Everything was ok
Hotel vivaldi
Hotel in a very quiet area beside citadel park which has a WW2 museum in it. Transport like excellent as tram stop is outside hotel ...Hotel staff very friendly and attentive.
Elegant and cozy
Elegant and cozy, very friendly staff. Great breakfast, Higly recommended.
Football visit
Very friendly staff at hotel always attentive ..rooms very clean and modern ....reception staff very knowledgeable about places i wanted to visit ..tram stop 200mtrs from hotel . Uber taxi from airport £6 .
Great value - superb breakfast!
Lovely staff, friendly and straightforward. Breakfast was awesome! - something for everyone, meats/cheeses/fish, as well as fresh lovely fruits and chia seed pots as well as cereals/bread etc. Very clean, couldn’t fault it. Good value!!
Hotel Vivaldi was clean and quiet. It’s just over a 20 minute walk from the Rynek old town. It’s set off the road in a park-like setting and we were able to open the room windows and get fresh air and have a view of the trees. Breakfast was excellent, even for vegetarians. Parking is spacious and staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit worn, but the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large and very clean, but we had some problems with the shower that were only partially resolved after we reported them. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.
It was a very pleasant and clean hotel. The staff was extremely nice!
Nice stay, personal friendly, but not all services are available (for example- massages). A little bit away from tourist attractions and shopping. However the hotel is close to a tramway stop, and one can reach the old town and the train station easily. Nice restaurant in the hotel.
Excellent inexpensive hotel close to airport.
I stayed for one night departing hotel at 4 am for Poznan airport. Chose room with single bed which was very comfortable. Hotel plain in appearance but very inexpensive and met my needs. When I arrived late evening, I had a couple of glasses of very good and very inexpensive white wine in the attractive dining room. Hotel staff were all very nice and helpful.
Great location, very clean, friendly and helpful staff
Five star service and staff in top quality hotel.
Me and my fiancé had an amazing stay in Deluxe Suite at Vivaldi Hotel. We have been very well looked after. Their restaurant serves one of the tastiest breakfast you can imagine. Located next to the historic landmark and park Cytadela it's just 20 minutes walk away from Old Town.
Excellent
Best
Very nice and friendly staff speaking good English
4 nights stay at the Vivaldi.
Very good hotel situated about 35 minutes walk from the centre. Trams go to the centre on a frequent schedule , the stop is just down the road from the hotel and tickets cost 3 zloty on sale at the hotel. The hotel restaurant is good and the service very good.
Nice and clean hotel, great quiet location but still close to the city center
Nice hotel
Nice hotel, shower & bath. Breakfast was fantastic. Not a rushed job. Great hotel, great for anyone.
A gem of a hotel
What a great hotel. A little out of the centre, but right by a tram stop. The staff were exceptionally friendly, even selling tram tickets! Everything about this hotel was superb
Could do a lot more with the garden areas, otherwise very happy. The first room had a circular bed in a gloomy corner which was difficult to get into, fortunately we were able to change rooms after the first night
Really good hotel with a really great staff!!
Very good hotel. The staff is outstanding, ready to handle all your requests, and everything was in excellent condition. Quiet, clean and with a lovely peaceful place to sit behind the hotel looking out on the trees. Air conditioning. Outside the old town by about 20 minutes but if you take tram 3 or 4 right outside the hotel you are there in about10 minutes. After being a tourist day and evening it is nice to go to a peaceful place surrounded by trees. Trams run very often. And next to a big lovely park. As a single woman traveler I had absolutely no problem.
Okay, but room for improvement
I had stopped here previously in 2016, however when I booked it this time I didn't realise it was the same hotel, otherwise I may have had second thoughts. Friendly and efficient check-in. We had room 206 who's was at the end of the corridor and a slightly unusual shape in that the windows were in a pointy bit at the end, meaning you could only have one of the two windows open at a time. Like my previous stay I found the bed to low and to soft to be comfortable. The bathroom was s good size and had a decent sized shower along with a big bath. However just like previously, there was an awful smell coming from the sink. Tea and coffee were provided, but no milk or whitener. Our biggest gripe, is that there are no decent curtains on the windows. They have a roll down white blind which allows all the light through into the room, so come daylight at 03:30 in the morning the room is as bright as day, not good for getting back to sleep. We didn't use either the bar or restaurant on this occasion, so can't comment. But from memory the bar service on my previous visit was fine. Overall I would rate the hotel 3 stars.
the great Vivaldi
place was great and comfortable, clean and welcoming.
One of my favorite hotels
Just returned from a week long trip to Poland where I spent the night at several different hotels (including two in Poznan). Vivaldi was definitely one of the best if not THE best. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had all the conveniences (like a kettle for tea/coffee, hairdryer, etc). Staff was so welcoming and helpful. This hotel also had one of the best breakfasts. I would love to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Poznan.
Nice hotel but...
Hotel itself is nice and stuff is very friendly but room we have got this time had too small curtains to cover the window so we were wake up early and from cosmetics we"ve got only soap so for 4 star hotel it is not enough ...
Breakfast
With one of the finest breakfasts I’ve ever had, this was a great place to stay. The room was fairly basic but extremely comfortable.
Best breakfast EVER!
Situated opposite the Cytadela Park in a quiet area 25 minutes walk from the centre, this hotel ticks all the boxes. Organised taxi pick up from airport, friendly, helpful staff, large comfy and quiet rooms with good Wi-Fi, fridge, kettle, tea/coffee making products and bottled water, excellent shower and large bath. There was a fabulous steam room in the basement, together with sauna, cross trainer and bike. (Give the reception staff 30 minutes notice to warm up the steam room/sauna). Breakfast was amazing - a mix of 'real' fresh fruits, yoghurts, cereals, delicious pastries, a variety of hot choices: pancakes, eggs, sausages, potatoes and the largest selection of meats and salads ever seen on a continental breakfast choice table: duck, pork, fish, pate, cheeses, hams, tomato/beetroot and Greek salads to name but a few. The only one thing I could fault would be the curtains, which were so thin and not functional in shutting out light, and which would normally bother me, but I have to say that because everything else (especially the breakfast) was so good, I can easily forgive them and would not hesitate to return to this hotel, I would definitely recommend staying here.
A good hotel away from the Centre.
Only a short taxi ride from the airport, Vivaldi is a nice place as a base for Poznan. Check-in is easy, and the receptionist spoke excellent English. We had a De-Luxe Double room which was clean, tidy and well maintained. The circular bed was comfortable and the bathroom more than adequate with a reasonable sized bath and separate shower. The only downside was the limited window views in our particular room style. The restaurant has lovely hot and cold buffet breakfast, the bar is quite well stocked, with some good local craft ales. The City Centre is a 20 to 25 mins walk, but there is a handy tram-stop just 2 minutes away, tickets, & information about Poznan, are available in the lobby at reception. The staff are all extremely friendly and willing to help with any queries. A very professionally run, well maintained hotel.
Decent place to stay, a nice coffee bar
The room is clean and comfortable space but for double beds are a bit small.
Pls, this is nonsense as I graded the experiencealready above
Hotel is situated in a very nice green area beside a large park. Great for walking and ideal for cycling throughout the area. It is only about twenty minutes walk to the old town centre. Hotel is very comfortable with very good breakfast. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
convenient, clean, very nice bathroom
The Internet connection was a bit sketchy (they had an Ethernet slot which didn't work at all and the WiFi was having some issues occasionally). Furthermore, the receptionist gave me a parking pass when I asked her about the parking and forgot to mention that parking will add substantial % to the overall cost. Had I known, I could've parked somewhere else as I didn't need the car more than a couple of times. Had it not been for these factors, would definitely have given a 5/5. It was still good.
The hotel is not in the centre of town, however there are excellent tram connections and it offers free bike hire, which made for excellent exploring of the city. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean and had all necessary amenities. The only minor downside was that noise from other rooms seemed to travel quite far and the room was therefore a bit noisy at times.
nice room, thats about it
Room was lovely, food & service poor. ordered steak medium rare & it came out cremated, as i was settling bill at check out they tried charging me for 5 nights parking when i only used 2 nights.
fair price
Very clean hotel and rooms, spa section was under renovation so can´t comment on that.
Feel at home!
Great Hotel! Staff was very, very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, bathroom with a very modern shower and the food within the hotel was very good. Excellent wifi connection! Hotel located in the park, just 15 minutes by taxi to the airport. (taxies are really cheap)

Excellent hotel that surprised me in a positive way. I got a designer-room with a round bed - very nice indeed. Breakfast excellent. Internet was also excellent, fast and easy to connect to (which is rare in European hotels). The restaurant was also excellent at fair prices. Several tramlines very near the hotel made travel easy.
Sehr schönes Zimmer, freundliches Personal, tolles Spa - gerne wieder
Absurd at skulle betale så meget for parkering udover opholdet.
Lugnt
God mat i lugn miljö. Hotellet ligger centralt, men ändå enskilt i lugnt miljö intill en park. Trevlig personal. Fantastisk frukost. Finns något för alla.
Polecam
Polecam ten hotel. Przemiła, profesjonalna obsługa. Wyposażenie pokoi zapewniające wszystko, czego potrzeba. Pyszne śniadania serwowane w restauracji.
Nieporozumienie - najwyżej 2 gwiazdki
Ten hotel nie zasługuje na 4 gwiazdki. Jest to nie najmłodszy, nie najświeższy hotel. Przestarzałe sprzęty, smród papierosów i odświeżacza powietrza w pokoju. odradzam nocleg w tym przybytku
Dobry hotel
Miło, schludnie i przyzwoicie. Sprawny proces zameldowana.
Dobry stosunek ceny do jakości
Hotel posiada 4 gwiazdki. Umeblowanie i wystrój - delikatnie mówiąc - nienowe. Bez żadnych dopłat przeniesiono nas do apartamentu, a dodatkowo, wraz z przeprosinami, otrzymaliśmy kosz owoców.
Minimum formalności i minimum uśmiechu. Pokój: na samym końcu korytarza, więc powierzchnia nietypowa. Ale to zaleta, bo pewnie większy niż pozostałe. Łóżko niestety niskie i miękki materac, wiec nie polecam. Poduszki też mocno sfatygowane, miękkie i mało wygodne. Łazienka: duży plus, bo zarówno prysznic, jak i wanna. Czysto.
Alles soweit in Ordnung Preis-Leistung. Kommen gerne wieder
Czysto, cicho, łatwy dostęp do centrum.
Hotel w dobrej lokalizacji, blisko przystanku tramwajowego, cicha okolica. Dobrze wytłumione pokoje. Mily personel, smaczne i zróżnicowane śniadania.
Pobyt w Vivaldi
Meble nadaja sie do wymiany. Parking powinien byc darmowy dla gosci hotelowych. Meble w apartamencie sa raczej czesciowo zuzyte.
The staff was lovely. The hotel was close to the tram station, giving easy access to Poznan city centre. The hotel was fine, however our bedroom had a strong smell to dog and a big stain in the carpet…
