Nice room

I was booked the kids room and when we opened the door it can smell smoke. So bad… we stayed for 6 nights and changed 4 different rooms and all smelled like smoke.. I will never go back.. bad for everything

Great quality hotel. Right beside the main shopping street and a few steps from 24hr chinese restaurant. On the street corner upstairs. Only slight negative is small street food outlets by the main hotel entrance

Very convenience close to all the shopping stores and restaurants. It’s good location.

Convenient location. Right on pedestrian street and a few minutes walk to subway stn. Have to go to the reception on 4th floor before going to a separate set of elevators to the hotel rooms. Kind of a nuisance.

Hotel itself is great. The surrounding area not so much. Dingy and smelly. Good bit of traffic congestion. Nothing good around.

I am always happy to stay here when I come to Guangzhou for work. The only inconvenience is getting in/out of the hotel through local streets, which very often slow traffic. Recently, my favourite Chinese restaurant was merged with another higher-class one, and my favourite dishes are no longer on the menu.

GREAT GREAT GREAT! Room was huge and clean. Bathroom was amazing. Electric outlets everywhere. Checking in was a breeze and staff were helpful. Location was perfect! Food and shopping right downstairs. Will definitely choose voco again the next time we visit Guangzhou!

The staff were most courteous, services were excellent - especially a big shout out to May Li at the reception.

Best find in Guangzhou

Love the look and feel of the hotel. Lovely area to experience Guangzhou. Will plan an extra day or two next time. Very friendly and helpful staff. Manager on duty went out of his way to arrange late dinner for us.

Spacious room. New finishing and cleaniness is good. Near shopping district. Restaurants and eatery is everywhere. Clothing stores are plentiful. Counter staff and door attendant is very helpful.

Room remodel, nice and clean! Convenient to walk to eat & shop . 12mins walk to Bart station .

Nice hotel. Very good value for money sitting right on a pedestrian street. Unfortunately, vehicle access is not good because of road upgrading works, but this should be temporary. Very good buffet breakfast very good value at 150RMB for two. Rooms are good size with all mod cons

The location is near to the 上下九步行街 and 13 Center whole sales building. The hotel room is big with good toiletries n amenities. The only thing that is tough is the walk from the MTR station to the hotel. Is almost 30 min walk from Cultural Park station and the way to the hotel is quite diffficult to walk due to the rocky path which is difficult to drag the baggage. So evverytime we need to travel by MTR, is far and crowded to walk.

Excellent hotel in a great spot to explore

The hotel is a great property, trendy decor, great staff and very clean. We had the buffet dinner and they had a special price for guest which was very reasonable and the food was great. Rooms are large and recently updated with great beds and bathrooms. The only disappointment was we booked a room and the description said bath shower combo. The room provided first did not have a bath but the staff were great and found us another room with a bath. Our daughter was keen on the pool when we booked but this was out of action and we did not have any prior notice. It is a really good hotel in a fantastic location in the old part of Guangzhou with lots to explore.

Mit Kindern gibt es in Guangzhou scheinbar keine bessere Alternative: das Familienzimmer ist perfekt und mit Kinder-WC sowie einem Spielteppich und -zelt wunderbar eingerichtet. Auch mit drei Kindern nutzbar, indem das Sofabett hergerichtet wird. Achtung: Frühstück für Kinder wird über hotels.com nicht richtig gebucht und kann/muss vor Ort (halber Preis) nachgebucht werden. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis empfanden wir als sehr gut. Frühstück ist eine Mischung aus westlichen (eher mittelmäßig, aber völlig in Ordnung) und chinesischen (gute Hundun, Nudeln, Reiscongee, etc) Optionen und war insgesamt super. In der Umgebung gibt es eine Fußgängerzone und ein paar schöne, alte Gassen; Richtung Süden sind es ca. 20min zur kolonialen Altstadt (Shamian-Insel). Richtung Central Business District oder Guangzhou Tower fährt man mit Ubahn oder Taxi je nach Uhrzeit 20-40min. Angestellte/service staff waren extrem freundlich. Ach ja: der Rooftop-Pool hat uns richtig gut gefallen (Badekappenpflicht, man bekommt vor Ort welche, nicht zu streng), direkt daneben ist ein Fitnessraum und in den Umkleiden jeweils sogar ein Saunaraum).

Fint hotell i et annerledes strøk enn der de klassiske business-hotellene i Guangzhou er. Rett ved den gamle gågata med tusenvis av salgsboder. Her finner du ikke high-end men masse gøy. Og mannfolk som kan reparere koffert :-) Hotellet har veldig god mat, både buffet i kafeen og restauranten. Svømmebassenget var helt ok. Flott beliggenhet på toppen.

優點是酒店比想像中乾淨和舒服。 缺點是員工可以再加強培訓，3個酒店員工早上10點多輪流一直來拍我房門，直接把我從睡夢中噪醒，而敲門的原因居然是要清潔房間，而另一個居然是要我為剛才的清潔員評分，令人無語

暖水力不足 ！ 很冷！ 没有剃鬚刀 、 個人用品就只有牙刷牙膏、洗頭沖涼身體乳液 。 其他東西請自備。

Attentive service

設施比較老舊，入住的時候梳化旁還有上一手未清理的膠袋和瓜子殼，廁所洗手盤有裂痕也不更換，膠邊老舊發黃，check in的前台還算有禮，check out的前台很cool，地下保安大多有禮，會幫忙按電梯，很細心，房間清潔姐姐也好，要求多張被也有送到，謝謝你啊！

我未按到電梯，職員立刻跑過來幫我按，顯示出職員的觀察力和友善。清潔工人見我們行過，也笑容滿面打招呼。

幾年前入住， Wi-Fi好差，現時仍然都一樣差。住了三個晚上，有二晚房間總電制無法關上，整間房間全部開著燈，無法入睡，最後二晚在深夜要叫人上房間維修。

性價比高。

房間很大，空調夠強，尚算整潔。 地點環境比較隱蔽，入口不容易找到，服務態度好。步行街在後面街近永慶坊，很方便。 性價比高。

不錯住宿

地點近陶陶居、蓮香樓、永慶坊。房間大，浴室也寬敞。枕頭有軟硬2種，但床手墊承托力不足。清潔員工親切。

飯店、餐廳的服務人員態度親切和善、住宿的環境乾淨整潔，值得推薦給大家！ 但唯一不足的是飯店外周遭環境不乾淨！

雙床房間環境很大，有一個小客廳，環境不錯，下 上下九街有很多好吃的。

地理位置十分好,下樓就有很多小吃. 酒店房間很大,向北的景觀比較好.
