Great service, amazing location. Got to watch the sunrise from our seview room.

Really nice hotel and rooms, food and cocktail options were great. Staff were lovely and it’s in a really nice part of Ibiza. Theres a little taxi rank right outside the hotel too. I arrived early and they had upgraded our room to a sea view and ready before normal check in time which was a bonus. The room was really nice (although I’d hardly call it a sea view), the balcony did smell of stale cigarettes so I didn’t spend much time out there. There was also a €200 daily charge on the room which I’ve never experienced before so it would have been €800 for the four nights we were there. A bit excessive in my opinion. I was also really disappointed that there were no beach beds by the beach when there’s an image showing some. Loved the loungers in the pool.

Hotel have zero entertainment , no atmosphere, no DJ at the Glow. No restaurants options, yellow fish is just small area with no privacy beds next to each others. Over priced over rated. Can’t see any 5* in the rooms or lobby .

Very fun hotel with a cool vibe. I did not like the 1st room that I was given, as it had a view of trash cans and a weird smell. However, once I changed rooms for an ocean view my experience was much better. What a difference a view makes! I also enjoyed the variety of breakfast choices. Overall my stay was a pleasant experience!

We had a great time at the W hotel in Santa Eulalia, Ibiza. The hotel is beautiful, right on the beach with nice views of the sea. You are only a short walk to old town, to lots of restaurants, stores and the marina. The staff is amazing! From the spa, to the front desk, restaurant, rooftop, pool… they are all professional, kind and ready to help you with anything you need. We ate a couple of times at their pizza restaurant; the food was absolutely delicious, that’s why we kept going back! Thank you to the W team for a great vacation!

The cleaners stole money from our bed side table and my sunglasses. We informed the manager and nothing was done about it. Such a bad experience. I will never come back

We had a great time there. Staff are very professional and friendly. Room was very clean and comfy. We had a city view but was quiet room. The hotel design is making the possibility of having a sea view room much difficult. Breakfast was amazing. Gym is very good. Pool area is nice too despite that the sun doesn't last all day because of the hotel design, but you have the roof top pool which is adult only anf access to sandy beach. The food is great and have good verities but its a bit expensive! But I think this a common thing in Ibiza.

Lovely place, had a great time as a couple for a week. We didn't leave the hotel much and enjoyed the restaurants, the pool and the rooftop bar/pool a lot. The staff were friendly and effective, and our stay was a welcome retreat. If I were to make a slight criticism, the menu is

Check in was at 3:00pm we did not get checked in until 6:45pm and that was only after calling Expedia. when checked the corner king room with ocean view was not the room we received. Also this hotel does not have a beach with chairs and umbrellas you will have to rent it from a nearby hotel.

Overall excellent experience here - friendly, helpful and attentive staff in the lobby and entrance, pool area and restaurant area. Great morning breakfast buffet and something for everyone on the pool menu. Parking attendants were always able to get us a cab quickly, which was super helpful. The hotel is right beside the beach and lots of dining/shopping options; many other notable restaurants and towns are a 20ish minute drive away.

Loved the style of the property but disappointed that a lot of the bars and restaurants were closed and we had an issue with a lot of mosquitos in our room.

Had a great stay and hope to return soon. The hotel location is perfect with beach and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel has a comfortable vibe with nice lounge areas. I only used the main pool because the roof top was closed. Staff was wonderful and the room is efficient & comfortable/ except the shower / bathroom could use a shelf… but everything is there to ensure an enjoyable stay.

Barely any AC! Was hot and uncomfortable. Music throughout the hotel is loud and overwhelming. Not a relaxing place to stay at all!

Hands down my favourite hotel in Ibiza and I’ve stayed in a lot! From start to finish my stay was perfect. Such a lovely hotel in a lovely spot. Staff are so friendly and helpful, the pool is lovely, good music but chilled, food is 10/10, rooms are large and cool. Gym is great, really modern equipment. Not a bad thing to say. Will 100% stay again and recommend to others visiting the island

Lovely hotel

Really enjoyed our stay at the W. Wonderful room with a great relaxing pool. It’s a shame the kid’s club didn’t allow kids under 4 to participate but it’s a minor issue.

Every single staff member was polite, professional and was smiling. A lovely and relaxing atmosphere from the time we arrived to the time we left. Will definitely be going back (soon).

Best room décor and best rooftop pool

Beast room décor from all the hotels we've stayed on the island (stayed at Oku, Hard Rock, Montesol). Good breakfast. Rooftop pool is epic. We paid £613 for a Wonderful Room with breakfast which I think it's excessive. I would expect to pay that for a room at the Belmond not the W.

The hotel was absolutely superb. Lovely condition and staff that couldn't do enough for us, from the guys on the door, reception, concierge, restaurant and pool. Special mention to Ana and Paula. Great location within walking distance of the main town and of course alomg the promenade with dozens of restaurants.

Tolles Hotel unserer Lieblingshotelkette W. Modern, pfiffige Architektur, sauber, lebendig, sehr gute Musik am Pool und auf der Dachterrasse (teilweise mit DJ), sehr gutes Frühstück, aufmerksames Personal, herrliche Suite (Marvellous Suite) im 5. Stock mit sehr großer Terrasse und wundervollem Meerblick. Sehr schöne und extrem saubere Poolanlage (Wet Deck) und sehr schöner Pool mit Liegen auf der Dachterrasse (Glow Bar) mit perfektem Service. Viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Eines der schönsten W Hotels, in denen wir bisher waren. In den vielen bunten Kissen in der extrem schönen Lobby und auf den Treppen spiegelt sich der Ibiza-Stil wider. Sehr gelungen! Kompliment!

Lo mejor de este alojamiento no son sus piscinas, ni tampoco la excelente comida en cada uno de sus restaurantes o en el desayuno, ni tampoco sus habitaciones, lo que hace diferente al W Ibiza respecto a otros hoteles es que tienen el mejor staff de toda Ibiza. El servicio de conserjería de Berni y Maria fue increíble, lograron reservar mesa en sitios que me ha sido imposible durante años y tenían respuesta y contactos en todos los sitios ya fuera para alquilar motos de agua o reservar en el Amante donde toca llamar 6 meses antes. La recepción fue muy cálida y nos dieron la habitación a las 11 de la mañana y nos dejaron hacer el check-out pasadas las 12. Juan que es uno de los botones-ayudantes del hotel merece todo mi gratitud por llevarme la maleta al aeropuerto a 150km/h para que no perdiera mi vuelo, después de que un compañero no la subiera al taxi reservado. Si buscan buenas habitaciones, excelente comida y un sitio de relax con unas piscinas de película, reserven en este hotel porque el staff es la 6 estrella de este hotel.

Super Hotel, Service top und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Frühstück sensationell, kann das Hotel jedem weiter empfehlen. Werde es auf jedenfall wieder buchen.

Zu wenig Personal, aber ansonsten schönes Hotel. Ich finde es hat aber nicht die Service Qualität eines 5 Sterne Hotel. Daher Preis Leistung okay. Was mich erfreut hat, das ich ein Upgrade bekommen habe, weile Marriot Bonvoy Member bin.

Sehr modernes und sauberes Hotel an guter Lage. Beach-Club am Strand kann kostenlos genutzt werden. Standard-Zimmer sehr klein, es lohnt sich ein Upgrade.
