wait…they gave us a cup of tea as compensation for the inconvenience. Our booking as advertised was for a room of over 3000 sq ft and instead they gave us two connecting rooms that were in total about 1200 sq ft. There was mildew odor in both rooms and active water leaks in the walls. They said they could not move us as they had no other rooms. I have photos of about 8 areas where there are yellow stains from ongoing leaks in the walls. Upon departure, with our luggage, we were confronted by one of the lobby staff to ensure we had not forgotten to let them know whether we had eaten anything from the minibar snacks. What a disaster of a stay. Please spend your money elsewhere.

TravellerThere are no words that would do this property and staff justice. This is a 20 star hotel - exquisite environment with helpful, kind and caring staff. I have never experienced this level of service and care. Ritchie Andreasdď made our stay perfect. She is truly a gem and the Waldorf is lucky to have her. All the staff working at this hotel had one mandate, “customers first”. My family and I are truly grateful for everyone at the Waldorf.

TravellerI wish I had more time in this hotel! The interior is gorgeous and modern, and the staff are welcoming and friendly My room was upgraded and I had a nice view of the city (although windows needed cleaning for full effect of the view). The bathtub is dream-worthy and HUGE, beds are super comfy, robes are luxurious. Ordered room service (chicken shawarma, Margherita pizza, sliders) which was really good in the context of 'hotel' food and would order again. Would also definitely try their restaurants! My *only drawback is I believe the floors/counters could have been cleaned better. To be clear, this is not something the staff wouldn't have addressed immediately if I mentioned during my short stay! Otherwise I would absolutely stay here again due to the ambience, service and location.

What an incredible experience. One person that I would like to personally mention is Alvin, working at the breakfast restaurant. Alvin went above and beyond each of our mornings at the hotel, crafting beautiful fruit bowls for our family based on the fruit we picked from the plates on the first day. He was also so kind and friendly every morning
