Everything was perfect.The room is big and clean and the hotel’s location is great.It was nice to stay there.

Quality customer service. Very friendly staff. Excellent view location. Clean and helpful housekeeping. I would definitely come back again and will recommend it to my friends.

Excellent for the price. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Tony at the front desk took care of minor maintenance issues himself. Room furnishings somewhat old, but clean and spacious.

Amazing stay

Good to stay there , the room with jacuzzi was amazing with unforgettable view to the mountains, we enjoyed the jacuzzi all the time we were in the room , didn’t feel any problems related to the Electricty or water. Thanks a lot for all the stuff

First time to Lebanon

Nice staff even though the same person asked me everyday to check out when I left the hotel for work. Didnt speak well English either, but very friendly :) Sad there was no breakfast or pool. Also they didnt make my bed every day and we had to Ask for cleaning/towels ourself. Internet was down almost a whole day, and tv channels very blurry.

Everything was good and I enjoyed my stay, their breakfast and how close ot was to the teleferique and other restaurants.

No problems clean and tidy great staff they did everything that I asked it was quiet and easy to travel around once they gave me information on the local transport

My trip

Good hotel but not good breakfast its boor and late in clean room

Beautiful view of the mountains and in some rooms the sea. Walking distance to some restaurants and fresh food market. You can walk across the street and sit on the rocks to view the sea. Loved the full breakfast for free and great service. Room was big and comfortable.

Not a place for families with children. The staff are ok, I wish Expedia would take some time and actually have someone look at these properties before they are listed.

Fair rooms either with balcony or slight ocean view (low range room anyway). It was fairly clean with everything working. The breakfast is the usual hard boiled eggs with labneh, cucumbers, tomato, pita bread.. The restaurant seemed overpriced and the nightclub very interesting. The mountain facing side might get a bit noisy on party days

Teleferique

The air conditioning at the room 304 I stayed didn’t work throughout the 3 nights I stayed.

Better options elsewhere with less prices.

Misleading inaccurate rooms. Adding a bed removing the sofa from the living room does not qualify as a two bedroom!! Reception did nothing to compensate for the misleading rooms descriptions. Old furniture. Terrible breakfast. Wouldn’t pay more than 35 usd per night. The sea view room overlooks the hotel in-front so definitely not a sea view as advertised. There are much better options elsewhere.

staff is friendly, but its a very basic hotel could use a few upgrades, location is really what you pay for and the wifi does not work ever its sucks. if your looking for something cheap book it wouldnt go back there again.

Rude manager

I cannot take the breakfast without my roomate...when asked the manager wich law he imposed, the answer was "you can get out if you dont want to stay here"...it was really fuc*
