Beautiful property, the staff were wonderful and helpful. The restaurant was incredible. Looking forward to staying there again.

Loved the hotel, the staff, the service.

Amazing staff and amazing service. The staff couldn’t do enough to assist, the hotel is of the highest quality, the room was fantastic also. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I will be back when I return to Rome!

Great stay at the W Rome ! Very nice rooms, quiet and great service ! The only downside is that there is no spa and the breakfast has a limited selection and they only let you chose one main dish other than that it’s a great pick for rome !

Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy to find and convenient location. Room a bit small, but everything works out great.

Staff were professional and friendly. The W hotel was clean and emasculate. Breakfast was good and staff were so friendly and happy to provide good services. Convenient, 10 min walk to paradise shopping centre, easy access to most tourist attractions. Highly recommended.

The staff is absolutely amazing! So helpful and friendly. Location was perfect for us. We walked to restaurants 20-30 minutes away and had no issues. Great gym, amazing bar for happy hour. We enjoyed the restaurant, too. No downside to this hotel.

Rooms are small, location is not great

Everything was great except some of the staff which were either rude or were weird and made it uncomfortable around tipping. Too entitled almost. Otherwise- it’s the best hotel I’ve stayed at and over stay and so many “luxury” places. This one truly is exceptional

Wonderful experience

Very nice but if you have the Bonvoy card and you booked your stay with Expedia they don’t recognize the stay on your Marriott account.

Excellent except for the rude young lady at the welcome desk.are the experience uncomfortable on several occasions. Otherwise, please stay here! Excellent hotel and services

This hotel was excellent. Well located to all the main sights while not being in the city center made it a perfect home base! We would definitely stay here again

High end facilities and room amenities

The W Rome was exceptional from the beginning to the end of my stay! The staff were amazing the bartender was awesome, and the food and room service were top notch. Can’t wait to come back!

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we arrived, everything was truly top-notch. The service was so seamless and attentive that I didn’t even know how to open the main door to the hotel—someone was always there to take care of that for us, adding a touch of luxury to our every entry and exit. The room was absolutely stunning, featuring a supremely comfortable king-sized bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud. Every detail was impeccable, from the elegant decor to the spacious and pristine bathroom. Housekeeping was outstanding—cleaning twice a day with precision and care. They would remake the bed and add thoughtful touches throughout the day, ensuring our room was always in perfect condition. The front desk staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They surprised us with a cake and a card that featured the Paris Eiffel Tower—an incredibly meaningful touch since it’s where I got engaged. The attention to detail in that card, down to the personalized message, made us feel truly special and cared for. The service overall was nothing short of extraordinary—11/10, if that’s even possible. Every aspect of our experience, from the room to the staff’s attentiveness, was simply amazing. The hotel’s location is equally incredible, making it the perfect place to stay in the city. We cannot wait to return and will always choose this hotel for future stays. Thank you for making our visit unforgettable!

Amazing staff. The breakfast was just amazing each morning and the staff was the best we have had at any Marriott. Thank you Marriott team as they also gave us our Marriott rewards.

Overall the property is exactly what you’d expect from a W. The staff and the services were above and beyond. Conveniently is was stones throw away from the Spanish Steps and that was a big bonus. Great place!

Great hotel, great staff. Looking forward to next visit.

The staff were amazing and the overall feel of the hotel was really nice. The major let down was the food. Breakfast isn’t very nice which was surprising. Options are limited and the buffet type stuff wasn’t great. We also had lunch in the courtyard which was very bland. The shower was really nice to use except for the leaking water all over the floor. Would stay at a W again but would have to check out breakfast options beforehand.

Without a doubt, amazing hotel!

The hotel staff, front desk processes, cleanliness, location and overall everything was actually very amazing. I travel quite a bit at 5* hotels, and this without a doubt, was amazing! Im returning next week.

The hotel is overall nice. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the food is good, housekeeping was excellent. However the rooms are ridiculously small. I know Rome isn’t known to have big hotel rooms but the room they initially gave me literally had no space for my suitcase, let alone for me to move. They later on moved me to a slightly bigger room which was still extremely small for my taste but at least I didn’t feel the cluster phobic feeling I had in the first one. Hotel is in a good location, 7 min walk from Spanish steps and main shopping location. So, overall not bad. But I would look for better options for me next time.

great hotel with great staff and really nice rooms and amenities.

One of the front desk staff, Concierge, was exceptionally helpful in recommending local restaurants and even helped us arrange a last-minute tour. The host in the restaurant was kind and honest, we left a pair of sunglasses at our table and she quickly located us to return the glasses.

Love the W in Rome.

The W Rome is a nice hotel. The staff is very friendly and attention to details. Great options for dining at the hotel. The fitness area is spacious and clean.

Great rooftop pizza bar and I appreciated the Davines products. I’m disappointed that I did not get my Bonvoy points because I booked through Expedia. So I won’t be doing that next time.

The W Rome is one of the best hotels we've stayed at in a long time. The service and attention to detail is what sets this place a part from other 5 star hotels. I'll start first with the location and the property itself. The location is perfect if you are looking for a hotel that is central but also off the beaten path and away from the touristy, very busy areas. We loved how close the W is to the Spanish steps, but far enough away so that when you come home after a long day of walking and sightseeing it's quiet and relaxing. Second, the property is absolutely stunning. The décor and the entire vibe of the hotel is modern, yet in keeping with the beautiful architecture that is Rome. Next, the breakfast every morning was just perfection. Everything is made fresh and some of the best breakfast options we had on our entire Italy trip. I still think about our breakfast that we had at W South Beach and I will be doing the same for a long time to come about the W Rome!! Lastly, I'd like to note the amazing attention to detail of the housekeeping and front door / concierge staff. Coming home every day to the best turn down service / extra water / treats for our anniversary was just the best and so appreciated after a long day of walking and touring the city. Next, every time we got in a taxi, the staff made sure the driver had the right address and coordinated all of that perfectly for us. Those "small details" are what set hotels a part. We will be back and can't wait!!

The customer service at the hotel was superb. Everyone super helpful and friendly and willing to go the extra mile.

The place is amazing. The room is very clean and very modern. The locations is very good as most of the attractions are walkable within easy reach. The brekafast is a plus. The personel is very welcome and ready to assist you with any request.

The hotel and the team at W Rome were spectacular and went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. The staff was extremely polite and very knowledgeable with how to guide us with direction for our activities. They even arranged a doctor to assess me in my room as I’d become ill after my flight and the concierge rearranged my birthday dinner plans off of the property! I was blown away with their commitment to provide service. I would fully recommend this hotel. 10/10!!

really enjoyed staying here - one of the most comfortable beds I’d slept on in the list of 5 Italian hotels stayed at on this trip. breakfast offering was also really generous and delicious. super helpful staff. the dyson blow dryer was a huge perk as well.

Besides the room is on the smaller side. Everything else is excellent, specially their friendly staffs, always go extra mile to help us.

Best experience in Rome

Fantastic experience. I can't say enough good things about the people and great service.

Everything was perfect about the Hotel. From the friendly and informative staff (all of the front desk crew & the breakfast crew as well), the fantastic breakfast buffet spread, the location is fantastic walking distance to everywhere.

Right next to Villa Bhorghese and Via Veneto Convenient to walk everywhere here in Rom Upscale hotel. Would Stay here again. Nice robes and slippers. Illy espresso maker. Dyson hairdryer. Steamer for clothes. Marble bathroom

Solo Travelers Unite Fight t to be taken seriously

The only reason I didn’t say superb. I arrived at the pizza restaurant just ad they opened. The trip was difficult and I did not sleep, extremely tired. Had not made reservations. This happens often almost everywhere. As a former restaurant owner my single customers taught me they are just as important as a party of six, if not more do. Place empty. Do you have a reservation. Sorry no, explain reason. I need to check finally in a reluctant way they pointed to a table saying that was the only one available. Happens to be table I wanted. It’s just the attitude. Like I said happens often and as a solo traveler I have a thing about being tested right. good was excellent and service was good. 45 minutes later after I finished the restaurant was a quarter full. Go figure!

W Rome has a real vibe and the staff are charming and very helpful. The location was perfect to walk down the street to the Spanish steps and on to the Trevi Fountain

Stylish, sophistication, chic

This is a small but super chic hotel, filled every inch with character and opulence. The secret garden is a special touch of class. Beautiful done. Pictures and videos do not do it justice. This is a place you must visit.

Love the W Rome

I love everything about this hotel. Very hip and beautiful. The staff was so kind and so professional. Staff was available at all hours and extremely helpful. I loved the rooftop and Giano restaurant - both gorgeous.

The rooms were very small and the staff need a little respect

Very nice hotel and good customer service!

The power went out twice during a severe heat wave in Rome. Then, the next morning at a very early hour, an alarm went off waking us up. It stayed on for a few minutes then stopped. No one ever came and told us whether to leave the building or not. Staff was kind, but food and drink were significantly overpriced. Breakfast was not good and was very costly.

Accommodations were great, taxis came very quickly and staff was friendly and helpful
