Excellent

It was Amazing. Excellent service, friendly staffs. I am highly recommend for this W Hotel in Suzhou.

Nice hotel. Unique designed lobby and lounge. Spacious rooms. The staff require a bit more training on check in and out,

Person who checked us in was a disaster while I tried to check myself in as well as two other colleagues. The other two parties ended up in the wrong rooms and had to change. I had explained this to him clearly but he was going way too fast and not listening. Further, no cream in the container in the bathroom (a pain to call for more). Also, I expected more from the breakfast buffet in terms of fresh pastries. I had a day old croissant, which I did not expect from the W brand. I also felt the staff was not that attentive in this restaurant. The staff at the Chinese food restaurant on an upper floor the night before had been great.

An extraordinary stay. Suzhou is amazing and we picked a great place to enjoy it during Dragon Boat holidays. The recently opened dining experience on 37 floor was incredible. View of Suzhou lakes amazing as was the food and cocktails. So fresh and yummy. Staff service so good at all times. Perfection. Loved it.

Unbeatable location right next to the Oriental Gate and connected, walkable access to shopping malls and the lakeside. Hotel lobby is grand and fun. Staffs are helpful, friendly, and caring. Rooms are definitely hi-tech and hip - the giant moon-shaped accent light sets the tone. Scene-setting lights and full automated toilet. Bathtub is huge and bath salt is provided. Great vibe for a night out! However not so much if you had to work - the desk area wasn't well lit, and the chair was definitely not comfortable for work. This might be a me problem tho - not a hotel for work anyways! Also worth highlighting that each room comes with a proper HEPA air purifier, great for those who are COVID-concerned. Unfortunately the room for my first night stay had some plumbing issues (smelled bad), and some lighting/frosted glass didn't work properly. The staff were extremely caring and moved me to a different room for the rest of the stay. Really appreciated their help.

Best breakfast

Feels like family when arriving here. The service is fantastic, location is perfect, views are to die for and the breakfast and brunch are delicious!

The interior design was amazing especially the bathroom, really relaxing bathtub with music ... the bed was great too. I don’t have anything which I dislike... and Overall was satisfied with everything.. The location was great too which connects to a Suzhou Centre n have metro n lost of restaurants.

Exceptionally clean, modern, great amenities. The staff was very friendly and always eager to help.

A stupid actress

I was offering free breakfast during check-in on 29 Aug 2019. I went to take breakfast on 31 Aug (Sat) in TORO LOCO. However the waitress couldn't find my record of having free breakfast, so I tell her to check my free offering from your computer system. Ridiculously that she keeps on asking me the name of the check in-receptionist :( ? what? The waitress name is called Eva in TORO LOCO! Poor training, stupid response to customer!

Hotel is great. Management is very good. Service still needs to be improved.

It was disappointing that the power supply of the hair dryer was broken.

We were very lucky and got upgraded to a very nice suite. Only wish the windows were clean on the outside so I can take better photos of the sunrise and the lake.

"W" for Will stay here again

Great hotel in an upscale area. Great view of the lake and the bar with DJ in the lobby gives it a young and fun feel.

Great hotel with epic views

Fun experience, modern rooms and amenities. Great views. Great breakfast variety. Hard to beat the pool and spa view. Lobby is like a club - so great if you like that vibe. Not so great if you're looking for something quiet, but the rooms are quiet. Besides mall shopping and the Jinji Lake promenade there's not much to do around hotel. But it's not too far to the cultural side of Suzhou and the old streets.

The staff are very nice and willing to help, and Kimi had provided very clear instructions by email before arriving that help us very much since this is our very first visit Su Chou.

호숫가에 위치해서 운동하기도 좋고 교통도 편해서 너무 좋았습니다. 특히 소주중심이라는 소주에서 가장 큰 쇼핑몰과 직접 연결되어있어 쇼핑하기에도 너무 좋습니다. 36층에 있는 수영장은 진지후라는 호수뷰로 수영하며 휴식하기엔 너무 좋은 환경이었습니다.

직원들 너무 친절하고, 위치도 만족스럽습니다. 다른 부분들도 대부분 훌륭하다고 생각합니다. 다만 조식 레스토랑 식사가 약간 짜게 느껴졌습니다.

모든 면에서 만족스러운 컨디션. 피트니스와 수영장,조식,식당,룸 컨디션,어매니티 모두 만족스러웠음

除了第一天入住 让我等到5点半 其余还不错

细节需要提高

酒店环境不错 也比较新 员工也很热情。但是遇到两个事情我觉得是不应该发生的。1. 入住大约是当日下午3点多4点，酒店房间没有准备好，也没有备用的其余客房可以暂时休息。在等了约两个多小时后，还没有收到前台电话。一起问，原来房间早已准备好了，前台工作人员忘记通知我们了。2. 另外一朋友结婚预定的房间也遇到同样的问题，推迟到下午近6点才顺利入住。

安静舒适，干净，服务态度好

Stylistic design, good lighting effect inside the room. Delicious foods provide from Su Yan especially the friendly receiption from their staff !

空調聲音太大聲，很吵，不好睡。 電梯內的味道不好，感覺應該是地毯的問題。 房間茶飲選擇很多，很棒。 房務人員服務很好。 健身房，泳池很棒。 衛浴設備很棒。 枕頭不好睡。 房間隔音效果不大好。

美好的旅程

算是苏州比较新的酒店了，维持了W酒店的一贯水准，很不错。入住整体感受很好，有机会再次入住

苏州休假的时候会首选W，位置在新城区，靠近金鸡湖的一块区域。因为比较新，所以设施方面很不错，有两个洗手台是我特别喜欢的设计，健身房经常遇到明星。34F的苏滟餐厅味道出众，视野也开阔。W是比较推荐的苏州酒店

男朋友生日，提前打了电话给酒店。进房以后，男朋友很意外，很惊喜，简单的生日卡片，飘扬的气球，和美味的布朗宁蛋糕，酒店布置得很有气氛。我们订的是湖景房，景观无故。交通便利，周围就是苏州中心。两人世界首选啦！

住宿楼层走廊里还是有点装修味

在蘇州中心的邊角，非常方便進入商場購物及吃飯。飯店非常新，非常標準的W風格。應該算是蘇州地區數一數二的選擇！

仕事での滞在でしたが快適に過ごせました。 特にロビーのバーは週末ということもあり、大変賑わっていました。

五星级的酒店，不匹配的服务品质

W酒店作为一个国际品牌在装修设计上一直都是新颖时尚的，苏州这间也不例外。不管是大厅、电梯、走廊、还是客房，都让人赏心悦目。 可惜的是也许刚开幕不久，苏州W的员工有时候的服务态度不是很好... 1）办理入住时，前台的工作人员说话很快、含糊不清，我必须一直请她重复，结果对方似乎有些不耐烦，讲的反而越来越快... 2）隔天早上跟同游的好友一起吃早餐，到了餐厅我报了房号后与朋友坐了下来。不到五分钟服务人员过来告知我的订房没有包含早餐，然后她就站在那里看着我不动，让我一度以为她是要赶我离开。最后还是我主动开口询问是否可以另外付费，服务人员才说需要签字...
