The staff were very friendly and helpful. They organised an excellent tour to Ha Long Bay for us at a reasonable price. Rooms serviced everyday. Breakfast was basic but enough. Room was small and beds very hard, but comfortable.

Although I did not get the room with patio that I booked, the staff was very accommodating. The staff was awesome in assisting wirh city walking tour and Halong Bay tour. Even helped me in getting black garlic delivered. Will definitely recommend this hotel

Staff were very helpful and likeable.

Great location, friendly staff and comfortable beds but the family room was very small, dark and cramped. The safe and TV didn't work and the air conditioning was very very noisy. When we told staff, they said they would look at it tomorrow, but tomorrow never came.

There is really nothing other than the location that I would say that we liked about the property

Overrated

I think this place is overrated. We stayed in family suite that states to be 45 meters. The room is at most 25 meters. There was a horrible smell of sewege in the room that staff member was trying to convince us was coming from outside. Hardly possible on the 8th floor. Air conditioning was broken and we couldnt use it at all during our stay

Quiet time I. hanoi

Stayed 3 nights and ended up extending a couple nights Enjoyed Hanoi while it was quiet, yes Jan 25th Tet 👍 Hotel suited us very well 👍

I don’t think that they ever change the sheet. I found hair on the bed that I haven’t step on. The bathroom doesn’t look clean at all. I could literally hear what people do from the room across from mine. It was noisy and very unpleasant stay. But I would say that this hotel got the best shower I ever had in all the hotel I’ve stayed in Vietnam. They got hot and strong water that lasts. And this hotel is very well located. 5 mins walk to the airport shuttle and kinda in the center of Hanoi...

Excellent location and unbeatable prices

Friendly staff and excellent location. Not AMAZING breakfast but it’s certainly enough to get your day started. Would go back for sure because the cost is hard to beat!

The hotel accept my booking but when I arrived they don't have room available. Finally I have to find another hotel and trying to contact hotel.com but I couldn't. The hotel look very old and not clean.

The door to our room did not close properly had to lock it to keep it closed. We up graded to a 30sqm room, the main room was 16sqm, the bathroom was 2 and half sqm, and passage way 4sqm that does not add up to 30sqm. We were to have city view from our balcony not on the 2nd floor. The hotel boasts of a restaurant extensive menu professional chef i would not have stayed here if i knew it did not have this.

The hotel was nicely situated. Just be sure when you order the room pick a larger room. They are a lot nicer. I picked the smaller one and it was really a small room. It did work for me, since there was just me. The food was tasty, but not a large selection to choose from. They do fix you eggs the way you want them.

Customer service at its finest

Location is centrally located. It was easy to travel around the city, but it was also quite loud at times. It is exactly what you should expect from staying in the center of the tourist area. I stayed for two weeks and had a lot of problems with the wi-fi. This was a problem because I had a lot of work to do while in town and couldn't finish it many days. However, this is apparently a common problem throughout all of Hanoi. The breakfast was decent, but it was the exact same thing every day which became quite boring for a two-week trip. The room was clean and relatively comfortable with a nice balcony. The service here is absolutely wonderful. Every member of the staff was extremely warm and accommodating. Whenever I had an issue, they immediately did everything they could to assist me. I don't think I will stay in the Old Quarter again during my future trips to Hanoi. One time is enough. However, if I ever return to the Old Quarter, I will definitely stay at Vision Premier again. Thank you for a memorable trip.

Great staff who were always helpful. Excellent location to walk to several attractions in Hanoi. Offered transportation to/from the airport for reasonable cost.

Excellent Service

We stayed in Hanoi for one night and we had to leave to Halong bay the next day. The room wasn't great but the service was excellent. After we were back from hanoi, we had our flight same day but at 11 in the night. The hotel staff helped us by keeping our luggage and also helped in booking us a taxi back to the airport. Overall, one must prefer this hotel for the service.

Super Small Room

The room given to me was super small, only 1 person able to pass in front of the bed. When sit on the toilet bowl, the kneel will touch the glass divider. I like the bed was firm & the room was clean.

Nice area but tiny room and uncomfortable bed

Located in the nice area, which is right around the old quarter. However, the room was tiny for what we paid and the bed was uncomfortable. Shouldn’t be 3.5 star. Should have been 2.5 star

Visit friends on the way back from Halong Bay. It’s was ok. Clean but not comfortable. Not very accommodating. Busy but convenient location.

Great little hotel with amazing staff. Loved, loved, loved chatting with everybody at the front desk, so friendly and helpful.Very central location , close to everything, clean, modern, safe. We stayed there twice during our visit to Hanoi. Fantastic breakfast as well.

Cleanliness is impressive. Staffs can barely communicate in English but they are willing to try and help out.

Amazing !!

Very comfortable room but no wifi.

I enjoyed the room, it was large, bed comfortable, A/C worked and the little balcony was a nice touch. The water pressure and temperature were good but would have been good to have a bathmat and towel rail or hooks to hang towels to dry. Tv had some decent English language cable channels. The breakfast was nothing marvellous, not much on offer, choice and quantity wise. The "hot" food was lukewarm. Wifi worked in the downstairs breakfast room but not in my room on the third floor, which was the biggest drawback. The area was so-so. Nothing interesting along the street but walking distance to the lake, French quarter, the mausoleum etc. All in all a good stay and I'd stay again.

Hanoi Premier Vision

Great little hotel with brilliant helpful staff. The position in the Old Town was exactly what we wanted. Really would recommend it.

Really friendly staff, lots of good local street food & beer. 10 minute walk from the lake, good location. Buffet breakfast had local & continental choices. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Best service in Asia

Fantastic stay in this young family run hotel. My fiancé and I have been travelling Asia for over a month and this was by far the best service we received. Room was clean and tidy with good amenities and is in a great location. Breakfast was cooked fresh rather than buffet style. Staff extremely helpful when sorting out excursions and transport to airport etc. When the staff found out that we had recently got engaged they surprised us with flowers in the room, a really nice touch. Would definitely recommend!

Great Location

This is a fairly new hotel. Great western breakfast excellent helpful staff. Easy walk around in Old Quarter. Some rooms have no window but still comfortable. I was upgraded to big room with streer view. Nice room. Typical of many hotels were water from shower goes onto bathroom floor. Would highly recommend this hotel

un bel endroit patique pour visiter le viel hanoi

Bien situé dans la vieille ville, le personnel est aimable et attentif. Le quartier est tres vivant et parfois un peu bruyant.Le petit dejeuner buffet etait bon et suffisament varié

The staff were so friendly and the surrounding environment was so good for the price that it was a pleasant trip for 7 days. I will use it next time when I visit Hanoi.

Fint lille hotel, centralt i Hanoi, hyggeligt kvarter. Morgenmad ok. Meget hjælpsomme receptionister phong, lieu og Phu både til at opbevare vores bagage gratis ifbm 2-dages udflugt, og da vi fik brug for at booke et værelse bare et halvt døgn inden afrejse kl 22.30, var de meget hjælpsomme ifht en reduceret pris.

A great stay!

The location is excellent because everything is near. There is only a walking distance to the Sword Lake. My room was so quiet that I slept like a baby. Lily at the reception is a wonderful and helpful person, and all the other staff members are nice and friendly, too. Thus, I recommend this hotel!

事前の対応も良く、タクシーの手配も問題有りませんでした。 ホテルのロケーションは観光に最適でした。大聖堂や湖に歩いて行けます。

二泊予約しました。 一泊目は何故か別のホテルへ回されました。 二泊目は予約したホテルに入れたのですが予約した部屋と違う部屋でした。たしか、追加料金を払って景色が見れるような部屋を予約したはずだったので残念でした。ですが、スタッフの方がフライト時間や現地での買い物などを気にかけてくれとても安心して宿泊できました。

2020.2월 3박 중간층 발코니방에 묶었습니다. 직원 모두 고객 친절 마인드가 몸에 배어 있습니다. 가끔 살짝 부담스러울 정도지만 아주 맘에 들었습니다. 영어 소통도 원활했습니다. 저가 호텔이다 보니 여행사와 연계하여 관광상품들을 팔아 수익을 더 내려하는 걸로 보이네요. 처음 체크인하면 웰컴쥬스 마시면서 하노이 소개를 하면서 관련 얘기를 합니다. 저는 하노이가 처음도 아니고 자유여행을 추구하는지라 다 거절하였습니다. 더 이상 집요하게 설명하지는 않아 좋았습니다. 2월이면 여기 겨울인데도 방에서 개미가 조금 있습니다. 옆방에 애기가 한밤중에 계속 울어 제대로 잠을 못잤습니다. 보일러 용량이 적은지 뜨거운 물이 시원히 나오진 않네요. 발코니 방이 아니었다면 많이 실망했을겁니다. 다른 방은 창문이 없는 곳도 있어 보입니다. 그럼에도 이 호텔에 좋은 점수를 주고 싶은 이유는 가격대비 하노이에서 이만한 곳이 없기 때문입니다. 여러 리뷰에서 언급되었듯이 조식 및 근처 접근성이 아주 좋습니다. 바로 옆 편의점. 세탁소. 반미, 카페가 다 있어 하루를 정리하기 좋습니다. 조식은 호텔 아래층 카페에서 먹는데 만족스러웠습니다. 매일 330ml 물은 인원수만큼 무료이고 수건도 인원수만큼 매일 갈아줍니다. 제가 이렇게 자세히 쓰는 이유는 이번 하노이 여행에서 에어비엔비로 큰 사기?를 당했고 호텔리뷰가 얼마나 중요한지 절실히 깨달았기 때문입니다. 한국분들 즐거운 하노이 여행하시고 관광지가 다 그렇듯 호갱을 노리는 사람들이 많으니, 잘 알아보시고 즐거운 여행하시기 바랍니다.

Perfect experience

Good location not crowded in night. Very kind and helpful staffs. Clean room but sometimes hot shower needs time for working well. Nice breakfast!! 하노이에서 조용한 호텔이고, 위치도 좋아요. 아침은 뷔폐식인데 쌀국수랑 계란요리 주문 돼요. 맛 좋음! 직원 모두 엄청 친절하고, 전체적으로 우수합니다.

God placering, god pris og meget venligt personale

Rigtig fint hotel, der opfyldte det vi skulle bruge - et sted at sove med morgenmad og mulighed for opbevaring af bagage. Hotellet er rent og ligger rigtig godt ift. den gamle bydel. Alt er i gåafstand. Morgenmaden var udemærket. Personalet var rigtig søde og hjælpsomme og ovenikøbet ret fine til engelsk. Man får virkelig meget for pengene, vi ville booke det igen.

걸어서 구시가쪽 돌아볼 수 있는 곳... 친절한 직원.. 저는 혼자 묵었는데 조식 포함에 가성비 좋은 숙소였습니다 닭고기 쌀국수 추가해줘서 좋았습니다
