Nice pace.but super sketchy Wi-Fi connectio

Beautiful place,BUT, WIFI connection was terrible. Would give 5 stars except, as travelers from another country, we rely on WiFi connection to communicate. In this day and age, there is no excuse not to have stronger WiFi connection. Literally could not access anything in the evening hours. Really need to get that fixed.

Great location easy walkable to distance to everything you may need. Communication was great and helpful. Only issue was we could hear others moving stuff around and doing stuff now and again. Car parking space was a bit of a struggle, but worked it out.

Spacious and clean apartment, only critique is the pool area. Pool is way too deep especially if you have young children. Pool doesn’t state how deep it is. If you don’t know how to swim you’re definitely drowning. However the pool in the hotel next door is great to swing past by with food and drinks.

Great location and the apartments have everything you need. Having a washing machine and dryer is great. Friendly staff on reception. Only two blocks from the main restaurant area.

Overall experience was great. The room is clean and fully equipped. It would be a perfect stay till checkout. We need to store the luggage after our checkout to catch a later flight. We were offered to store the luggage in the fitness room. The only issue is the male staff member is not pleasant to deal with and did not show any willingness to help.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were wonderful, super friendly and helpful, the location was ideal, we had a 3 bedroom apartment and had a ton of room. There were a few repairs needed to some minor things around the unit but nothing that affected our stay. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, great value for money.

It’s a great spot to stay in cairns if you need an apartment. Massive apartment with balcony overlooking the smaller of the 2 pools. The shower was great in the ensuite bathroom. The main bedroom was big and the bed really comfortable. It was a short walk to the esplanade restaurants so plenty to choose from. The cleaning staff on the weekend were really helpful when we had an issue with our keys. The reception staff were really great with communication and really helpful too.

Thisn property is well located and easily walkable to all the areas along the Cairns esplanade. It is a beautiful complex. A minor point was that the air-con in one of the bedrooms was prone to swiching itself off during the night so that sleeping in the hot room was a little uncomfortable but overall the stay was excellent and I would definitely book again.

Lovely spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom fully kitted out apartment with a large balcony on the esplanade and within easy walking distance of the Cairns centre. It was clean and we felt very safe with at least 3 levels of security to enter with the external entries and the lift electronically keyed. Management are on the ball as when we had a very minor issue with a shower, it was addressed immediately.

Great accomodation. Nice and spacious.

My wife and l and our 2 teenage boys stayed in the ground floor penthouse near the main pool. Our stay was a welcoming one right from from the beginning at check in. The room was spacious and clean had had all the facilities you would expect in an apartment. Room service daily was an unexpected bonus. We would definitely stay here again as it was the perfect location to all the dining and activities that we needed during our stay.

The best apartments in Cairns. We stayed at Vision apartments few times now and wouldn't go anywhere else,it is very clean,friendly,very modern and safe.

We had a great time staying at the Vision Apartments, it is in a great location. We were able to check in early which was fantastic as we were travelling with a six month old. The apartment was clean and the air conditioner was cold. We would definitely stay here again.

Apartment had a great layout for families. Our kids loved the pools & were happy they could swim until 10pm.

Amazing location, very clean with easy check in - nice to have a front desk during the day when we had questions. Right on the beach and a short walk to many shops and restaurants.

Ideal for family stays

We had six families reserve six 3-bedroom apartments and there was universal delight. Rooms were very clean and very well stocked with dinnerware, kitchen utensils, laundry detergent, etc. Having full kitchens with coffee makers, toasters, ovens and microwaves, etc.made meal preparation easy. Laundry facilities in all apartments. All the kids loved the pool. Central location made walking to dinner and shopping convenient. Also adjacent to the waterfront promenade for jogging and kids' playground.

Friendly staff

Liked everything ! Steve , the manager was very helpful, he deserves a raise. The owner of the property kept the unit clean. Kitchen was full with all utensils/appliances. AC Units were running smoothly. Everything was nearby, including grocery stores, restaurants, Reef terminal etc. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay at Vision Apartments. Perfectly located on the Esplanade close to parks for our two young children which made for easy outings. Everything was clean and tidy with everything we needed in the kitchen. The service and communication with the front desk was friendly and easy.

Lovely apartment well situated on esplanade and close to reef terminal for trips. Everything needed was in the apartment. Very clean and well appointed.

Loved the apartment we were in! It was bigger than expected and very spacious! Quite modern with a great kitchen! 2 bedroom with the two bathrooms was great! So close to town so an ideal location!! Will definitely stay here again!

Spacious apartment, good facilities and walking distance to restaurants

Clean and spacious. Our family of 4 comfortably enjoyed the stay at the 2 bedroom apartment.

Whilst visually the property is not much to look at it, the rooms and living areas were well appointed, spacious and comfortable.

Staff always had a smile on their faces and were so willing to help you day or night. Pool was great. Conveniently located in a short distance to nearby shops and restaurants. Staff were fantastic and couldn't fault them. Would recommend highly. 👌

Loved our stay here, manager was so friendly and accommodating allowing an early check in on day of arrival. Our standard apartment was beautifully furnished and the whole place was very clean. We have found our favourite place to stay in Cairns will definitely be back

Beautiful property. Modern, with all of the luxuries expected of a top end resort.

Located on the Esplanade, under ground parking, ocean views and walking distance to most restaurants and shops.

The room was clean and nice. As for luxury in our apartment it wasn’t the case. It wasn’t as nice as the appartments pictured on wotif and our balcony was directly above a road. The beds were the worst part and so uncomfortable. The blinds didn’t cover the windows completely so there was always light coming into the room.

This place is so central opp Aquarium and the very nice Lagoon for the kids. Love to come stay here again

Great balcony views. Reception was lovelyand very helpful. Great location, right across the road from the waterfront. RSL 2 minute walk down the road is great for good quality meals. Marina is 5-10 minutes away = easy drive.

Fantastic Family Apartment

We were impressed with the size of the apartment, it had three aircon units and fans in each room. The pools were great and the grounds were well kept. Location is fantastic, easy walk to everything. Reception went out of their way to help us book the best tours, saving us money and time. Cant wait to visit here again.

Our 3 bedroom apartment was very spacious, everything was spotless, daily housekeeping was nice, and the showers were amazing!!!!!

Spaces apartment in a central waterfront location.

Property manager Lisa excellent kept me informed prior to our stay and most obliging on our arrival at property and throughout our stay.Apartment was spacious and met all our needs .Having two pool areas a bonus , had a wonderful stay.

Location was amazing

Apartment was magnificent. Centrally located to everything. Staff very friendly. A little disappointed with only a limited view of water but very happy with everything else.

Stayed in a two bedroom apartment on level two. I’m not sure if I’m the only one who had a bad experience, or that everyone who wrote this review got to the end and didn’t get the option to write their negative experience while staying at Vision Apartments as I didn’t get that opt I would HIGHLY recommend to ring in advance if you are expecting ocean views, which was the main reason we booked this apartment. We were told upon enquire that they DO NOT guarantee ocean views. This is misleading the public in my opinion. They know how many apartments have ocean views. Very disappointed, we paid for ocean views and ended with pool/palm views instead.The disappointment doesn’t end there! The beds were very hard and could feel the the wires poking. Pillow toppers were added on the second night with not much difference. Hello back pain!! And to top it all, don’t expect to sleep while on your holiday. It’s supposed to be a relaxing and rejuvenating time, but the noise from the hotel next door and the main road goes on pretty much all day and night. Especially when trucks comes and go for deliveries. The entire apartment block faces the loading area so supposed no one commented on it. The apartment was great! Right across from the beach, though Cairns beaches not great for swimming. It was low tide more often then not. Restaurant and shops in walking distance. Small conciliation for an expensive holiday!

Good place to stay for business and family trip

We are group of 4 traveled to Cairns for business meeting 3 weeks straight, Apartment is facing the sea, fresh air flow through big balcony. It’s located very close esplanade and aquarium and short walking distance to many places like night market, Reef terminal. Room got cleaned every day even it is not perfectly cleaned but bedroom is well covered and cleaned. We did not get a chance to come to reception due to the time but they are providing good services and information to us via e-mail both before arriving and during our stay. If I will come back here again with my family, Vision will be the place to stay for my next trip here for sure. This place is recommended for family trip.

Great time

4 of us stayed at the Vision Apartment for 8 days and 7 nights and had very good time there. The Apartment is very well equipped and maintained. The living room is huge and with a very nice balcony. Lisa, the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Although check in time is at 14:00, Lisa and her team rush out our room that we can check in at 10:30. That’s very helpful for us landed at 07:30 and didn’t get much sleep on the way. The Apartment locates at the downtown, 3 mins walk to Aquarium, 10 mins walk to the Night Market and Super Market; and just 15 mins to the Pier. One thing that I would like to highlight is the pickup address. The official address of the Apartment is (even in the Google Map) is 125-129 Esplanade but the front desk is actually at 114 Abbott Street. One of the activity pickups went to Esplanade and end up delayed for 40 mins.

The apartment was big and the location was excellent.

This is a fantastic place to stay, very central, the reception is great, due to flight changes we had to make some last minute changes to our reservation and staff were fantastic. This time we stayed in a 2 bed, overlooking mountains, accommodation very spacious and had everything we needed. Cannot day enough good things about this place. Thank you Cairns Vision for a wonderful holiday!!!!

Spacious property in ideal location for a family with young children. Short walking distance to Muddys playground, the Cairns lagoon, shops and restaurants. Self contained with room service too. Loved our stay.

Lovely 3bed apartment in an excellent location with nice esplanade view. Steps away from muddys playground and aquarium. Manager was very accommodating when we arrived early and left late. Made a real difference and service I doubt you’d get in a hotel chain. Beds and pillows extremely comfy and I’m quite particular about cleaning and this place was v good. Would definitely book to stay here again.

Great appartments and a great location.

Perfect location for a family holiday. With all the equipment you need to cook if you want these appartments have it all.

The property is spacious and well-appointed, as well as being handy for the Esplanade and downtown restaurants and shops. It is also very secure, access to the complex being by passkey. Everything we needed to prepare and eat meals was there (including a coffee plunger!), although we would have preferred a non-Teflon frypan. The fridge and pantry were both nice and big. The overhead fans kept the rooms cool so we never needed to use the air conditioning. The beds were extremely comfortable. There was a bit of traffic noise and talking from the street each night which was only to be expected but closing the windows reduced that effectively.

Overall it's been excellent, pretty much as we had expected. We were given an upgrade to 3-bed apartment ilo 2-bed. A couples things we'd like to point out though: 1) Wifi is not free, we were under the impression that Free Wifi's included (esp. given the prices we pay for the apartments, which is over $300 per night in Cairns) 2) Not particularly clean re. bed sheets and sofa; and due to the humid weather, the carpets had a strange smell 3) We experienced a water leakage during our stay. It had been looked at very timely by the management team, however, there was no mention of any compensation or anything along that line (which again is our expectation), as we were more or less affected.

Hotel comfort was a must since we were rained out on occassion. The apartment was comfortable for 3 adults. It was modern and the managers were very obliging. They booked the theater for us while we were off on a day tour using their own credit card. The apartment is near the waterfront and in a very nice part of Cairns. I'd recommend it.

Tropical hideaway

Location is excellent. Our unit was clean and spacious. Front pool is big and a wonderful view of the ocean. Large balcony. Tropical garden to walk through going to the pool. We really enjoyed our stay.

Apartment good in size. Tv in both bedrooms & loungroom. Very clean, bathrooms great with dispenser in shower with body wash, shampoo & conditioner. Great refill coffee & tea. Receptionist Lisa was great on advise nothing a problem & booked us in on outings.Great having 2 pools. Gym good & very close to restaurants, could walk everywhere. Grocery Woolworths 10 mins walk. Clean, spacious rooms. Have TV and a/c in every room. Close to everything. Absolutely wonderful place to stay in.

I contacted the management to fix the faulty tv. I went in person to request that. However it wasn’t fixed in 6 days I stayed there. There was no response at all! Really disappointed Asked for a hdmi cable . Bluntly said they do t have it. Not very friendly Iwould say

Good location, propery condition was clean and tidy.

We stay here regularly and it never disappoints. The new hotel next door has impacted on the view and light into the apartments but even so location is fantastic and hasn’t changed. 3 bed apartments are huge and staff lovely and helpful. The daily room service is very basic (towels, bins and beds) no dishes, no floors,etc but still good. Thanks again for a wonderful stay and see you again next time

Vision Apartment Cairns - great location

Great location close to restaurants and marina. Modern, clean apartments with balcony, with two pools, with good security, car park also available. Big hotel next door and the lights from this hotel come into the apartment at night. Reception staff need to learn some customer service, very unfriendly.

Firstly let me say the lady at the front desk, Lisa, was absolutely amazing. Super super helpful, was very accommodating and very friendly. She took the time to explain tours, cruises etc to us in depth. She was also happy for us to leave our bags at the front desk before our flight, 4 days after we had already checked out of the hotel! She was the friendly receptionist I've met and that truly made our stay wonderful. The apartment was great too, very clean and new. We were surprised at how large the apartment was - we had the "garden view" room. The apartments only seem a few years old so they look great. Room service would also replace towels and make up beds daily. The kitchen had your basics salt, pepper and tea bags. And all the utensils you need. The location was excellent too, right on the esplanade with easy beach access. Would definitely recommend this place.

Stayed 8 nights in these lovely apartments near cafes and restaurants on Cairns esplanade. Very clean and well maintained. Underground secure parking. Very quiet and secure apartments. Recommend
